Great Airlines, Great AppI have flown on Breeze four times. It’s everything I expected for an à la carte airlines. You get what you pay for. You need to check a bag, you have to pay for it. Obviously carryons are smaller and lighter, therefore they cost less. You learn that you can travel very light. No longer do you have to put up with passengers who bring 300 lbs “carryons” that take up an entire overhead compartment. You can buy food at the airport or bring your own, non liquid. If not, you can purchase a small snack on board. There are no lunches or dinners served by the crew. If you want a huge seat, expect to pay more than their standard seat. The app will show you every passenger seat on the plane and how much extra each seat will cost. It starts at no extra cost and up. The app is very straight forward. In addition, the app will text your cell phone when it’s time to check in (usually the day before your flight). Each flight requires a check-in, a seat assignment, etc. Love the airlines, the crew are great, the planes seem to be about 75% or more full. The prices for me allowed me to affordably take my grandchildren to meet their great grandmother for the first time. I wish the airline flew out of San Jose instead of driving all the way to San Francisco, but that’s the way it is. BTW, this airline flies only 2 days per week to/from SFO to where I typically travel. And those days have changed from one season to the next. It takes literal minutes for the app to launchIt takes actual minutes on my iPhone 14Pro Max for the app to fully launch. Giving it 5 stars though because… I love Breeze! Once it’s launched and you’re in, things are pretty seamless for the most part. However, I’ll gladly take the draw back on an airlines mobile app’s UI in order to land the stellar first class tickets I am able to score through Breeze. That alone deserves 5 stars. I’m also very fortunate that Breeze flies out of my local airport directly to a municipal airport near where I grew up and where my mom and dad still live, making visiting them or paying for them to come visit my husband and I and we are able to fly them down in the lux Breeze Ascent/First Class cabin and it isn’t so bad on the ‘ol’ checkbook. I kid you not I have never paid more than $400 for a round trip first class ticket on Breeze Airways. Just to put it in perspective compared to the big guys out there. You definitely feel a much more personable vibe amongst the crew and I’ve never flown with a more helpful and polite flight staff, and I fly 3-4 times quarterly. Breeze honestly puts all of the other ‘big dog’ domestic airlines to shame. I’m aware their parent company is JetBlue but I’m telling ya… Breeze is its own experience, especially when booking in the Breeze Ascent section. ConvenienceThis will be my second flight out of Vero Beach on breeze, but it got even better when I saw a closer airport to my destination which is great if there’s a delay for those that come to pick us up the website is very user-friendly. The only thing I’d like to suggest I have a visual impairment and the font where you book your flight your choices home book I think check on your upcoming flight that you for people that have visual impairments dark and bold works best because I’m also colorblind seeing that when I was trying to make my reservation so I just thought I would put that you’re looking to improve the app that would make it a lot better. It’s still very user-friendly very efficient. And as far as my vision goes, everything’s great except the very bottom of the page those areas really need to be highlighted better. My visual impairment is a birth defect so it’s not like the run of the mill. You’re either totally blind low vision which I have but sensitivity to light and my type of. Makes it very difficult to see small things such as writing so I just thought I’d add that as food for thought other than that. Terrible App OKAY AirlineThere have been numerous occasions where I’ve been directed to click a link from the Breeze support email and I get a never ending loading circle. Whether it be for checking in, or trying to change my flight, the app is barely usable and should be quite the embarrassment to whoever developed it because you should at least be able to open it up. The company only allows customer service through text and GO FIGURE in order to get customer service you have to go through the app which doesn’t work. The only time their services do work is if you use a PC. This company does the bare minimum with everything they do and does not by any means even slightly attempt to improve the user experience because they get away with it for the cheaper flights. I’m sure the price point is what drives people to Breeze but they only care about making the most money possible and reducing most costs possible by providing some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Only use Breeze if you are willing to deal with a money hungry shill company that only cares about itself and not the customers. Summer Breeze!This 2023 summer, I have flown several times on Breeze. Extraordinarily impressed with the ground and in-flight crews, the planes and the online app. Everyone I’ve met who is an employee has been welcoming, friendly, professional, and appears to enjoy their respective careers. That is a huge improvement over other airlines. The boarding process has been orderly and calm. The flight crew are cheerful and efficient. When a delays happen, the ground crew gets us lined up once the plane is ready, so that the time it takes to board is reduced. All of the planes I have traveled on have been clean and comfortable…well, as comfortable as coach class can be. All-in-all, I am a huge fan. Background: I have flown well over a million miles throughout my career, domestic and international, on many different airlines. Retired now, but still travel. Can’t wait for the HPN-SJU route to start!!!The app certainly does its job. I’ve flown the airline a handful of times and haven’t had any major issues of note. I’ve had some delays (weather related, not mechanical) and chalk that up to the pitfalls of flying. They aren’t the best communicators when it comes to why there are delays - I tend to use other apps and flight tracking sources to try to figure it out. And, I do find them to be a bit slower than, say, Delta in timely app updates. However, I’ve got to say that they have opened up a new world of leisure travel quick hops for me and my family because of the secondary airport point to point services. I’m loving HPN-ORF right now, and rumor has it that there may be a HPN-SJU flight in the works that will be a game changer. A few of my friends who fly private even said that they’d use it (don’t get me wrong - they are probably lying and don’t really care that the price of the ticket will be less than the Uber from New Canaan to HPN!!!). Awesome experience!!Earlier this year, I purchased a ticket for my daughter to come down for Christmas break, but she was unable to make the trip so we had to cancel the flight. I was really concerned that I would be charged outrageous fees, or lose my ticket all together, but I was extremely happy to find that breeze allowed me to bank my unused ticket so I could use it for another time in the future. Today I went online to purchase another ticket for my daughter, using my existing points and expected to have a lot of difficulty and expected to have to talk to support to get this accomplished. To my Great, I was able to easily pick a new flight and purchase the flight with my existing Breeze pointswithout ever having to talk to anyone. This was definitely the easiest online reservation that I’ve ever made. Also, did I tell you how cheap the ticket was!!?? This is definitely our new airline! Point to point travel is the bestHub and spoke airline travel is terrible today. I fly at least once a month and for the last two years post Covid socialism society, I have had countless sleepless nights from missing connections. With breeze there is no missing connections because they have “breeze through” on most of their flights. I will only fly breeze and southwest as they are called point to point airline carriers until the major airlines can properly staff their airlines. Breeze is amazing!I don’t know how anyone can complain other than you aren’t a regular traveler. Is the airline new? YES! Will they have a few hiccups? Of course? But are they worth it? Heck yea! So I had just flown American and paid for the extra leg room because I was going east coast to west coast. Mind you I booked 4 months ahead and paid $430 for my ticket. I work west and live east. My previous flight- I flew for work I was uncomfortable. Now, right after I arrived home this trip- I lost my stepmom, I knew Breeze was available to SoCal - but not my closest airport. Yet another within reasonable driving distance. I was able to book LAST MINUTE- fly the next DAY! Take my daughter and grandbaby, choose seats, take a carry-on, a stroller and a car seat for $636 for EVERYTHING!!! Please tell me what other airline you could do this on? None! I had just as much legroom in the regular seats as I did on American’s upgrade. I had to bring my own food on both airlines because only snacks available. Same as my previous flights with United and Delta so no difference. They did not have the wifi connected yet- BUT I had downloaded enough to my iPad that it didn’t matter. Plus my last American flight the wifi wouldn’t stay connected so! C’est la vie! Hiccups! The staff was amazing! The plane was brand new! And a true ‘BREEZE’ we flew to NY- stayed on plane- those getting off did so and others came on and was the QUICKEST connection I have ever had! Amazing! If you have children under 12 with you- they offer seats at -0- cost if you want! Amazing! I cannot say enough about this airline! And I travel A LOT! Worse airline app in the businessEveryone in Breeze has issues w/duplicate Breezy Rewards accounts. There is no direct phone support. When working w/support through chat, their suggested fix resulted in me not only having 2 duplicate accounts but now 4 duplicates. Their response was “Welcome”. Once you get through AI, the chat support sessions start taking 20+ minutes per response. Just to be told they cannot delete your duplicate accounts. This isn’t about points. This is used for online check-in and managing your flights. Since there is no phone support this leaves most customers having to go to the nearest airport to make changes. It’s a Breeze!Unfortunately, it seems many users were frustrated by “glitches” in the Breeze app. The company performed a software update on 03/04, and the app works perfectly as of 03/05 (I installed it shortly after the update). The app interface is attractive and distinctly user friendly. In fact, it took approximately 5 minutes for me to signup, login, and book my first trip using the app. (Note: I paid $128 for a round-trip ticket, from Westchester, NY to Vero Beach, FL — $144 cheaper than the cost of a one-way ticket on JetBlue.) Latest update.It won’t allow me to login to