Great game!!This game is addicting and fun if you like a time challenge. I’m not sure why so many complainants about gems. Every 5 levels you win a prize which typically has more then enough gems to upgrade and yes if you would like some extra 2 gems you can watch ads. This is common in almost every game to gets coins or gems you watch ads. And if you want you can purchase but if you are quick enough you can win without purchases unless you really enjoy the game and want to support the developers. I have yet to buy gems and I’m at the 4th hotel already with about 60 levels each hotel. They also allow you to double your coin at the end of each level if you watch a quick 30second ad. No ads in the middle of games and you aren’t forced to watch them to play. Watch them if you want to get extras. People with negative reviews just want everything for free and people to build games and apps for free. I don’t work for free neither should people who make apps..Jennybk1Version: 1.3.11

Just a few things l...I don’t normally review games, they’re either good or they’re not 🤷‍♀️ I have been loving this game. It’s a great time filler and it’s fun! However, there are a few things that could be fixed to help make the game even better. 1. The coins and gems.. so far I haven’t had too hard of a time collecting coins, but gems are hard to come by. And since you have to have those to upgrade, then it makes it almost impossible to pass the levels. I have spent real money because I got tired of repeating the same level over and over again, so I decided I would just buy gems just so I could upgrade a few things. I have no problem purchases with real money once in a great while, but I’m not doing it all the time. Maybe come up with different ways to earn the gems other than the gift boxes you get for passing levels. 2. Please take away the confusion of the little guy!! It throws everything off and takes up time when you’re trying to get him to do other things. Which, again, makes it hard to pass levels that are already impossible to pass. 3. I go through the little tutorial when you add a new booster, and every single time it ends up freezing. So, I either have to quit the game I’m on or exit out of the game completely. I’ve had this happen OCCASIONALLY with other games in the past, but never this much. And every time I have to quit, it takes a life away..NynnsVersion: 1.0.8

Love this game but...First, I think it’s unfair how we don’t have the option to go back to our old motels/hotels and continue playing but we do however have the option to go back and upgrade rooms and such from the old hotels. That doesn’t make any sense. Why would I waste my coins and diamonds upgrading old places that I can’t go back and play. I think it’s cool that we can still collect money off of them but I also want to have the option to play a couple rounds especially while I’m waiting for a new hotel to open up. When I’m done playing all the levels to the new hotels it just feels like I have the app taking up space on my phone since I have to wait weeks maybe even months after finishing for a new update/hotel to be available. Second, PLEASE do something about the bell boy! It’s irritating when he takes up time making a scene about an item he doesn’t have. Ok I get it I forgot to pick up the tea for the green room but he doesn’t have to stare at me for all those seconds when he can just turn right back around and get them no problem. I wish these new updates would resolve the issues that I and a lot of fans of this game have which is common amongst all of us at this point, besides all of this though I’m looking forward to the new hotel!.Heygirlhey 💁Version: 1.6.1

Love the game, hate the updateI’ve been addicted to this game for the last two months or so. I beat the first four hotels pretty fast and waited patiently for the newest hotel to be added on. However, since this new update the game won’t let me collect coins from any of the other hotels. When I open the game after 4 hours I’ll be able to collect the coins from the new hotel but the timers on all the other will say I still have 4 more hours to wait... every single time I check it. This morning it finally gave me the option to collect from the other hotels but when I clicked on them to collect the coins never went into my little bank thing. It’s mostly frustrating because I’m stuck on a level and I can’t upgrade any of my stuff because I literally have no way to get more coins because of this problem. Plus the married couple in the new hotel never pay for anything and I feel like that’s the reason I’m even stuck on this level. Like who do they think they are? Using my hotel, time, and money and then boating off like a couple of jerks? The update kinda makes me want to just delete the game tbh. A great game, but...Now this game is really good- great in fact. But it does have a few things im not fond of. One thing is that, i wanted to go back to my old Hotel (the first one, the motel) to gain more coins because the second one