Creative concept!Ive been hesitating to download this app for like a month+ because i thought it would be boring and too quick to play. but today i decided to download it. and i didn’t regret it. i got through all the letters in like 10-15 minutes because i spent like 2 minutes at each one and some not a lot of time! i love this game because its so creative and fun to play. its also a great way for kids to learn the alphabet! this can distract kids from bothering parents too lol. i plan on replaying the whole alphabet and i will replay it a lot because i cant stop playing it its so good! it is literally so fun and i love it so much. i love touching the letters to grow different things on them and to make them transform into new things! i think Q was one of my favorites because it has a quilt where you can assemble the different shapes into different patterns for it. i think its worth 6 dollars and its very fun! :D.Version: 1.22
Best Kids App We’ve FoundHands down this is the best kids app that we’ve come across to date. Our 3.5 year old started playing with this around age 2. It’s amazingly intuitive and the designs respond to almost any type of interaction from the user. As such, it’s far less frustrating than other “games” which won’t function correctly unless the child is taught what to touch and when In addition, the vocabulary works that are highlighted are varied and interesting - exposing the child to far more diverse words than ball/cat/dog but also demonstrated verbs (marching) and concepts (neighbors) and emotions (upset). Can not recommend this highly enough. Wish Vectorpark would come out with more like this!.Version: 1.16
Amazingly distractive but educationalMy granddaughter was a year and a half old when she started to grab an play with my phone. I started looking for apps so she would quit calling people. I downloaded many apps but this soon became her favorite. Soon we all had this one and when your having a phone fight with your granddaughter ultimately I, you will loose. Quickly start the app and guided access.... here you go dear. I was fascinated on how someone this young maneuvered in this app all the items do multiple things morf into different items then the app speaks as to what it is. She has been picking up the letters and relates the words to real life items. Dumbfounded!!! Fantastic app!.Version: 1.10
Essential on my child’s iPadApps by Vectorpark are incomparable to anything else as a combination of beautiful minimalist art and interactive design. I feel inspired every time I play with one. Now I enjoy them with my 3-year-old and their value has gone up exponentially. I can’t imagine a more fun way to explore the alphabet. It would be a shame to ruin any of the surprises by describing them here, so allow me to simply say: get this and the rest of the Vectorpark apps, touch every part of them, and you’ll be glad you did..Version: 1.10
The Beautifully Crafted MetamorphabetI is for my name, and also I have letter I as a example. I clicked on it said (I) in a voice so perfect. I turned into an iceberg, I turned into a igloo, then I opened the igloo and I saw that the word was (inside) I clicked on the ball and it inflated (inflate) the game is so beautiful, Children expand their vocabulary and Adults can see that it is created well and this is wonderful. Helpful and addicting!I saw a youtuber play this game, and I wanted to check it out too. I got it, and immediately got addicted. When my little cousins come this summer, I know they will enjoy this app. And also on the X part with the Xylophone, I actually taught myself two songs. Nine years of perfection and joyAll my grands are starting to age out of this game and i will be so sad. it has given all four of them practice on letters and sounds and vocabulary. it made small children stop crying at times. it is well supported and so very well done. i will always recommend it to young parents or to grandparents who want a kids game on their phone..Version: 1.23

Entertaining and engaging for my toddlerI have a 1.5 yr old toddler who is just starting to speak. I wasn't sure what to expect when I let him play with this app but I was pleasantly surprised. I have an old iPad 2 that was collecting dust so I loaded up iOS 8 on it and installed this app. I put an otter box case on it and loaded the app. Then I used guided access to lock the iPad into single app mode so he couldn't accidentally exit the application. I let him play with it knowing 1. He has a short attention span and 2. He throws things. I stayed close by so #2 wouldn't happen. He surprised me by figuring out how to get from A to B on his own. He giggled when the birds on the antlers flew. He doesn't yet repeat the letters but I know he's learning because he's remembering things from the app and that's enough for me as a dad. An Edu Game Changer!This App is GENIUS!!!!! I totally wished I had thought of this (dang it..lol). The vocabulary is well thought out to boost acquisition of higher levels vocabulary words. EXTREMELY engaging. As an educator, work w/adult leaners in a literacy program and they love it. I'm also a mom of a 21 month-old (almost 2yrs) who can not only say iPad, but can swap and go DIRECTLY to this App in a folder labeled "Edu". He can now say some of the letters, words; and has his favorites (B, F, E). Each week, his vocabulary is growing to our amazement. What impressed me the most is that he's making connections. For example, "fan"..he repeats and points to our ceiling fan. The first time he said "antlers", I just about fell over. At any rate, THANK YOU Starbucks! Not sure how much this App is but I would've paid for it!.Version: 1.06
