Hours& hours of gameplay!!!!!I have found myself a new obsession in Arrowscapes Arrow puzzles! I can easily get Lost in Time… I have had to force myself to put my phone or IPad away because I had to eat. lol. Whole meals have been skipped or become quite cold because I was distracted by this and my other game of choice ( hexa blast💥 type) shhhh. Not supposed to review other games but these are my fun brain occupiers. I try to keep my brain active since I am(clears throat) umm considered “old” 👵😒However I still believe I’m that kid playing my Atari 2600 ( for those of you kiddos out there scratching their heads and wondering what an Atari 2600 is, it was one of the super most funnest first video game machines & it rocked, well back then 🤣) My Dad worked part time in a Sears store (also now a retail relic but he was a fireman & they work 24 hrs ON & 48 hrs off so he liked to keep busy on those 2 off days) so he used to bring my Sister and I a bagful of display games and man we had a blast.💥 But I digress, just give this game a try and as long as you’re good at following instructions or have good attention to detail skills, or maybe you even need some help in those areas, Just DL the app & enjoy!!!.SavvytheDJVersion: 2.6

Fun, butThe actual gameplay in Arrowscapes is a lot of fun; the unfortunate thing is that the game doesn't exist to be fun – the game exists to serve ads, and the fun gameplay is only there to make you stick around for the ads. It's just like "commercial radio", the purpose of which appears to be entertaining you with music or people yammering about politics or whatever it is you might care to listen to, but the actual purpose of which is supplying you with what you might care to listen to so that you'll stay there to hear the commercials. The good news is that, although you can't pay to get rid of them (because they're the reason the game exists), the ads in Arrowscapes are easily bypassed by quitting and re-launching the game. The bad news is that starting with level 31 or so, you have to do this at the end of every level; and further possible bad news is that, now that I've revealed the secret to bypassing the ads in an App Store review, the developers might seek to make the ads harder to circumvent, which would make this game not worth playing at all. But the good news to follow that is that there are other games with this same gameplay out there. I have not played any of those others yet, however, so I don't know what thinly veiled agendas they may have, if any. Maybe it's time to find out..PlaintigerVersion: 2.6

Great pass time😁Enjoying this puzzle, I have many of them! But this one’s my favorite for several reasons!!! One the levels are random going between standard puzzle to hard, to very hard, extreme, to difficulty, & nightmare level, reason being I like the change back and forth it’s much more relaxing that way. Not every puzzle is with super tiny arrows gives the eyes a chance to relax. I also enjoy the random change in colors as well as the bigger size in the in between puzzles. It’s got just the right amount of back & forth challenges without going overboard. ☺️. Fun but…When they updated so that the daily challenge was no longer preschool level of difficulty, I was pleased. But they leapfrogged it up to MIT levels of advanced mathematics with nearly insurmountable obstacles such as a zoom that is too sensitive and does not zoom in on the section you’re trying to zoom in on, only the very center of the puzzle EVERY TIME. There isn’t nearly enough room on the screen to see the entire puzzle at once AND still have enough space to tap the arrow you’re actually going for. But when you’re zoomed in to be able to tap the correct arrow, it’s impossible to see if the arrow is actually clear. Because they didn’t just make the game more difficult, which is good, they eliminated the multi colored arrows so that it’s just a huge block off the same color AND when you zoom, it does not zoom to the part of the screen you’re attempting to zoom in on, it just zooms way in to the center of the screen and you have to scroll around to get to the section you were trying to zoom in on, so it’s nigh impossible to identify the arrow you want to tap and zoom in on it without losing it completely. They need to either fix the zoom feature, or go back to rainbow arrows..эddyVersion: 2.7

