Farming Simulator 14 Customer Service

I’ve put hundreds of hours into Farming Simulator’s PC/Console games but I recently was excited to discover they make iOS versions. Not expecting a whole lot in comparison to their PS4 counterparts I decided to go with FS14 because it was an older free version but I was quite satisfied with the enjoyment of such an addicting game reduced to its fundamentals. My only complaint is the amount of “locked” equipment with no guidance of how to unlock them. This includes the frustrating lack of any available sowing machine upgrade whatsoever.. I imagine at one point it was expected of you to make an in app purchase to get such items but it seems to be no longer supported. Regardless I will likely open my wallet and update to the latest version and try not to get busted for playing at work!

I have been playing this game for about 8 years now, I just downloaded it on my new phone and I haven’t played in a while, only to come to almost all the good equipment and vehicles costing money instead of the game currency, you can only buy a few things that aren’t that great in the game with the game currency, as long as the developers change that, I totally recommend the game, it’s relaxing especially the music, fun to play, gives you farming vibes.

I have seen many reviews of people saying the game is good and bad but not giving reasons. For example i saw some write a review saying the game was horrible over and over again and not giving reasons. This game is a good game considering that its free. You start with everything you need and you work to get better equipment and more fields for an older game its very good. Their are some minor problems like i think it costs to much to buy more fields. But the gameplay and what not is very good. I recommend this game and this is a honest comment with good reasons other people saying the game is bad just ignore them you should just try the game and if you dont like it dont play it. Its fine.

I love the game and the newer versions, just saying you turn your device side to side to turn I was trying to turn for like 15 minutes! before I figured this out. Like in Mario kart. Also if you don’t like slow games that include lots of waiting and repetitive work and saving money don’t get this! And if you don’t give it a bad review about how long it takes that is what this game is made to be don’t spoil the reviews. This won’t change this is the game style! If you want a fast farming game don’t waste time getting slow style ones to change make one of those crappy knock off versions. okay!!

Love the game 14 better than 18or 20or any of the others 14 is more real like the other ones look fake I’ve read some reviews and don’t agree with a lot of them on 14 we don’t need to watch apps to get money the I do agree with the one guy it is hard to use the bigger planters and the big slurry tank but you can you just have to keep go back to them to work around the objects but what I would love to see in 14 would be to own more equipment Iam max out and to be able to buy more land Iam max out there to and it didn’t take me long to get the game figured out I play it everyday

Giants software it would be nice if you could add more choices for semi trucks and also make a thingWhere you can get free money by watching ads and when you watch out you can get like $50,000 because I really want to sell my truck but I can never afford it because it’s 300 and blah blah blah thousand dollars and would be nice if you could Unlock all of the things you cannot because all the rock things are really things I need I’m just tired of you software I just wondered does love mean simulator game

I like the game, but it has some issues with the tractors don’t have much horsepower in the harvesters go slow almost all the vehicles go slow in the game that’s a problem. so the game is good. I really like how the vehicles look. It’s just they’re a little old and I don’t really like that but it’s OK. And you can’t like get out of vehicle you stay in the vehicle and the map is really small.

I really love the concept and how it’s like real life, like if you want better stuff get enough money to buy it. I also love the fact that you can have an assistant to work a plot when you feel you need a break. The only issue is when you try to upgrade something, some of the equipment is locked and it doesn’t tell you how to get it. But otherwise it’s a very good game! I would definitely recommend this game to anyone!

I like this game because it’s about farming and I like farming. If you have a locked item, look at the bottom row and if there is an unlock button press it to unlock. FS14 is the only farming game I play. The sowing machines are particularly great because you start out with the littlest one and then as you farm and get through the game, you get to buy better ones, it’s very rewarding.

This is so real with backing equipment, I do it in real life but this is on par. I would say the fields need to be twice as big because a lot of the fields are small for the equipment I use. Crops grow fast for some reason but that’s fine that means more coins. I wouldn’t mind seeing a Case IH 620 quad trac, AI isn’t that smart so I have to keep sorta small equipment to make it not mess up around a tree. At least more crops to plant like cotton or soybeans. Other than that this game is fun.

It’s a great game overall but it’s outdated. I’ve been playing for two years and I’m the only one online everytime I check for other people online. Also another thing this game could Improve on is updates I’m pretty sure last time I check the last update was five years ago. So if you could keep updates going please do.

