Funds stolen! Fraud! No security protecting employee funds!Do not use. As someone with years of payroll and Human Resource experience, I cannot recommend this app or debit card to ANY employee or employer. This app/debit card does not protect employee funds. My card was used to make a fraudulent purchase to the tune of $786 at Target in Brooklyn, New York and I live in South Carolina. I have provided supporting documents showing my location at time of fraudulent purchase and they continue to deny my claim. I’ve asked for the contact information for the investigation department, investigation documents, and a call back from a supervisor on three occasions, and am told they do not have this information, nor can they tell me what was done on my behalf, only that my claim is denied. Crazy feesI love Dayforce and I did have a five point rating but after realizing all the fees, they charge just to slide my card at Food city, the gas station or anything. I get charged a transaction fee to slide my card. Now I understand a fee to transfer the money to my account, my actual bank account, but even having my day card hooked up to my PayPal and using It that way, without transferring funds and leaving my money on Dayforce card, connected to my PayPal. If I pay for something that way, I get a transaction fee. The higher, the transaction amount, the higher the fee. If it wasn’t for that, I would probably use Dayforce more than PayPal, cash app or Chime. But once I noticed how much money they were taken for me just to slide their card. I only use it transfer my money to my bank account. I would definitely give a five star rating but due to that it’s 3 1/2 or five stars I do appreciate and enjoy day and being able to get my daily funds if needed. Give Me My Money!I needed access to my hard-earned money to purchase groceries but instead Dayforce Wallet blames my internet connection for its own technical issues! I have perfectly functioning internet connection both cellular data and WiFi!! Everything works except your garbage app! If your app is having technical issues then own up to your own errors rather than blaming others, that’s extremely unprofessional and childish! I can understand technical difficulties and I’ll be patient but blaming my internet connection when it’s clearly working perfectly fine is a red flag. Help when you need $$$I have been using this app for about six months now it is nice to know when you are a little short before payday you can take part of your check out or all that you work if your company offers this app I strongly agree to set up the app and get your card through the mail because you never know when you might need a little bit of extra money this app has helped me a lot it’s nice to know you can get your pay every day at no extra cost if you choose to or just use it when times are hard it is also a good way to save money take a little bit every week and put on that card before you know it you can have enough money for a down payment on a car or for whatever you might need.Huskyhound84Version: 1.36.1

Day force walletI love this new app and the digital card that Work has now joined. I get paid every two weeks and usually in the middle of that pay period I need cash. I need my paycheck or some of it before we get paid again. This app allows me to take out money. Will not refund your money backI’ve called customer service now 5 times for a on hold pending charge from the gas station. They took my money out and didn’t give it back. The pending charge was taken off doesn’t show on the activity anymore, I’ve called and they said they show on their end my money was given back. Not good for your entire paycheckI use the card only for accessing my paycheck early. The drawback is if you have a fraud charge they cannot stop it as a regular bank can. U have to cancel your card, jump through several hoops and hope they will fix it. And then u have to wait five long days for a new card, while not having access to your money. Always get pay.I been using day force wallet for a months or so. I love it because I always have money there. But would be nice is they add zelle or something similar transfer fund to another checking account. The transfer option now takes 1-3 business days. Also, It would be nice to be able to lock card. FraudI used this service only once and never again. I had a transaction listed that I did not do and I tried calling the customer service number. I typed in the account number 3 times correctly and each time it said it was incorrect. A cs rep got on the phone but disconnected me after I gave my phone number for verification. The second call, I got a cs rep again because again it stated my account number was incorrect. I then gave them my phone number and date of birth for verification but then insisted I give the last 4 digits of my social security number. I asked them if they could see the number and they said yes so I told them only the last 2 numbers and stated that since I’d had such issues with the phone service not accepting my number, I wasn’t comfortable giving the last 4. If they could see the numbers, they should have been able to verify by my giving the last 2 only. The rep insisted they couldn’t so I asked for a supervisor. He refused to get a supervisor. Sorry but that is another huge red flag. Transaction that wasn’t mine, invalid account number while I was holding the card, disconnected after the first call, refusal to get a supervisor. All this seems pretty shady to me so I will not be using the service again. Fortunately it was not a large amount of money since I can’t get it back..AnM3333Version: 1.65.1

Will close your account for no reasonI have been using this app for daily pay through my employer. I ended up having to change my phone number so me doing the right thing I updated my number through the app. The following day my account got locked. It directed me to call customer service which I did and not even then could tell me what was going on. Only thing that was told to me was that I had to wait 2 days to be able to utilize the account. After 2 days I still could not use my card! Everytime I called the said my account was in review. There was no number to call to check on this review, the customer service was no help at all. They tell u they don’t have a supervisor for you to speak with hut instead they will escalate the problem via email and have someone call u back which isn’t the case. After days and countless calls I got someone from corporate as he states that tells me that my account will be closed and there is nothing he can do about it and there is no reason stated for the closure. Mind you this is something I use through my employer for daily pay. All of this stemmed from updating my phone number!!!!! Beware of this company! You will never get anyone who can give u viable information about your account. You will be passed around from person to person verifying your information and never receive any type of solution. The crazy part about all of this, when I came to work and spoke to my associates about the matter, this is something that has happened to 3 of them as well. Missing moneyDayforce took it upon themselves to do a change over without my authorization. Funds I’ve added from available pay to my account are missing and my check is also missing. I have money that I have to try to find now. I only rated one star because if it wasn’t for available pay I wouldn’t use it. It is supposed to be easy to use and easy access to your money but they made it difficult doing so. I also never had a physical card for the last card I had before the change over. I called and called for hours and months trying to get one to never receive one when they say i did and didn’t. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASHI’ve used Dayforce Wallet in the past with a previous company with no issues. However, when I started at my new company getting my account restarted was the MOST difficult process. There was people on the customer service line like HECTOR who would just literally say, “Your card is canceled sorry there is nothing we can do.” And thankfully I had a few people who would actually ask questions, look into it and would try walking through different steps with me. Sadly, my account is still basically frozen because of “message” that nobody can seem to help me with. I was able to get into my account but that is it, I can’t get money out through my digital card. I’m waiting on my physical card but I assume there will be issues with that. One time I called for help and they bounced me from the Wallet help line to the Bank help line back to the Wallet help line. Both saying it wasn’t there issue… then whose issue is it? Adult pay roll serviceThis is an awful pay roll service, they sent my card to the incorrect apartment my card was returned when I updated my apartment number I have to wait 10 more days on-top of answering security questions they create not ones that I was asked when creating an account I sent my identification in with a week left until expired and they refuse my id because it’s almost expired, then want you to pay nearly $40 for a new card even tho the mailing address was return to sender. Now I’m almost out a whole pay period waiting for my check, definitely would not recommend this third party service to anyone, the employees are no help once you join you can not deactivate an account very unprofessional, employees will speak over you or not answer your call after waiting 30 minutes. Switched BanksRecently DF Wallet switched to a different bank and it disrupted near all of their services. The card failed to be shipped, I therefore couldn’t activate it. When I asked support if we can update the digital card so that I can use it immediately I was told this isn’t an option. It’s a blessing in disguise, though. These apps are a free version of a Payday Loan, which is wonderful in the event of an emergency. It isn’t wonderful, however, when you’re now short x dollars and lo and behold you’re borrowing money again. It’s a vicious cycle and the time spent not being able to use it means I’ll be back to a healthy paycheck and budgeting correctly again without having to assume a loan withdrawal being necessary. Don’t trap yourself. If you can live a few days without the thing, do it. If you can depend on a real person to help you, do it. Glitchy and unreliableFor the millionth time since I started using this app, it is glitching and my available pay has not shown up. Update messed up my whole accountUp until a few days ago when I made my last pan demand request, I then updated my phone and all the apps that also had updates. This included the Dayforce Wallet and since the update, I no longer have the pay on demand option and when I go into settings where my employer should be listed, it is not but my entire account is connected to my work account so I am missing half the information that should be there. Disconnected logged out, deleted and reinstalled and re-logged into my Dayforce Wallet. It has not fixed the problem. Missing fundsOn 7/12 I had a transaction deducted from my card for $340 said it was to my cash app but I never requested it and it was never transferred to my cash app. I was left with -148 with a $6 service fee so a total of -$152. Upon calling I was told it was a glitch and was a transaction from June 17, almost a month ago which the transaction had already been debited, and Dayforce was working to fix the error and it wasn’t correct and would be corrected and my account would not impacted and to not worry. It has not been corrected still and I’m short $340 and now my checking account is overdrawn. This is unacceptable and I will be calling for a third time this morning. StupidSo I move and am trying to update my address in the Dayforce Wallet app( it is already updated with DAYFORCE just not the Dayforce Wallet) in the wallet app it doesn’t give the option so I contact customer service who tell me they locked my account for trying to update my address. I have to take a picture of my id with an updated address to be able to unlock my account. I literally just moved across town. I informed them people don’t usually get a new id when they only moved a few streets away but they informed me that’s the ONLY way to unlock my account is to go get a new photo id. Customer serviceI had a issue with the app. I called three different times to report the issue. The representative that assisted me didn’t even listen to my issue and blew off my concerns. I feel like company like this don’t even care about customers service. The lack the empathy to help customers with the issue. Extremely unreliable and rude customer serviceThis app places $360 on my card today, used the card for $15 and now checked it an hour later as i need the card again, and the money was gone, clicked “contact customer support” i was told that the pay roll for my company is who i had to call, they leave at 5pm, how are they going to add and then take money away from me when noone is even at the company?? Never know when your available earned pay will be availableI understand that employer pay roll plays a part in this however it’s so random and you never know why your available earned pay isn’t there. It’s like Russian roulette with this app. I got worried something else was going and moved my money from my emergency funds in the app and paid part of my rent which is what it’s being saved for just in case. Disappointing ServiceMy complaint isn’t necessarily about the app but the service that comes with the app. I’m able to pull my money and add it to the card but I’m not able to pull from the approved ATM machine. It constantly tells me over limit when I haven’t pulled any money for the day and to call the support number. All of this to only find out I’ve reached some low limit daily/monthly amount they gave me like it’s not already bad enough that I can only withdraw $300 at a time. Please give me my moneyUsing Dayforce is overall good, but I’m having a problem trying to get pass the login. I know my gmail and password, but everytime when I try to login, it always says something about the Wi-Fi that’s not making me able to. That’s funny though cause my Wi-Fi is working and there’s no problem with it. Why don’t you let me login in? I have money in there that I want to use. DO NOT USE THIS APPI accidentally transferred money to a closed bank account. The bank rejected it but it’s been 10 days and it’s not back on my Dayforce card. The initial mistake was mine but it’s ridiculous that I can’t get a straight answer from their customer service team when I call about when it will be resolved. They barely speak English and are not helpful at all. Use a real bank with customer service agents that are not repeating from a script. If you put in a dispute they say it takes 45 days. HorribleI've been getting an error message on the app for almost a week now. I’ve deleted the app multiple times and changed my password.
