Catholic Holy Bible With Audio Customer Service

So….the app is great and all. It functions well and it has nice study features. BUT!!! This specifically says that this is a CATHOLIC Bible, but it’s actually the KJV version. This is important because it omits several books in the Catholic Bible. I ask that you change this because it’s not right and I can’t read the full Bible…if the full Bible’s not available :(

I have had this app for about 3-4 months now and have enjoyed. Easy to bookmark, highlight, and make notes. Several reading plans to select from with daily reminders that can be set up. My suggestion to the developers would be to add a “next” button at the bottom of each chapter so you don’t have to use the navigation at the top and then select the next chapter you’d like to move to. I could understand if you were changing books asking which book but not every chapter within each book…

As someone who is recently trying to grow closer to god I really appreciate this app for its daily verses and options to read the entire chapter. another nice detail is the option of saving verses and marking chapters youve read already. the only thing i’d love to get from a future update is a more modern voice to read the chapter for you. sometimes I want the chapter to be read to me but the outdated female voice that sounds like google translate really ruins it.

When I attempted to find selected verses and chapter; the search either told me no items found. When I typed in First Peter, Galatians was what was in the search box, however the message was item not found.

It’s very easy to navigate . I highly recommend this app , it’s like carrying your Bible everywhere and reading it anytime . I love it. I hope the developers will find a way on how low vision people can hear it instead of reading , big help!

Thank you so much for this Bible quiz. I really enjoyed it a couple of times I’ve played it especially with my mom too, but I really want to give things to these people that created this app. It’s very enjoyable amen.

This app is overall very good but for some reason some features don’t work on my iPod I don’t know if they work on phones and tablets but they don’t work on my iPod but the actual Bible is very nice though I would still recommend

You may thinking this is just a random bible app, which it is but has so much more with the saints, and daily verses, also has a great reading plan to keep me reading

I usually prefer the hardcover book so I can monitor my progress- this app actually does that!!

I’ve been studying the Bible but I couldn’t understand the meaning. So, I downloaded the Catholic app. It’s been excellent to read the works and understand, too.

The only thing I don’t like is when I highlife where I stopped and can’t delete it when I start again

The app enhanced our daily reading and also easy access to verses in all aspects of our lives

This Catholic Bible is simply amazing! What wonderful features - it certainly helps us to grow spiritually. I am enjoying it and would strongly recommend it to anyone who desires to grow in the Word.

It is a blessing to me to have a free Roman Catholic Bible. As a Catholic who wanted a Bible that is mobile as well as his hard copy Roman Catholic Bible I can express that I really am grateful to have this free and wonderful Holy Catholic Bible that is mobile. God bless.

I’m new using this app, but so far I love it. Having prayers at my fingertips, what more can you ask for. God in my pocket.

I love the app however the search option isn’t very user-friendly. It’s not letting me search for certain Psalms or Bible verses unless I’m doing something wrong.

I really enjoyed reading this bible. It worked great for at least a year, but now it crashes. The table of contents is blank.

This is the best app to learn about god the videos, quizzes and daily quotes are very powerful and enlightening. Love this app is it so good for the heart!

This is NOT a Catholic Holy Bible. This is one of those protestan mutilation and altered collection of men opinions, interpretations and distorted versions of what they call ‘bible’. Reader be aware!! Any thing that is not from The Magisterium of the One, the Holy, the Catholic, the Apostolic Church of God on earth is not from God. Shame on you, whomever is perpetrating this fraud. The Word of God is Sacred, unchangeable, unchanging and as per Jesus teaching IT IS NOT TO BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY! Just because a group of men decided at one point or another, for one reason or another, that they knew better and more than The Holy Spirit and took it upon themselves to mutilate, alter, change, and distorted True and Holy Scripture, to accommodate their wills, wishes and preferences! It does NOT mean they have the authority and/or God mandate to do such abomination. I am sure Luther and his ‘combo’ and all those followers after them, have had and/or will have the chance to understand clearly the depth or their horrific actions.

CATHOLICS (and Everyone) BEWARE!!! This is NOT a Catholic Bible. This is missing 7 books of the Old Testament (Judith, Sirach, Wisdom, Baruch, Tobit, Maccabees 1 & 2; also missing, Daniel chapter 13 & 14). There should be 46 books in the Old Testament and not 39. I made the mistake of downloading this app and realized the misleading use of the description “Catholic” was deliberately done to entice Catholics to unknowingly download this Protestant bible. Those 7 books were removed from the Old Testament section during the “Reformation” revolution in the 16th century initiated by Martin Luther. That’s a lengthy topic for another time. But it is important to know that during the time of Jesus the Jews used the Septuagint version of the Jewish scripture that included all 46 books in what we refer to now as the Old Testament. Make sure to get only a legitimate Catholic Bible to get the same complete OT version that Jesus loved. BETTER CATHOLIC BIBLE APP = Catholic Bible: Daily Reading (This app even has the option of looking up the Saint of the Day.)

I downloaded this app specifically because it was titled “Catholic Holy Bible with Audio,” and the name led me to believe it would include an approved Catholic translation. However, upon testing the audio, the very first words were, “The Holy Bible, King James Version.” This is misleading, as the King James Version is not a Catholic Bible and omits several books considered canonical by the Catholic Church. The app’s title is deceptive and may confuse users who are genuinely seeking a Catholic Bible with audio. I recommend the developers clarify the version used in both the title and description to avoid further confusion.

