Great AppI can’t say enough great things about this app, i’m in the Los Angeles area and there are many shifts available, the instant pay is spot on right after you complete work and submit timesheet paid instantly what’s better than that. I meet a lot of people that complain about being blocked from the apps because they had to cancel shifts to that I say I get it because I work registry for five years so I understand when we have to cancel for our personal reasons but in some cases when you make a commitment you got to see it through I choose my shifts carefully and I always commit I don’t have any issues, I also realize that in order to keep myself free from having a cancellation issue I don’t book shifts in advance I book shifts as I am willing to work them at the current moment. I recommend this to everyone. I would however prefer if the payment was higher best case it is slightly above average especially compared to people who work at the facilities that you go to but being that we don’t have benefits and most of us are more versatile because of our broad range of professional experience I definitely am worth more and should be compensated a bit higher. other than that if you’re trying to read reviews to figure out if this app is right for you , to that I say see your bookings through if you’re a person that has commitment issues try to get them under control they could affect The opportunities this app exposes you to.AairedaddyVersion: 2.86.0

They don’t care about spreading covid to facilityMy wife was positive for covid and I felt very sick after too . Anyway, the facility is going to asked me covid questions and I’m going to answer “yes” to all of it I’ll be getting send home anyway . So , I thought I might as well cancelled that 2 shifts . I try to dispute it so it won’t effects my attendance but they rejected that dispute. Now I’m only at 5 point left and next time i get sick I might as well showed up answer all the question “yes” then at the app I say “I got send home” that way you don’t lose point . Either way I wouldn’t want to showed up sick to a facility with old people that have weaker immune system . I don’t want to be responsible for someone ending up at the ER . But clipboard they don’t care about safety of no one . All this 1 review I’ve been reading it’s so true. Pretty much for clipboard that moment you accept a shift doesn’t matter if you get into a car accident , get sick or family emergency etc . They won’t care still deduct point to your attendance or probably fire you . My wife is cna she recommended this to me to work as a housekeeper. She says compare to other cna/lna app that this one give the worst facility where you do over 30 patient at once . Poor PayAlthough it’s a great app to utilize for quick per diem jobs, many facilities are not using it as often. It’s scarce in California for RN and occasionally LVN positions. Sadly, LVNs are making a what RNs are making and sometimes more. Occasionally there’s a facility that pays both positions poorly but it’s been my experience that the LVNs are making just as much as me if not more. Some facilities post the same position for Lvn and RN to cover the shift and they are the same pay! As registry and as an RN we should be paid more than staff and than those we supervise as we are usually the only RN in the building. Also clipboard always sides with facilities in disputes and will even allow them to not pay you for a missed lunch even if you’re given a heavy load with high acuity patients with facilities that were poorly staffed. You s get dinged if more than 15 min late which many of travel two hours to work. Clipboard was not made to bring per diem jobs with the healthcare workers best interest in mind, it was made to exploit those looking for per diem while being taken advantage of by facilities. If clipboard did a better job with healthcare worker customer service and advocate for our pay they have more willing registry. I’ve brought this up to them and they said pay is set at a rate based on need in the area, we are registry pay for an RN should not be below $75/hr and their urgent shifts are a joke it’s the same price as the regular shift.Its_angmarieVersion: 2.154.0

“Clipboard Health” Is On PointClipboard Health is a great app to have and work with. Just download set up and begin picking up shifts. I worked as a CNA with this app and between Long Island NY and Brooklyn NY there are so many jobs posted. The only drawback is that some of these facilities don’t pay well and a CNA job is very hard. If this app can get more healthcare jobs like EKG, Phlebotomy and much more in healthcare then this would be the *ONE-STOP-SHOP* app. Once you download the app sign up and upload the relevant documents, and they are approved you are ready to work. You are basically not stuck inside one facility. You can now become a travel CNA. I work from one or two facilities right now because it’s close to home. I cannot say for sure how many State you are able to find jobs with this app but over all I do recommend it. It is friendly ❤️😂. AUTOMATED ETA UPDATEI will try and give 5 star but recently, the automated update ETA sent via message wasn’t helpful at all. If I don’t cancel my shift upto 30 mins to the shift start and the app will assume that I need to update my ETA to confirm, am on my way to the facility already, all I need to focus on his how to navigate to the facility and playing a nice song for smooth drive, I don’t pick up my phone checking to see if I receive automated message to update my ETA. For more than couple of times that I have being tagged with no call/no show and it’s really annoying to go through these. Something need to be done with these. I know you guys want an update but if the system removed my shift cos I didn’t update my ETA and shift was removed 20-30 mins before shift start is unfairness to us as a contractor. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR WORKERSFirst off when i was singing up for this app it took them almost 4 months to complete my background check and over 20 something emails for them to actually do it correctly. second one time it took them almost 2 months or it has passed 2months just to pay me $60 and it would’ve token longer until i said i was going to report them to labor and commission they sent it within the next 1hr or less don’t remember. Now i have a issue because my account was redirected for 1 yr first off i have personal stuff that have been going on first my brother’s situation and as the third oldest i’m the one who’s by my moms side no matter what, not just that but i was hospitalized because i passed out and my BP was extremely low 45/65 i stayed the whole day and my BP still wasn’t normal while my mom was in the room with me taking care of me. I also had a miscarriage and i was severely mentally and physically drained for many reasons but especially because i was hurt. All this causing me to cancel shifts my shifts because these things aren’t predictable they just happen i got restricted 3 times within 6 months explained my issues and you guys technically told me f you we aren’t going to help you. in one email you guys said to stop contacting you guys about the same situation because it wasn’t a priority. I would give zero stars if I couldI got deactivated for no reason. This company will give you false DNRs to get rid of you when you complain too much. The pay is inconsistent and there has been several occasions where I wasn’t paid for the full amount of time of my shift. They don’t pay you correctly for working doubles. The customer service people are trash and have no clue about the labor laws in the United States. They always give conflicting information. You’ll never be able to talk to someone in the United States, all of the customer service agents are in the Philippines, Africa, and India and the language barriers are obvious. Management is terrible and can’t really help you. The facilities lie and say that they don’t have covid when they actually do. They change your pay rate AFTER you pick up your shifts and there has been times when I wasn’t paid the amount that I should have. The only redeeming quality about this company is the same day pay BUT they revoke that if you don’t clock in within the first hour or the app glitches. The app is ALWAYS glitching. The cancellation policy is trash too. Even if you follow the policy they will still find a reason to put your account under review, suspend you, or deactivate your account. This company is always getting sued. They have an active class action suit and another one coming down the pipeline. I highly recommend you to not work with them. Level 2 background checkI was working perfectly fine on clipboard and then one day I wasn’t able to book anything. Everything on my profile is updated and I have no claims of anything missing until I click to book a shift and it says I have a missing document. I contacted support over 6 times about the issue and they tell you something different every time. It’s been almost 2 weeks and the issue is still on going and now they’re saying that it’s a delay on their end which can take up to 7-10 business days. Hello? This was never an issue? Support is truly no help honestly they told me it was because I didn’t upload my social security number and card I uploaded that no change. It’s a lot of run around with this app and when you’re trying to get documents approved. I’ve been working with clipboard for a month and the issue just started so I’m unable to book any shifts. Also the cancellations?? It’s too much they JUST put a policy of if you arrived to the facility they have to pay you but that wasn’t implemented when I experienced the issue and had my time wasted. ShiftMed at least compensate you and they do not have as nearly as much issues with a 24/7 contact support NUMBER. Emphasis on a number. Clipboard needs to do better with one: pay privacy, if I have someone sign me out I need the amount I’m being paid to not be viewed by another staff member that’s personal. 2 they need better customer service. 