Glitchy After Recent UpdateI was so excited to find this app because as a child, my family played this game so much and I have such fond memories of that time. But nowadays there isn’t anyone I can play it with, so the app makes it possible for me to play Dutch Blitz again. However, after the update I installed last night there has been a noticeable and frustrating problem: it freezes after some rounds instead of going on to the statistics screen and such. It doesn’t do this every time but has done it several times. There doesn’t seem to be anything I can do to make it go to the next screen. I have to forfeit my progress and start the game over new. I also couldn’t find a way to report this problem to the company directly, as the support link just goes to the general website. I hope someone who can bring about change sees this and gets the problem fixed soon..Jillifish23Version: 1.3

Works well, difficulty issueThe game’s fun. I’m not too concerned with the drag and drop like some other reviews. It’s just that the difficulty is stuck at intermediate for me after trying the different login options. Edit in response to the developer: I have not changed phones recently. When I first downloaded the app, I had the option of choosing difficulty settings but could not change them afterwards. Great, but…I have really enjoyed playing this game. This app has been working well until the most recent update. After I installed the most recent update, the app won’t let me continue to play after completing one round. It seems to insist that I pay money to remove the ads, but there aren’t any ads to be seen to begin with. This is a frustrating glitch. I really enjoyed playing the previous version of the app, but the most recent version has some bugs that need to be fixed. Also, what is the deal with the sound and music switches in the settings area? No matter where I put the switches, I don’t hear any sounds or music. Fun but glitchyI really love this game, and originally started playing it as the card game. I downloaded the app and have been playing on there ever since. Unfortunately the app is super glitchy, for example, I can’t change my difficulty level from beginner, and I’d really like to. Another glitch is when your wood pile gets to two cards, they constantly switch back and forth making it difficult to place them. Love this game!I just discovered this card game this year and love it! Thrilled to see there’s an app to play online that is ad-free, functions well, and is genuinely fun. A few suggestions for future updates to the app - I’ve noticed every once in a while, a card will change color after it’s been played. I’m not sure if anyone else has had that issue, and it’s only happened to me a few times, but maybe something to check as it was frustrating when it did happen. As others have said, a play with friends version would certainly be nice, or even a play with strangers version lol. Also, would love to see more statistics on player performance (like, number of games won/lost at each difficulty level, win percentage, etc.). Overall, though, the app is really great and I’m so pleased that such a high quality, non-gimmick game app is out here for free to play. Love it overallOverall I love this game. I do wish there was a double tap function to push the card to a deck that it is capable of going to. If not I wish the card didn’t have to be so exact in laying on top of the deck. I wish I could get it close and the app understand what deck it is supposed to discard to. Nice first version - hopefully updates soonI love playing Dutch Blitz so I was very excited to see an online version! It seems to be easy to play online, although there are a few ways to improve on the game. For example, sometimes my wood pile (shuffling cards) will automatically restart once I turn over the last set of three cards, despite my trying to play that top card. Other times the cards will not reset and I need to click the deck to make it go back to the beginning. I’d rather have to flip the deck myself than have the cards reset on their own. A ‘help’ or FAQ page would be nice. There are so many variations / rules to the game that I am not sure I understand why my cards are stacked a certain way in the wood pile. Can’t continue to next roundLove the app. Though you have to place cards very precisely, that’s not my biggest grievance. I was forced to update the app in order to continue to use the app which I have no issues doing. However! The update created a bug where the “Begin Round 2!” button leads to paying $10 to remove ads. Great game, needs some fixesThe biggest issue to be fixed is the cards being placed on the middle stacks. It keeps bouncing back and then the other player puts the cards down. This issue needs to be fixed where once the card is lifted to be tossed in the middle it should go effortlessly to the dragged position. Not go and come back to you.
