Screwdom 3D gives me less Ads, More Play.There seem to be a whole bunch of these kinds of games out right now and several of them are just inundated with ads! Like right in the middle of play it’ll make you watch an ad. This one I’ve been playing it for a couple of weeks I bought something ONCE, AND IT’S NOW LETTING ME PLAY AD FREE… (Now, I’m hoping I didn’t accidentally purchase a 30 day “ad free pass” because those are annoying and ridiculously expensive. If I’m paying you $10 I should get free for a year…) but at the moment I really like the game. The graphics are great. I can turn off the music. The function is relatively freeze free. Pop Ups! Gah!!!Please fix the virus pop ads that everyone is complaining about in these reviews!!! I really enjoy this game, but the amount of random pop ups is ridiculous. I’m not talking about the ads you click on to add a box or the ones that come on between levels. I’ll be playing and out of nowhere my Chrome app opens and it says stuff like you have a virus, you must scan now. Pretty soon I’ll have 13-14 of these Chrome tabs that have just opened in their own. It happens multiple times each level. I tried other similar games that have inferior graphics and less game options (i.e. no transparent block hint option). None of them have the pop up issues that this game has. I want to play THIS game, but not with the amount of pop up ads. Fave screw gameI downloaded a handful and this is the only one I kept because it matches my aesthetics & challenge level. The levels can be difficult and can be solved without using aid or tools, but it does certainly make things easier. I’ve restarted a couple of games Where I was stuck and was able to actually find solutions. The ability to win more coins from watching ads are also really nice perks that the other game has. Best screw game… so farThe pros: - Decent graphics, smooth animations, standard gameplay - (By far the biggest pro) the no ads purchase actually does what it says. The only ads I have watched are those when my lives are at zero and I want to try a round again. There are no ads when you want to add another box, or use any power-ups; you just use coins. However… The cons: - Having to use coins for any kind of power-up or help with a puzzle means this is almost a pay-to-play game. Coins are earned through winning levels or in-game events but only at tiny amounts and you run out quickly so the way to get the most coins is to literally pay for them. - The levels are tough. Using power-ups is almost a necessity, so this reinforces the negative of having to use coins for everything. - There are some English errors. Suggestion: - Either make the levels easier or (more preferably) have a daily loot unlock that gives you coins, so there’s a way to get them that isn’t reliant on winning or paying. Best one of these screw gamesI downloaded and tried like 7 of these screw games and this one is the best. Nice graphics, pretty cool levels, actually winnable levels without watching ads (many of the other ones are scams set up to put what you need on the bottom), full 3D rotation, and you can hold on the block to make it transparent and check what is behind it (makes for more purposeful gameplay). The only thing that I don’t like is that the ads to add a color are needlessly long. The 5 second ads between levels are annoying but ok. It would be nice to add a $3 or something no ad option. Wanted to love this game but it’s just a cash grab nowI downloaded this game a few months ago and I’ve had so much fun with it up until recently. As other people have mentioned, if you make any sort of purchase the option to view ads for more coins is permanently removed, and you only get 10 coins for finishing level - no matter how difficult. My biggest issue is that over the past few weeks, the amount of coins needed to buy an extra box has DOUBLED. It was 100 coins, then it went up to 150, and now it’s 200. That’s just sleazy. Really fun but with a few issuesI really enjoy this game! its not too demanding with ads and i find the levels very challenging (which i love!!) my issue is just that some levels just absolutely DRAIN your phone battery, which is really annoying considering that my phone is almost dead by the time im home, which im sure is the same case for others. Also, some of the ads r really?? i feel like some of these ads shouldn't be on this game considering who its marketed for, and though I haven't seen it yet other reviewers are mentioning ads that are supposedly trying to download malware which is really making me want to delete. Game is fun but clearly tries to force you to spendI started playing this game a few days ago. The puzzles are fun and interesting, however, I have noticed that very frequently, I will end up in unsolvable situations as a result of the particular colors it wants me to find. In my opinion, this happens too frequently to be pure random chance. So often you will just need one or two more reserve spaces to be able to solve a puzzle easily, however, it is that you will need endgame coins to get those. And the simplest way to get a lot of those is to spend money. The game does not reward you with very many coins for completing stage stages. I could not get off the app, and it ruined my workday in the best way. i’m so sad there aren’t more designs when you get further into the game, the different objects were my favorite part. Inappropriate ads but fun gameThe game is fun and I’m totally ok with having to watch ads to keep going but the ads are so repetitive