3 get it together, other apps are ahead of the game when it comes to these types of issues. Unfair Policy RegulationsI’ve experienced a lot with these facilities worked via clipboard. It’s slightly upsetting, but not unheard of that these facilities and apps take advantage of those that look for extra work. In my personal experience, I caught COVID and realistically you can’t/shouldn’t work around individuals when you have positive results, especially when you offer proof readily available. I explained this to clipboard back in February 2026 and I was granted an exception the gag is you only get 1 exception in a year period. So, when I had to drop a different shift maybe like an hour before start time it dropped my account to -10 and then restricted my account for an entire year. Keep in mind for every 8 hour shift you work you only gain +10 points, but if you drop a shift you lose 2.5x the amount you would gain & that’s IF you drop within their time period if not it’s more points lost. It doesn’t make sense. So take it from me these facilities will put you in ratios that are unsafe, you can tell them that you’re uncomfortable and that you’ve been exposure to “X,Y,Z” have DONs of these facilities threaten you with job abandonment when it is in fact the complete opposite and then some. Only to have the most minimal processes in place to protect the PEOPLE that pick up to assist these facilities that utilize your platforms. Better agency apps out thereI’ll give it 2 stars for the simple fact that it is convenient and pay right then and there if you would like but this is by far the worst “agency” app on the marketplace. You walk into a facility that you know nothing about but yet get paid very poorly. You’re put on the worst unit and Not only do the staff make more than they pay clipboard agency at most places but I make more staffed at my own job. Also the cancellation is not fair at all, a facility only pay you for 2 hours if they cancel you within 2 hours of starting that shift. Let me tell you that 80% of the time you will be canceled before that 2 hours so they don’t have to pay now you out of a place to work for that day and pay. Furthermore we are highly disciplined via a massive point deduction for calling off anywhere between 1-3 days which is insane considering facilities are using clipboard staff as back up so they post shifts days ahead, even weeks ahead just to cancel you on that day or 1 day before it. The point deduction for being 15 minutes or more minutes late is also insane considering it takes just as much points as calling off for that shift. To sum it all up…..Clipboard is my last resort, I feel cheated out of my pay doing clipboard due to the low pay, heavy workload assigned to us that don’t add up with the pay and the system being set up for the facilities to have advantage via cancellation at anytime and the high penalty rate for staff. They lie, lie, lieClipboard only had the perk of instant pay. Otherwise, their pay rates are very low, their support team doesn’t know their own policies, and if they or the facility mess up, they’ll punish you for it. I have a friend that’s an LVN that was sent home early from his shift for clipboard due to the fact that the facility posted false info about their covid-19 status. He got his timesheet properly filled out by the staff at the facility and was paid for his time there. Apparently, the facility gave him a 1 star review because they lied and said he didn’t show up. Clipboard then deactivated his account and didn’t let him dispute the deactivation. Today, I had a shift at 7AM at a facility that was 35 minutes away from my apartment, and when I was around the corner from the facility, I got a notification that the facility cancelled my shift. I called Clipboard and let them know so I could get my 2 hours worth of pay since the facility cancelled within 24 hours of my shift start time (their policy says that you’re entitled to 2 hours worth of pay if the facility cancels last minute.) On the phone, the woman told me that “this particular facility doesn’t pay two hour cancellation fee” and couldn’t give me a reason why. It’s insane that they’ll suspend or deactivate HCP’s accounts for last minute call offs, but if facilities do it to us it’s perfectly fine for them to waste our time and gas money! WARNINGI been working with clip board since november 2021. i loved them at first and made a lot of money but as of march 2022 things started going down hill. first the attendance policy has changed at least 3-4 times within the last 4 months. they do not back up their health care professionals. my acct as been suspended multiple times for things i did not do and all my shifts that i booked where taken away. i am not late on my car note and rent and when they did restore my acct i did not get my shifts back and was not compensated for the days taken away. i was DNR from alvarado meadows for allegations of abuse. clipboard suspended my acct then unsuspended the day after after the facility called them and let them know they did not want me suspended they just did not want me to return there. then today i get a call from clip board to find out that my acct was permanently deactivated due to allegations of abuse. i called alvarado meadows back and spoke the administrator. he explained to me that there was no report of abuse and i was not named in the report. it was reported that’s was a bruise with no origin. and i was not named as a perpetrator bc there is no proof that i was and there was several statements from other ppl stating that the patients daughter stated she did not believe her and she lies about these types of things. so clip board basically as deactivated my acct for something i did not do. i have the report number and all and i am not named. so here it is again they took away my shifts and now i cannot get caught up on my bills..BmajanjaVersion: 2.60.0

