I really enjoy this app. Me and my friends enjoy making goofy little movies with it. Despite it being kind of pricey if you want all the character packs, which are really a necessity in my opinion, it’s worth it. I would say that this is the best My Little Pony app because it’s focus is creativity. I would gladly give my kids this app to play with rather than the other micro transaction, money hungry apps that are out there. My only nit pick for the future of this app is that I wish they would make it less intensive for running on an iPhone. On an iPhone, you can’t really do more than a quick, one location scene with only a couple characters or props. Any more than that and either the audio falls out of sync, or the app just freezes. I would love to see the dev Change the way it runs so that it’s less intensive, and we can at least get more scenes in there without issue. I still enjoy using this app to make quick little funny movies, so this doesn’t stop me from using the app. I just wish the app allowed you to do more with it on an iPhone.

Ok, let me tell you a story. I downloaded this app and loved it but noticed that the ONLY character I had was Twilight Sparkle. I checked back in the app store to see if there was a My Little Pony Movie Creator Pro that only costed a reasonable amount of money; like 1.99 or so. I searched it up but it said: No results for “My Little Pony Movie Creator Pro.” So then I went back to the My Little Pony Movie Creator app. But then I saw something that caught my eye. It said: Buy All Characters! Now, this is a very cheap app, so I thought maybe the price would only be around 3.28. So then I scrolled down and saw the price. IT WAS 12 FREAKING DOLLARS!!!!!! I mean, SERIOUSLY??!?! Soooo long story short I did not buy the all characters pass. But, I’m fine now and I am stuck with twilight and VERY few villains. But guys note that this is a good game. DO NOT BE MEAN TO THE DEVELOPERS IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT!! Thanks! Have a great day.

As my 4 year old says, this is the best most goodest app ever ever ever! My 2 boys, ages 7 and 4 absolutely LOVE this app. They get to be creative and build characters and storylines and it really helps them learn how to become a great storyteller. I appreciate this app so much and hope there can be additional updates made so they can continue enjoying this app for years to come! SAVE / MOVIE ISSUES - Movies can take a long time to save. - If the iPhone/iPad screen locks during saving, the movie often gets lost. - After unlocking, the Save button usually cannot be pressed again. - It would help so much to have: - auto-save, - draft saves, - background saving, - or the ability to retry saving multiple times. - It would also be amazing if movie titles could be edited after saving. GLITCHES - Characters sometimes disappear randomly during scenes. - Larger characters especially seem to glitch or vanish. - Sometimes characters get stuck and stop moving correctly. This game is rocking awesome! But you are missing flurry heart! You have princess candace and shining armor but not their kid flurry heart! And you are missing diamond tiara which should be in apple bloom character because she is in her class. Also you are missing Mrs and Mr cake and their kids poundcake and pumpkin cake! Also you are missing Lyla heart strings, again you have bon bon but not Lyla heart strings. AND YOU ARE MISSING DERPY! THE GRAY AND YELLOW PONY DERPY! Because you should definitely add a pack that’s called equestria or something that comes with some of these characters. And flurry heart should just be in celestia character. AND THE WORST PART, YOU ARE MISSING STARLIGHT GLIMMER! PLEASE ADD HER!

So why why the title is that is because you can make your own stories but first you have to go to twilight cutie Mark tap on the watch and adding and then you can make your own story and also you can go. You can go to friendship stories and go along with the story or make your own part in this story oh, and you write your name for who made the story And you write what you wanna call story you don’t really have to eat it can be blank, but the thing is that to get more characters it cost real money

I would like you to add some more free characters. My first character I want you to add is Fluttershy there is literally only three ponies and The two ponies are literally the same person! I’m thinking that is really stupid! Second I want you to make every character free ! When you play the game it is still fun but you sometimes wanna add the rest of the group. You are already getting so much money from your MyLittlePony new toys 🧸Then I’m going to ask you this isn’t even about the game but please one day bring back the old MyLittlePony’s. So this game is fun in all but there’s just one thing in the way, because of this glitch, less people might rotate the pony’s and equestria girls. So it starts when you rotate the characters too much, then if you tap the screen while your rotating, the characters that your rotating just disappears. Then if you go back to the character slot, that character’s circle is dark which means that it is already there, when it’s really not. So I figured this out when I first made a movie. Please improve this game and get rid of the glitch. You should be thankful that I rated this game 4 star!