purchase my plane ticket. I have an iPhone 15 and with this latest update I can select all flight information seat, information and baggage. Then it asks me to login and it just keeps twirling and twirling. I’ve tried to use the homepage of the app and as soon as I hit login, it goes back to the homepage. So irritating. Not sure what’s wrong. I’ve checked for updates and everything. Also with an airline that has grown to this size I would hope that you guys consider customer service by phone. Breeze is just amazingFirst of all, Breeze is the only airline that offers the direct flight from Charleston, WV to Newark, NJ. It really saved us tons of time for our already tight schedule! A little buggy, but eventually got throughI think someone else was booking the same seats as I was because my payment would not go through after multiple attempts, but with no errors or missing data. When I logged back in to try again, some of the seats I had selected were no longer available and when I continued payment different seats it went through on the first attempt. Love nonstop rdu to sanHaving a nonstop flight from Raleigh to San Diego has been a game changer for me. I have to travel back-and-forth regularly and all of those layovers and canceled flights that I was having to put up with on other airlines were very stressful. It’s a breeze now to travel from Raleigh to San Diego and back, their airplanes are wonderful, and the various seating options are fantastic. Repeatedly delayed and cancelledWe used to love Breeze but our last 5 trips have been disasters!! One month ago, we were delayed over and over for 6 hours at the airport and then cancelled at 11 pm. Our luggage was all sent to Charleston when our flight was to Norfolk. We were left without our belongings for nearly 2 days until the next flight. They didn’t even schedule a replacement/recovery flight. Last Thursday, our flight was cancelled at 7 PM and then our flight the following night was delayed 2 hours. Our return yesterday (Monday) was delayed repeatedly which turned a 6 PM flight into a 1:40 AM departure which meant not home until 4:15 am with work and school the following day. We even booked a different breeze flight to Richmond and reserved a rental car, but that flight got delayed 5 hours as well. Lastly, our friends were on a later flight that Friday did not take off from Norfolk until 2:30 AM We will NOT fly on Breeze again! It is a shame bc the direct flight is so nice if on time. Traveling is a Breeze nowFrom booking, to baggage, traveling is so much simpler using Breeze. The website & app is so user friendly, along with the easier rules about cancellations or changes. I have flown twice already with Breeze, and have another trip already booked. The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process. Simply the best low cost airlineI’ve flown other low cost airlines and Breeze is the best! Their schedules meet my needs. They have what is the equivalent of first class seating for less than economy prices on full cost airlines and the seating even in economy is better than in most other low cost airlines. Great flight but….Flying with Breeze has been a great experience for me, but if I was in a position at corporate to dump the company that wrote your app program I would. Looks nice, works mostly well - updates slowlyAs I am writing this review, it is 32 minutes after the “boarding time” listed for my flight from Charleston to Pittsburgh in this app, and the gate is still listed in what I have figured out is not only the wrong gate, but the wrong concourse. Our original departure time was meant to be two minutes ago (Hint: It won’t be), yet the app still says the flight should have been on time. Profile and BookingI wish that we can add and view guests to our profile. When booking, I see Guest 1 and not until seat selection do I see the guests name. Also, jut prior to booking when the screen shows the flyers details, sometimes it does not show our loyalty number even though it is in the profile. This also happened with the Known Traveler Number. Can’t book flightThe app will let you search for flights and even attempt to let you book. Got all the way to pay for the flight then no luck, kept getting message can’t process the request. Great flexible calendarBooking was a Breeze! Sometimes airlines don’t show the flexible date options very easily. This one did and it also made it pretty easy to organize a changeable ticket versus a refundable ticket. Granted it cost a little more for a carry-on and an extra bag, but I think the fares were reasonable. We usually fly Delta out of Detroit and although it’s more expensive and includes the check bag and carry-on. Saved credit cards not processingI’m not sure why, but I have to make several attempts each time I go to use a saved credit card, and even when I add a new credit card, the same as the one saved, it says unable to process it makes it very time-consuming to book a ticket and holds the seat so you can’t rebook You need to troubleshoot that. Terrible appJust downloaded app, whoever designed must have never tried to use it. Saved my information, loaded my wife’s information as a guest and it doesn’t save. Start a booking and at the end they want to book me a rental car I don’t want your car, so it knocks me out. On website it says the “Nicest” Breeze Ascent bundle includes a checked bag no where in app is that available to select. Fly round trip in one day AppThe breeze way app is a terrible. You can get tickets at a low price but you have to enjoy being confused