Fun but a couple obnoxious thingsUpdate: Can’t believe I’m having to come here again. FIX YOUR FORMATTING. You can’t swipe up, or close (in any easy way) this app, because it won’t respond - it just moves the arrows around the screen, because the scroll function goes all the way to the edges of the game window, so there’s no grabbing the edge of the game window to swipe up or close it, it just swipes the whole game around the screen. What is taking so long? __________________________. Firstly… TOO MANY ADS. Literally every game there’s an ad. What even is that. Do you realize none of us actually watch any of them? Secondly, you have to do something about the fact that you can’t swipe up to close this or minimize this game on an apple device, because all it does is move/zoom the game around. It’s impossible to swipe up on this thing because of the zoom function IN the game. Why isn’t there a small border around the app so when we swipe up to close or minimize, it grabs that instead of just moving the arrows around the screen?.DraAIVersion: 2.1

I want to love this game.As the title says, I want to live this game. It is well done, colorful (unlike some other arrow puzzle games), and reasonably challenging. The gameplay itself is a good experience and I enjoy playing it. But my God, the ads. And I he deceptiveness about them by this game’s developer. No mention of ads in the App Store listing. No in-app purchases. You install the game and play a few levels and no ads appear. You’re thinking, “This is great, maybe too good to be true.” Because it IS too good to be true. The developer hides the bad from you u til you’ve played about 50 levels or so, and the. Brace yourself, the ad storm is coming. Banner ads at the bottom of th gameplay screen ads between levels. Sometimes between every level. Sometimes you might play 2-3 levels. There’s doesn’t seem to be a pattern or logic to when they appear and how many, but they will be ever present and ultimately you end up spending more times watching ads (often the same ad repeated a zillion times) than actually playing the game. This, for me, defeats the purpose of playing a relaxing game. I am uninstalling it. I would have gladly paid $3-$5 to remove the ads, but that isn’t offered in this game. You’re forced to view the ads if you want to play. This is the developer’s right, but this choice, and the choice to be semi-sneaky about it, mean I will exercise my choice to find a game of this style that better suits my wants/needs. Still improving — here are some suggestionsMy biggest issue is still that sometimes the arrow colors are too close together and they all look the same. It’s very difficult for me to tell apart the cool end of the spectrum. Anything further toward violet than yellow and I need the colors to be clear and distinct (obviously in the middle of their ranges) or they look the same to me unless it’s like green vs violet. Green next to blue or blue next violet look the same. Light green and dark green are the same to me. It would great if we could choose our color scheme. That way it’s always easy to see the arrows and I don’t have to restart the level a bunch of times to get arrows I can see. It would also be rad if we could pick the difficulty. I would happy tolerate the ads as they are now forever if it meant I could play at super hard to nightmare difficulty forever. WAY too many ads…This game is very addictive! And I play it daily, I really wnjoy it. But my momentum is interrupted every two levels (on average) by ADS. The ads almost always take four steps to get rid of, and it is hard to enjoy this as much as I probably could. I am currently on Level 1680, which means I have had to watch approximately 840 of these obnoxious ads. I really love the game but the ads are a bit much. Despite the horrible repetition of these terrible ads, the game is amazing. The levels are fun, and clever! They seem to be never ending, and this game is well-designed! I would GLADLY pay for this game to eliminate all these ads. It would absolutely be worth it! I am never interested in the games and products advertised here, and they only irritate the hell out of me. Please make this an option. Interrupts for adsI play this because it could be so relaxing. I’m almost 70, so sleep does not come easy. My mind is still young…you know the drill. What keeps this game from being relaxing are the constant and LONG ads. Just when we get into the flow of the game, you guessed it…another long ad. It breaks concentration and also causes unnecessary stress. Please, I understand you want to make money, but let us get through five rounds before you hit us with ads. I usually delete games that do these constant interruptions for add. I was very close to doing that with this game last night. Instead, I am posting this review in hopes that you will listen and take action to reduce the number of ads. If you did that, I would happily give you five stars. Mentally Satisfying!