Let me start off by saying the game is a very good concept. The idea of characters fighting on their own but still being somewhat controlled by the player hasn't been explored very much, and this game does a great job of it. It is somewhat pay-to-win, but not nearly as much as other games on the market. Furthermore, the support staff are very kind, helpful, and especially prompt. The one time I had an issue, it was resolved within less than a day of my sending the support ticket. However, the one drawback of the game is the lack of new content. The last time an update did anything other than fix bugs was almost 6 months ago, and the same things get stale eventually. Some new heroes (not all epic ones, distributed across all the rarities) and missions being introduced would bump my rating up to 5 stars. Tl;dr: The title says it all.

Good game. I actually play it about once a day. But I’ve gotta say that how you can spend a whole 6 minutes just trying to grind in one tower on the first floor and then lose last second makes it feel like my life is more of a waste of everything around me then it was before. And trust me when I say making me feel even more worthless then I already am is no easy task. So good game, Maybe do something about the unbalanced towers, not sure though, could just be me

After Tactical Heroes was shut down I had to find another game. This one isn’t quite as good as that but so far I’m having fun. Wish the battles were more involved, if not entirely turn-based.

This is a great game that I think deserves a look by anyone. Great depth of play from beginner to high level, and also a nice campaign story with lots of missions a rewards. No paywalls to access all parts of the game, and no predatory monetization like you get in most new mobile games, but the game store is there if you choose to support the devs. Join this great community!

I’ve had a blast with this game but one thing that irritates me is how when you shut off, the timer on things doesn’t stay on while offline. For example, when I assign a hero to a heroic mission, no time passes when I log off. Another is crafting that this is a problem in. If you can fix that, then I’ll be happy:)

I've played a lot of mobile games. I have searched for one that I can play for long periods of time or just in between my day to day activities, and this game does just that. When I encountered the, "loss of progress bug". I was contacted within 2 days and compensated for my losses via in game mail. Responsive and helpful game developers is a huge plus for mobile games. I've spent some money on the app in the store and it has been well worth it. Happy to support the devs for the game. Hopefully more content and depth will be added soon. Either way, love the game.

It's a good game but use a little more action instead of watching your characters do everything for you

Still a new game so theres not too much content but it seems like it will grow very well

Needs more active people but the artwork is excellent. A bit of a grind but some decent fun can be had.

Nice app with multiple play options.

First off, update ideas: Actually get to wear the armor as a skin. Lower crafting cost for top tier weapons. Add a still shot story mode(like a few cool pages of artwork to tell each character story). A character lobby for guilds. More presentation like a Royal King/Queen presenting the events or saying a voice queue for leveling up and whatnot. Event armor and weapons. As you can see I really love this game and only want it to get better. Review: Fun to level up characters. A good campaign but really stalls you around level 22 and becomes a grind. You're most likely gonna have to spend real life money to advance at a good pace(I did) but not too much. Pretty addictive and you always wanna upgrade your skills. Strategy plays a big part once you're around level 28 and makes the game fun again once you figure out a good one. Overall it's fun but just needs more to do and a way to advance without spending around $50 lol.

Real time RPG where your squad auto-attacks a target you designate while you're responsible for activating some specific abilities. Plenty of ways to play, from single player story to guild activities to pvp battle towers to weekly events and quests. There are decent skill and gear customization options including a crafting system. Combat/skill system is nuanced enough that tactics are important. Solid game overall, though it still has some annoying ads and timers, and I can see the top end being sort of pay to win (only downloaded the app about a week ago, but this is pretty much every game of this type. You can still enjoy the game without paying as I have.) What tipped my rating to 5 stars though was the way customer service handled an issue I had. I lost a day or so of progress due to a bug where my content didn't save. My support ticket was handled same day and the rare character I unlocked in that time was gifted back to my account. They even threw in some bonus goodies for the inconvenience. They treat their players right, so I have no problem giving a 5 star rating. By the way, there's s manual save option in the settings menu. Will be using it in the future.

The game itself is absolutely fantastic, with fun combat, and plenty of different interesting and (mostly) generous currencies that improve your party in different ways, and a fun character collection system that doesn't use annoying cash shop gambling to get them. The biggest flaw in the game for me is just how much gold you need to do things, you earn it slowly and even buying it isn't really very effective with how much you need. The last minor flaw is that if you plan to play and enjoy the game past the first 5 hours or so, you will want to pick up one of the 5 dollar bundles, ideally the daily gems. The gems themselves help, but the bigger matter is that without a purchase of 5 or more, the game will spam you with 30 second commercials after every 3-5 quests.

The game has good structure yet you can't actually battle just use power ups and when your hero goes on a mission you can't use him.... other have said you need money to play I don't believe that is the case you can play just fine with out money yet just like any other game like this those with money will have extra things like armor and power ups. This game has a lot of things to do unlike other games that only has one objective. Overall I would say it is a great game but can use some upgrades in the future! I have not lost my progress yet but if I do I will be sure to let everyone know.

This game is was one of my favorites and I played it all day when I first got, too bad I can't play it anymore!!!! Please fix the game so I can continue playing. If you stop playing the game for long enough and the app restarts you won't be able to play it again, it gets stuck after you press play.... nothing will happen. Thank you for listening I hope to see it's updated as soon as possible

I'm on iPhone 6s and the app keeps crashing when I start it up. It did work the first time I downloaded then it crashed mid campaign. Now when I try to start the game by pressing "start game" after the app has loaded all it does is show me the start up screen. Now it's works perfectly fine after deleting the app and re downloading. Great game btw I love it. It's perfect imo.

As someone who works at a location without good wifi or data signal. Having a seven knight-styled game to play without the use of 3g or wifi is wonderful. Also loving the character customizations as you wear different equipments.

I play every day. Fun characters, although some could use a visual overhaul. Easy to get into and play, lots of fun and customization. I wish the view was closer to the characters, and some of the animations and effects were better, but these are minor gripes. Great game, I hope it gets a good following!

Once u start the game , click on top left of the screen and tap support tab and then hit option - i cant play. It will save some file and then u will be able to log in everytime. A five star game, u dont have to spend any thing. Perfect !!!!

I've been a big fan of Ninja Kiwi since the original Bloons TD. They continue to not disappoint. This is a very solid party-based RPG with plenty of things to do per day (and yes, plenty of times where they hit you up for money -- booze doesn't grow on computers, you know). All in all, I'm giving this a 5*.

Dear developers, well done on this game. I like the storyline and enjoy the overall game. I enjoy the satisfaction of getting new heroes and upgrading them. So far it has all in all been great. Is there any speed up button somewhere, so we can use during the combat (heroes can trigger their skills automatically)? Instead of we have to manually control it, even for some very easy combats?

I should've known I would love it when the splash screen showed me who made this game. Big fan of their work for years. Fast paced enough to stay interesting but easy enough game mechanics to not get lost in it. No glitches, crashes. Well done!

I love this game I don't know why. But there are few problems it crashes or freezes and takes up to much of my battery. I feel like this game might turn into pay to play. However I am having a great time.

Wasn't sure about this game at first, but after about 30 minutes, I fell in love with it. Plenty of characters and abilities to keep it interesting and many things to do to keep it fresh.

Spend a little cash for the time they took to make the game and it's going to be fun for a while as most games like this are , get a few months out of it and try something new lol . Good job keeping you busy .

Fun game and you can still move in the story without having to pay!

More people should play this game—It’s great that the game doesn’t play itself, unlike most mRPGs today, and after 2 weeks I’m still enjoying the progression (unlike other games that try to wring your wallet dry in days). Perhaps a 3x speed would keep more people on board? I hope this game’s development ain’t dead yet.

This game is incredible, but I crashed then I was lvl 99 and I couldn't do anything, but this game has tons of potential.

This is a very good game. But I constantly have to delete the game and reinstall it to get past the lode screen.

I'm not sure if it works for every body (I have an account, so that might be on factor), but after waiting in a frozen screen for a while, a menu pops up with a certain button that leads you to a message that says something along the lines: "Multiple players have been having problems logging in, if you're having this problem, please press the button below" It works. God bless the developers for listening.

Love the game but I keep having to delete it and redownload to get past the log in screen

Every time I come out of the game it takes forever to open. Or sometimes it just doesn't open. It's addicting and I wanna play but it frustrates me that I can't play when I want to.

So far I recommend everyone to try this game out, it's unique and it's a lot of fun so far. I am really enjoying this game!

It does not have many players at the moment because it is a new game but it is so worth a try, i saw it while playing bloons and as soon as i started playing i was addicted. Very fun !

Played this game late unfortunately. From what I can tell it’s just not playable at higher levels on iOS. One major component of the game seems to be potions, which aren’t included on iOS for some reason. I get them but have no way to use them. I see other players using them vs me in PvP Tower battles, and they seem to have powerful effects. So I’m missing a key piece to help in Hero, Boss or PvP fights and have hit a major wall in upper 40s levels that has only gotten worse as I have reached level 50. As the game now goes to 55 I can only assume it gets worse.

Tower keepers is a fun game. It has a lot of similarities to DnD and medieval games witch is a lot of fun. It can keep you busy for hours for sure so if you need to kill time this can be one of the games to do it. The progression system isn’t bad but they fault in this game is content. There isn’t any new content and isn’t been for over a year. Every week it’s the same thing over and over again when will we see new stuff maybe never and I believe that is what will kill it

Played thru to level 50, and I had fun... but repeated requests to fix glitches that give computer generated PVP teams level 55 weapons vs my level 50 weapons have been ignored. I can’t even get level 55 weapons until I generate another 500,000’ish experience points. Wasting your time trying to play through the most effective way to garner battle chests!

The gameplay is fine. The issue is the game will randomly lose your progress. You play for awhile, then come back later in the day and everything you did is gone. Incredibly frustrating. Even using the "backup data" button doesn't help.

I would have liked to try the game, but not interested in spending 10? 20? Minutes watching someone else play for me.

Been playing for over a year. Developers are very responsive. Great player interaction. Into my second year and the game was getting better. Then Chat broke and they can’t seem to fix it. This guts the game. The Guild play and conversation with mates is what keeps you involved. Without it, it’s a time waster.

Played the game for 5 minutes the first time logging in had to wait for the stupid stuff to download. Then played and it literally does everything for you. Doesn't look like there's anything I can actually control.

Decent game. Developers keep it up to date. However, way to many Ads. Please reduce ads.

I like this game. It's fun and a good waste of time, however the characters are fugly. I mean super fugly. So much so they are hard to look at. Also, the third heroic mission takes 24 hours to complete. The rewards it gives are not worth the time that your hero is occupied. The PVP is a joke. More often than not when attacking a tower you will be placed against a much higher level opponent. This alone doesn't mean you'd lose but that is all the info you are given. In the hero battles wizard's chosen almost always puts you up against an opponent with more than 1 epic character. In the other mode you are ALWAYS put up against a team 1 or more levels higher than you. The item combining system is not very clear. You can,for example, only combine a specific sword with a small set of other weapons. You will try to combine only to find that it can't be combined with any of the unused weapons you have. The same goes for armor, machines & monsters. If they changed these things I'd consider giving it a higher rating. I started out giving this game a 4 star rating but have had to drop it to 1 star because of the sheer stupidity of the game's design. The core gameplay is good but it lacks in several key areas.

Simple mechanics, basic grind-to-level-up play style, decent variety of hero types...overall I've enjoyed building up the various in-game currencies and items and the like. EDIT: their most recent addition has forced me to lower the rating significantly. every week they have a "festival event" where if you spend certain amounts of various supplies to get exceedingly greater rewards. normally these supplies are just things you build up in the game routinely, and only require a bit of grinding to obtain throughout the week. but this week, after failing to update it in a timely manner no less and being two days later than usual, the item they want you to use is GEMS: the one item you have to SPEND MONEY to get. and it's not like OH HERE SPEND LIKE 15 DOLLARS TO GET THE GOOD REWARDS. NO! you'd have to spend about 250 DOLLARS! money hungry imbeciles! if you're thinking of trying this app, then don't get it for 5 days til this rificulous event is over

Decent game crashes A LOT on iPad. Also made an in game purchase and since then the game has been glitched for a week, cannot access pvp, guild, or tower which is half the game. After submitting a ticket I got a quick reply within 2 hours and my ticket was "closed and merged into this request" (whatever that means) then I didn't hear back for about 4 days. Slow communication issue still not resolved and issues have always been there. But tight game if it worked and the customer service was a little better!

This is a good turn based-style RPG. With CCG style elements and a semi-deep equipment system it could have been very fun. However there is a game breaking bug that locks up the game after you close it the first time (not background running). The game now loads to the title screen promos you to press play and then does nothing, making the game a waste of space. Don't bother downloading this until they can patch the issue unless you plan to play the entire thing without closing the game

It's a decent game, but I recently went to the newest IOS and have started having issues. 1) I have started having game crashes a few times every day. 2) I sometimes will play for a few hours then come back to find that the game didn't save my progress, so I have then wasted a bunch time on the game without progressing at all. It is really annoying when the game decides to rewind to before I unlocked a hero or before I put my heroes in the tower.

Very much P2W, BUT there is a lot of stuff to do there that is fun. Around level 25-30 this game slows down a lot unless you want to spend $$. It's cute and charming, a more animated version of Star Wars heroes. My biggest issue at the moment is the user interface is lacking a BIG need: ability to disband a guild. I created a guild months ago. Now no one is in it and I would like to join a friend's guild but I can't because it is impossible to disband ur own guild. Kiwi customer was very helpful and confirmed this was true (after first incorrectly telling me otherwise). Again, at this point the perks of being in an active guild are SO big that I'd rather play something else Than play this with a handicap due to incomplete programming considerations.

I really like this game. For the twenty minutes I can play it. Luckily I linked my account so it backs up my progress. But once the game closes after I start it up, it gets stuck on the launch screen next time I open it. So I just delete it, reload it, and start where I left off. But it would be nice to not have to do that lol. Fix this problem please, this is a good game.

Love getting matched against the same top 10 user over and over again? Love losing your progress every few days? Love having your game constantly just shut down for no reason? Then, my man, this is the game for you. Starts out fun, but once you reach a certain level it's impossible unless you're willing to shell out big bucks. Same basic missions over and over to grind out items that don't help at all. Of course, the items you do need to succeed are available...for a price. Response to Ninja Kiwi: Try challenging the Wizards Chosen at level 50 or above without having $$$ invested. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! No matter, I don't care what you do. The game is being removed from my IPad. I find hard to believe I'll waste my time with another one of your games.

Like others have said it is a good fun game but it has its downfalls like any other pay to win. As of right now the current state of the game is to get as much money out of every possible player because of dying player amount the game will soon be dead. I wrote this review after deciding to start my game over and then getting ads even though I made a purchase to remove them.

It's not unique o original. The model is fun.. collect and build heroes, and not overly P2W. But it is boring after a fashion and seems like work. Not a fun grind, but just work. Maybe it's the lack of any story. But the game feels shallow and hallow. It won't last extremely long until the beat thing comes by, and that's probably why I isn't very popular.

Typical pay to play game, only the top 1% or big spenders will actually enjoy this game. Not to mention that the game always glitches and you lose your data. Today was the final straw, the game crashed and I lost the last 24 hours of progress. Deleted. Really disappointed Ninja Kiwi couldn't get it together with this game. On a side note - their support staff is a joke, very generic with responses and not helpful at all.

The game isn't bad. What's annoying is the ads that pop-out after every game battle. The game is easy and repetitive but fun.

After playing the game 3 days in a row and about 3-4 hours each day, I rate it: One star for the artwork and animations. Overall the game could be great, but it needs a few key adjustments before it realizes it's potential. First. How am I supposed to find another player in PvP if I only get attacks every 30 minutes? Unlimited attacks against other players would be a nice feature, so I can match with someone else and not wait 3-4 minutes. Second. I make lots of in-app purchases for almost all games that offer them. However, Tower Keepers in-app purchases are too steep for what they get you in game. Pay to win is great, but if purchases are too high priced and free players don't want to play because of ads, who are Pay to win players supposed to crush? Ninja Kiwi needs to think of ways to get more players on, allow players to play more constant, and remove ads for Tower Keepers to earn them fans and more revenue.

Game is fun, forced ads are somewhat understandable. But 30 sec ads are way too much. You lose 2 stars cause of that.

Whenever I press the tap to play it never loads into the actual game after the update I thought it would work but it's still happening.the game is really fun but since it's happening I'm not able to play it which sucks.

Worked the first time...... but now it won't load past the main screen after clicking play now.... so this game is 100% useless. Do not recommend, do not play. Can't play. Garbage juice.

This game had extreme potential but it glitches out for me and I have now I have level 99 have max food and get incredible amounts of money etc and a lot of other people have the same problem too so for now I would wait to get the game later but once these things are fixed I would really enjoy this game!

First thing is i was playing it for about 30 minutes and then i went on later it said i was level 99 and all the numbers were 123456789. and showed one character and i tryed to fix it so FIX THIS!

Game looks fun and has potential. It seems that other users are experiencing a similar issue in that you play once from the initial download, then once you try to launch the game again, it freezes at loading screen. Would love to give this game a run, will update rating once they fix this issue.

Every conceivable move you can do is bought with money. On top of being able to buy everything, they bombard free players with ads for extra revenue. You can't get any more greedier than this... Waste of time and money.

So I really wanna rate game 5 but it won't log in for me anymore I downloaded twice and it opens on original launch then never again. Please fix. As the game has some fun and unique potential.