and frustrated. I flew Breeze airways several months ago searching for flights is straight forward but selecting a Departure and Return flight date is only possible if you blunder into it. I did save on airline tickets so today I tried Breeze app again and it was the same thing. The problem with the App is it won’t allow you but only one date to fly round trip. If you want to return back on some other date it’s not allowed. Now if you’re persistent and keep clicking away you can get the dates you want but how that happens seems random it just happens. I struggled getting a simple round trip for about 45 minutes. I went to the Hopper App and was able to book my flight in less than 10 minutes. I paid more but it was worth it just to lower my blood pressure. Fix your Breeze app. You shouldn’t have to spend 90% of your time figuring out the App. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that your ticket prices are lower..Whiskey n beerVersion: 1.89.1

ClunkySadly you cannot call anyone on the phone so I would expect a really stellar App. It is not. I had booked a round trip ticket and needed to change my return flight. I bought the nicest bundle due to baggage needs and when I tried to book my flight change it would not let me select the nicest bundle. I kept getting an error “not able to adjust journey”. I tried several of the typical App “rebooting” tactics and still got nowhere. I tried the chat bot and had to wait for over an hour before a human responded to say I should cancel my flight and rebook it with the credit. The bot only served up FAQ style troubleshooting that did not work. Thankfully the flight was nowhere near full or this would have been a nail biter as I had to wait 24 hrs after cancellation for the flight credit to show up on my account. I get that the prices are good due to less staffing costs but as I said in this case your App should be really solid, intuitive and highly functional. Terrible time booking a flight onlineMy name is David Belport and I’ve spent almost an hour and a half on Thursday, August 14 trying to book a flight on your site going through six different browsers and filling out the information correctly in my flight from 570 to 599 when I did it on the app, I don’t know why it cost more just minutes later But since I have to go through an AI experience which is extremely frustrating I paid $30 more for a flight I could’ve booked literally 90 minutes earlier, but he kept on bringing me back up and not showing me where my error was .I used Google Chrome and Microsoft browser and the same thing occurred time after time after time I would like a credit towards a future flight or a refund of the $30 that I spent my time which is worth money costing me more as time went on!!! I think your website is horrible and Customer Service is just as bad. I don’t even know if I would fly using your airline again and I am a loyal Delta flyer. Check-in Process Has Major FlawsWe booked a flight and paid for one checked bag to be shared by my wife and I. The evening before our flight, the app forced me to purchase another checked bag. The app wouldn’t allow me to proceed to the boarding pass without purchasing another checked bag for my wife! You can’t speak with someone by phone at Breeze Air to help resolve problems. They only use text, email, and Messenger. By the time I got a text response from their guest services I had already purchased a second checked bag for $35 just to get our boarding passes. I tried explaining this issue via text with the Breeze representative and they wrote: “You're not forced to add a bag unless you add it. How may bags are you checking tomorrow in your party?” I texted them that wasn’t true and they ignored my complaint and basically told me I had made a mistake. When I pressed the issue they still wouldn’t acknowledge there is a problem and they gaslighted me. WORST AIRLINE EVER!!!Don’t use the app, don’t use this airline!!! We used the app for a roundtrip flight leaving 2/2 and returning 2/5, we purchased the tickets and our itinerary that was emailed showed we were flying out 2/5, returning on the same plane on 2/5… no need to get off the plane I guess… we contacted them for a refund, which they only communicate through Facebook messenger, there is no phone number or live person to speak with… oh, and the desk people at the airport leave 45 minutes before each plane takes off so no chance in checking your bag or getting a paper boarding pass that TSA requires out of Provo Utah airport… so we were tripled screwed on this flight. Anyhow, they refused to return our money, and only offered “breeze points” for use on a future flight with this crap company… oh, and they expire! And, they advertise you can cancel up to 15 minutes before the flight departs… but they still won’t give you your money back. Great when it worksI’ve used Breeze for flights probably 10 times in the past 2 years. The flights are fantastic. The website is fantastic. When the app is working, it’s fantastic. Out of those 10 flights the app has been buggy or completely unusable for 3-4 of the flights. It makes it so frustrating. I end up deleting the app and just logging into the web browser which offers a more consistent experience. Fix the app and you’ve got a 5 star rating from me. For now, it has too many bugs to even be usable. I just downloaded it again to see if it would work and now there is a new problem saying it’s “offline” but I have perfect access to internet and everything on my phone works great, except the Breeze app. Hope you