💯👏I’m only 15 levels currently, and found this game from an ad playing while plying another game. I got hooked while playing this on the ad preview, and to be honest after playing the full version I am not disappointed. The early harder levels are very fun and clearly highlighted on how much more difficult the game will get as you go on. I find the levels and just plying the game as a whole to be mentally stimulating and is a fantastic way to way encourage growth in critical problem solving skill and sharpening focus! No ads to start and before asked to rate; but……This game is very fun and there were no ads up to a certain level, and I was asked to rate game before that level. Surprised Me!I just downloaded the game, so I’m a new player and might change my mind if the game gets too challenging. Right now, this game has surprised me. It’s much more fun and engaging than I thought it would be. Not too hard, but not so simplistic that you feel silly for playing it. Easy to PlayThis is a nice game. No ads for about the first 30 or so games. The ads, for the most part, are quick. No in app purchases, which is nice. The game itself is very easy and you're allowed 3-5 mistakes depending on the difficulty. You can then restart or watch an ad to continue. Because every game has a solution, and they're is no timer, I find it relaxing to play - I know I'll always win. I'm at around level 235 and there have been less than 10 games I found even remotely difficult. If you're looking for an extreme challenge, this game is not it. Enjoyable Without FrustrationsRare that I review- but I’m grateful for the way this app handles ads. They are not too frequent and when you see what it is you can close them down quickly- thereby not wasting a ton of my time. They are not the gambling ads either- which I find insulting. Keep Calm & Zoom InThis game is exactly like the ads, except there’s no Einstein at the top 🤣. If you can get through the calendar games after level 50, it’s all a breeze. The adsads started on level 42 for me, but seem to be in a timer. The faster I complete levels, the less ads between gameplay. They’re actually very short (maybe 10-15 seconds) so keep calm. Use the zoom feature to prevent hitting the wrong line. Ads!!!!I really love this game and find it very addicting. But what bums me out are all the ads between the levels. I would happily pay a one-time charge to make the ads go away. No frills, no life timers, relaxing infinite playThis is the best arrow game and the most relaxing because there are no penalties for failing a level, like those games where you need to wait 20 minutes for a life or something. It's just infinite play, minus the ads. The ads are a bit annoying but only in between levels and it's easy enough to quit the game and come back because the game loads so quickly. Great game with flawsI really like the game overall and would rate the gameplay a 5 star. BUT the ads every 2 levels are really annoying and some of the ads are incredibly inappropriate including hero games where a skeleton is ripping the clothes off a woman down to her underwear and the one game where you have to save the freezing single mother and child starts with a used condom image for the mistress getting pregnant. Also, there isn’t any clear objectives or rewards to finish beyond filling in the items. Glitch or intentional?I overall like this game a lot, keeps thinking and spatial skills sharp. My issue is when you run out of moves and you have to watch an ad. The screen says you get 5 moves for watching the add - that's usually enough to finish the level. But what in fact you get, is usually 2 moves and then you have to watch another ad. No nonsense puzzleYou solve one puzzle and go on to the next - no timer, no points, no enticement to race other players or complete a specified number of games in a day, etc. There are ads every 2-5 puzzles but by then you should stand up and stretch for a minute anyway! They randomly vary in difficulty. The hardest ones have a lot of small detail but you can expand the puzzle to see the arrows better. AddictedI haven't been playing but just a few days but I have to admit I'm addicted, I can't seem to put it down for long and I'm not sure if it's the way the squiggly lines make their way out or just the fact that it's more like a puzzle, I like the way you get 3 times then the same puzzle starts over. Some of them are real easy but I've also had some that were not so easy I find the ones with more arrows are the ones I like best, more challenging and if I do get stuck there is always the grid lines you can hit. Great Casual GameI like that the game is simple enough to play in just a few minutes and stop if needed without losing progress. It’s a nice way to pass time if you have just a few minutes and need a brain break. One thing that would have made it better is a tutorial that shows you there’s guide lines and that they can be shut off if you press and hold an arrow, then slide off it. Needs WorkETA - hints don’t work!! Sat through two different 