Address book malfunctionI used to love this app. Now when I type in the first 3 letters of the address I use often, it disappears as it’s the top address in this column. When I slide the screen downwards and touch this address it does nothing. The address lines are not full size anymore. Still my best way to send preprinted documents, but I have trouble remembering the full email addresses and the way this function used to work was great. Stuck appThe app has been totally frozen in my iPad Pro 2020. I can't even sign out. To sign out I have to uninstall the app. It is rare that if it works under other subscriptions. the problem is that I am not interested in creating a new subscription since in that account I have documents that I need to recover. Loves!I've benign using this app since 2013 for my husband's business. Literally the one one I will ever use. Tried others and they were so bad. This app is so easy to use, very convenient & stores all my scanned files without any issues. Once in a while, it does freeze, but not everything is always perfect. So… Are you saying that you won’t help us?I’ve been looking through the recent reviews of other legacy users who are all-of-a-sudden unable to access their saved documents because the old CSHD version won’t open on the newest iOS, and the new CSHD version doesn’t even acknowledge the existence of the old version or its saved files. Was there ever a warning of a change this critical to your user base? I certainly don’t remember seeing one. Frankly, to suggest that users contact Apple support to get help DOWNGRADING THE ENTIRE OPERATING SYSTEM just to access the files locked inside this ONE app is ridiculous. Would it really be too much trouble for you all to work on a way that your loyal user base could unlock their original documents, even if it were to just export them to some other platform/space? It would be a nice show of appreciation to your faithful users by not leaving their files held hostage inside their own iPads. To ignore our pleas for help is cruel, and it would really be unfortunate and unnecessary to alienate your most faithful users this way. Please do better..N3xt1nlyn3Version: 3.9.9

Old Scan FilesI have been using Cam Scanner Pro for years. Somehow I have an older version of Cam Scanner Pro where all my scans are and it is no longer compatible with my current IOS operating system and I have the new version that does work but does not access my older scans from the earlier version. I don’t recall having set up a cloud backup and do not know how to merge my old scans into the newer version app on my IPAD. I am fearful that I have lost all of the files I had archived under the older version. Don’t like changes in the app last update#1. The email addresses pre populated are great as long as you don’t need the top line as it’s not accessible #2. The send button disappears from the screen. Update ruined the app -zero starsWhen I updated the app, it was NO LONGER USER FRIENDLY. I looked for a phone number for tech support and could not find a number to call. I sent an email asking for a call for help. NO REPLY. Months later, I accidentally stumbled upon a computer generated email that was sent to a 20 year-old email address. They asked if my problem was resolved. NO IT WAS NOT, BECAUSE HELP NEVER CAME. SO I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. Syncing problemsI used to use that app for a long time. However recently I faced a big problem. 1- if you are on an iPad and want to send a pdf to CamScanner HD, it is not listed. You can’t do it. If you are on iPad photo and want send it to CamScanner, you don’t have that option from the menue. 2- it does not sync any new pdf files on your iPhone CamScanner or on your pc.
