Excellent in its simplicity.The app is simple. The colors are pre defined and unchangeable, but it’s a great pallet, with good tone matching. I love it’s presentation as well, with one caveat: there’s no list of colors used. You have to remember which pallet you were using. It gets confusing quick. I understand why they can’t do a dropper style tool, but a list where you can see the last 10? 15? choices selected would be great. There are three tools: fill, draw, and highlight. I thought this would be really limiting at first, but in a way it makes it a creative coloring experience. But it’s simple if you want it to be. And there’s something I have really come to appreciate about the limited tools. I make a lot of decisions and focus a great deal during the day. This is actually relaxing in part because there are no decisions other than what color do you want? But the tools can inspire more creative use if you want to do blending or shading. I enjoy this app. If you’re looking for a simple, calming coloring app, this one is great. And they have a nice combination of simple and complex pictures. GET THIS APP!!!I love this app so much. There is probably 25+ things u can color ranging from portraits to mandalas. Everything is free!! One of the main reasons I like this app is because apps like this usually have a bunch of adds but this one DOESN'T!! It has a few adds but they last for like 3 seconds, and then writing appears with two options to “get” the app, or “close” the app. Most apps have adds that last for 30 seconds and then have a ❌ but when u try to click the ❌it takes u to to the App Store to get the app. THIS GAME DOESN'T DO ANY OF THAT!!! It’s my favorite coloring app. I definitely recommend. *However I note that I have, is that pls add more things to color! Great But Needs To ImproveThis app is exactly what I was looking for, but it erased my 5+ hours of work on one coloring page when I wasn’t even close to being finished. 😭😭😭 I worked on the page over the course of 3 days and each day I was able to pick back up where I left off...except for this last time. I didn’t see a save button, so I assumed it saves work automatically. Still not sure if that was my issue. The app is great because of how simple it is. There’s only one highlighter, one pen, and one paint bucket. And you are able to “shade” by layering the highlighter tool. There are also a lot of colors to choose from. There is a slight lag with coloring, however. I’m using the 11 inch iPad Pro with the 2nd gen Apple Pencil. I would give it a strong 4 stars for functionality, but because I wasted over 5 hours on one page that did not save, I could only give it 2 starts. 😕 I truly hope that this issue gets fixed because it is a wonderful app otherwise. Update from developer response - I do think this issue was caused by my internet. I’ve been having spotty issues over the past month, so it may totally have been user error. Enjoyable, But Not Quite FunctionableThis game was quite relaxing and was very fun to use, but after some time it started to glitch. Nothing serious, but many times when I tried to zoom into my coloring page nothing happened. I ended up trying over and over and over to do it. This did not effect my coloring itself, but it did make it hard to relax and enjoy the game. Now, don’t get me wrong, I love coloring, and this game is still very good. But it sometimes flakes and makes the process of completing a page a few minutes longer. This may not be an issue for most other people, but it just was a small bit irritating. Welcome detailSo many of these aps are made up of designs that are frankly, simply too easy to do. This is particularly true of the mandalas but yours are detailed and give the artist plenty of ways to use color with it. The color system is quite good and contains quite a few tints in each color. I particularly appreciate this because I like to shade and the combination of your detailed designs plus varied hues gives me the long awaited chance to do so. I am thrilled with your system BUT you do not have enough designs yet. Please hurry because I’d rather use your ap and am quickly going through your choices. MediocreThe description on this app had me fooled. The description showed all the different categories and I was very impressed. I downloaded the game and loved that it did not make me pay or anything! The app works without internet, which I again was impressed. I scrolled through the portraits and was very disappointed because there were only a few pictures to color. The pictures weren’t all that creative. There were lots of colors to choose from but no glitter colors or metallics. There also was not a media platform on the app, and you can’t look at others drawings for inspiration. Good but needs one thingI just got this and it’s amazing I’ve been looking for a coloring app like this. Great app, annoying adsLike many people, I use coloring book apps to deal with anxiety. There’s something about coloring that distracts me and calms me down. This app is *mostly* great for this, except for one thing - the flashing, bouncing, spinning ads at the bottom of the screen. There are the opposite of calming. They make my anxiety worse! Love this but please add...This is so much fun! I've been working on a Mandela for forever and I love going back to it and seeing how pretty I've made it! Please add the ability to pick-up a color that has already been used so you can match it in case one tiny section gets colored over. I know there is an undo, but more helpful would be a color-matching option, where you tap the color, or long press it or something, and it takes you right to the location of that exact color. Not the bestYou have to buy a membership and if you do not it only gives you 2 coloring pages from each category except for daily which gives you none. Also they do not give you any new ones so you have to repaint some. Not the best. Only recommend if you have money on your devise however there are some good coloring pages. Missing many featuresThis app functions fine, it is just weirdly limited in options. There is no white coloring option and no way to make custom colors outside of the preset color wheel. There is also no eraser, so you only have the undo button if you mess up. Personally, I would prefer if it let you color over the lines, both because I like to have to concentrate on coloring well and because sometimes I want to change the design. Great..but crashes 😖Great color and picture selection and pen size can be adjusted by zooming in. I would adore this app but its continually crashed and I’ve lost several pictures that were going really well 😭. I’ve noticed it particularly likes to crash when attempting to save the picture. Once you hit the save/share button it freezes and its a hit or miss wether it will save your work before the app closes itself. I love this app. Free, Simple. No ad pop-ups!Pros: So many picture choices. My 70 yr old grandma loves coloring on this app with her tablet. No ad pop ups to confused her. Cons: 1.) What the???Dozens and dozens of colors to choose from. Thousands of tiny areas to fill. How is it someone didn’t realize that the person coloring would be switching back and forth between all those colors and may just want to get an exact match to multiple shades of any given color?? Problem? Yeah... duh! They didn’t include a simple color select tool, so if u want to match a color you used 1 minute ago, you have to literally go find the color in the wheel and slowly match it yourself. So stupid. So annoying. Deleting this app immediately, as it takes double the time it should because of the lack of this simple tool. Same old story. Good start, lots of potential. Pi$$ poor game play. Too buggyIt was fun to use, the colors were nice and had some good variety. But it froze a lot for about an hour that I was using it, I’d have to close the app and open it again. Love it but it’s FlawedI love this app….some of the time. The detail is beautiful! But there’s a fundamental flaw. The lines in many of the drawings aren’t always solid/unbroken. In those places, a color will go outside the intended lines and ruin the picture. Some of those spaces have to be left uncolored or it will change the entire background. Will “accidentally” take you elsewhereThe app is specifically designed so that the color wheel at the bottom is skinnier than the advertisement banner you can “accidentally” hit that will take you to unknown webpages, advertisements, somewhere in the App Store... or who knows where else.