40 second ads and NO REWARD The actual game is fairly fun. The problem is, it’s far too easy for it to improperly record a wrong move. They already have it set so it’s hard to tell if a move is valid or not (the lines are often intentionally close). When they have it so you can’t see the whole board and you have to zoom in and out, you can be zooming in or tapping on the right line; but it incorrectly records you as tapping on the wrong line. Your ads are outrageous!I’ve been playing a few months and since my iPad updated to 26.3 I’ve become frustrated beyond belief as the exit out of your long ads now are located very near or under the red, yellow and green exit in the upper left hand corner of the app. Trying to stop the ads from running is almost impossible and I find myself getting frustrated that I have to wait for at least a minute, sometimes even longer, to start another game. Fun, challenging and quite addictive!This is a well-designed app, that gets more challenging as you complete each level. This app has a helpful feature the assists with navigation of the arrows when you need a little help. Nice gameAlthough it would be better IF the games didn’t repeat all the time. All I see anymore are old challenges I’ve already played. Please give us new ones! Fun but have suggestionsI’ve been playing this for about a month (on level 387) and have enjoyed it - especially that it doesn’t have timer. The issues I have are that (1) I can’t pick the difficulty of levels and (2) it seems that I’ve played the same game over and over. It’s Pretty GoodOverall, all I like this game. It doesn’t get five stars for a couple of reasons. There seems to be not enough levels because I’ve played several more than once, more than twice too. Also, they’re such a randomness to when you encounter a hard, super hard, or nightmare level. The thing that I find the most annoying is even with a pen, the app registers a different arrow has been selected than the one I chose. Fun, but repetitive levelsThe game is fun and the in game ad experience is the best I’ve encountered in any game with ads. The game was also challenging at first, but not for long. It quickly became a parent that each level is not a unique level. They just repeat a series of puzzles and a random order so you’re just doing the same puzzles over and over again and it starts to get boring quickly if they add more puzzles with less repeating patterns, this would definitely change to a five star review. Pretty playable and mostly AD freeNot sure why everybody is saying there’s too many ads. I’ve played for about 23 levels and only had two ads due to losing my lives and wanting to play on rather than restart (even then, it’s optional to watch an ad for lives. You can just restart) I rarely write reviews for mobile games since they all play like 40 ads before I can even breathe a lung full of oxygen through my nose, but this like barely has any. The level system is kind of confusing since it sometimes sets you back in terms of difficulty to toddler level, but it immediately gets back to difficult so I guess nothing really major to complain about. Exactly As Advertised!This game is exactly what the ad says it is! And I didn’t have to play 1,000 levels to see things like what was in the ad either. In less than 20 levels I saw harder puzzles and shapes like animals and stuff. But it doesn’t get so hard it is impossible to play. You get a hard level or two and then a few easier ones. Deceptive and Frequent AdsIt appears civilization is becoming compliant and supporting ads from developers, well, that’s what they call themselves, that are out of control and purposely made to encompass the true meaning of annoying. Ridiculous numbers of ads where you will find yourself tapping opposite corners every few seconds or more, trying to locate a small “x” on a very similar and devious background to hopefully get past it and onto the next level. Pathetically, there is no option to simply purchase the game like true supporters would be willing to do. Instead, the ads get progressively longer and more deceptive the further you achieve your progress through the game. So there is this near feeling of just dealing with worse and worse ads if you want to progress further. It’s a disgusting practice and should be addressed with accountability for those developers like this one, who prefer to promote false and lengthy multiple taps required to get past a single ad. Hoping someday as technology continues, that there is a law passed through congress to stop the predatory ads forced that you already find in most apps. Deleting App because of Level 247Level 247 has no way of solving: you can move 3 arrows, but then all the other arrows run into each other. There’s no way for a single arrow to escape.