and most of them inappropriate. This game is rated age 9+ but half the ads that pop up come with warnings that content may be inappropriate. I haven’t clicked on them so I don’t know why but come on. It’s a game not a porn site so why the repetitive trash ads… literally the same bad ads over and over and over. No means no. I don’t want to download it so move on already. Fun gameI like this game a lot, it really keeps your interest. I like how you can still Play it without Wi-Fi or cell service… Only dislike I will mention is every time I have played it here recently. It will take me out of the game to some security issues page saying my phone doesn’t have coverage for this app… Along with a beep sound before it takes me off the game to open up to that screen saying security. Don’t pay for no adsLove the game. Very addicting. I paid for no ads not realizing that the option to play them in order to get something was completely gone. You basically pay to be forced to use your coins which take forever to accumulate because after you spend tons of time accomplishing ONE level you only get 10 coins. Good game, concerning pop up websiteSo far I like the game quite a bit, it’s satisfying and helps calm my OCD. However it keeps opening a ver suspicious website in safari without me even clicking anything that says “antivirus” and a loading bar starts. It’s giving me the sense that this game is potentially trying to hack my information or approved some advert from a company without doing a thorough background check. Challenging cash grabI don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like I should with this one. The gameplay is a lot of fun, but some levels are legitimately impossible to pass unless you get super lucky or spend money. Not worth taking hours to try to pass a level that only rewards you with 10 coins. Also, after purchasing a small amount of coins, I no longer have the option of watching ads to earn more coins when (if) I finish a level. Warning about paying for no adsI’ve never had a game that truly and completely removed all options for voluntarily watching ads to get extra coins. I paid to make myself have to pay a heavy toll to get more coins. Good game.Enjoyed the game while I had it installed. It’s a simple puzzle game. The only reason I uninstalled it is because the ads were so invasive. Some of them were opening my browser. Which is just so skeezy and annoying. Fun game, but not worth the phone damageI loved this game. It did get kind of annoying how some of them were impossible to pass UNLESS you watched an ad or spent money. Fun game but scammy pop ups interrupt game playThis game is really fun and the ads aren’t as annoying as I expected. It plays an ad about every other round or so and you can choose to watch ads to get power ups or extra board space. Unfortunately when I was playing it tonight, it started kicking me out of the game and bringing me to my browser where it claims that it’s scanned my phone and found a virus and tries to get you to download some antivirus malware thing. At first I thought I accidentally clicked on an ad in the game because there are banner ads on the bottom of the screen, but when I exited off the browser and went back to the game it did it again after a few minutes. I already have malware protection downloaded on my phone and it hasn’t alerted me to any new threats, so I’m not as worried about this game actually giving me viruses, it’s just really annoying that it does that in the middle of the game and I then have to exit out and go back to the game. If you get the pop ups, just exit out of them and don’t install anything from them..Sydneybean13Version: 1.6

Fun game buuuutOk so the game seems fun and pretty straight forward. However it can be frustrating as you realize they are almost forcing you to spend money or watch ads to progress. Wonder how they are doing this? As you get close to the end of a level you will notice that you will have a lot of certain colors available. The boxes to get rid of those specific colors will not show up. You will get boxes where you can only get two of the three screws to fill. The remaining screw to fill the box will be so buried that you will have to spend gold, watch an ad or spend money. I’m on lvl 30 and this has happened almost every level for the last 20 levels. Bad customer serviceI started playing and all was good. I could watch videos to help me pass levels. I decided to make a small purchase and now I can’t watch anymore if I wanted to in order to help level up. Also the game shuts down on me and makes me start back over if I start winning. It’s as if it’s set up to make me make another purchase in order to further myself. I was also cheated out of some coins and I contacted customer service and it’s been almost a week now will still no response. I always wait before making a review so I can really play the game and have interaction before giving my opinion. All in all just don’t purchase anything if you want to play. Great game until you purchase to get rid of adsSo I have become addicted to this game. Being playing nonstop since I downloaded it. Well I decided to purchase the ads free option so I didn’t have to watch ads between games. I never realized that when you purchase the ads free option you no longer get the option to watch ads for the extra boxes, drill, etc. Now I have to purchase coins every time and I refuse to spend that much money constantly. Fun ig but…The games lowkey kinda fun. I play this almost every day during the evening, and so