A mobile terminal designed for AI coding agents. Your coding agent runs on a server — you're not always at your desk. Moshi bridges that gap.

BUILT FOR AI AGENTS
Check on Claude Code from the couch. Nudge Codex from the coffee shop. Monitor Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or Aider from anywhere. Your agent doesn't sleep, and now neither does your access to it.

TALK, DON'T TYPE
Voice-to-terminal with on-device AI. Command your agent hands-free using Whisper speech recognition. No cloud, no latency — everything runs locally on your device.

NEVER DROPS
Powered by the Mosh protocol that survives network switches, sleep mode, and subway tunnels. Your session stays alive no matter what.

GET NOTIFIED
Webhook alerts when tasks complete. Start a long-running job, pocket your phone, and live your life. Get a push notification when it's done.

FACE ID FOR SSH KEYS
Biometric unlock for your SSH keys. Private keys stored securely in iOS Keychain, protected by Face ID or Touch ID. Never stored in the app.

PROPER KEYBOARD
A terminal keyboard built for real work. Ctrl, Esc, Tab, arrows, and Tmux shortcuts. Not an afterthought — designed for terminal power users.

SESSION RESUME
Sessions persist across app switches. Come back anytime and pick up where you left off. Your terminal state is always waiting.

PRIVACY FIRST
- SSH keys stored in iOS Keychain with biometric protection
- Voice dictation runs entirely on-device
- No passwords or keys transmitted to our servers
- All terminal data stays on your device

A terminal that picks up — and never hangs up.

Moshi: SSH & MOSH Terminal App Comments & Reviews

Moshi: SSH & MOSH Terminal Positive Reviews

God-tier DevIt's literally everything you could want from a mobile terminal app with ai. it cuts all the fat away while still delivering ALL of the features you'd want but also need. most ppl using ai have zero coding exp, so they're stuck using apps that neuter features/performance for braindead UI/UX's. The Moshi dev steps in and deploys an app that's such a perfect PMF that the market doesn't even realize it. The UI/UX, the feel of this thing, is worthy it's own award. idk who tf this dev is but he absolutely murdered every other app imo. hands down. I'll be a subscriber for life if he's actually able to get conversational ai to work with oh-my-opencode. one can dream..Version: 2.6.0

Well thought out and implemented app, docs lag, some bugsOverall this app is great. It does what it says and does it well. Actively being developed and new features added regularly. The new hooks implementation is good too, but it does “take over” your approval prompt for the push feature. That is, you can’t approve locally until it times out from your device. This is a bit rough when working locally, picking up remote, then coming back. The “inbox” feature is OK but I’m not sure why I need a full sheet with a bunch of extra information for a simple yes/no approval. I often find myself stuck on that sheet, and the “open terminal” button fails to open me to anything useful (just a failed command)..Version: 2.9.0

Everything I’ve wantedMoshi + tmux + Kilo CLI is literally everything I have wanted from coding on the go. It’s so quick to jump into or between projects on my phone, then sit down at my desk and pick up where I left off. Whole also having notifications on my phone when agents need something. And they have a lifetime purchase which is so rare now. Absolutely love it..Version: 2.8.3

Works well for Claude and tmuxI have been working on this app all day long with iPad and iPhone and so far so good. I tweaked tmux a little bit to be more compact and now it's perfect. In a day I used more than 20 minutes of the voice transcription and it looks like I only have 60 minutes per month. I would need more than that. Is it any option to buy it?.Version: 2.6.3

Well thought throughApp works great, was easy to get set up and has all the features I could think of. Only change I could want is having the shortcut menu either be slightly transparent or have spacing added so that I can see my tmux window names/numbers while the menu is open.Version: 2.5.6

Simple and effectiveWhat a wonderful unheard of app! Is way more elegant than Termius for a simple tmux + mosh setup. It doesn’t hold the connection open in the background which saves battery. Auth with Tailscale even works, although it made me enter a password before trying to connect. That’s a bug — should allow no password or key..Version: 1.3.0

Amazing tool for vibe codingI use it with Codex and it is truly amazing. I can get more stuff done on my phone now with the help of this setup. I used it with tailscale to get into my laptop at home, and I never worry about lid close stops the agent from running any more..Version: 2.11.2

Disappointed to see no purchase optionAfter the blog posts criticizing competitors for a subscription model, was anxiously awaiting a purchase option, planning to switch from ShellBean. Imagine my disappointment when yet another app offers no purchase option. Would have happily paid 3-4x the annual subscription cost to own the app outright..Version: 2.5.7

Amazing!Great app, I can now direct Claude from the toilet! Feature request: would love if there were an easy way to backspace. Also scroll upwards in the window (on tmux). The swipe up/down cycles through the previous commands in Claude..Version: 1.4.2

Worth the moneyI can’t remember the last time I paid for an app on my phone. I loved terminus but Moshi free was so much better that I ended up paying for it and am so glad I did. Definitely recommend.Version: 2.11.3

Remote DEVEX on steroidsThis remote shell blows almost every other option out of the water. Great option for a dev who uses tmux, agents, and mobile devices often. It’s the exact tool I’ve been looking for, well done..Version: 2.6.3

Exceeded ExpectationsWorks better than most desktop apps. I actually used it to configure access to RDP and SSH for my windows accounts. Slick, easy to use, reliable. A focused app that is really really good at what it does..Version: 2.5.2