are able to find a way to make the app function as intended! Unbelievable lack of communicationBreeze’s app is barely functional as is, but what airline’s isn’t? The app is not the issue with Breeze, rather their complete lack of communication and customer service. Everyone at the gate and all the flight attendants were lovely and nice, but ultimately could offer no advice for how to contact Breeze save for a single automated text message chain. None knew that the only way to get on a wait list is to text “#support” which is not mentioned in either the app or the prompts with the automated support. First experience with Breezze AirwaysMy family and I booked a flight from Raleigh/Durham airport to New Orleans airport. Unfortunately, we experienced weather related issues, our flight scheduled for 4:54 was delayed multiple times throughout the day. 8:24, 9:24, 10:52, 11:32 then delayed to the following day scheduled departure 12:45. The time came and went, then we informed the plane was there however they did not have a crew to fly the plane. The flight was then delayed to 6:35. However constant chatter with the captain over the intercom stating that they were trying to convince the current flight attendant to stay and fly our flight and hoping to get out earlier than 6:30 was a FAIL. We watched the crew leave together through the terminal. At this point, there was no way we were going to make our event. We asked for a refund. It was quite chaotic, trying to get our bag off the plane. That took almost an hour. By now, we have spent two days at the airport trying to get to New Orleans. We paid for an Airbnb that we were not able to use and will not be reimbursed. Parking that we will not be reimbursed for since they said we used their serves for two days. Food we had to purchase for two days. We did receive a meal voucher for $20 per person on the second day. This could have been handled much better. Had we known we would not be able to fly out the following day until after 8pm on the second day we could have drive to make the event. We were never led to believe there would be an issue in day 2. Breeze knew well before the flight showed on the second day that they did not have a crew to fly our flight to New Orleans. Beyond disappointed, zero accountability. Weather in the first day I understand. Having people rescheduled for the following day only to delay multiple times and the entire day spent at the airport, unacceptable! My family missed a wonderful event that we will never have the opportunity to experience again. No customer ServiceI will only fly this airline to use my points/credits. There is no customer service for this airline… Literally. There is a chat that is supposedly available 24 seven and I’ve waited up to 11 hours for a response and there is nobody at the desk at the airport for 45 minutes before flight so if you have a problem I need assistance from Breeze for your trip that you are at the airport for, it’s impossible. Due to this I missed a flight that left 11 minutes early and within minutes was told that I couldn’t get credit or a refund for that flight. There was no time to even investigate the circumstances when I got that quick response and was dismissed with a “we will no longer be responding to this chat”. I initiated another chat and asked for a refund for the flight that was scheduled for my return and I got the same response.ChaptravelVersion: 1.281.0

Breeze will not be a breezeAirline does not believe in customer service be warned. Me and my wife’s first time flying breeze and to our surprise, Breeze was ready to charge a $50 baggage fee at the gate. You can avoid these fees by purchasing your bag ahead of time but they are counting on you not. You also can not use certain features on their app, such as getting the bag ahead of time, if you purchase your ticket from a 3rd party. If something goes wrong on your flight, GOOD LUCK. They only have 3 ways to contact them: text, email or Facebook messenger. They will ignore emails and Facebook and text you at their leisure. The issue we encountered was with the baggage, the entire plane’s luggage was lost and they took a hour and a half to return our bags. Customer service won’t apologize or offer anything if you are inconvenienced, so have fun with Breeze airlines..IcesumVersion: 1.97.1

Terrible appNot once but twice while I was checking out it changed the price on me. I input my credit card information and clicked pay now and then it said it was sold out. It is common courtesy to hold the price as the customer is going through checkout. Then customer service wouldn’t help me at all. My mom had the same thing happen and they charged her card for a higher price that she never agreed to. And she had to report it as fraud on her credit card because they wouldn’t help. Definitely double and triple check you bank account after buying a flight with them. And if you don’t click through all the stupid add for a credit card and upgraded seats as fast as possible the price will completely change and you have to start over again. Mightmare!I have been on my computer for five hours trying to make this reservation. The first one went through. OK I got the breeze credit card and used it but then it wouldn’t take it the second time for the other reservation so it is and I kept getting a message saying I couldn’t link my, customer number with my credit card my new credit card to breeze because there was a an error but I went through all the steps with customer service again and the same thing is happening. I’ve