This contrary to what some people say is a good game. I hate seeing these reviews that say this game is horrible. Get this game anyway don’t listen to them it is free after all. And I just hate seeing these reviews for this game that say it’s a bad game and have no reasons to why it is bad well I have reasons it is good it is pretty realistic for mobile has a great variety in vehicles and has lots of content and is also free yay so get this game it is good.

Fun it's strait forward and easy to play but I would like more vehicles an equipment trailer and round baler as well as a bigger seeder and when you higher an an assistant they can't figure out what do when they come across a tree they just stop and don't know how to get around it and the graphics could be a bit better but still a wonderful game

I picked this game up after getting Farming Simulator 19 on my PS4 and for the most part was pretty impressed. For an old mobile game Far Sim 14 has some amazing graphics and controls, the only downside is the lack of map selection, map space, and some other content (example: doesn’t include John Deere tractors). After you have played for a while the game can get a bit dull and boring but overall a great game.

Farming simulator 14 is great but it would be cool to have a skid steer or loader tractor to move bales and lift manure into the spreader and for corn silage you can chop the corn when it’s green and a tractor with a plow can push silage up on the pit or use a blower to put it up into a silo . Barns should be placeable like in fs22 . I think this is a great game but does need some more equipment and some additional things here and there

This game is awesome but the only problem is that it should me global multiplayer from around the world instead of local multiplayer and you should be able to get out of the vehicles and walk around. That is the reason I give it a four star rating but awesome job with the game development. Keep up the good work.

Multiplayer is awesome because we can play with friends but for some reason when I try to join on a with a friend it’s just a time out while connecting I don’t know if that’s a bug or not because it’s not supposed I don’t think that supposed to happen but overall great game!

I have played since it first came out and oh boy, this is just great! I love it! But there are some things bad about of course. You can’t look up or down. You can’t upgrade your planters unless you pay 2 dollars. But still, this is one of the most nostalgic games on the App Store.

This game is fun when ever u have nothing to do. But there are a couple of problems. They should make it to were you can watch videos to earn money. They should also make it to were you can actually afford the farming tools. Other than this it is a really good game.

This is a great game. Graphics are amazing, the controls are great and it’s simple but very fun.... I only ask for one thing the game doesn’t have a first person point of view. Like viewing it if you were driving the tractor, if you could do a big update for that would be nice

I played it for a while and then a few days later I found out how to auto harvest every thing. And then I noticed my money slowly going down and o was confused. Then I found out what it was for. Otherwise a good game. And please add faster harvest and tractors.

I had a lot of money and equipment on this game and one day it just reset couldn’t get all my stuff back had to start over would be nice if I could get it all back I had all land bought and everything

This game is so much better than expected the only thing is maybe add a little more info on where to pick up things where to drop them off and other things like that other than that this game is awesome

I played this game when Farming Simulator 16 still cost money, and it was fun. I downloaded it again a few days ago, and the pictures on the App Store look amazing, but I played and I think it needs some sort of update. Also, please make Farming Simulator 18 free since there’s a new one.

FS 14 is the best game ever I think I have been playing it for 12 years now and I think it is the best game is the world.I am so glad this is a great game and I have never deleted it and I can’t stop playing it. It is such a cool game. If l had to rate it it would be 100 present perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is almost the best the only problems with it is that it takes so long for the crops to grow and then after that with corn you have to get a new harvester. You also need to fix multiplayer mode. Other than that it is a good app.

Everything is great I’ve put a TON of hours on this game alone. My only complaint is selling land I have TOO MUCH land and would like to sell some of my hayfields or plow them for more space for corn, wheat, and canola.

I have had this for a year or so. But this was the first game I got on my phone. I am completely addicted to it. Anybody who says it’s horrible is dumb because there wrong. Pick this game. At least there letting you fell like you’re farming!😁🤪

In my share of playing farming simulator this was a huge step for giants and putting available for phones and not having to pay much like you would for a PC this is a huge step

I love this game it's one of my favorites I will never EVER delete it this game you can save it and there's no end you just upgrade I love that fact just I wish they would add chickens that would make this game BOMB to me thank you for reading :)

That nostalgia is just 😩. The ONLY thing I don’t like is that you only get one choice of planter in game without having to pay money, but other than that, masterpiece

I think you should be able to get new animals and houses and have more space in the town. Again great game but needs updates.

