Unfair Device Ban Despite Full Support – Don’t Waste Your Time!I was one of the first people to download this game when it launched, and I’ve supported it heavily — both with my time and money. I spent a lot inside the game and played regularly. But suddenly, I got banned without any warning or explanation!
The reason? Just a very normal message in the chat — nothing offensive or inappropriate. Yet I was instantly banned, not only from my account, but they even banned my entire device! I can’t create a new account, I can’t even access the game anymore — all without a single warning.
Worse than that? I contacted customer support multiple times, and they completely ignored me. No response, no explanation. And I’ve seen many other players go through the same thing — random bans for unclear reasons, with no chance to appeal.
The game idea is great, but the way it’s managed is terrible. If you’re considering trying it, think twice. You could lose your time, money, and access — and be treated like you never mattered.
Advice from someone who’s been through it:
