Best Overall Astrology App!I have all of the professional grade astrology apps in the App Store that are useful for self interpretation and this is one of the two that I use many times daily! I have been using this app for several years and the developer continues to constantly add features. Not only have I purchased all of the add-ons offered but I have also sent several muffins and cups of coffee in appreciation of the commitment this developer puts into the app. This app is that good! The recent Nodal direction module gives wonderful new insight into the cyclical nature of Time. This is one of the most important points of interest in astrology for me. As for the app, I use all of the widgets on my iPhone and the presentation both in the app proper as well as within the widgets is just superb! Being able to immediately bring up a chart for any given future or past event is beyond helpful. I am of the belief that everything that is, was, and will be, are just cycles within cycles within cycles…thank you Dane Rudhyar for this Holistic worldview! Hands down best astrology appThis app is wonderful and has more than I need as a beginner astrologer to work my way through. A couple of functionalities that would be tremendously useful to me would be 1. The ability to pinch and zoom in/out on the chart. I have an iPad and it’s perfect for that screen size but on my phone it can be difficult, especially if you’re looking at a chart with a lot of planets close to one another. Synastry/transit charts - forget it. I think this could be resolved by being able to zoom in on a section of the chart! 2. When you enter notes for a person, I’d love for them to be viewable when viewing that person’s chart, rather than having to go to the About section to view the notes- maybe showing them when you click the date and time? 3. I find it interesting to look at all my family and friends and see who has what in common with whom. So the ability to search or sort the list of people by moon sign, for example. Maybe this is just bc I’m still learning that I find this interesting, so I understand if it doesn’t make the priority list ☺️ Great app!.MmmclaVersion: 3.2.4

Great Learning And Visual ToolThis is by far the best app I could find for what I wanted to do -learn by jumping in headfirst and exploring without consistent paid roadblocks. While I have since bought two add-ons I don’t think it’s at all necessary to do so to fully enjoy and learn. There’s tons of options and generally “ok” explanations (I use them as a springboard to google so it’s not really a necessity nor the point of this app). I enjoy the blog (although I believe the RSS subscribe feature is faulty and if it could be fixed I’d love to be able to sub). Really lovely visuals - it’s not tacky or distracting:) I tend to use this more than any desktop option as it’s very clean and easy to separate information out. I really hope the updates keep coming! Right now I wish there was an easy was to see things like Grand Trines and Kites (labeled) as I’m still learning and it’s a bit difficult to decide if what I’m seeing just looks similar or is actually within the reasonable degrees to be considered so but maybe I’m missing something!.FleurmaibeVersion: 2.7.3

It’s alrightThe app is not that bad. I have tried a lot of astrology apps and this one stands out because of the add on it offers and example is fixed star, which not many apps I’ve use offer. The only issue I have with the app is that is not as descriptive as I will like when it comes to aspect or house placement and planet placement. I’m under the impression this app is more for the individual that has an extensive knowledge on astrology. So, the issue I have will not be a problem for someone who uses this app because they already have an understanding of aspects and house placement, so they don’t need to be explain as much what Moon and Pluto aspect is. But if your a beginner forget about it because you will be completely lost with the all the information that is being thrown at you. Not saying that the app doesn’t provide information of astrology because it does but is more basic is not as descriptive as I will like. My most used Astro appAnd I spend a LOT of my time obsessively learning astrology. Time Nomad combines a beautiful user experience, customization, and a ton of useful technical information. The planetary hour widget is life changing, especially if you’re into magic but even if you’re not. There’s something grounding about passively taking in what planetary hour it is regularly instead of going and looking it up all the time. I love that I can put multiple peoples charts and click like two things to see their transits today and whatever day I want. It’s so much easier to travel through time in this app than any website I’ve found. And it’s just so pretty. I’d totally recommend this app for beginners who are ready/willing to utilize multiple sources for transit meanings. I actually love that Time Nomad doesn’t go as deeply into the meanings of the transit/natal aspects. Too often these things are reduced to like 3 sentences and don’t take houses or other transits into account, contributing to this popular reductive astrology phase that we’re going through. (No shade. Normalizing astrology is a net positive.) Using this app as a jumping off point and digging into your own transits more deeply as you experience them and have questions about them is a really effective way to learn astrology. Just Keeps Getting BetterThere is so much useful information offered for free that I don’t even need the add-ons. But, I purchase them anyway just to support the developer. Just the Personal Events and Summary sections are pure gold for me. The only additions I would ask for is to provide more information for the planets on the outside of the wheel such as degrees, and perhaps Nakshatras. Larger glyphs would be nice too. There is so much empty space inside the wheel that is devoted solely to aspect lines that could be better utilized. People familiar with astrology can easily see aspects on their own. Having an option to turn off aspects and add more information on the outside would be awesome. Secondly, providing an Ephemeris add-on showing a whole month at a time would also be incredibly useful and I would gladly pay for that feature. Love the blog,too! BEST Astrology AppWhether you are a novice or years-deep into studying stars, this app is ideal and easy to utilise for your preferences. I recommend this to everyone who wants to look at their chart and track transits with ease. Also, I so adore the widgets such as the planetary days/hours that can be added to my home screen. My suggestions to the developers: • the Light theme lacks the dynamic coloring that the Dark theme has, like the planets being colored, so therefore it just becomes blindingly white and hard to look at. • It would be cool if there was an option in strings to automatically adjust to light or dark mode based on the operating system • the ability to show/hide all the planets or aspects on chart view...sometimes I just wanna focus on just sun-moon-merc and nothing else, or just see the trines and no other aspects. This would be a saving grace for visually-distracted sag mercury natives like me 😭 • the ability to reorganize the Show tab...I use the Time Slider step ALL the time with different time variations and it's tedious to scroll down every time to find it and switch from hours to days. • what if I was able to search transits!! Excellent appI am a research scientist and a modeller/ simulator. As such I like to see how things work and the background processes that guide interpretations. I am not completely on board with astrology but I do dabble in these concepts as a creative outlet from time to time. This app has it all and nearly everything is explained in a straightforward way. I did look up the differences in Houses (this app allows you to choose between several systems) and a few other concepts such as the different sidereal zodiac ayanamsa. Otherwise everything is explained well and I learned more about astrological principles from this app than from any other source. The level of customization is also very high and impressive. Developer obviously cares a great deal.This review will be updated soon. I’m 36, and have studied astrology for my entire life. I’m currently looking for apps and other software to expand my professional work (which consists mostly of teaching astrology) and as a means of continuing education. So I need something for a professional astrologer, not something that provides a basic rundown of what this planet in that sign means. I have not even downloaded this app yet. The reason I will be downloading it is because of the way the developer responds to reviews. Nothing is copied and pasted, even though the same basic response is given to multiple reviews. Time was taken to type out a personal response. When confronted with negative reviews, there is genuine concern for the reviewer’s issue and even encouragement to keep learning. The developer also defends their work without being arrogant or condescending. I respect that. It not only means you’re confident in your ability and what you’ve created, but also that you handle constructive criticism well. From a consumer standpoint, that puts me at ease. 10/10 would reccommendI love this app. I have had it for about two years and it is the only astrology tool I have held on to. It has everything I need without a pay wall: simple transits, lunar phases, retrogrades, and natal charts—and the paid add ons (I think I’ve bought two or three) are worth it, and are a reasonable value. I would recommend this app to someone interested in astrology, who has foundational knowledge about astrological symbols, and is tired of horoscopes that don’t explain the connection to the stars. This app gives you everything you need to read and interpret the stars for yourself, and if that’s what you’re looking for, you found it. It’s an invaluable tool for me. I will say though, that it was jarring at first how much information is available on the app. It almost seemed like a maze the first few weeks I used it. But the layout is beautiful, (maybe a comprehensive guide upon first opening/ downloading would help?) and after learning how to navigate, I love it. Low contrast font w/tiny type = hard to seeI’d give Time Nomad a higher score IF I could read it. Because of the low contrast font color and small size type, coupled with a screen that doesn’t enlarge, makes this Tome Nomad a non-visible app to my 58 year old eyes that use 1.25 magnifying reading glasses. Seems like if your going to use the type and color scheme you’ve chosen you should make the screen enlargable, otherwise you are making Time Nomad useless for anyone without perfect eyesight. Looks like a good program but I can’t be sure because I just can’t see it. To Gary - the developer - the solution to this problem is SIMPLE. Put all fonts in BLACK ink against a WHITE background. That’s all you have to do - provide contrast so the letters can be seen. Awesome App! Feedback for developmentI really love this app for calculating charts on the go and looking at future and past transits and all things lunar. I particularly like to use this app when I’m trying to place someone’s ascendant. This app also introduced me to the concept of fixed stars and some of the less well known asteroids. It can be overwhelming for someone who is brand new to astrology, but the app is highly customizable, so you can control which features are at your fingertips. For example, you can change orb ranges, limit which aspects are available for viewing (so if you wanted to turn off minor aspects you could), etc. If you’re thinking about downloading - do it. It’s worth it even though I’m submitting feedback for developers. FEEDBACK FOR DEVELOPMENT: - There’s a bug where the wrong forecasting date is shown at the top when looking at future or past transits to the natal chart, and sometimes when you’re viewing the natal chat +/- time - I use this app to catalog charts so being able to group them or rearrange the order they appear on the left would be super helpful. - Editing birth data or deleting a chart is not intuitive from a UX perspective since you have to click the add button (edit library > select person). Probably my first and only review.I've never felt so inclined to praise an app until I downloaded this one. The easy to read and beautiful format helped me pick up on reading circle charts fast and isn't messy. I can discern the aspects and glance at them and I love having the option to get more accurate details. The add-ons are nice too and I like that I don't need them to use the app but it adds nice 'flavor'. I frequently delete apps when I get bored of them or feel they're useless but this is a mainstay in my phone. My only wish is that this would have a sister app that would further expand and explain different aspects and tidbits and extensive astro information. No MC/ASC aspectsAlthough I find the app aesthetically appealing and relatively informational (other apps are more detailed in regards to aspects). I do find it frustrating that you can purchase ads-ons for asteroids yet the MC and Ascendant are left out. The app will show you what your MC, ASC, and DSC are BUT it is completely left out when it comes to aspects. I’ve been studying astrology for maybe a year now, so I’m no pro but in following seasoned astrologers I find many referring to the importance of these placements yet this app seems to disregard them. Best free app for intermediate astrologers.I use Time Nomad every day. This app is not for beginners! It is the only app I’ve ever seen with a Transit Timeline, or Transit Graphs, and I love the feature that allows me to select a transit and then click through to see when it began, when it’s exact, and when it ends. The only way it could be improved is if they hired people to write descriptions of each aspect, placement, and transit. However, this is a feature of many other apps and sites, so I *can* get that information elsewhere. I consider this the best free app out there for astrology, and it satisfies the geek in me. Since then I’ve come to use it every day to also check charts and transits. Vedic vs TropicalThis app is my favorite because I like to learn both systems. I am not a professional astrologer but I am high interested in it because it is so applicable to life situations and can provide great healing resources. I love the idea of being able to bounce back and forth from Vedic to Tropical because I am curious about both systems. I see the benefit in both and like blending them for my own curiosity. I do have some suggestions but I will email them once I have a chance. Absolutely amazing appI am a beginner astrologer, but I study erratically, jumping from topic to topic as it occurs in my daily life. I am using a different service to get my daily transits and world transits, but I was frustrated at being unable to qualify how long the influence of those transits might be in effect. TRIED YEAR 835 / CRASHED APPI love this app and use it regularly. However, today I decided to test how far the date could go and it let me go VERY far! So I though, why not? Let’s see what the stars looked like then. But it crashed the app, so I had to delete it and redownload it. All the information I had got lost (I managed to get most of it back, since I remembered a lot of it, but i’d rather I didn’t have to do that). I guess maybe I was asking alot, trying to find out how the planets were taking place way into the distant past. Lots of info and controlsThis is a really nice app with lots of functionality. There aren't any interfering ads or nonsense interfaces. Everything makes sense and there's lots of information. You can do a bunch of charts as well as look at current transits and there's even a place where you can scrub the motion of the planets with a slider and watch them move in the chart. The developers put a lot of work into this clean, ad free app. It's worth giving it a try. EDIT: After using this regularly for a few weeks I really like the aspects time line. I use it all the time. Solid Astrology Program & Free!I downloaded this app a few months ago and even though I have professional programs I use for my business, this app is a great resource for quick overviews of transits - mundane & natal - the current sky configuration, and mostly planetary hours! Great, comprehensive astrology app!I love this app! The daily summary is one of my favorite features, for a quick glance about what’s happening in the sky today, tomorrow, and a little bit ahead. The charts are well designed, and the option to only view certain aspects is really smart. The only critique I have that prevents me from giving a full five stars are the planetary day/hour widgets. They can be a bit glitchy. Currently, my planetary hour widget is stuck counting up instead of down, and my planetary day widget is stuck on Mercury even though it’s (Saturn)day. Remarkable ReferenceHaving the convenience of an astrological instrument in your pocket is not to be underestimated. What astonishes me is I just realized I wanted to get a synastry chart between myself and Thomas Edison’s natal chart from 1847. Not only did I get his full natal chart and discover our Plutos were directly opposite one another, Pluto had not even been discovered until 1930. Almost perfectLove this app and have been using it for years but notifications always stop working even though I keep resetting them after it says "all scheduled notifications have been shown". Even after I reset it, they still don't work. It seems to only work if I turn off notifications, keep the app running for a while in the background, close it, then turn them back on and keep the app running in the background for a while. Very DetailedI must say, this app is not the easiest to understand and navigate for people with minimal knowledge of astrology. Great App But Tough To ReadI love this app and have even bought an add-on, but it’s very uncomfortable for me to view transits or symmetry on. My natal chart is packed together making all the lines and symbols junked up and difficult to see. And it’s similar on other charts. In short, as I use the app, it slowly goes back in time, and reading transit maps is literally a headache. Please fix this. It seriously affects the usability of the app – and the app's user. No Asteroid AspectsI’ve just paid for the extended planetary bodies “Add-On” only to find out that, while I get to see the asteroids in my chart, none of them are aspected. If possible, I would like to see this in the next update, and get some written confirmation that that’s inbound. If it’s not possible, I would like to ask for a refund of those $8 or so. I’m currently unemployed due to the COVID Pandemic, and am potentially facing homelessness within the next week as I can’t afford rent by any stretch. I know it’s only $8, but that’s gonna mean a lot to me here soon, and... I had really hoped it would give me some insight and help by spending it her on this app. I can get visuals and aspects for those planetary bodies on several other apps for free, but really wanted to see them in context of everything your app has that the others don’t, including PoF among others. Again, I’d rather know that an aspect update is inbound more than anything. I think being able to interpret my chart more precisely will be great escapism for me while couchsurfing, and interpreting charts for others would be an added bonus for them to let me couchsurf for longer.