im playing in, is not it 🤦🏾‍♀️. Well i couldnt. It wouldnt let me. It said i had more, or other levels to play in the other hotel. Which is understandable i guess, but i dont like being “forced” (or ”pushed”) to play the other map(s), especially since im struggling and cant meet the meets. The second thing was that he, the man who does MOST of the work, gets so mixed up in errands that it annoys me (i dont think i said that well 💀). Because like whenever i click on something in which he doesnt have the materials in hand at the time, he shakes his head and is like no (or whatever he does). And just that, takes up time, which i could be using for the other customers that need stuff. And the third one, this really isnt really a bad thing, its mostly just a preference so ta say, but the music. It works for like one whole level, and it either goes out (which i doubt) or it was never there lol. Which is ok, i guess. The best game like thisYou can actually play and win the game without having to buy extras. No “energy” so you can play as long as you want if you keep winning. And the wait isn’t too bad once you run out of hearts. My issues is that I’m not sure if they updated it recently or somehow my internet is messing up but I can no longer watch ads to earn extra diamonds or coins. Normally they make it so every 4 hours you can watch an ad to get diamonds but now it’s been 15 hours and the times change so they will sometimes reset the timer or it will be 4 hours waiting but when I hit watch ad it won’t pop up and it’s doing the same with the hearts normally they are 20 minute wait but lately it can be hours and hours before you get another heart to play again. And then they have after you win around you can double your rewards but it’s no longer loading the ad to do that most of the time. Again maybe it’s somehow my phone and internet but I’m not sure how my phone could cause the hours to go up on the diamond ads and heart replenishing... 🤷‍♀️ but I love the game. Good game, Awful customer supportGave a 3 star rating because the game is enjoyable, HOWEVER I would have given 5 stars if the developers would improve their customer support. I encountered a bug/glitch an contacted customer support for assistance. The representative started off helpful and the interaction was promising. They asked me to save my game and contact them again so my customer ID would appear. I thought odd because I had done that previous while attempting to troubleshoot myself, but ok doesn’t hurt to do again. I reached out to customer support again. I tried to once again explain the issue. The representative didn’t fully understand so I took a screenshot of the issue which caused the conversation to go idle for 2-3 minutes. As I am uploading the screenshot to the chat, the representative sends me a message saying that they are closing out my ticket and I can reopen it anytime when I have more information about my issues. I have sent messages and a couple screenshots in an attempt to explain the problem and reopen the ticket. Over 24 hrs no response. I sent follow up messages and nothing. Fun! Addicting! ChallengingThis game is very addicting and equally challenging! I will have to admit I’ve spent some money, (had an iTunes card) :) on jewels and boosters. You do get rewarded each time you pass a level and earn extra money, profit, from the hotels you’ve completed. the one negative I have, is in order to pass some levels you have to use boosters to get through! The level I’m on now for example, you have to check in according to key color! Well you cannot complete that challenge because blue rooms are full and the next person has to have blue! They order sushi and tea so aren’t vacating the rooms in time to be cleaned for the next person! So I have to keep using the candy jar pleaser to calm the customers down while they wait, only to fill the blue room finally and the next customer wants blue also or another room color that’s full and not vacating quickly til it piles up and you lose! I’ve tried all the boosters and now empty and cannot pass the level! Can’t earn any boosters cause I can’t pass a level so I’ll have to purchase and use in hopes that I pass! Love this gameThis game is not easy. But you get free diamonds and boosts a lot. I finished the entire game in just about 2 weeks. Even if I didn’t have time I play I went into collect my coins and diamonds. Love it can’t wait for update. Some boards are hard, use your boosts wisely. If you get stuck on a board keep playing the board it will switch up after a some time of not passing. Waiting patiently for a new hotel. Edit this was one of my favorite games. I’ve been waiting months for a new hotel and today I was so excited to see the underwater hotel. But somewhere they made the font smaller. It’s very hard to see what ppl want in their milkshakes. I hate it. I was loving this game but now not so much. I have passed all of the hotels months ago. The latest updates to replay the existing hotels for the silver coins is impossible. One level I’m on you need 13 smiley faces but you only have 12 customers. Seems like a money grab they want you to spend diamonds to get more customers. Love/hate relationshipI really do like this game, even love it BUT I'm growing more and more frustrated with the levels and access to diamonds without having to constantly keep paying. You can only earn 2 diamonds within a 24 hour period but to upgrade to be able to pass a level it costs like 5-7 diamonds. I’d rather have to pay for the app than constantly keep buying expensive diamonds. Also, after waiting months and months for new levels, they are nearly impossible to pass without spending your diamonds AND using special items like fast feet etc. I expect to be challenged but it’s getting out of control. I just played a perfect game (all my guest left with a smile) and used fast feet and my hotel is almost completely upgraded and still didn’t pass the level. How? Another thing, why is it 10 diamonds to continue a level after it’s over and you haven’t won? Amazing!I’m more than a little addicted to this game. It’s a ton of fun to play, and keeps me going. I feel like I am able to really step out of my own world and focus on the game. There are moments of disappointment where I feel like the game is 100% against me BUT there are more satisfying moments of completely the levels with all the stars or likes required. I really love this game ❤️ The only issue I have today, is that there seems to be a bug. I’m trying to play but every time I select the salmon or tea, the game tries to select too much or do twice as much as what I asked and then when I try to throw the trash away, my character will pick up the trash, it will again try to pick up too much, but the trash bag will still be there, so i can’t even get through a level. Great Game but I need more levels!Love this game but I’ve finished the 4th hotel and I’m waiting for another. I would love if I could go back to the old hotels and play more levels there while waiting for a new hotel. Especially since I didn’t get to upgrade all the rooms, drinks, food etc while in those hotels. 3 issues I had- 1) the bellboy needs a twin or the option to watch an ad for the fast shoes in the more difficult levels so you can get more done. AND/OR he needs to stop stalling when his hands are full. I’ve seen this complained about the most in the other reviews. It wastes time and the customers patience runs out while the bell boy is wasting time shrugging his shoulders at me. 2) The last 3-5 levels of the 4th hotel I had everything upgraded yet I still needed to use 1-3 boosters just to get the level accomplished. With upgrades the level should be able to be accomplished without boosters. 3) Customers should not arrive at reception unless other customers are about to check out or rooms are empty. There were too many times that I had a customers patience run out at reception because I didn’t have any free rooms! It’s not a challenge for me as the player, it’s something I have no control over because it’s something I can only fix with a booster which I don’t always have and sometimes when I USED the candy jar booster it STILL didn’t help me and the customer’s patience ran out. A good game, with a short-coming... In money.This game is nice, and reminds me of Cooking Diary, but I’m stuck... And I can’t progress. Regardless of how many times I retry a level (even one with the speed boost on Oliver) I earn nothing and the primary objective of the game is to steadily upgrade equipment using the money you earn. I am stuck at 12 coins and cannot upgrade my equipment at all—I am only on level 15. It appears the game wanted you to level up the prices of goods, but I was focused on the time it took to produce the goods. Now, I’m at a stalemate—I cannot earn enough coins to complete a level. Overall, it’s a good game; it would be nicer if you were able to keep some if not all the coins you earned through your failed retries so there was hope you could upgrade something for a higher chance of success your next try. At the moment, I am stuck waiting for money from some other source like daily rewards or passive money from in-game locations... Which is 3 hours later. Fun and challengingGreat game, graphics, music. I have not spent a single dime on this game. I do watch ads for gems. To everyone complaining about how you can’t progress without spending money, you’re not doing it right. I’ve beat the entire game twice now. Yes, it will take you a couple tries to beat some levels but that’s the fun part. It’s challenging, what do you expect when playing a game? I’ve also read many reviews about the bellboy getting “confused”. Please do not change this. It’s all part of challenge. If you don’t want him to get “confused” and waste time, play better. One issue I do have with this game is each level is inconsistent. For example, if I can’t beat one level because there’s too many requests for a certain colored room, the next time I replay the level the demand for that room is nonexistent. It’s a fun game but...It’s a fun game but once you get to a certain level, it becomes virtually impossible to beat making the game un fun. If I wanted a mastermind game I would’ve downloaded it. the algorithms require you to use most of your coins & diamonds earned in one world before it lets you proceed to the next. Then once you get to the world that I am referencing with the magic carpet and try to use your perk awards (the customer who spends a lot of money, the one where no matter what room they go to the colors will still count, & the speedy shoes) then the round will throw in extra things that they weren’t before you pressed to use the perk. I screen recorded to show my tech buddy to make sure I wasn’t tripping. Then they run ads all of the time so they’re making money from it but do things like that to attempt to manipulate you to spend money. I like this game, BUTUpdate: it’s been a week since I wrote this review. Still haven’t been able to get pass level 40. I downloaded a similar game called grand hotel mania. Don’t like it quite as much as this one, but I’m already on level 60 halfway through my 2nd hotel. I will still give this game a little more time, but much happier with the other game This is the first rating I have ever written. I just don’t rate things. I like this game a lot, and if it was just because of that I would give it 5 stars, however. I understand that this game, and all other games are set up to make money, and I get it, But If you are going to make me watch commercial ( which makes the app creator money) then you shouldn’t make the game where I have to spend money. I’ve been stuck on level 40 for 1 1/2 weeks I play several times a day, and I have plenty of money made, but until I get enough diamonds I can’t upgrade, and on each item that is upgradable you have 3-5 upgrades. The upgrade takes money and diamonds in order to upgrade. I’m not going to be able to pass level 40 until I get 15 stars in order to get the stars I need to upgrade. This is why I gave this a 3 star rating. Make it easier to get more diamonds faster. I can upgrade faster if I spend money to buy stuff. Awesome game, but...I’ve literally been hooked on this game since the day I got it. The hotels are amazing and the difficulty increases the more you play at each hotel level. I hope they had more hotels because I never want to stop playing! The only issue is that for me the longer I played the game the less sensitive the game got to my touches, meaning and I would click for the doorman to go somewhere or to check someone into it it wouldn’t work in there how many times I clicked it and the happiness level of the customers will go down before I even had a chance to check them in! This was on the underwater hotel. A waste of my lives when you have to get a certain amount of likes to pass the level LOL. Rigged & BuggyGAME IS A SCAM; Read update for info!!! It’s pretty much rigged for you to fail. I actually broke down the math. If you do everything perfectly for all seven customers, you can get $4 at check in, $2 per soda, and $4 at check out. In other words, you’ll earn $10 for each customer if you serve them perfectly. The problem is that with only 7 customers, you can’t earn more than $70 but to pass the level, but you have to earn $75 to move on. UPDATE: So I ended up deleting and then reinstalling the game. When I did that, the level now earned $5 at check in and then again at checkout allowing me to mathematically pass the level with perfect performance. But now I’m at level 15 which OVERNIGHT has added a gumball machine feature without any warning or explanation. You cannot mathematically pass the level without it. The cost? Like it!I’ve really enjoyed this game since getting it. It’s challenging but not too time consuming (especially since lives are limited). A lot of reviews say you have to pay to move on but that’s not really true. I haven’t payed any real money and I’m on level 28 on the second hotel. One problem I having though that just started happening this morning is that my doorman is picking up two items every single time. I’m only taping once. But he’ll make two steaks instead of one (wasting time) or grab two towels, or two drinks etc. And after he grabs however many he can get, he stops and does the confused thought bubble thing (wasting more time). Last night I was playing this same level and this didn’t happen but this morning something must have changed in the app. I don’t know if I should delete and download again or what but I’d love to keep playing since I normally really enjoy the game..DumpinformipsVersion: 1.3.5

