Fun gameI’ve only played a few solo games on a IPad Mini 4with no issues. I am giving it a 5* review, because it is fun, bright, and graphics wise, is awesome. Best way I can describe the play of the game is, it’s similar to dominos, but more involved. I do like seeing the Koi swim around while playing, and the music is nice too, not real loud or horrible sounding to turn it off. The music is similar to some mahjong games I’ve played..*Shazam666*Version: 1.16.4

Update has killed friend multiplayerI do like this app a lot as for the 4- Stars but the latest update has really hampered multiplayer game play over time. While we do play often in a normal 1-HR game it works fine but sometimes, we just want to play a free flow game when we have time. We’ve noticed with the update it just scrubs the game. We log in with the game gone... just frustrating when you had played the way for so long. A timer visible would at least give us some visual. All The Signs of a ClassicThis is a good example of how an app can breathe new life into a great card game. The bookkeeping is all done for you, all the color and beauty remains. This version has some annoyancesI Ike this game and the app version is great, I can play the base game and the expansion. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the upgrades on log-in have issues and it seems to be stuck when I was actually logged in and if I retry then I get an error. Excellent and fantastic, but eats battery.It's such a good game, I've gotta give it five stars. Great strategy game and great visuals (although I wish the lanterns glowed). It works perfectly as well. My only complaint is that it kills my battery fast. I'm on an iPhone 6 and after one game, it ate six or seven percent. It shouldn't eat that much because there isn't a lot of action on the screen. Devs, I love this game...please make it more battery efficient in an update. A delightfully zen like experienceI adore this app! The art and animations are absolutely beautiful, and I love the zen like music and sound effects. As for the gameplay, it's an engaging yet not too complicated puzzle/strategy game, that requires just the right amount of concentration to help destress and relax after a long day! Being able to play my match turns against other players asynchronously is a huge plus in my book, as a lot of my friends and family do not have schedules that line up with mine. Great rendition of the tile-laying game!I have the physical copy of Lanterns, but can never get anyone to play board games. My mom lives on the other side of the country and she's always down for a good game, so I gifted her a copy of this & set up an account so we could play online. WonderfulThis is my favourite mobile game at the moment. Everything about this game makes me happy. The graphics are spot on. It is a lovely mesh of board game and mobile game. It is incredibly easy and intuitive to use, I’m never fumbling or making the wrong move. The music & sound effects are relaxing and suit the tone of the game. This game works beautifully as a mobile game because it’s solo variations make it a simple game to play whenever and wherever. The games aren’t terribly long (although the length does vary depending on how many players and the difficulty you set it on). You can also play the game online with other people which helps keeps things interesting.
