ProblemI love this game. In fact I play several of your card games every night, playing the daily challenge. All of a sudden tonight when I try to go into the daily challenge on this one it pops up that You need an internet connection to play this. All of your others that I have are doing fine as I go through them, doing the challenge but I keep going back to this one and keep getting the same response. Not sure how to proceed with this issue. Thanks for any help provided. Also, I find it sort of funny reading these reviews complaining about ads. If they are such a problem to them, just upgrade to no ads. 90 percent love itThis has always been one of my favorite games. Sadly, after earning all of the puzzle prizes, it is hard for me to get motivated to play this very often. My two suggestions for making this an even better game are: 1.) Add some more puzzle prizes. It is always a letdown to finish a game and not receive a puzzle piece. Corny? Yes, probably. But I loved seeing those puzzles come together and now that has been taken away. Have your design team come up with additional puzzle prizes to play for. That will motivate me to play more. 2.) Give players an option of paying a fee to eliminate ads. Some of the ads will leave quickly which makes it not so bad. Other ads won’t leave easily or quickly. I have quit this game several times over ad frustration but eventually I come back because I really do enjoy this game. Why the sudden change in ads popping up?I’ve played and enjoyed this game for years. But for the last couple of weeks there has been an annoying change. I don’t mind the ads that come up when you go to a new deal. Some have even led me to some fun games. But now they just pop up, randomly opening my browser. As soon as I log on, in the middle of game play, this morning it happened in the middle of another ad. And they just happen. I don’t click on anything, don’t even touch the screen and boom, there it is. This has taken all the fun and enjoyment out of this game and I plan to give it just a few more days. CrownI enjoy this game very much, but the ads are overwhelming. They ruin the joy. An ad pops up after every hand (which only takes a minute, minute and a half to play) and then the video runs. When the allotted time has passed and you’re finally able to X out of it, another page pops up for the app, which you also have to X out of. Very frustrating. If you only have a few minutes to play, this is not the game for you. In fact, only if you have a great deal of time on your hands that you don’t mind wasting on frivolous advertisements will this not frustrate you!! Horribly slow on iPadIt takes minutes, not seconds, to start up on my iPad. I admit the iPad is an older model, but other games do not do this, including mobility solitaire. It sticks between plays and at times the ads don’t even come up, which means starting all over again. I enjoy the game, so must play it on my iPhone to keep from going crazy. Have contacted help, but nothing has worked. Even when all apps are closed, there is no difference. Don’t waste your time with this if you have an iPad. More difficult to level upThis game is very addicted, fun and a great time waster (not a bad thing, it can help kill time if you’re stuck in a doctors office or something). But with the new update it’s been more difficult because every game I win now, I only gain 100 points and not 300 like it was originally. This makes it slower for you to level up and personally I don’t like that since I need 1000 xp to level up. I just don’t have the patience to play that many rounds to get to the next level because that was the fun part for me in this game. Every five levels you get a new category and my goal used to be to reach a new one every time. Now that it takes longer I no longer strive to do so. Ads take overI don’t mind ads but this is ridiculous. The countdown on one ad was 30 seconds and most are essentially 2 ads between each game...you wait, then hit to X out once, then it pops up again and you have to wait again to X out. Repeat Castle picturesThis is a fun game. The only 2 complaints I have iare with (1) the castle puzzles, and (2) the maps. (1) PUZZLES Don’t repeat the same castle multiple times You can only win one puzzle piece per day and after all that effort it really feels like a ripoff when you get a different picture of the same castle. I have 13 castles and 3 of them are just different variations of the Neuschswanstein castle. I hate that and there’s no reason for it. (2) MAPS - why are there so few? Love this game!-My dad taught me this game when I was very young (now facing my “old age” b’day) so I’ve been playing it a VERY long time only having to use a deck of cards. It isn’t as fun w/real cards because of all the shuffling. I would happily transfer money from my account to MobilityWare’s account to turn off ads, just like you can in almost all the other great Mobility-ware games. What’s going on?I love these Mobilityware games. I have several of which I play challenge games daily. Suddenly, I am being required to sign in with my Apple password to play, and then I get an invalid password notice. This is very aggravating. Like Spider, it loses crownsOverall, this is a great app. I really enjoy playing it. I especially like the Daily Challenge. I play it everyday so I can get a crown with jewels. Unfortunately, my efforts disappear. I will play, get the crown with jewels, only for that to disappear the next day. I replay the day before’s game and I get a crown without the jewels. The ads require a lot of patienceI