A good start on letting me design anywhere!Most of my frequently used tools from the iPad version are here, so that's great. The one big thing missing for me right now is stylus support. While Apple Pencil doesn't work on the iPhone, the Wacom Intuos Creative stylus does. I actually carry both of these all the time so that I can switch seamlessly between my computer, my iPad, and my iPhone when using Sketchbook Pro (another fine Autodesk product!), so I would LOVE to be able to extend that workflow to Graphic. While pressure sensitivity is a less critical function for me in a program like Graphic, the stylus is a great help in being accurate on a small screen. Fantastic toolI have been using this app since it first appeared in the App Store as iDraw. It has really powerful vector drawing tools and great layering capabilities. I have used it for everything from textbook illustrations, poster graphics, and as a drafting program for manufacturing 2-D mechanical parts. I use this more than any other graphics app, and I really appreciate being able to switch seamlessly between the iOS version and the OSX version. Yesterday I had my first technical problem in many years of use, and I wrote to the support email address. I had a response in under an hour, with a helpful description of an effective workaround, and a promise that they were working on the problem for a future update. Absolutely awesome app!I have been using Graphic since the days when it was still cold iDraw. It is an absolutely wonderful tool, and I have done countless designs with it. It would not be a far-fetched statement to say that it is one of the best vector drawing apps in the Apple Store. Sadly, many apps consider graphic design adding text to pictures. Most of the apps out there pathetic or cost way too much. This app is worth far more than what you will pay for it. That being said, please add the ability to install fonts for use within the app. This functionality is possible, proven by the app Phonto. It is imperative to my progression with my graphic design, that I have this ability. Regardless, this app is the most used app on my phone. Is this app still supported?This has been my go to iPhone designing app for years, I would love to be able to keep using it. But now I’m wondering if there is a better more current alternative... Recently with the change to ios14 and how fonts are handled Graphic can’t see any of my installed fonts! This is a huge problem. Very Useful, confusing at firstI use this app a lot for sketching things out and designing things. I own this on both the iPad and iPhone. It is much easier to use on the iPad. On the iPhone it's impossible to use in portrait because everything is way too cramped together. Its works well once you get used to it. It exceeded my expectations for an app for an iPhone or iPad. Useful but confusingI anticipate this will be very useful for making quick programmer art and such. But the user interface is somewhat counter intuitive. There doesn't seem to be any way to change the color of solid lines; every time I think I do it, then draw a line, the color reverts back to black and it appears black. Gradients also don’t work; I can edit them and select them, but when I draw with them, the color flips back to the previous solid color I’d selected. Excellent!I’ve tried many drawing apps that lack simple tools to get your ideas down quickly. The smoothing feature is excellent for touch devices and does not require use of pen to achieve excellent lines. I often draw my images and export them to a paint program to color. ICloud ate my workI love the app functionality, my problem is when I use Files to move a file into a sub folder I create in the Graphic folder in iCloud, graphic treats the folder as a corrupt file, crashes and either deletes or makes the file inaccessible. Unable to copy/paste, unable to edit textOverall, it's easy enough to use, with powerful features to allow me create icons and other graphics quickly. Interface was clean and uncluttered. Many of the features were embedded deep inside the menus, and it took a few diggings to find where they were. Hopefully, there would be more documentation about these features in the near future. I experienced a few bugs while using this app, including not being able to copy/paste objects. Double tapping on the Text object did not work either, which essentially rendered this useless. I was pretty sure it's a bug, and hopefully the team will remedy this in their next release. I was using this app on iPhone 6s with iOS 9.0.2. Best value in the app storeSeriously, this is a full fledged drawing App for only a few dollars. I don't know how they managed to pack so much functionality onto such a small screen, but somehow they have created a clean interface that nevertheless allows you to do pretty much anything a moderately sophisticated desktop drawing App would allow. You can add dropshadows, copy and paste, copy styles, create simple vector shapes, draw shapes node by node, group items, edit text, work with layers, align elements, move items up and down relative to each other, and more. It really is amazing. I am so enthusiastic in part because I emailed the developers to ask that they make it easier to edit text, and to copy and paste. In only a few weeks, they did exactly that. Best. Customer. Service. Ever. Hands down, this is the most full-featured drawing App in the store, and I've tried perhaps five of them, some of which I paid real money for. Copy and pasteTo copy an object, tap to select it, then tap it again and hold. A context menu will come up with options to copy, paste, etc. To paste, tap and hold again where you want to paste a copied object. With that out of the way, I am delighted that iDraw is back, now as Graphic and on iPhone as well. When it appeared that iDraw was no longer being updated, I tried every other vector drawing app in the App Store and quickly ran into limits with all of them. Graphic is by far the most capable and polished vector drawing app for iOS. Incredible app!Just picked this up for my phone, and as a graphic designer, I have yet to find a more feature packed, all in one program of this level for iPhone. The ability to adjust the kerning of text is a big deal to me, as I hadn't seen it on other vector apps on my iPad. Looks Good So FarI just put this app through a few paces, creating simple vector drawings, inserting photos, and syncing via iCloud with my iPad and Mac versions of this app. Everything worked quite well. No bugs, and no nasty surprises. I found the interface to be amazingly intuitive, because I am familiar