I love this app but it needs improvement I want to get all the packs but I really don’t now how 2 I entered my age in when I tap on one that I did not have and nothing happend and youOnly get two packs which quite much bothers me like the app is really fun but can you at least give us at least a little bit more packs I’m not complaining or anything it’s just my opinion that other people can have their opinion I don’t really care I just really kind of wantThe celestial pack or all of the othersBecause it’s more fun that way you get more items more ponies and lots more fun

I like this app! It fun to make you own mlp stories!..... but, the only character you have to use it twilight sparkle, I heard from other reviews, that in order to get the rest of the characters you have to pay around $12. Or so, which that’s way to much for a game like this. So Developers, please fix this, or at least give us some more pony options to choose from. Once this is done, I might give you guys 5 stars! I might delete this app because of the few pony options so I highly recommend adding more characters. Tank you for understanding!

I absolutely adore this game, I played it when I was very little…but this game has a big underlying problem…almost every single character has to paid for, instead of this, since many children play this game, you could make the characters that are paid for watch ads to get them, and if you don’t wanna watch ads, you could pay for them, please respond and do this update. My 9 year old daughter LOVES this app, it’s only day 2. She has just enough free props, background scenes, music and characters to start with, to make her movie fun. She loves moving them all over the screen and recording her own voice to tell the story...and then watching her story after she’s saved it. If she is still loving this in a few days, as I’m sure she will be, I will pay to get more for her to work with. Her iPad is older, so I was relieved a previous version was available for download.

This app is SOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!! I enjoy making short movies with MLP characters, and I especially enjoy the new features! 🤩 Although sometimes I have trouble being able to make these stories due to the bugs (for example, sometimes when I shrink the characters/props, they somehow disappear. Idk how else to explain it but it often happens 🤷‍♀️) All that aside, I’ve had a lot of fun with this app, and I’m always looking forward to future updates and features :D

I just purchased all characters for $10, but I couldn’t get through the purchase without also paying $7 for only the ponies. That is an issue I am working through with Apple, however. When the upgrade took place, none of the new characters appeared. Apparently you have to go into settings on the game and ‘Restore Purchases’ to download all characters. Really helpful customer service regarding this issue.

I LOVE this app because you get sunset shimmer, spike, and flash for Equestria girls that’s what I usually do but the characters for everything is 12 bucks I’m stuck with twilight some villains creatures and some friends but if want the mane 6 all together and other characters you have to buy 12 dollars my thing I also want to say is where is starlight glimmer where is sunset shimmer in her pony form I think they need more characters for the app well I’m just saying for a new update

Okay game but there’s nothing fixed on my iPad so if you can make a new update or upgrade it would be a little more better than this cause I can’t get it to play my story and it was a little pricier than I thought. This game is well fine at best my friends keep laughing to death at each other’s movies but there are a lot of bugs and limitations first there is a bug that occurs often that makes the movie unviewable and the runtime displays 01:10:39 please fix this secondly you only have access to the Twilight Sparkle pack I understand the in-app purchases but you could open up a couple more packs

First of all this says that everypony is included. No. There are very few, other villains, or other creatures. Even if u want “more”, you have to pay $12 to get ALL of them. This app is not bad, just would like more characters. I can change this review fully to 5 stars when the developers do. ALSO: please update this to at least season 7 but keep the same characters.