LOVE this game!!!I have never written a review for a game before. I felt that I needed to write one for this game. This game is awesome!!! I hate that people are putting it down so much because you have to buy things. You DO NOT have to buy anything. I bought nothing and finished the whole first hotel. I passed level 40 and got the new hotel and didn’t spend a thing! If it was super easy, it wouldn’t be fun! The only issue I have now is that it won’t let me put the first guest in a room and it won’t let me upgrade. So I’m stuck at the first level of the new hotel and can’t play. Glitches!!!I really like this game I recently downloaded it and cannot put down. The concept is really cool and simple. I really enjoy the gameplay, but it is affected by this one glitch in which Oliver will get 2 of every item therefore spending a lot of time and not getting to the customers on time. There’s also no way to cancel an action so if I miss click I’m done for. I though that maybe an idea could be that if you press and hold on an action, it would cancel it, because it’s really frustrating. Finally the amount of micro transactions and ads is not that bad. I thought the devs did a good job with that. Maybe though, I could pay for a non ad version. That would be really cool because the amount of money you make after a mission is barely anything, Corning you to watch an ad to double it. Very buggyI loved this game. Still do. But I had to delete because it was as the title says, very buggy. Not in the sense of playing necessarily. It’s more in the sense of lives and coin collection from hotels. I’ll be playing and it will say something like 1 hour left or 20 minutes. And then I close the app, and like shut it down by removing it from open apps. I’ll open it later and poof it’s now like 5 hours and 1 hour. It keeps doing that. Also as others have said, it’s really hard to beat levels the further you advance. I’m on Arabian nights level 7 or 9. (I don’t remember) but I have to get 29 likes and fulfill all orders. It makes me deal with the new carpet before dealing with the food that has a timer. If these would be fixed I would enjoy the game a lot more. Edit: I re downloaded it, and all the bugs were fixed. Okay GameThis is one of Hotel/time management type games. Graphics, compared to the others, is definitely low-end. The game play is good. Overall, not a bad game. It does have issues though. For one, when checking guests out, Wendy doesn’t seem to know how to check out more than one guest at a time. She just shrugs at you until she’s ready for the next guest. Oliver, when he cleans the rooms or prepares food, ... um... let’s just say, his actions look a little ... inappropriate. But the big issue I have is that gumball machine or whatever it turns into when changing hotels that you have to pay real money for. Even if you don’t want this thing, the guests will still go to it. There should be an option to either pay for it or hide it from the scene altogether. It’s annoying to have to wait for them to wait on this machine. I love it but...I just want to start out by saying I love this game and play it all day. The thrill of it is just amazing. I see everyone complain about the levels being too hard but that’s the point of the game, I’m not going to say I don’t get frustrated with it sometimes but it is rare. The only problem I have with the game is the coins and gems you’re supposed to get every 4 hours sometimes glitch. I’ve waited all day for my timer for my upgrade to get to zero but it won’t. It ends up going into negative numbers. Right now it says I have unlimited lives for 40 hours, may sound like a good thing but I can’t upgrade or anything. And I have to just wait. Cant play anymoreI love love love this game but for some reason when I pass a level it won’t register that I passed it just stays stuck there withOliver dancing. Now It will not go past the main screen for me to play at all now. It just sits there stuck on the intro screen. I have uninstalled the app 2x and still same thing, as soon as I login. It works fine just when I log in with my Facebook is when it stops working. I have uninstalled, reinstalled then singed in right away then it just stayed there on the intro screen. So I uninstalled and reinstalled again played the first 2 levels, Then logged in now it’s stuck on the intro screen again. PLEASE FIX. Lots of fun!Honestly, this game is super fun! I’ve been playing it nonstop and really like how challenging the levels can be. I guess my only complaint as far as the gameplay goes is the inability to play levels in the motels/hotels you’ve already beaten. I get that there’s not really any benefits that can come from playing at the other locations, but it would be more interesting to add an initiative. Gems are hard to come by, so by adding achievements that award the player with gems/coins/boosts from all the different locations would make the gameplay more diverse and would give the players a chance to revisit the locations they have already beaten. Fun but expensiveI’m so bummed out. I started playing and I was really enjoying it. But I soon discovered that because you are unable to replay levels, making it impossible to get through without spending buckets of money. You need to make improvements on your hotel in order to beat levels. But if you fail the level, you don’t get to keep the coins you earned. So if you need improvements in order to advance, the only way to get the coins you need in order to do so, is to buy them. As you get further in the game, the cost of improvements gets higher and higher. I got to the second hotel (bought about $20 worth of coins and gems in order to get that far) and now I’m stuck unless I buy more. I just can’t justify it... I’m sad. I was really enjoying this but it’s only my first day and I’ve already spent that much... it would get very expensive very fast. Just don’t bother yourself with it.Lggomez2020Version: 1.5.4