really enjoy the game, but the ads are really too much. I understand that the developer relies on ad revenue, but they need to find a better ad platform. Waiting to close out the ads (which usually have 2-3 screens to close out of) typically takes longer than a single round of the game. The amount of game time should outweigh the amount of ad time. A very fun game and the ads are very short (that’s why it’s the only game I play .when theirs too many ads and way too long it ruins the gaming experience so I get rid of the game) but this game has very short ads. Great GameThe reason I won’t put 5 is because I haven’t seen any of the customizations as the other games and as with the others. Needs to be improvedThis game can be very addictive like many out there. There is need for some improvement though. I think this game should have a time clock showing in it. It should also tell you how long a current run is in a game. If you are trying to beat your old records you should be able to tell where you stand at the moment. Hee heeI find this much more fun when i get bored with spider. I have already lost interest in regular solitaire but Crown has been keeping my interest. I think it requires just as much if not MORE strategy than spider because you play with one deck. And my highest card run to date is 15. Ads are taking over the game!I love this game but the ads are too much and take away the joy of playing it. The game itself is short (few seconds only) and there’s an ad in between every game that’s on average 10 secs long or more with 2-3 pop up windows. If this does not stop, I’ll stop playing the game. Great game but frustrating freezesI really enjoy this game, but I’m at the point of binning it because it freezes at the start of, and sometimes during, nearly every game. I complete a round - it freezes; I start a game - it freezes. Not just for a second or two - for a minute or two. A Challenging Variation For SolitaireI really enjoy playing this variation of solitaire. Like chess, you need to think ahead several moves in order to get a high score. Like, but...Wherever the ads are coming from, there is no quality control. Several ads now can’t be closed and never fully load (no idea what they are) and the game effectively crashes. In some cases, the same ad continues to try to load and the game breaks. Other ads play games with the “x” to close the ad, taking you to the ads download page. Fast moving FunThis game is fast moving fun with the ability to win frequently enough to keep it interesting. You can undo as many cards as you wish to correct an error. Great game but disappointing performanceThis is the second time I have downloaded this game. It is a different approach to solitaire than I had seen before. Disturbing AdvertisersUntil they come out with a 6 month subscription service for this game, it should be rated pg 14 violent because they let advertisers of other games show disturbing images while one is at the start of playing or between games. Their advertisers often cause the game and sometimes the iPad the game is played on to lock up. Young children should not be allowed to play this game without parental supervision until the game developer comes up with an ad free solution. The game itself is a very peaceful game with some interesting challenges. The writer of this review review has played this game for several years. I have contacted support within the application dozens of times and received a lot of rhetorical responses. Numerous screenshots of advertisements showing violence towards women and child abuse have been sent to Mobility Ware. I am suspending playing this game due to being shocked at what I am seeing. Mobility Ware needs to firmly censor advertising in crown solitaire. Advertisers are showing images of sick women being forced from their hospital beds by vicious attackers. I think Crown Solitaire is an enjoyable game, but without a way to eliminate the unwanted advertising I can not recommend it to anyone, unless you don't mind having your thoughts intruded upon, nor can I give it more than one star... until you release an ad free version. Kill the ads!!Okay guys..... this is getting very ridiculous. Sometimes, and I use that word losely, I don’t mind the ads. But, c’mon man! I don’t mind clicking out of the ad “once”. But, now, I have to click out of them twice!! You’d think by clicking out of the ad once would get you back to the game! BUT NOOOOO! You’ve fixed it so the player has to click out of it twice, and yet see the same ad in a different format AGAIN!..... once when you think the ad is over, you click the X to leave the ad, then KABOOOM, you have to click out of it again. Deleted from my PhoneThe latest update now includes advertisements on the actual plying screen. So you have to endure two to four screens of advertisements to get to the game and now they keep rolling through the game. Too much for me, I have now deleted the app from my phone. Sad thing is, I would pay a small subscription free per year to enjoy this game with no advertisements as I do with other Mobility-ware games. Starts out great then fails epically!This is a fun game when you first start playing. But after a while of playing and climbing the levels, the game becomes sluggish. The gameplay itself gets sluggish meaning when you tap a card it’s not responsive. If you tap a card, the game does nothing until the game catches up then the game responds with what it buffered. It only does this after you’ve been playing the game a lot. It’s as if the game doesn’t manage history in ram very effectively.