Plz add spike theme with more characters (Garble, Ember, Torch, Smolder, etc.) along with more items (spell book that rarity used to “beautify” equestria, stuffed rarity, bloodstone scepter, etc.) and the reason I ask for dragon characters is because there is a Dragonlands environment that needs more dragons. That would make game a lot better. Especially cause of my love for dragons!

The game messes up when I have to many scenes like I have one scene and there’s a prop but when there’s another scene that prop is in that one even though I didn’t put it in there like when I’m watching the story. So, i LOVE this new game, but… its a lillll bad…. One problem! If it was fixed. It would be good. So, basically, this game has four free charecters, but i woukd love if they were all free! I love the human varients to, butif u dobt do friendship stories, there are no humans. Would love if there was a human and animal and pony and others type of sortinh, and if it was free. But, i still love it!

When you play the app, I found some bugs. 1. When you make your story, it doesn’t appear on Saved Stories. 2. When you have a button that puts stories on Photos, it doesn’t. So can you find the bug, and please appear with an update saying bugs fixed.

This game is my favorite game in the world! I made my own series called “The Legend of Ash beak” which is about pilomeana’s fan made brother. Now I would like to add a feature to the game that may make it groundbreaking. I think you should add a “ Create a pony “ button located on the main screen.

So I got this game and it’s so so fun I have had so many ideas for the ponies and now I get to do them. Even if I dont have all the characters i can still make a movie. But whenever I click the “done” button to make the video when I watch it there is stuff that I did not even put there that randomly appears or the stuff I did put there but its completely different from how I animated it. But if that glitch was fixed i would enjoy the game more.

In case you didn’t know, any time I tried to make a story, the app won’t let me do anything. For some examples, it won’t push the buttons that I want to use and when it doesn’t have a background at all. (Its background color is a cross between blue and gray by the way.) If this never happened, I’d give you a 5 star review, but for now, I am sorry, but like this, it’s a 3 star review, and if you fix this bug, then I will give you a 5 star review. I deleted this app years ago for lots of reasons. First of all, I realized that Twilight Sparkle was the only character who was free and the others you had to use REAL MONEY. I was very disappointed because Rainbow Dash is my favorite character and I really wanted to make a story about her (and the others). Also, the app shows stickers you can put on, but I couldn’t seem to find them! I bet it’s because you had to pay for them, as well.

Ok. So whoever is reading this, please read. So, it’s a fun game. But, I can’t use other characters other than Twilight or Spike or Owlette, etc. And when I click on the characters that are locked, it asked for my age and I put it and it did NOTHING. And, the microphone doesn’t work. And when I read a review about you have to buy the other ponies and equestria girls, I was shocked. Like why do we need to pay 12 DOLLARS to just make a story? I want to make my own pony and have all of them! I don’t want only a select few unless I purchase them! Make it so I can make my own pony and also make the thought and speech bubbles that you can type into and the actual character speaks in their own voice! Also I would like it if you would have WAY more backgrounds and props! For a vampire pony in my story, I would need a scary castle and some vampire ponies! And the queen of course! Please make all this possible!

I love playing the game but the one bug is that it never saves the stories that I make so I deleted it because it’s like if it doesn’t even save the stories that you make it was the whole point of making the stories it’s horrible!

We’ve lost the purchases twice. The restore purchases button has never worked. We were able to restore them once via the App Store. The second time, that was not an option. I don’t want to have spent the money for no reason.

Every time my daughter makes a story it shows as being 10+ hours long and wont play back or save. What a waste. Even after doing the most recent update which stated that it fixed this problem, it's exactly the same as before the update. Please fix or refund.

I have downloaded this app before then deleted it then downloaded it again but when i played it the first time i could play with pony twilight and human twilight but when i played it the second time i could only play with pony twilight so please don’t be greedy and let people play with all the pony's and humans 😡💔

The game is fun to play with for a bit. I made a story and i tried to watch it but it wouldn't play I waited for ten minutes but it just said Story by Blah for that whole time. Also the only character you get is twighlight sparkle.