Wish I could give zero starsThis agency is good if you need money right away, as they do instant pay. However, the communication is ATROCIOUS! They no longer accept phone calls from their staff working the shifts for them. You have to message them on the app, and not everything can be explained or expressed through texting. Also, no most of the time the messaging doesn’t even work! I can’t message and get an agent for 2 days now. They suspended my account when I had proof I was at the facility because I clocked in ON THE APP! You can only clock in for your shift on the app when you are physically at the facility! You can’t clock in while down the street or anything like that! They are saying I was a no call/no show, when the proof is right on their app! I am beyond frustrated, they owe me money and now suspended me instead of paying me. And now I have lost shifts and money I was counting on, all because of THEIR INCOMPETENCE! They are absolutely HORRIBLE! I didn’t believe the other nurses who told me how bad this company is, but now I believe them! I don’t recommend this agencyClipboard will instantly pay you after you work a shift and then a few days later they will reverse your pay and charge you for money they say you owe because a shift you worked wasn’t verified. But when you send in proof that you worked the shift they will charge you again for the same shift and take out money out of your account to pay for it. When you complain and ask for a refund, they will deactivate your account and say you can’t reactivate your account. Also for any stupid reason a facility can add you to there Do Not Return list at anytime and all your shifts will be cancelled. You are better off working on staff with the company directly or working with a different agency. Sometimes instance pay isn’t everything, especially when they are changing you every time you ask for it and when you don’t ask for it, they make up lies to come up with reasons to take back money from you they say you owe. Also there are some nursing homes that are offering instant payments. Clipboard isn’t the only company offering instant payments. Some companies offer instant payments and they don’t charge you a fee like clipboard. Believe what you hearTrust me, what anyone says here about Clipboard not siding with their “employees“ is true. They will always side with the facility, obviously. That is because the facility is how they make their revenue. Without the facility, there would be no Clipboard. Unfortunately, as stated below, they DO exploit their “employees“. they absolutely do not side with you, their attendance policies are atrocious and unreasonable. For example, I was summoned to appear in court as a witness in a criminal trial. I was not able to work the shift because I had to appear in court. They deducted a massive amount of attendance points. I had to show them the court order and then, weeks later, they gave me my points back, but they had the nerve to say that they were doing me a one time favor. the shifts for registered nurses have been practically nonexistent, and the pay rates are pitiful ($40/hr for RN??? Hahahaha!!!). Again, as stated below, the only good thing about Clipboard is that they will pay you as soon as you were done with the shift, and with no taxes taken out. Now, one of their “developers “will respond to this review and will tell me that I should fill out one of their attendance appeal forms, negotiate a rate with the facility, etc. None of that gets you anywhere. I would give negative stars, but that’s not an optionThere are so many things wrong with this company. It’s hard to know where to start.. They just renegotiated their prices lower you know because they care about us so much. However, you will find the exact same shifts on another app for almost double what we’re getting paid on Clipboard exact same shift.. Their cancellation policy is a. They have no interest in protecting your time or your schedule now as agency. We all all know that cancellations can happen, but we’re talking about facilities. It’ll cancel shifts at a time with no repercussions if we were to cancel 15 shifts at one time they would suspend our for a year. And the fact that it cost us 10 points to cancel more than 72 hours in advance and they pay absolutely nothing for canceling two hours and 30 minutes before a shift starts right before the cut off time. Clipboard does not care about anyone that works for them. So just keep these things in mind that exact same shift you were going to pick up on Clipboard is on shift key for almost double the amount. Don’t work for themEverything sorted out find the first time I started working for them but I also have two kids and when they’re sick guess what I’m the one who has to watch them and if I don’t have a higher score than my account get suspended so recently, my son and my daughter had strep at the same time I was over at my daughter was over it, but my son still was not feeling good. So I was unable to go to my shift and I was able to tell the CNA coordinator and reach out to her and she reached out to Clipboard Health they later suspended my account for a whole year. What are you supposed to do and you’re a mother and you have kids and you have no one else to watch them and they suspend your account for a year? I don’t think that’s right at all but what are you gonna do so if you have kids or you’re a single mother just in general, if you have kids and you’re unable