High Quality and ThoughtfulMy young preschooler loves this app. She’s been more interested in what goes on in the kitchen because of her exposure to kitchen tools and sounds through this app. I love that they try and make it as realistic as possible. For example, the kids will cut the vegetables vertically and horizontally, add ingredients and get to stir, and also in some cases open up the oven to put the tray of food in. She’s been happy playing all the Paper Boat apps and isn’t persuaded to try other ones we’ve purchased. It’ll be great to keep on adding upgrades/additional purchase for different recipes, probably other cultural foods. Overall, well worth the money..MYI122Version: 2.5.1

Variety of fun!!My daughter (3 yo) loves the Jr. Chef app! I love the variety of activities that she can do within the app. She is always making some different combination of food, so it’s not exactly the same game each time. Each “recipe” has her interact with many ingredients and tools/appliances I use everyday, so my daughter transfers the knowledge to real life in the kitchen. Finally, the best part is that she can “share” the food she’s prepared, and we can take bites from her dish. ReviewSo I know this is more of a younger kid game but I’m almost a pre teen 🫠. I came back to the game from when I was little, and I love the game believe it or not. But there is one problem. There should be a setting to turn the dog directions guy off to where he doesn’t say anything or show his face at all. I love the old version of it a a lot more. Hours of funI bought this for my son when he was 3. He just recently turned 5 and still plays with this game frequently. He loves to play restaurant! He takes our orders and loves to create dishes for us to eat. This game provides hours of entertainment, if you will let your child play for that long. Toddler & Mom ApprovedMy two year old loves to cook and after trying many games(and being disappointed ) we found Junior Chef’s Cafe. It was just what we wanted. Great app for kids, no addsEven the free version of this game does not have ads! we ultimately ended up purchasing this app, but were able to fully enjoy the free version as well. Great game... misleading descriptionMy son absolutely loves this game. I had to get him the paid version. He is getting an iPad for Christmas so I thought I would just download the paid version on my phone for the mean time because the description says it’s available for family sharing and it says in app purchases may be available. This being said I thought they definitely would be available otherwise it would’ve stated that they are NOT available like all other apps. This was very misleading and frustrating. Now I have it on my phone and can’t get it on his iPad and I refuse to pay for it again. I requested a refund through the App Store and was denied so I resubmitted it so I’m really hoping I get the refund. You need to change the description so people are aware BEFORE they buy it.
