Great game!I love love this game… only a few things I wished were different. Once you are caught up it takes two weeks to get a new episode and the same after you finish that. I really wish we had more stylish clothes to buy and choose from. I very much dislike the monthly themed games. The clothes are so theatrical and not In a good way. I liked the wedding one, a couple of the others were okay. But I’d rather have more outfit choices I general. Didn’t wedding gowns to chose from. More styles of gown, etc. like this month the gala festival I don’t want that outfit, to me it’s not fun. To have these weird outfits. Just some thoughts. If would be nice to have more outfits to do the challenges with, while waiting for next episode. And I would like to have more championships winning spots for a clothing item. So far so good.. except the voice acting.. I would gladly replace a character’s voice to just sootheI adore this game. It’s a 3-match with good events on the side with reasonable rewards. I do like that it feels we get more help then most games. It makes it tolerable than the ones that make it difficult on purpose for you to spend money.. the story itself is cute and pretty straight forward. It’s one of the reasons that keep me playing- I want to know what happens. The fashion and makeup are amazing. I love the different choices. It was Only 2 times where I did not like the color/texture/ pattern/cut of an outfit and couldn’t choose anything else . so I chose the one i can tolerate of the 3 options they give. My BIGGEST issue and the reason why I’m leaving this review is: I cannot stand the voice acting. I just want to scream at my phone at times on how bland or flat some lines are given. I have repeated the lines out loud at times to see if it’s just my imagination, but it sadly isn’t. I am not a professional voice actor, but my voice acting sounded much better than the game. The only acting I’ve done were in elementary through high school - and those I performed with would also be so much better than this. Love it but could use some workI really like this game. I’m a big fan of games like this; project makeover, matchington etc. and when I saw it in the appstore I JUMPED to get it. I downloaded it a few days ago and i’m alrdy on milestone 15 and level 269 but that was only thanks to the power ups and occasional unlimited lives i’d get. As a WW, I love the customization aspect of the game since there are a good amount of options but there aren’t that many options for poc which i’d love to see in the future to make the game more inclusive. When it comes to the match 3 game, I don’t mind only getting 300 coins per round but what bothers me is that sometimes the levels will be very difficult to win without power ups and for easy levels we get nearly 30 moves for 1-2 objectives and very hard levels we will get like 18 moves and have to collect 4 different objectives. Also another thing about this particular match 3 game that the others I play don’t do that reallllyyyyy irks me is when you set off a power up and if there is a disco ball in its range, it’ll go off and choose a color with like 2 pieces on the board instead of letting me choose which piece i’d like to switch with. I’d be nice for JUST the disco ball to not activate when hit with other power ups. Other than that I love the storyline and the many different challenges on the main screen offered to win more gems, clothes, power ups, etc. as the others I play only offer a few every month. Account banned even after paymentOk so I absolutely LOVE this game but… I requested a refund for an accidental purchase that went in the wrong card. Apple was more than glad to review and analyze the request and make the refund. After that was done I got a message on my screen while attempting to play Hollywood Crush with Rose that said they knew about my refund request and I had 24 hours to make a payment or my account would be banned. After the 24 hours I was banned as promised. So I made the purchases again but with the correct card this time even though the night before after the completion of the 24 hours the app deducted the total amount from my card without even asking for my approval, fact that I discovered after I made the purchase again. So, after basically paying for the same thing twice I should get my account reinstated, right? WRONG! 😠 It has been three days since and I still can’t access my account. Needless to say that I cannot even go pass the notice in bold letters in the middle of the screen that says my account was banned after the 24 hour period and that I need to pay. How many more times do I need to pay for the same thing. The total balance from both payments comes up to $50 or more and I still can’t play. I have reported the issue three times and included screenshots and I have yet to hear back from anybody. Super fun but the narrative quality has gone downhillI’ve really enjoyed playing this game. it has a little bit of everything - match 3, block blast, jigsaw puzzles, merge, dress up… etc. so it’s been really fun! the levels do get way more challenging but they’re still beatable, and i get why a microtransaction based game would operate that way from a financial standpoint, so no complaints there. there’s also zero ads which is a great trade-off. also, customer support is very responsive - i had an issue where i had a task to complete that was literally impossible for me because the associated event wasn’t live on my end. when i submitted a report they fixed it for me immediately. however - i’ve noticed more “recent” storylines seem to have new writers or idk maybe it’s AI or translators or something? but newer events and the episodes after season 4 episode 7 just start really doing downhill with the quality of the writing. there are a lot more grammatical issues now, and the personalities of the characters are more generic in more recent narratives, to the point where sometimes characters don’t even sound like themselves anymore. that’s really my only complaint..Sugarybear124Version: 0.1.1410