to make your shift and you dispute it with someone don’t even bother just don’t bother with Clipboard Health at all. If you respect your license run!Times are tough people are looking for the best way to make money on their terms I get it . Yet don’t put your license in jeopardy! Do not work at these facilities that Mickey mouse things, don’t train you , don’t have proper Ppe don’t test for Covid and that don’t pay hazard pay! The contacts can cancel ur shift last minute and most won’t pay. If you do show up and they don’t have you on the roster they will ask to see the shift in the app, this then shows them how much you make and if you make more then the actual worker they treat you like crap. I’ve been threaten in text and phone calls from managers when I gave my shift up because of unsafe work conditions. I got written up because I caught Covid and tested three times positive in a month. Find a better agency!!!I booked the last minute shift maybe 15 minutes before the shift start time and I live 40 minutes away from the facility that I booked with. When I arrived I was sent home because they were over staff which is fine. I was supposed to be paid for two hours because I was sent home. They did NOT pay me for being sent home. I was told that I was late for the shift even though I picked the shift up 15 minutes before the shift start time! Now my account is restricted for seven days because the company did not want to pay me for two hours. I was informed that I was late for the shift even though I picked the shift up last minute I feel like there should be a policy in place for people who pick up a shift within 30 minutes because we will be penalized for being late this is ridiculous. I will be deactivated my account as soon as my seven day restriction is up shift key pays $10 more per shift then clipboard does anyway the only reason why I book with them is because you can get the money the same day but you are screwing yourself because you can make more money. On top of that you can’t speak to a live person. Everything is handled online so they will get to you when they feel like it which is crazy when money is involved. Worst appIf I could give no stars I would. This agency does not care about its employees. Please believe the reviews. The good ones I’m sure are made up to help balance out all the bad ones. I was booked for a shift, arrived and clocked in ten minutes early and began my shift. About 5 hours into my 12 hour shift I reported to two staff members that I was going to take a break to pump because I breastfeed. I pumped in an empty room in the facility. I came out of the room and was told that it wasn’t reported to another person and they called the supervisor and told them I left mid shift. The supervisor called Clipboard and reported me as a NCNS. MIND YOU I WAS HERE THE WHOLE TIME ON BREAK PUMPING and I reported it. I have proof of EVERYTHING, even my clock in time. After realizing they made a mistake, the supervisor reached out to clipboard and informed them of his error. I was allowed to log back into my shift. My attendance score is still negative because they have yet to fix it. And it still shows my account restricted. I have yet to be compensated for the 12 hour shift though I worked the entire shift. I have never dealt with a place who cares the bare minimum of it’s employees. One year suspensionThis company has caused me absolute financial stress. Although instant pay is great, there attendance policy is horrible. I’m a full time student and mom. Ive had three speedways occasions where I disrupted suspension one due to a car crash on the way to the facility. Which I provided photos of my totaled car and my injuries which to your stuff didn’t warrant a dispute because I didn’t allow the facility enough time to find someone to cover. After I GOT INTO A CAE CRASH THAT TOTALED MY CAR. I then caught Covid after being told I was working in a facility that was vivid negative. I disputed that claim and was still suspended for a week. Two months later I caught Covid again, I gave the facility 24 hours and disputed the claim again which was denied because they said they previously approved my fist Covid dispute which isn’t true because I had my account suspended for a whole week, and I have the email where my dispute was rejected both times for Covid. It’s unfair and unjust to then change you attendance policy after suspending my account for a year and then ignoring all of my emails. I understand keeping food relations with the facilities using this platform but it’s unfair to workers independent ones to be punished and ultimately out of work due to policies that protect facilities and this company rather then the workers. I’ve struggled keeping my kids and I afloat after not only getting into a car crash on the way to one of your facilities but also falling sick and losing out on wages. I’ve had safe catches, and I’ve been nominated for employee of the year however, when it comes to Clipboard health, I cannot work there because of a court thing that I had 37 years ago that has been satisfied in court, but since I decided not to have it expunged, they decide of clean record, clean Nursing license no dings no scratches perfect record that they can base their employment and not offer a position with the company because of something that happened 37 years ago. I would not