My jobIv been having An app crash for 3/4 days straight , my team can’t sign in to get job details and we have to keep emailing moving help customer service just to get paid, also have to keep emailing them for job details and makes me late to jobs because they don’t reply fast enough also My account keep saying error every time I try logging in . This is very stressful to work with because if you don’t complete a job it’s considered a no-show but they won’t help you fast enough for you get everything you need before the job ..IcedoutanttVersion: 1.3.1

Managing ReviewsI did a job for someone and did a good job at that. I showed up early and finished the job early. I was respectful and they lady was nice she even offered me and my workers drinks after the job. But for some odd reason she wrote a bad review. JobsHonestly at first the app was iffy but as I’ve been using it for the past three months they have been updating their software quite a lot and I love how they’ve been doing it other than that this app great helps me get a lot of jobs in and out and I love how I can handle them from home and so forth or doing pretty good on the job.BigDogMNWWVersion: 1.3.1

Small fixes would make it GREAT!‘Zone Settings’ does not always pop up in the drop-down menu. As someone changing certain area availability frequently, I’d like this be fixed in an update. WeakestAnother sad company that has fallen to artificial intelligence and only answering questions through email. Also their staff hide behind the computer. And think their business practices are the only ones that are relevant. When you run your own business. .So you will be penalized. For this reason. PeopleSo you will be penalized. For this reason. People Will pay money to hold your services. But like any business knows. You always need verbal confirmation because things change and just because they ordered it doesn’t mean you are available you are a human being like everybody else. But I was penalized for that and informing them that I had purchased a new iPhone 13 that changed all the settings and I did not know this or that people were referring to have me work for them. But they still went on to proceed to delete Account because they wanted to win an argument a sad company.AirbrushArtist22Version: 1.3.1

This app needs serious updating.As a with extensive experience, little adjustments here and there would go a long way. I’ll start by saying UHaul should offer the service provider a way to make a schedule with the different time slots to offer the client. For example, I can offer a 8:00am , 10:30am and 12:30pm time slots. Or if I have several crews (which I do), I can have 2 8:00am time slots and once their booked, the client will have to choose between the later time slots. I can’t tell how many morning jobs I get that both want to start at the same time. Especially on the weekends. But if you want any more tips or suggestions, you would have to hire me. Need to do betterIt’s decent for getting jobs but nothing else. If you charge $100 an hour they take $15 per hour which would leave you at $170 for a 2 hr minimum. Plus if a customer tips they get a percentage too. They take 15 percent of the total order. If you have a problem with a customer they only take about 3-24 hrs to respond back. Plus if you need to call and talk to a customer support, be prepared to pay a hefty charge. Extremely Dissapointing (Glitch)As i was trying to sign up, i had gotten to the buisness description part- then this alert for certain special characters came up stating that i cannot use certain characters, ok cool. The funny part is, i wasn’t using any special characters and when i tried to move on to the next part of the sign up process, it kept me on that page sending me back to the description part with the alert.