This needs to be fixed!I would have given it 5 stars, love the storyline. However, you make your easy levels difficult to complete with more things to clear. I find that what you considered hard and super hard are actually easier for me to beat. I been stuck on level 213 for two days. I’ve used all my perks trying to complete this level. I’m not spending any money on this game and I really feel that’s what you’re after. True some things are cheap but once you start buying the prices increase. Easy level shouldn’t be this difficult to finish. I read the reviews before downloading and it seems I’m not the only one with this issue, however, I chose to give it a chance. Again, storyline is awesome, getting dress and doing hair, make up, fixer uppers are great. It’s just crazy how difficult you make your easy levels. UPDATE: Game is still a great game but to have 4 to 5 challenges to complete in one level is ridiculous. Then, you make it extremely hard to complete most of the challenges because one of the challenges is getting in the way of completing another one. Starnet IssuesI love this game, but I’ve noticed that the StarNet feature doesn’t work all the time. Sometimes it takes three days of playing and closing my game out for the StarNet feature to update with new texts and social media updates even though I’ve completed one or two chapters by that time. So then I’m answering texts about events that I’ve already completed. The StarNet feature is actually one of my absolute favorite features of the entire game. I love having a social media presence in the game as my character. I just wish that the feature actually worked and updated as I’m playing the chapters. EDIT: Sorry, but the developers that responded to my review are simply wrong. StarNet is NOT working properly. I played the game yesterday and a slew of texts and posts FINALLY showed up for chapters that I had completed 2 weeks ago. Like the medieval stuff with Nate where Phoebe the fan shows up and takes a photo with us? Yeah. I finished that chapter two weeks ago and the post/texts for it only came up in my StarNet yesterday. Love hate relationshipI love this game, it’s fun to play and I’ve been playing it for a long time spending countless hours on it. I love the stories and the designs of everything but it’s also super frustrating when you spend so much time trying to clear 10 levels to get the disco ball but then lose it the next level because you didn’t clear it on the first try. If you spend that much time to get a reward you shouldn’t be penalized and lose it right after you get it. It should be available for a set time limit like 10 hours, an hour for each level you had to clear to get it. I’ve stopped playing as much because it’s making me mad and I don’t see the point in trying to obtain cool perks just to lose them immediately and I’m not going to spend a bunch of money to buy a pack of diamonds that will help you clear only one to two levels. Waste of timeSo I’ve been playing this game for only two days and I’m currently on level 45. Already I’m noticing that the game is literally impossible to win and a huge waste of time. As many others, I really enjoy the storyline and the dress up features butttt it’s absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay like 300 coins just to do eyebrows or lashes. At first the levels were pretty easy and enjoyable and it would only take me an hour to do each chapter, though I was getting annoyed with the short cosmetics like changing the eye color it wasn’t a huge deal cause I could beat the puzzle on the first try. But now at level 45, things are getting difficult already and it’s taking me like 20 tries to beat a level and I’m pretty annoyed. It’s pretty cool!This game is pretty cool I saw an ad and preordered it! The characters look cool and I love the visual look to everything! The story line and plot is also very good. The only things I would suggest for the game is more darker color options! As a black player I found the ratio for lighter colors to darker ones just wasn’t okay and there could be more options because they’re are a lot of different shades for different races so it would be definitely more inclusive! As previously stated the plot was good but I didn’t like how I always in the crush mode for dressing up because there are so many different dress up tasks and sometimes you just wanna get into storyline! But a suggestion to attract players is yes you can keep crush mode as a way of getting the currencies to dress up but don’t force it as the only way to get dressed. That will become boring to players who only like storyline or storyline more than crush mode. So let players decide to get the currency on crush mod on their own time. Addicting! 