Good but...I love this game it’s really addicting but... I had to spend money to get the bubble gum machine in the first hotel otherwise you can’t pass a certain level secondly it glitched he would grab two of one item I had to delete the app and reinstall it and had to buy the bubblegum machine again and im pretty far into the third hotel and it glitched again every customer has a preference on which room they wanna stay in and you need to have 12 preferred rooms to pass a level and in the second hotel there were green pink and yellow rooms I’m in the third hotel with clover fishing and hunting rooms and they are showing up pink yellow or green for there preferred room and it’s annoying because now I can’t pass a level I’m hoping it’ll just fix itself because I do not want to have to start alll over again but other than that it’s really fun game.Nealoak20152019Version: 1.3.7

Love it, but...The game was fine until the service agreement came up and when I agreed, something went wrong with the game. When I go get the tea on the third hotel, it looks like I got there too early and it takes a lot of time to get the tasks done. The gear appears like it’s still making the tea even after I pick up the tea. It wastes time. Plus when I pick up one bag of trash, two appears. It’s very glitchy now and it wastes lives because of it. Please fix it. Update the next day: PLEASE FIX BUGS!!! Can’t finish the levels if the game thinks his hands are full! Fun but mehIt’s a fun game however they don’t give you a chance to win any gems. In order to upgrade, you need to pay with coins AND gems. There is no way to really get more gems besides actually buying more when you run out. You can get more coins when you hit a certain level but you can’t even beat a level without an upgrade. So if you have no more gems and you need to upgrade in order to beat that level, you’ll have to buy it yourself. Update mess up 😕This game is so much fun, I was on my third hotel and really loving it! It is a challenge because it does get difficult, you will lose a few times, but you don’t have to spend real money to beat the levels, just have the patience to keep trying, and trying, and trying! Seemed promising, Relies on purchase too soonAt first the game seemed fun. But I’ve been stuck on level 8 with no way out without spending money. Level 8, not that high up. Was only able to be forced to buy 2 upgrades with in game currency coins provided by the game. Not enough for another upgrade. No ad-supported ways to get coins, which I would do. I did dive into paying $1.99 for the gumball machine to get the extra 👍 I need to complete the level. Hardest I try, I am always 1 👍 short. My bell boy is too slow cleaning rooms, no free way to change that. Update: I had to wait until the 5th day of playing to get enough diamonds from the daily rewards to upgrade the cleaning time to move past the level. Gumball purchase was still needed. Yes developer, I could technically wait weeks at a time to collect those diamonds to get the coins for other upgrades. How would that be fun to wait that long? It’s also funny that most of the helpful things come after completing level 9, such as the auto income every 4 hours, ad watching for diamonds and the patience candy. I would like to also point out that I’ve tried to lookup someone else completing level 8, and it was a coin based goal, not a like based goal. Interesting but incredibly hard to beat as levels go by.I’m on the Japanese Sakura Hotel and I swear everything is rigged for you to lose now. It’s incredibly frustrating. I pretty much had to use all my boosters back in the Forest Lake Hotel because that had too many glitches so I’m now stuck. The set up alone in this hotel is confusing. Customers come in way too fast back to back to get any work done. I have to keep using boosters especially the speed booster(which i barley have because the gift boxes after you pass a certain lvl mainly gives diamonds) to even make to my goal and I’m only on like lvl 7. And the wait times still don’t seem like enough even after you upgrade equipments. When i try to get the bellboy to the orders sometimes it doesn’t work and he stalls there wasting time and i have to press the action 3 or 4 times and then that just doubles a order so now his hands are full when I have other customers that want something else(same goes for the receptionist) so now the customers are upset and leave(even before they make it to a room) which