Nice for vibe codingI like it but can you make the black bar above the keyboard customizable. Not having arrows left and right is annoying, and I want / too. Tab doesn’t work as expected.Version: 1.2.8

Nice but Scrolling is not workingLove the app but the scrolling stops working pretty quickly until i reset the connection..Version: 2.6.3

Best Terminal Client for Apple DevicesFrequent updates, fair pricing model, and the app works well. I would recommend! You do need to know how to set up the host machine properly..Version: 2.11.4

Amazing appIt works perfectly for my use case. I can work from my phone now and that is a dream!.Version: 2.9.1

Excellent: please release for iPad!Well-thought out and pleasant app to use. would love to have it on my ipad too..Version: 1.4.2

Trying to buy a license, but payment methods are locked.Moshi is essential to my workflow. CLI on my Mac via tmux from my iPhone, totally seamless. Five stars..Version: 3.2.2

PromisingI like the idea, and it’s great on a phone, but on my iPad I found navigating with a keyboard and mouse to be a step back from Blink - interested in seeing this project continue to evolve!.Version: 2.5.9

AmazingOne of the best apps I have ever used. love the UI, frequent updates. Best customer service..Version: 2.10.1

Optimized for mobile codersExactly what I’m looking for in a mobile agentic coder tool..Version: 2.9.4

Simply AmazingOne of the best, most useful, capable, and enjoyable apps I've ever used, and the rapid pace of innovation to boot.Version: 2.11.2

Feeds my Claude addictionLots of customizability. Ergonomic. Polished and clean. Cant wait to see how this app develops..Version: 2.7.0

Better than TermiusWay more productive with Moshi compared to Termius..Version: 1.4.2

Great!How do u scroll.Version: 1.3.0

Can you make it work for iPad too?Pretty good but I’m using iPad so it renders in iPhone dimensions.Version: 1.4.2

BestThe best app I’ve ever used.Version: 3.2.1

Very usefulVery good free app.Version: 2.8.0

DopeDope af.Version: 1.3.0

.Version: 3.4.0

Where have you been all my life, Moshi?!I spend a lot of time connecting to my home lab and cloud servers from my iPhone. I manage running containers, packages on the host, etc. Over the past 18 months, my usage has skyrocketed thanks to Claude Code, which allows me to make progress on my first-party apps and open source projects much more effectively than attempting to tap out code in NeoVim. I’ve been using Blink shell for years, but have never been very happy with it. The sole reason I’ve stuck with it comes down to one feature: proper handling of custom fonts with programming ligatures and NerdFont icons. I feel like I’ve tested dozens of apps and they either don’t handle ligatures or don’t have support for custom fonts at all. While Blink works, you have to go through a whole song and dance with uploading your font to a web server and writing a CSS file that embeds it. PITA. Enter Mochi! Not only does this app have support for custom fonts, you can add them directly from Files. No fiddling with CSS or web servers. The ligature support is perfect, and NerdFont icons render like a dream. Not only does Mochi pass the font test, it’s superior to Blink and every other terminal app I’ve tried, with awesome customization abilities, first class support for tmux, handy Claude Code features I never knew I needed, and intuitive management of sessions and favorite servers. I could go on and on. Five stars isn’t enough, frankly, so I’ve gone ahead and paid for a lifetime license, even though it will take years to make financial sense. I consider it a small price to pay up front to reward the developer for crafting such a wonderful app. Thank you!.Version: 3.0.0

Essential Claude CompanionAfter getting frustrated with the Claude Code Remote sessions constantly disconnecting / dropping I was looking into alternatives and was delighted to find this app. Appreciate the constant updates, smooth interface and painless way to work remotely with Claude Code. My only wish: the chat input seems to be intended to abstract away from the regular terminal input - what would be huge would be a full chat mode that a) can hide the various tool calls, edits etc., b) scrolls smoothly and c) is accessible even during session disconnects.Version: 2.10.1

Thank YouThat’s all I can say. Thank you. This is what I’ve been looking for. My agent runs in Claudecode and his identity and memory live in Obsidian. I have tried everything from Paperclip to Claude.ai to Termius. I’ve tried using Cowork and Dispatch in the Claude desktop app. Nothing works like this does. Do yourself a favor and give the “best practices” doc to your agent and see what he does with it. You won’t be sorry..Version: 2.7.1

Best Terminal app for Claude Code usersThose of you who code extensively from their phone will know how annoying the mosh scroll bug is. This app solves that problem completely! It also includes other features that Termius doesn’t have such as file upload. Overall, it feels like this app was made by someone who actually vibe codes on their phone, and I cannot recommend it enough. $20 is a small price to pay for such a convenience..Version: 2.5.2

Broken Claude supportLove this app but it seems a recent update has broken Claude code.Version: 2.5.2

Doom vibing> doom scrollingNever going back to doomscrolling on insta again now that I can doom vibe code apps i don’t need. I just wish there was a way for the terminal to upload file a just like you can upload to terminal..Version: 2.2.0

What a pretty terminalMoshi has pretty looking and the usability is so nice. However it would be perfect if anyone can tell me how to keep a session alive? It’s been troubling me every time I lock my phone accidentally and then my Claude code session was gone, it’s so frustrating..Version: 2.2.0

Great For Remote SessionsGreat for remote sessions! My only gripe is I can’t seem to scroll my Claude code output in my mosh sessions. There’s also no feedback button in the app.Version: 1.4.2

BugSsh connect mac error, but other app connect success.Version: 3.6.3