on. The problem that’s shown on the app is the ads. No, I’m not gonna be arguing about the amount of ads they show cause they pretty much show the regular amount of ads every other game would, but sometimes I’ll just casually play a round, accidentally press on one of the ads down below, and I would get a notification from Safari that my phone might be hacked??? I’ve felt with a lot of these “phone may be hacked” things before, but this is actually so annoying. I might actually have to delete the app if I tend to see this happen more often. So far, I’ve gotten 3 safari hacked screens, including today (and no, my phone isn’t actually hacked. Idk why but the game tends to play tricks and pretend that your phone is hacked. Best one of these games (nvm- edited)This is definitely the best screw puzzle I have found, but 4 stars for a couple issues. Good stuff: The puzzles vary in difficulty which is nice, none of them require ads to beat, I love the transparency feature, and the 3d rotation + zoom is really smooth. The graphics are really cute as well. Plus you can play without internet connection. Annoying stuff: there are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too bad. I’ve had pieces not fall that should twice in 38 levels so far, but repeatedly tapping them fixed it. The ads are also way too frequent, my internet is spotty so I rarely have to deal with them, but when I do I just don’t play. My biggest issue is the way the extra slots work. Why even give 5 slots if using all of them fails the level? We should be able to use all of them- if the levels are meant to be beat using 4 slots then only 4 should be visible. That mechanic is easy to get used to, but still frustrating when I can see I have a slot that I know I can’t use. Edit: they just added a lives system and I’m deleting the app because of that + level 190 is essentially unbeatable without a bunch of coins.Cr0cVersion: 3.11.2

Expensive to PlayThe game is fun to play but it’s very deceptive. The ads I saw before getting it showed all the 4 color boxes available for removing screws but when you get the game there are only 2 available. You have to use coins to purchase the other 2. The puzzles are almost impossible without at least 3 boxes so you have to spend money to buy coins to make any progress. Then, if you fail after “buying“ another box and start over, you lose that extra box you purchased with coins. That’s not right. Also, if you lock your phone in the middle of a game, when you come back the game resets and you lose all your progress. That’s bad design and lazy coding. Addictive game, plagued with virusesThis game became my favorite quickly. It is a game I would be willing to pay $10 to keep for an ad free version. I tried to ignore the invasive ads, as many mobile games have invasive ads. But this app specifically would force open safari to virus websites. There were also many ads that said something to the effect of “download to continue to the next level”, which I am sure would then download a different game entirely. After ignoring the sketchy dice open of safari to virus sites multiple times within one week, I noticed my phone started working very slowly. At this point I decided I needed to delete the game permanently for my safety. Addicting but isn’t as good as it wasWhen I first got the game a few months ago it had the option to watch an ad to get an extra color box. Then that went away and now you have to use coins to get them. They did add a key event to help win coins and extra things but with the new update you only get 5 lives and have to wait to reload them or pay to get more, or sit through ads. I paid for the ad free versions so clearly I’m not watching ads. This is a huge downfall for me and I think I’m getting rid of it! Fun but allowing bad/potentially malicious popups in web browserFirst saw this game advertised and was intrigued so I downloaded it. After playing with it for a few days, this app will randomly pop up ads in your web browser stating that you have an infected system and need to click here to clean it. Obviously this is a fake website designed to get you to install some malicious software so I uninstalled the app. No other app was running on my device at the time and it was a brand new device when I installed this app (I had just upgraded my iPhone the day before and reinstalled the app) Either the developer needs to review the ads that are allowed to pop up from here or else. My favorite game ruined…This was my go-to favorite game to play and I never tired of it. However, lately when I played, my internet browser would spontaneously open and flash on the screen that my iPad or iPhone had been infected and I needed to click a link to run a scan. I had to uninstall the game and it made me really sad. I miss the game, but it was really infuriating and ruining gameplay. Those types of ads should be illegal. And the fact that it just happened in the middle of game play and not when I prompted (such as wanting more space and being willing to watch an ad to get it) was really beyond annoying. Good game butOne issue with the game, but first let me say out of all the screw puzzle games - this is the best. no glitches and seamless gameplay with complex and unique puzzles. Can’t win unless you payThis game started out fun. But once the first few levels were played it’s almost impossible to clear a level without paying for extra coins. The colors that come up to match are always hidden once you reach a certain point. I’ve been stuck on a relatively low