Asdivine HeartsAsdivine Hearts is one of the few Kemco games I've played and replayed. Exe-Create is easily Kemco's stand out development team (not to take anything away from their other development teams - they all bring their own thing to the table, which is incredibly impressive at this point in the retroRPG market), pretty much consistantly making enjoyable titles, but this one stands out as one of their best, self-released or published by another company... Old School GoodnessI really enjoy this game. The music is catchy, battles are addictive. Story is sorta generic but funny. Only negative is the translation. Not a good job at all. Very awkward sentences and some that make no sense. Still, I'm able to follow the story and character personality still comes through. Not too bad, beats expectationsIt’s a simple, yet fun game. Think Phantasy Star 2 crossed with Final Fantasy 1. It’s not going to win any awards for story, music or battles. Ahhh it's okSince I was asked to write a review in game I will. So far the game is ahh it's lacking storyline that is found in final fantasy 6 or 3.(same game) is it as good as lunar or suikoden. Another great hit from Kemco & EXEWith so many different teams working on titles and being pushed out by Kemco; it tends to be a lot of hit or misses. Asdivine Hearts, is one of those great hits. As of right now, I only put close to 4 hours into the game, but it's because I've played 4 hours that I can say it's fantastic. After those 4 hours I feel as though I've barely scrapped the surface and with plenty of sub-quests to do on top of the main story line... I've got a long ways to go and that's what I expect from JRPGS. The story so far has been captivating, it's good and while the characters cliche, they have a nicer personal touch to each one of them keeping you interested. The art is great and the new gameplay/visuals are really what push this game giving it that feel as if you're playing a JRPG from the PS1 glory days. Characters seem to have some good personalities and the combat system is complex enough to be engaging and differentiated vs a slightly less complex system in something like Chaos Rings. However it is a bit complex, and I feel it could use a bit more of a ramp up or explanation about different status effects. However the guides seem to be very helpful. Minor critiques would be the fact that Greek alphabet letters are used for gems, which is a tad hard to adjust to. Also the colors are very bright- it would be nice to have an option to tone down the color palette a bit to prevent headaches (or when playing with one!) Loving the NostalgiaKemci has created a game that truly brings the definitive elements of an RPG to the mobile console. It's actually pretty cool that phones are a part of this category now. This game is truly shaping up to be a great mobile RPG. The battle mechanics are great, the music is good, the story is nicely paced, and the characters are well done. *Spoiler Alert* Kinda wish you could get the queen as a member of the party, but the high priestess will do. It's ok.(spoilers)It's got a shallow, predictable story. I'm only just returning to the main world now from riviera but Main character ends up being amazingly special. Most likely his girlfriend too. All girls are somehow unrealistically attracted to the main character...the world is annoying. You can only go to places you have been or the next place you have to go. Zero exploring. Even if you go somewhere a town will be, it doesn't exist until you are supposed to go there. The battle system and jewel system is unique-ish as far as I know. First playable rpg for iPhoneAnd I've tried them all. This game is truly excellent. It could absolutely stand on its own as a console game, but plays beautifully and smoothly on an iPhone. Absolutely no need to buy ingame currency. Interesting and deep but simple combat system. Probably the best Kemco RPG I've playedGreat game! Animations aren't perfect but they're a lot more lively than before. Graphics are crisp, the menus are very well made, and the translation is the best yet. Perfect translation makes the game much better. The story is actually pretty lively and fun. Great JRPGI love the characters and the combat. There are some stock characters but this game has a way of putting a pleasant twist on them so that they are fresh.