So I started playing this game and it is so awesome and entertaining thank you for this game please consider adding first person and maybe some more vehicles but besides that best game ever! I recommend giving this game a try 👍

I love this game but I have 1 problem and that is if the truck can go faster than the tractor then why does it pull the plow slower. Other than that the game is awesome.

This game surprised me with my interest in vehicles and farming yet I wanted to try out the multiplayer however, I waited for so long but never could connect bus other than that this game is amazing

Bad graphics need more tractors 🚜 and a John deer tractors do not recommend for any body it’s very very boring. At first I thought it would be fun but it was boring dose. Not have hardly any tractors at all waste of time. Delete BORING

I love this game, nice tractors, nice graphics, amazing equipment, very addicting(despite its 6 years old) and best of all, you can get the game for free. But the only things that aren’t free are some of the equipment. Could you make all the equipment free so I can only use in game money instead of real money. I don’t want to spend my money on one piece of equipment. That would greatly be appreciated

I love it but it would be nice if there were more livestock to choose from to buy and sell as we wish. Of course then we would need livestock trailers. Also it would be nice if we could just unload the hay bails wherever we wish. Also the hay bails disappear from the fields if there not picked up right away. One more thing we definitely need a bigger variety of crops to plant. Please add and fix this. Thank you

This is one of the greatest games I have ever played. Per-i-od. Just great. U should have a update for the transport truck that we can have different trailers( livestock trailer, flat bed, etc. . Also for more livestock (able to chose the livestock that u want to have), and u need a fork for the tractors removable or not (with different heads maybe?). Overall a great game to play with friends or just to play it. One of the best games I’ve ever played, heck to it THE best game I have EVER played! Great job guys. Can’t believe how much fun this is 🙂🙂🙂🙂.

This game is so easy. The things you do to help gives you money. It's easy to help so that's why i played this game and I wish The tractors and trucks didn't have to need money.

Très bon jeu mais manque d'outillage et pour débloquer certain tracteurs ,vous devez payer pour les débloquers mais sinon le jeu est plus réel, et quand vous commencer a jouer vous n'êtes plus capable d'arrêter et très le fun a jouer.

This is not a good game, there aren’t many vehicles and tools, you get only 3 harvesters, a small red one which you get at the beginning of a career, in which that harvester is trash, a medium size green harvester, and a large red harvester. Let’s talk about the tractors now, the red tractor that you get at the beginning of a career is also trash to, it’s horsepower isn’t very decent to pull heavy machinery, also the fields aren’t wide enough, there is also one stupid little thing that I hate the most in this game, you have to pay for some tools and vehicles, I don’t know who thought it was a great idea to make some tools and vehicles locked behind IAP (in app purchases) for an example the default sowing machine you get at the beginning of a career is absolute trash and if you want to upgrade to a bigger better sowing machine, you’ll have to pay to get one, it takes you like an hour just to sow a field with that small sowing machine you get at the beginning of a career. Avoid playing this game and play another Farming sim game

If your just a regular mobile player, looking for a game to pass the time, and you don’t plan on taking this game seriously and investing hours into your farm like me, you probably won’t mind these flaws, It is hard to navigate and find your vehicles because there’s no way to look up or down, your camera is just kind of always looking down at your vehicle, and that can be VERY annoying at times. There was not enough controller support, I already finished 16 and have millions, and in 16 there is full support for a controller, but in this game, you have controller support during the gameplay, but in the menu, the shop, or when a message or reminder pops up, your forced to use your fingers. There’s no basic walkthrough of the game, your forced to read this 23 page manual to understand how everything works, making it hard and confusing for new players trying to figure out how to start a farm.

I played it for about 10 minutes and got lost! I got got bored after about 5 minutes! It’s hard to use and confusing would not recommend. Reason 1, The game gets boring after a short period of time playing it! Reason 2, I got immediately lost in the game and the map was not helpful because whenever I moved the map moved so I couldn’t see where I was going! Reason 3, It’s hard to use because at the beginning you barely get any instructions! I mean how do I even sell the grain I have no idea! For first time users I think that there should be a short tutorial running through important things. Reason 4, It is hard to drive and see things around you because when your driving you can only zoom out your camera! Also, the tractor are hard to drive and should be slightly faster! But, it was fun for the first 5-10 minutes of me just driving around! Please take these reasons into consideration! I would really enjoy that!