level, I think 23 or 24, for days now because I refuse to spend anymore money on it. I’ve tried playing strategically. But still end up losing because the colors seem random. But it’s always a color that’s mostly hidden. Fun, but comes at a riskThis is a fun game, no doubt. But it comes at many risks. For starters, there are a lot of ads, but to me that’s not the biggest downfall. The two biggest problems with this app is that it makes your phone hot and absolutely KILLS your phone battery. My phone was at 92%. I play for 10 minutes and it’s then at 80%. You can’t play this game unless you are by your phone charger. I think the colors of the screws need to be more distinguishable as well. Absolutely do NOT buy ad freeI have never had a game punish me for giving them money before, but doing so absolutely broke the game. The puzzles are great - very intricate. But the game doesn’t prioritize giving you colors that are actually possible to work with, so when you run out of space you have to either watch an ad or pay coins to continue. $10 for ad free just means… you have to pay coins. AND you can’t earn the extra coins when you solve a puzzle, you’re stuck with the basic ad free ten. So it takes 15 wins to get ONE life extension. MalwareMy phone has never acted strange before. Once I downloaded this app and got to about the fourth level, my browser would randomly open and say that my phone needs to be scanned for malware. I closed the browser, thinking I had accidentally tapped the ad or something. But in tapping the screws on the game, it kept opening this screen. It happened three times. I immediately deleted the app and deleted the data associated with it. The browser window opened to a website that had nothing to do with my phones manufacturer, my cell phone carrier, or anything else associated with my phone. No way to beat levels without watching adsI’m generally pretty good at logic puzzles and these screw games looked interesting to me. However, this particular screw game is not possible to beat without watching an ad of some sort. I’ve tried playing the same levels over and over and over at least 10-15 times just to see if it can be done without watching some sort of ad and the answer is simply “no it cannot”. Defeats the entire purpose of a logic puzzle if you are required to get some sort of upgrade to assist you in defeating it through an ad. Coins for everything?It’s a fun and addicting game and stuff but seriously like I swear some of the boxes won’t give you the color you need ON PURPOSE so you have to watch an ad to get the tool and finish the level. Loved it at first, but it changedI got this game recently after seeing ads for it and I have played it almost every day. It is so fun and it can involve some strategy so it’s a great game to sit and relax while playing. BUT…. Fun game. Ads ruin itThis is a very fun game. Probably one of the better screw removal games as it is difficult enough to challenge, but not so hard as to be impossible. HACKING PROBLEM PLS READI really love this game I played it everyday. Ive had it for about a month. In the beginning it was fine. I dont know what yall are doing with these updates but I now feel like my phone is hacked. My phone now makes random beeping noises when I play. It constantly takes me to a hacking notification page on my browser. I tried to ignore it because I like the game. Ad overloadI love how calming the game could be, but the constant ads and crashing of the app aided in me deleting the app. I would be almost done with a level and the game would crash. The game rewards 10 coins after completing a level, which isn’t enough because if you get stuck, then there’s not enough coins to use assistance to move to the next level. Good game with a huge flawThe game is fun but also frustrating. Some people do not have the option to watch an ad to unlock extra boxes. If you do have that option, do not pay to remove ads, you will lose that feature. I got screwed (no pun intended) like many others. Did this app give me a virus?I love this game but recently, while playing this app it will randomly take me to safari into a website about removing a virus. This has happened 3 times. When it sends me there I delete the tab and go back to gaming, then it takes me back so then I delete my history. This stops it for a while, the next day(today) it happens again. Updates are trashI’m at level 914 so I’m not new here, I truly enjoyed the game until you guys kept coming out with new “updates” the only updates was increasing the cost to add a box, which was already frustrating enough to watch two ads to have four boxes if needed, and ads in between each needed sweep and each level, now it’s almost impossible to save up coins to avoid ads for additional boxes. Mostly FrustratingThe game is exactly what it advertises, and when everything runs right, it’s a fine game. But between the extreme battery draining, heating up my phone , “randomly” crashing right when I’m about to beat a hard level, not showing purchases until the level is closed so you can’t actually use it to beat the level, and often slow jerky motions make the game more frustrating than anything. No ads = no boostsIf you buy the no ad version, it may or may not remove ads. If it did, you remove ALL ads and the benefits with them. No ads to extend play or add a box or bonus. Game is fun, ads ruin itI really enjoy this game. I don’t even mind that there are ads in general. But sometimes the ads will play at full volume in spite of my phone being on silent.
