Fantastic game with few flawsAlthough I only tried the demo, it felt amazing to not only learn the Japanese words but also to be directly tested on them. There are only two things missing that I wish were in the game. 1. Omnidirectional/8-way movement The movement felt a bit too retro. Not a huge fan, but not a huge flaw by any means. 2. Hints during tests/examinations While this is a nitpick, I struggled a bit on one of the questions. Maybe a simple phonetic hint or erasing unused letters would be nice on the tests.