Love this app when it is working properly. I like to listen to it when I’m working or on a walk. But for the past few days, the headphones icon disappeared and I have not been able to use audio. Rebooted, checked everywhere and have tried to get help from app but so far no luck on any! So basically it is pretty useless to me right now!

Used to be 5 star but now when you want to choose a certain book to read all the books are listed but the font is the same color as background or the names of books no longer appear. So can’t choose a certain book to read because can’t see the names

I love this app and use it a lot but unfortunately there has been a glitch where I can no longer see the title of the books and sometimes it won’t count my progress and it’s been like this for almost two months please fix it

This isn’t the Catholic Bible. It’s missing books in the Old Testament such as 1 and 2 Maccabees, Tobit, Daniel ch 13. Etc. Also the table of contents of the books is poorly formatted. The background is white and the text is white so you can’t read the book title and navigate easily through the Bible. The quiz and reading plans are nice but I wish this were the true Catholic Bible. It’s very misleading to call this the Catholic Bible when it’s not.

Bible has no way to see where you are in the reading. When looking for the entire book it only show the number of pages for each book. You have to click on one to see which book it is. Terrible deign. Very disappointed. Couldn’t even use my purchase on my phone. It kept wanting me to buy it again.

I chose canonical to read thru in one year but it is skipping books or chapters. For instance on day 60, the readings are 2 chapters in Numbers then goes to Psalm 90. It doesn’t make sense why. The description of “Canonical” was to read it in order

I found that, although this is labeled as a Catholic Bible, it is missing several books which are part of the Catholic Biblical canon. I will try to give the benefit of the doubt that possibly they started with the Kjv and forgot to add the remaining books. Ain any case, this version of the app needs to be updated in a Eder to fulfill it’s billing as a Catholic. Bible.

It is necessary to reset after every chapter. This makes it nearly impossible to listen in the car. It is impossible to skip ahead. Both readings talk at the same time. Every time the screen saver comes on, the voice stops and it is necessary to start over.

App frequently crashes. When it doesn’t, half the options don’t work. There is now audio option available. Uninstalled this very soon after downloading.

When you click to see the verses or to choose a different one it’s in white you can’t see the words at all

I’m finding that when taking a quiz that in a ten question quiz there are about six of the same questions in one quiz. Also if I need a support statement for a daily reading eg: Faith, it’s the same statements every day.

I love this app but it only has 66 books. A Cathlic Bible has 73 books. I’ve tried contacting the app but I don’t get an answer on where are the other books.

I really like the app: you can read the text or have it read to you; you can highlight text, add comments, and more. Unfortunately it drains my iPhone battery very quickly.

The ability to choose chronological or otherwise is a great feature. Allows you to read the entire bible in a on year span. All of this is dwarfed by the onslaught of pop ups constantly.

I like the app, but for two things. There are either no Catholic specific books, or they are cleverly hidden like a priests hole. And the titles of the books present, where white lettered against a white background. Seemed odd. Otherwise, it’s a nice Protestant version of the Bible.

I love this app except when you are listening to the Bible you can’t let your phone go to sleep or it cuts the audio off. That makes it a battery killer.

If you are using this to find specific passages of scripture, this is not the app. There are no labels for the books;,just random numbers. I immediately deleted it.

I expected this IPhone/ Catholic Bible app to have off line capabilities. It does not. Therefore, when I am traveling abroad I am forced to read the King James version on a separate app. Also this version has annoying ads that continue to pop up.

It’s extremely challenging navigating the contents of the entire bible.. The search function should give some feedback (including errors on why it could find anything).

Don’t kill yourself, this is not a Catholic Bible. The additional books of the Old Testament are not there. For that matter, when you are looking at the books, they even have Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in the Old Testament. If I could give zero stars for false advertising, I would.

I was excited to see this app but didn’t read the reviews. When I chose the option for audio, it started by saying King James Version. This is not a Catholic Bible. KJV is missing 7 books that the Catholic Bible has. Therefore, I have deleted the app and will continue looking.

This app contains inappropriate quotes and pictures in the “Quotes” section which appear not to be monitored. This needs to be addressed asap and I hope the app developers see this review. Example: Quotes /Attitude section contains pics of hoodlums with Guns “my attitude depends on the people in front of me”.

Like the reading plan servers up to help me read the Bible on a plan . App has display faults and navigation quirks that I wish would get fixed.

Downloaded this app to read the Catholic bible, but it doesn’t seem to have the books that are missing from the Protestant bible. Also, cannot just scroll through the bible with this apo.

It is hard to fallow the order of the books, some book of the New Testament are in the Old Testament. Most of the time the title of the books are gone and only the book number appears.

I was thoroughly disappointed by this. Not because I hate the Bible, but because this app seems to be a remake of an AI aneurism. The app looks 2010 and when I looked into the quiz section it didn't actually have one and made me suspicious that the developer wasn't actually English speaking. And when I went to see some quoted it just kicked me off the app and didn't let me back on, and as it is less responsive than a toxic ex I don't know why. And mostly it really is difficult to find most of the books, like many other reviews say, the book of Luke seems to have gotten cold feet and left like Judas after the betrayal and isn't included in this apps cannon. As well as that many of the New Testament books appear to be much older in this app as they are in the old testament section.

I wanted the Bible to read. This one presents you with the first chapter of Genesis. It requires a PhD to figure out how to access the gospel of Luke. I gave up and will try other Bibles.

This does not contain the deuterocanonical books, this is a Protestant Bible not a Catholic Bible

When searching for a book or a verse, the screen has white background and white fonts…making it impossible to read. Tried reporting the issue but because it is not a purchased app it doesn’t allow that apparently.