Did not take long playing this to realize that there are a lot of problems with this game. You use the same gesture to zoom as to turn camera. Quit often you end up turning the camera when you try to scroll the map. After you are finished and want to turn the camera it is an infuriatingly futile effort. While they made an attempt at a written manual it leaves so many gaps and unanswered questions that they might as well not even have bothered. Looks like most of the better equipment is locked with no idea how to unlock.

The game has been out for a few years now and I think it would be greatly appreciated by everyone if the extra/better equipment wouldn’t cost anything. The new games on PS4 cost so much so yes this is a bit better but the controls are also not a good, and it could have less glitching for multiplayer. Farm sim 14 is better than 15 (outta graphics) because the 15 version just tried to be better but failed. I feel that 14 could be using some upgrades to better farm sim 14 and it can be done! :) Thanks 👋

Hi, I don’t usually write reviews, but the game just glitched my money! I had a huge amount I’d been saving up. It was about 300,000 dollars and I was going to get the stuff to make milk and get a new tractor. I went into the shop and bought the baler. Then when I try to buy the tedder, the button is grayed out. The money level still shows 200 thousand and something, but it won’t let me buy anything. Glitch! Overall, great game, better than I expected but please fix that glitch. Thanks!👍👍👍😀

You all have a good game here and it would be a 5 star game if you fixed 1 thing. the first person view so you can see in front of you. the camera only shows 10 feet in all directions. you have to use the map to see where you are going so you don’t run into a barn or ponds. fix the camera view so it’s like your other games and it will be a 5 star game then I will put money in to it thanks.

Ok so the thing that irritates me is that it takes forever to drive around in a tractor to go pick up supplies at the shop. It would be nice if we could have a pickup truck if we wanted one for faster transportation. The camera view doesn’t go that far out either so it’s hard to tell which way you’re going unless you look at the map constantly. You also can’t set way points down unless it’s part of a mission you’re following. Also the planting of the seeds takes forever through the stages. It would be nice if it could be a little faster. Or if not that. Then it would grow while you’re offline or something. And then when you come back it’ll be ready. It’s also hard to make good money when the seed growing process takes to long.

It’s a nice game and all, good features and is a lot of fun but the only problem is when you buy in game currency. I spent money on the game and then it ripped my off it charged my account but never game me the coins, I’m really disappointed because I love the game so much but when you get ripped off it really messed up your thinking about the game so it’s a warning to all because when purchasing in game currency

Used to play this game nonstop what is my favorite cell phone game you used to be able to buy the coins real cheap if you want to get a little jump on a new game now they made it so you physically have to buy with real money one object they really did a number and it’s not a good one

I honestly feel like this game is really good but, I also think that it could really use an update. I am getting tired of the exact same thing over and over again. At least add a mega city like the one in farming simulator 19 and be able to get out of the vehicle and to walk around the map if you want.

For Phones that have larger screens the game does not not Adjust to the screen and you can’t change that like some games can yet this game is supported for iPhone X 😂 plz fix has it is mildly annoying even though this game isn’t really supported anymore

Having loads of fun in this but I think you could make driving better and add more crops I ado not care if you listen to me but this is just my personal opinion on how to make it better for me and everyone else.

Farming simulator gives u an idea of what farming is like in the real world if there was more trucks and things weren’t locked it would be way better and I find it difficult to join up with my friends overall I think farming simulator 14 is a good game

AI has been severely downgraded from 18. Can’t hire helpers for anything other than driving in fields, even then certain processes don’t allow use of helpers such as using the loading wagon in the field... Trying to purchase a field? Good luck, there are no prices shown for new fields, trying to buy them it just says you don’t have enough money. Driving controls are awful compared to past games. Pretty much every single feature from past games has been either removed or made worse... Hope there are some fixes and changes ahead.

I recently upgraded phones and redownload the game and now can not get my saved games and in app purchases back. Rather disappointed every time I try to log in for iCloud save it take me to the Facebook page or the App Store and wants me to upgrade games. Highly unlikely to purchase any other game until I get the other In app purchases back. Also has happened in fs16 very dissatisfied