done it five or six times and it keeps giving me the same message and I am sure that my temporary number is correct because I posted it. Breeze Credit Card ScamThe Breeze Credit Card is scam of Bernie Madoffean proportions. You get an infinitesimally small amount of cash back in the form of Breeze Points that can now only be used to cover the entire cost of a ticket, instead of used to supplement the cost a portion of the ticket. This means unless you are billionaire swiping the card like there’s no tomorrow (which would still be burning money since practically any other card gives better cash back) it will take forever and ever to generate the points necessary to cover an entire round trip ticket. The worst part is that I truly appreciate everything else about Breeze, but their credit card program is a sinister bait-and-switch that will leave you more disillusioned than Obi Wan Kenobi upon seeing a corrupted, malignant, once-prodigious Anakin..ImmenseHogVersion: 2.107.1

A Dirty App & Dirty AirlineI never write reviews. But Breeze plays dirty in every way, and while this won’t change that at least I can warn you. The app is deceptively designed to pretty much force you into paying more than necessary at every step. For example, it constantly makes you think you have to upgrade to a higher tier before you can continue the purchase process—don’t fall for that. I had to hunt on the very unintuitive app to find a “secret” swipe-up to get to the continue button without upgrading. Every time you think you’re done, they’re asking for another fee—$25, $64, $119… This company is a dirty, dishonest racket. But they have you over a barrel and they don’t care. You just need to be patient and think out your words of what you are trying to say. I use an iPhone12 and the app loads. There is a glitch when it installs itself and will not allow the app to open when I need to sign in/log in but shuts down quickly or back to the main screen. Your app is trash!!I have never reviewed anything in my life. But your app is so bad it inspired me to leave a review. Your app has crashed on me while under the gun in the airport, it rarely ever moves fluidly through a purchase, it almost never gives me flight details after I’ve purchased a flight. Tonight I have tried to purchase a flight for the last hour and a half but it refuses to accept the payment. When I hit pay now it says; unable to book your flight at this time. It is a timed purchase so after 15 minutes of not completing my transaction it dumps it and makes me start all over and re-enter all the info. Glitchy & incompleteNo way to see details on flight, enter confirmation number on my trips and only ever says “can’t be added at this time, check back later” yet same confirmation number (I pasted same in both sections of app so not a mistype) when I used it for check in it works. Apple wallet support is glitchy and slow and once you check in and get boarding pass, it will no longer show up and is a white screen when you click on boarding pass. I fly 100k+ miles 50+ times a year and have all the airline apps and all work wayyyyy better. Terrible appThis app is probably one of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded. They don’t use your actual email that you signed up with, but you don’t find out until you can’t log into the app. They give you a separate booking number for your round trip flights, which makes things confusing when you are trying to check-in via the app or get your flight status. Our return flight was delayed over 9 hours on the same morning so we were already at the airport! We did not receive a notification when the flight was delayed. Worst company to fly withWorst company I’ve ever had to deal with!!! The staff at the Las Vegas airport check-in counter absolutely should not be working with people. I was denied boarding with my dog, who weighed only 28 pounds INCLUDING the carrier and her harness. They refused to provide any documents or written denial. The employees were rude and completely incompetent. The girl at the counter could barely put two words together. Just one month earlier, I flew with the exact same dog on the same airline from the Cincinnati airport, and there were absolutely no issues with the weight or anything else. My dog fits perfectly under the seat and behaves excellently during flights. What makes this even more ridiculous is that I separately paid for: * my dog’s ticket, * a checked bag, * and a personal bag, yet they told me I could not bring the backpack that I PAID for because I had a dog that I ALSO paid for. Decent airline; borderline unusable appThe app is very poorly designed; works poorly. Nearly every screen you have to play with the selections to get it to work as expected. Just selecting departure and arrival dates requires reloading the screen or deleting and re-entering dates multiple times to get the app to recognize them. Seat selection screen leaves you sitting there, wondering how to get out of it and trying to figure out how to move onto bag selection. Just go back one screen come back to it again. Around the third try maybe you’ll get lucky and be able to move on to baggage selection. These are just a few examples; you’ll find more. This app looks like a project for a 12th grade computer science class. Also — it is misleading to not include the taxes and fees when listing the fares. Other airlines do so. What looks like a $249 fare up until the last minute turns into a $500 fare when you are ready to check out. It’s 2024 — your competition is 20 years ahead of you.
