Superb...!It’s a healthy challenge. Combining just the right amount of cardio, and yoga like exercises to help build muscle and break down fat. I’m not a big cardio person but this works great for me!!!! (As working out can do,) I feel so much better after these workouts, I have more energy, I’m happier and overall I feel strong, capable and amazing!!! AmazingI absolutely love this app. This app has helped me so so much I would give it 5 stars but the voice I’m guessing sounds like Siri and I don’t really like that. Doesn’t sync with my health and fitness appIve used this app a few years back and recently reinstalled it … now i pay attention to my health app and fitness app on my iPhone and and would love to have them keep track of my workouts… this app claims to sync to my health app bit the workouts I’ve done don't show up on the health app and my calories burnt aren’t counting on my fitness app either… please fix this… other than that its a great app.Version: 1.0.6

LOVE THIS APPOk this is an amazing app! I love it so so so much!! I don’t even know where to get started. I love how there are for different exercise modes, and how each workout is only around 10-15 minutes. I love how these are workouts that you don’t need equipment to use. I also like that in each workout you get a repeat. For example, at the beginning you might do 16 fire hydrants, and then. At the end, you will do 14. I love how it repeats the exercise halfway through, so you can get better at the exercise, and work that muscle another time during the workout. I also love that in each workout, part of it is 1 minute and 30 seconds of cooling down. (Knee to chest stretch, adductor stretch, etc.) It is also super helpful that they have the animation of the person doing the workout, and they offer videos of each exercise, which is a super time saver when your heart rate is up and you don’t want to look on youtube for a video of that exercise!
