Easy to use, good choice of different food.

If you are living in the Middle East, it is a very convenient app to discover restaurants but also to order from them. The down part is that people are not as much involved so its a bit har to get truthful reviews. Also not all restaurants are listed and its not very clear how to add or request to add. It would be easier to build up the database that way. Overall very useful but could be much better.

This is the app you need to quickly order your food for delivery. It's fast, provide a long list of restaurants in your area and a good customer service. Some restaurants are still missing but I guess they will update the list soon.

I use to order on UberEATS or Delivroo but with Talabat I have access to much more restaurants. With UberEATS and delivroo only restaurant very close by can deliver you, whereas with Talabat you can even order from restaurants a little far.

Well done for the app, however you can maybe add the option of "how long left before getting the delivery".

Easy to use but delivery takes way too long. Be prepared to wait at least an hour for most orders.

Usually a good service, however i noted that you do not get notified when an order is cancelled. Twice i ended up waiting an hour or more for food that never came. Sometimes the restaurant will take it’s time before cancelling, so you have to check the app every 10 minutes to make sure you will receive your food. Makes no sense.

Never seen an app so broken, hire some competent dev. First time I used it it crashed right after the paiement and couldn’t even know if my order went thru since i choose to order as a guest, and since then the app won’t even open. This is a joke from a company with such aspiration

Why do I need to reply the same question over and over: « Hi sir/ma’am, This is ### from Quiqup. We are delivery partner of pizza express could you please share your delivery location? thank you »... I’ve ordered more than 30 times thru Talabat, I would have thought my profile is known...

Please improve your filters especially for the offers. Why do we have to go through all the offers when we are looking for a specific type of cuisine? It is not user friendly at all!

I’m talking with talabat and I send email to customer care but no one reply it’s deduction from my card money not first time and so many time it’s be canceled and without refund money this is last time I will used have so many application

Where has the “tip rider” feature gone? Also, back when it was available, the maximum tip which could be given was 8 aed, which is too low

Been using this app for 2 years, they need to fix this issue asap, drivers take double of the time mentioned every time i order, not once or twice but every time.

I spent more than 20min to entre my details and chose the order and put my card details .. and location .. in the end .. “Sorry this restaurant is closed didn’t accept orders try nearby restaurant” for what spend an other 20min on closed restaurant. I tried other app 10min I finished

I checked my order after 1h to find out that it has been delivered successfully while it was not, contacted talabat and they said that will cancel it!!! The only solution they had !!

Third Times i didn’t got my order while I was waitin for more than an hour... disrespectful...

I receive my order 1h and 20minutes after ordering. It’s was saying 30minutes. I receive my food cold !!! Very very bad !!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Had a lot of troubles with my French credit card (debited several times for the same orders) - I think I lost at least 500Aed on that app because they don't refund and bad service. Better go on deliveroo.