recommend them they are low paying and they discriminate this is a big deal to me. This is my nursing reputation. I am consulting with my attorney, but do not sign up with them they are horrible. UPDATE: I picked up a shift and got paid for that shift and a bonus, now all of a sudden I’m not approved again. Horrible company to work forClipboard will steal what you worked for! I worked several shifts and was paid. Out of no where they want me to go back 2 hours to a clients home to get a time sheet signed. No one has informed me about timesheets all the shifts I was paid prior to now. But now they’re refusing to pay me for not turning in a time sheet that was unbeknownst to me. I have no problem getting a time sheet signed if I’m aware of it prior. But for me to work so hard at my shift and not be paid is robbery. So clipboard LLC if your reading this you have taken money from me and I would like to be paid and also if you have a policy like this you shouldn’t pay people without it from the start and you should inform them prior to working a shift that they will not be paid if there is no time sheet. The only information I knew is that I can clock in or out electronically but because I was at a clients home and not at the abundant life agency which is where they sent me. I couldn’t clock in or out to verify my shift electronically due to my location being the clients home and not abundant life agency. So when the rep on the text help line could not help, Winfred, the middle agency abundant life LLC, Catherine, couldn’t help and they will not answer your phone call so you can talk to someone to explain things better. DNR Unfairly 😔So it’s very true the only thing that is amazing about this app is that you can get paid right away! after your shift. But this app is not good at all when it comes down to protecting yourself and your license. I got DNR from a facility that has some racist residents. The DON was very unprofessional about the situation, the person didn’t respond to any of my calls about the incident at all. They called Clipboard to DNR me over the situation. Clipboard never reached out to me about what took place, never got my statement, or asked me just anything. At all but I called them and gave them my statement that they wrote down and apologized for the incident but still deactivated me from the app. They also suspended me twice from the app, said if I had any questions to contact the support team which they did nothing and they never responded back to my emails. Terrible way to run a HEALTHCARE businessThis company is a joke . I’ve picked up with them very part time but I’ve had so many issues with the facilities I’ve been too more times than not I’m treated with such disrespect . Yesterday took the cake I picked up a last minute 4 HOUR SHIFT so they obviously needed the help . I get there and the med pass was extremely heavy I was expected to pass meds to 45 people within those 4 hours , I should have not accepted the assignment but i did my best while making sure I kept the residents safe still I was unable to finish and still had a handful of people to pass meds to when the night shift nurse came in . She comes in with an attitude and I let her know I tried to get everything done before she arrived and she told me very rudely “you need to finish or I’m not taking the keys “ she also called me “pathetic “ when I told her and the manager I wasn’t going to finish especially after being verbally assaulted they threatened to report me to the board of nursing for abandonment even though there is a nurse to relieve me and nursing is 24 hours . Misleading and low payThey flip rates and pay you what they want. I had to do my shifts through another agency that the facility told me to sign on with because Clipboard dropped their rates so low when I did arrive to the facility and the Administrator and DON were trying to figure out why I was being paid 18 dollars when the other agency in the building was getting 35. They put shifts in we looked on my phone just to see what Clipboard put them out for and they were to done with the rate they sent for us to get. So I signed up with the other agency and they stopped using Clipboard. Actually every building they had on the app here in Indiana will barely use them or won’t use them anymore at all. These buildings know we only work when being paid right. UselessI tried to book a shift for this facility and they denied me because I did not have the 6 months experience that that facility requires. And that’s fine, has nothing to do with Clipboard, but I had booked a demo shift, now I was under the impression that each demo shift was specific to each facility which is why a demo shift pops up on every facility shift you click, but I found out that the demo shift is actually an app thing which if so they shouldn’t put a demo shift button with each shift, it should be at the top of the screen or somewhere to show it doesn’t have to do with the facilities. So when the facility denied me I tried to cancel my demo shift and the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel or change it, but since the facility denied me I thought I wouldn’t need to do their demo shift. They will have you working for free!Beware! You have to clock in at the facility usually AND on the app. I was not told this in advance. If you forget to clock in on