💖✨I don’t write reviews often unless I’m very impressed in some way. This game is so fun and amazing. I love that the storyline has a choices aspect and that you can design your clothes. The clothes of the game are so striking and thoughtful in detail. I think two criticisms I would have so far is the ability to display multiple pets, more customizations to our character profiles with features like galleries that users could like/comment each others photos on, friends list, etc. Maybe have an about section users can have fun with to display the character’s personality more. Also, if it didn’t cost so many gems to replay a level in match three. Other than that I find this game incredibly engaging. Fun game butOverall fun game, the styles of clothes are cute as well as the story line is interesting. The only downside to this game is that it’s a puzzle game and you have to beat the puzzle to unlock the next parts of the game. Also, I don’t think it’s completely fair that as you progress with the game episodes, it requires more coins to unlock stuff but the puzzle game doesn’t give you a higher payout of coins when you complete the level. So you’re having to complete too many puzzles to not even get enough coins to progress. Not to mention the puzzles become extremely difficult to pass and you get very few moves to pass it. I get that the game has to become difficult but it’s gotten to the point to where it’s almost TOO difficult to even pass ANY level and progress in the story. Fun but needs some refinement.I enjoy this game very much. I probably spent 3 hours playing before I ran out of all options to continue. I love that there aren’t any adds so please keep it that way! While you are doing so much right with this app, there are some problems too. I have been stuck on the same level with no way to advance without spending money for about a day now. I have retried this level probably 50 times and I’m really starting to wonder if y’all didn’t make it impossibly hard on purpose to get people to pay money for power ups. Its level 49. It would be great if y’all made this level possible to pass. However, if I’m running into this problem on this one level, I wonder how many other levels past this point have the same problem. Request for gameSo I love this game so much! HellooI absolutely love this game. Almost everything about it is great. I’m level 659. With that being said the levels are way too hard. I had 2 hours of free lives. By the time I finished ONE level I had 10 minutes left of free lives. In no way shape or form should a level be that hard to where it takes somebody two hours just to finish it. This is just my opinion, but I really do hope something changes about it because the levels are insanely hard. I can understand them being hard I get that so it’s not too easy but it’s TOO hard. Fun Game but Needs FixesI’ve played this game for almost a year and have loved it. I play it almost every day while watching tv or listening to music and stuff. The issue that’s starting, specifically this new year, is it’s clear the creators are prioritizing money over player experience. They used to do an hour of infinite lives called disco rush, which was my favorite part of the game and encouraged me to keep trying on those really tough levels. I love the story and dressing up, but you need to pass levels to be able to do that. Yet the levels are too hard to pass in 5 lives, and now they’re getting rid of the hour of infinite lives. So i’ll be stuck on one level for days unless I spend money. It’s just starting to become unplayable without the infinite lives disco rush. It could do a little betterI really enjoy this game so much! The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that as you keep playing to “price” to get things done keeps increasing. I’m at level 803 and a top part (shirt) that has two parts to it costs about 1,100 coins… So just to get to design her top you need about 2,200 coins more or less. That is 8 whole games that you have to play in order to get enough coins. As you only get 300 coins per passed game. If a game takes multiple attempts to pass then it becomes frustrating to keep playing that day. When you first start the game, the prices are better. Good game but…I love playing this game. The storyline is so good that it got me hooked up fast. I’m at level 615 and I just noticed that the value of customizing a character is insane! Not to mention that you also have to pay coins if you want to change the objects color unlike the previous episodes wherein you pay for 1 price for both hairstyles and color. Really fun game but ..This game is really fun but the downside of it is you have to do the stupid candy crush every single time customize/ accessorize your character. Some levels are extremely hard it’s not even fun anymore it just get frustrating at times. I really like this game but I choose to delete it it’s very agitating. Almost perfectI enjoy this game a lot, choosing clothes, along with the colors. As well as decorating my own home and playing the small side challenges. However, I do wish that the