makes it even harder to pass a lvl that has that as a goal or to get likes and smiles. Like sometimes i just log in to get the daily coins and log out because it’s just too much. Not what I expected AT ALLI sort of enjoyed the game when I played the first couple of levels. After that I realized I was not so fond of the game. It’s clearly a game that requires someone not against in app purchases(I will delete a game before that point) they make the levels literally almost impossible to where you have to use the little bit of boost you do have. And every upgrade requires 4 or more gems and you only get gems either in the daily rewards or after you’ve opened the third prize box which you have to obviously beat levels in order to do so. Good Game but way too many glitches after updatesI actually like this game and I’m not a gamer per se. But every time there is an update be ready for a glitch to happen. The most recent one is pretty big to me though. Recently when my bellboy grabs anything it automatically doubles in his hands which makes it difficult to pass levels that require not to toss out any excess to pass that level. So if you tap once on hot tea, fish or even the trash...two automatically appear in his hands and it throws off your distribution schedule. So as a non-gamer who has spent money on this game it’s pretty disappointing cause with all the glitches that randomly appear you never know when you’re going to be set up for automatic failure which in some cases means losing your real money sent. Pretty good gamePretty good game but needs work for starters these upgrades cost gems and money and we don’t get many gems! Also these customers want the same things at the same time and the appliances only make one! Does not work....I have invested a lot of money in this game. It is constantly ‘glitching’. The main character - Oliver- doesn’t pick things up or doesn’t do the task you selected- and I kept using all the extra options to get through the levels. But now I am in the Arabian Nights hotel and Oliver is not filling the candy/pop machine. He gets the supplies- but won’t go to the machine to add them. This is at several places within the game. I tried to have him add them at the beginning of the level- nope- that didn’t work. I then waited until someone actually wants something from the machine- nope- that doesn’t work. All the ‘guests’ line up for something from the machine, and to actually complete the level, I kept paying 10 diamonds every time a customer wanted something, got angry, and didn’t get it. I then paid the diamonds to continue because the game would stop for every dissatisfied customer. I have tried playing this level for several days- not using any more diamonds. A bit aggravatingIt’s very hard to progress in this game which takes away a lot of the fun. I play a lot of other time management games and much of the boards in this one I have done so far feels almost impossible without using boosts. And gems a very hard to get. This is actually the most difficult of all the games where you need to earn gems, to earn gems. Very very hard to earn gems. What the heck happened?I absolutely LOVED this game and still would but I am on level 32 of Forest Lake and the game just went to crap. I can’t clean up any garbage out of any rooms it grabs 2 of everything for some reason and there is a huge delay bc if I have a tea in my hand and need to cook a fish I’ll tap on my bucket of fish and it says it don’t have enough room in my hands bc it’s trying to pick up 2 fish instead of 1. It’s impossible to play like that. Requires real moneyThere is no way to progress without using real money. The game developers will respond to this with “using money is optional! Deleting this appI was really excited to find this game because this is my favorite type of game. I very quickly learned that there was no way to progress in the game without spending real money. You can passively receive income every four hours but it is game money, not gems and without gems you cannot do anything. I want to love this game!I absolutely loved this game and had beat it all the way through (with the hotels that were available at the time) and accidentally deleted the app which deleted my progress. Now it’s practically impossible to finish levels without paying money or adding extra customers with gems. When you only get 22/33likes for a level that you fully completed “on time”, that’s an issue with the game. It’s impossible to get enough silver coins for the upgrades. Fun until honeymoon hotelThis game is fun and challenging, except that the layout of the honeymoon hotel makes it impossible to successfully complete. The reception desk position means you have to tap at the very top of the rooms above to select them. The laundry pick up area is so small to click on it’s super easy to miss. Customer service does NOT exist.When they launched latest version of the app - for some reason the game would never get passed the loading screen. I sent emails asking for help.