the app, they will give you a really hard time trying to correct the issue even if you have clocked in on time at the facility time clock. They will dock your pay & attendance score even though you were there on time, they will not count it. So when state comes into the facility and sees your name on paperwork, but you aren’t on clock, this can cause so many issues for the facility as well as the nurse. The missed punch form they provide doesn’t have all the information they claim to need so even if you provide a completed one, they will still deny it claiming they need additional information on their form to correct your time, pay, and attendance score. The form does NOT ask for all of their “requirements” so you won’t know this until you’re long gone from the facility. Pay is not competitive & not enough shiftsClipboard is offering nurses 30$ an hour in my area. I made that 5 yrs ago on staff. Most agencies are starting at least $33-35/hr after the pandemic. Theres also no incentive or notification if youll be with covid patients on a shift. Most of the facilities are very far out from any larger city, and have insane ratios. 30-40 patients to one nurse. I had a facility favorite me, beg me to pick up 5 weeks worth of shifts, then start canceling them one by one. I asked them to take me off their schedule if they were going to cancel me the day before each shift. Then they DNR me and clipboard dropped my score. Support either doesnt read the emails or just cant understand them to reply properly. Good luck ever talking to anyone on the phone. Onboarding was very difficult also. Its better for aides than nurses. Driving 40 minutes or more just to be sent home with no pay or driving an hour for a 12 hour shift then being told to only work 4 hours is insane. Facilities are able to cancel you up to two hours before the start of your shift without them being penalized and without you being compensated. However, if you cancel a shift for a facility a week in advance, Clipboard will deduct 25 points from your attendance score. Keep in mind you only gain five points after you complete a shift. This logic is absolutely ridiculous. It seems that Clipboard caters to the facilities while, they mistreat the professionals at use this app. I am seriously considering not using Clipboard altogether. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I shared with a resident that I suffered a brain injury while active duty military. I was a corpsman so I was being open on what brought me to healthcare. As soon as left from my shift I was placed on DNR list because the resident claimed they didn’t feel comfortable with me or my care due to my forgetfulness and brain injury. Deactivated because my car broke downI booked shifts with this company and would drive an hour or more to work and drive back home. When my car took a turn and I had to cancel there wasnt any understanding from the company. I repaired the car and took the penalized suspension. However when I booked again and not knowing my car would not start they deactivated me without allowing me to provide proof of my repair. I gave professional care to my patients and was a team member for the understaffed facilities so much so they would block book me or request me to come back. I had schedulers numbers and would call and ask for shifts. I have never been treated like a number before in my life. Don’t use ClipboardI was suspended from my account because a facility did a false no call no show on me. Since working with Clipboard, I’ve had a 100% rating never calling off on the shift. I’m a great worker and I do all I care for my residents. I worked out of facility in Lombard Illinois, who use a company to do their scheduling called powered nursing.” I was given a run around for 72 hours+ until ultimately deciding to give up because I had gotten an email the same day as my shift saying that my account will be suspended for seven days from February 3 until February 10. Clipboard now has a chat system where you can only get help via email or chat through the app. They should bring back help via phone because it is severely inconvenient to have to chat to someone and wait for a response as opposed to being able have the personal experience of a phone call. Not a good platformFirst, let me tell you this is nothing but the honest truth. Per diem usually means higher pay because no benefits are involved. The pay with this platform is way lesser than any other platform. Might as well work a regular job they pay more with benefits. They have this unfair rating system and you will end up getting suspended, why because you will not know about it until it’s to late. I have contacted support to be reinstated only to be told sorry to bad. They also are not truthful with their pay. If you choose a shift for a facility, the pay will change once you book it. If you look up the CEO and the people that actually run this app, it’s all IT, not 1 employee of theirs has healthcare experience and they don’t care if you get sick from the facilities they send you to. Please look them before you apply and report them to BBB. They have gotten sued for a reason, look up the employees that hide behind the app, that info is public knowledge. Once they suspend you for any reason at all they then send you a link to the FAQs, like where was the FAQs before everything went down.