With a few corrections...pretty goodThis is pretty basic- just the letter and the sound with some cute, simple animations. The problem is the same as with so very many letter/sound lessons I've seen over the years. All words don't demonstrate clear examples of the sounds. I'll mention an example for "e". They start with "egg." Perfect. But then it's followed with "eat." One example is short e and the next long- then they present "elephant"- back to the short e again. Later they use"earth" for e- neither short nor long. This is an example of an r-controlled vowel. After 30 years of teaching, I've watched many a child struggle with sounding out new words because their foundation is shaky. In conclusion I'd say, use this app- it's pretty good- but provide explanation as your child practices- explain why the same letter has different sounds. The app would be better if it stuck with just the short sounds at first- maybe have 2 sections- first long and then short- and don't use r-controlled vowels in a simple beginning sounds activity..Version: 1.06
Great! And for sound problems try this...This is a really clever, thoughtful, and beautifully designed app. Our 20 month old twins love it. It takes a bit for them to move the objects around the screen to get to the next letter, but given their age it’s amazing they stay focused long enough at all - that speaks to the interest the app provides for them! Also, in previous reviews I noticed that some people had problems with the sound on their devices. After you have checked that your mute is not on, etc, try checking to see if you have any iOS updates or other tablet updates you need to download. We had no sound until I updated our iPad and that fixed the issue immediately..Version: 1.07
An app an adult can enjoy with kids of all agesAt first glance one might be tempted to say this app is generally geared to toddlers or those learning the alphabet and words...but that would be really selling it short. Older kids can benefit from the breadth of the words associated with the letters. Most games associate A with apple and B with ball...quite boring for adults...at least not attention capturing. This app associates A with arch, antlers and amble. These are advanced words and the animations explain the concepts of subjective words that toddlers would never be exposed to. I liken this game to the first time I watched the Cars movie. You mean their are kids movies with good action and adult themes that also play on the child level? Incredible. Flash cards with baby are boring but even older kids benefit from this app due to the interactive play and advanced words that are designed to expand the vocabulary of those well out of the toddler range and can capture the interest of those in high school and beyond. Couple all this with the fact that the animations are a work of art, and Wow! what a concept you have here. I am interested in exploring their entire line..Version: 1.06
#1 In My HouseFrom the moment I opened this app I was in love, and so was my 2.5 yo. I believe it says it's geared toward 4+, but she had no problem learning to navigate it and we are both obsessed. It's very intuitive - you will know exactly what to do and will be somewhat puzzled by that, probably. I've spent a lot of money on gimmicky, cheaply designed kids games with all kinds of in-app purchases that send your kid down a very expensive rabbit hole. Metamorphabet is not like that - yet. Hopefully they stay true to the simple and honest design. It will keep parents like me checkin' for other apps. Also, I spend nearly as much time on it as my daughter does and use it to entertain client's children in real estate closings..Version: 1.06
Must Have App for Toddlers!!This App is beautiful! A genuine work of art. I love to spend time with it myself BUT our 21month old loves it even more. Sometimes he picks it up for just a few minutes and sometimes he will lose himself in it for 20 minutes or so -- AND he has taught himself his ABC's with it!! We started to use ABC flash cards with him after he had been interacting with Metamorphabet for about a month and we were SHOCKED when he was able to make it all the way to M his first time through - incredible APP! We bought all the vector park apps and now we just hope they do a numbers app soon 🙂.Version: 1.07