with the iPad app. I think the small price is well worth it, just for those times I need to reference one of my drawings created on the iPad or Mac. It worked well, until…I really loved this app until uploaded fonts started to not work. It needs to be updated to fix this problem. The workarounds are really not just worth it to bother with. It was very user friendly until the fonts started to not work like they used to. AbandonedThis app was awesome when it was compatible with iOS 12. But with the introduction of the newer iOS versions the app now will crash on your iPhone and iPad if you attempt to use some of the features. If you attempt to adjust the opacity of a layer or an image using the blending function the app will crash. If you try to remove a layer the app will crash. If you try to duplicate a layer the app will crash. It’s unfortunate that this app hasn’t had an update in 5 years. This was a great app that operated similar to illustrator on a mobile device. I love how it can import fonts into the app as opposed to having to jump through hoops installing a font profile in the iOS settings section. Updated: Still Crashes on iPad ProI use this app a lot, but there’s an issue with complex drawings causing the app to crash on iPad Pro, and losing any unsaved work. It’s very frustrating, but what’s really infuriating is that the company has known about this for over a year and hasn’t fixed the problem. If you’re not going to fix this, at least make the app auto-save more often. I can’t tell you how many hours of work I’ve lost. Update: years later, and the app still crashes constantly and it’s still incredibly glitchy, with a few new problems. Some examples: If you have grouped objects and you then use the eraser tool to erase part of the group of objects, the app glitches out and changes the canvas size to 0x0 and removes the background color. You cannot resize the canvas unless you close the file and reopen it. Hope you remember what size your canvas was. Undo does not work in this situation. Sometimes undo doesn’t work in general. You tap it and nothing happens. If you import a photo and want to resize it or edit it using points, the behavior can be very weird. If you want to erase the background out of the photo and cut out part of the image by hand by erasing and adjusting points, the app gets extremely quirky. You have to erase a little and move the points around, but make sure that you do not move the four outermost points of the image, or the photo will resize inside your cut-out area. You have to instead remove those outermost points with the eraser tool in such a way that other points you have already set become the new outermost points. This usually works but sometimes the image shifts inside the cut-out area when you do this. Today I have a bunch of files I can’t open because they are “downloading”, but I’m not connected to the internet. I use iCloud with this app, which screws it all up. In the past I could close the app and do a hard restart but now that doesn’t work. I have slow internet, so if I get online they still aren’t going to download. If I want to open my files I will have physically go someplace with better WiFi. If I turn off iCloud all my files disappear, so that’s not an option. Really exciting to have a file almost done and get locked out of it because the app wants to download it from the cloud instead of just using the work I saved locally. Still have no idea how to use tabs. It happens by accident from time to time, but I have no idea how to work in tabs on purpose. There needs to be a dominant behavior between snapping to points and snapping to grid, and I need to be able to choose which one is dominant. These two seem to fight with each other. I’ll be snapping to the grid all day and then suddenly there will be some point that lines up just off the grid and I’m snapping to that for some reason. It’s infuriating. Another annoying glitch — when I’m editing points and I have removed all curvature from the object, if I erase a point, the resulting line between the two points on either side is now curved. If I draw a shape and want to erase a section out of the middle of it, there will be one or two ‘magic’ points in the erased area that, if o erase them, the entire erased area disappears. In fact, if you use the eraser tool to tap a circular erasure into the middle of the object, it will be the same point that causes the unwanted deletion, every time. Sometimes this happens with the outer perimeter of objects as well. When I draw a tiny circle it will have four points. If I draw a slightly larger circle it will have five points, two of which are on top of each other. This makes editing circles into other shapes a real pain. When I erase part of a shape, often a bunch of new points are added to the outline of the shape. When I erase part of the outline of a shape that has no fill color, the remaining outline will be broken into two or three separate paths, depending on how complex the original shape was. If you enlarge the canvas you can not zoom in close on any of the new canvas area you’ve added. You have to close the file and reopen it. If an object bleeds off the side of the canvas you cannot see the portion of the object that’s off-canvas, unless you move the entire object off the canvas. This isn’t necessarily bad, but I’d like to be able to adjust that. There are times when it is preferable to edit an object off the canvas and then drags the completed object back onto the canvas. You can’t zoom in close on objects that aren’t on the canvas, so editing off the canvas is more or less not possible. This app needs better warping and skewing capability. Big time. These issues have been around for so long, I think the company is no longer staffed or they just don’t have anyone there who actually uses the app. It’s frustrating because I have hundreds of files and I go back and edit a lot of them regularly, so switching to a better app would be rough..ScmoasVersion: 1.1.2

Not a bad program, but be cautiousI used the program since it was iDraw for the iPad. Great for mobile design on the go. But since it was bought by Autodesk, choose wisely if you want to upgrade. Remember the issue with Sketchbook Pro mobile? Originally paid $5 for it, then on a whim Autodesk updates it, requires a monthly subscription and now those who previously purchased the app are stuck with a crippled version unless you want to pay monthly. I won't be updating the iDraw app on my iPad any time soon just to be careful that I won't be stuck losing any functionality or caught having to pay for something again.