harder levels gave more moves, or gave an option to watch ads for more moves. I get stuck on the same level for a bit with only 1-3 more items missing and am not wanting to use my gems as getting them isn’t necessarily the easiest, nor am I wanting to spend money on gems for more moves . Gane starting to feel like a scamThe game is a very interesting game. It keeps the viewers and the players intrigued enough to want to continue playing however, there’s a lot of things that need to be updated and a lot of things that are crazy, and just seems like a scam.. the more you get through levels the more money it cost to dress up the character to finish the storyline and we still get the same amount of coins for each level we pass which we need to be getting more if we’re passing through so many levels, and if the cost is going up to dress the character, not just 300.. if we lose a game and wanna spend diamonds to continue playing it should not be 900 diamonds and then 1900 after that’s insane.. Too expensive to continueI have been playing this game for a few years now. It was a really great game! I have made in app purchases throughout my gaming but it really wasn’t because I had to, it was because someone made a great game and I wanted to support financially. Not as fun unless you have real moneyI really like the game I just wish as the levels got harder that the reward coins got higher too since the coin price per item increases so much per episode on top of the levels getting superrr hard. I LOVE this game, besides one thingThe game itself is great, it’s entertaining, fun, and even has great plot points and a lot of things to do! My only issue… The whole mini game to win coins, once you get higher in the game, the levels get extremely difficult, and most of them you can’t win without powerups, even then some of them are left to chance. Thee BEST!! Game EVERRR!! Love it! Just wonderingLove the gameplay the storyline, the outfits. Everything has been so well thought out (even if some levels can be a bit frustrating haha) However I was wondering if Gabriel is an official love interest or not? He’s been my favorite but it seems like developing the relationship with all the characters goes very slow when they’re being rotated through and sometimes some appear more often. Not very inclusive in CharactersThe game looked very fun and inclusive to characters in the ads and the cover of the game, that’s why I decided to download it. But, when you get to customizing your character, there are not many skin tone options, nor features, now that was very disappointing. This game is cool and all but…I just started playing this game this month and I just been leveling up until… it just gets hard and I’m just on level 295 and I’m sure it’s just gonna get harder as I level up and probably won’t go anywhere as I play. The side quests are basically like candy crush where you have to win levels to get coins in order to dress up your character to advance to the next story. Enjoyed it but…The storyline, characters, and love interests are all great. The issue is it takes wayy too long to gather the coins. I’m spending more time playing the match up game than the story. You need just about 3,000+ coins to get through a single season and you only get 300 per game you play. Too difficult and requires money I am not willing to spend!I literally never write reviews so this is actually a big deal for me to have to do this. I’ve been enjoying this game. It’s got a good storyline and the outfits are great. However, it’s got more cons than pros. It’s gotten way too difficult to beat any level, to the point where I don’t even want to play because i’ll got through all five lives and STILL not have beaten the level. Five extra moves costing 900 gems is absolutely outrageous and if you want more you have to pay ACTUAL money which I’m not going to do. It’s not easy nor is it practical to spend money for a mobile game, at least not for me. The amount of moves you get on each level doesn’t seem fair and there isn’t even an option to watch a video a couple of times before quitting the level, which is ridiculous. I’m so frustrated having to use multiple power-ups, that don’t come often enough, just to pass one level (and i mean the first three powerups before you start the level AND the six or seven they have during the level). Pay to winThis game has a really good concept it’s really fun and addicting however that’s the catch once you get to about level 120 the match games become almost impassable. You have pay to win because each level you get about 3 inches of space to match at the start with only 20 moves to clear a puzzle with many different obstacles that takes about 6-7 moves to clear or 3-5 power ups. By the time you actually start to make headway and if you get incredibly lucky you might clear it by the time you get to “900 gems for 40 more moves”. Fun at first, but then goes downhillI downloaded this game after seeing an ad for it, and I was pleasantly surprised when I played it because it wasn’t too hard to accumulate coins and gems by playing the levels (match 3 style). But of course, with these types of games there is always a catch. After maybe level 35-40, the match 3s start to get so unbelievably hard that you cannot win the level after over 10 tries.
