Titan Quest: Legendary Edition Customer Service

This is an absolutely amazing, triple A quality mobile port of titan quest. I have not gotten into much of the DLC content but the game runs smooth and is just a joy to play. The only thing I feel it’s missing is multiplayer! I know the developers said they have no plans to add it because it’s too hard, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TRY for us. It was in the original game and made a lot of the content much more fun, we need multiplayer TQ on our mobile devices!

I am so excited to have the full TitanQuest quest experience on my phone. It’s unreal. There were control issues and the developers fixed most of them with an update the day after its release. The rest will be fixed quickly as well. This game easily offers 100s if not 1000s of hours of a serious Diablo Poe grim dawn style gaming experience. The base game was already a lot now with all the dlc and an endgame system and the massive amount of classes gear and customization it’s just incredible that it is on our phones. Thank you for the fast bug fix response handy games. Update 2/21 the first update they did helped the controls with my harbinger. The second one last week did not help any. This update there is large improvement to button sensitivity and targeting and over all control. It’s very close to being where it needs to be thank you for the consistent and fast fixing.

It’s excellent and plays better than on my gaming laptop. I’ve played it quite extensively on my iPad Air 2020 using an Xbox series x controller and it’s just beautifully smooth! What I’ve noticed throughout many hours is that gameplay slows a bit and saves become more jerky and control input skip frames. Almost without exception after these things begin to happen a crash will occur. I’ve learned to just save and restart at this point and everything becomes buttery smooth again, until the next episode, these times vary but about every two hours of gameplay I notice the beginning of hiccups…it hasn’t been a problem for me because the solution is so easy. Now…those legendary drop rates😵😵🤣🤣….

Thank you for making the complete game available for iOS!! I had the older version of this game but it was only the base game with no downloadable content. Beautifully adapted for iOS and I have only run into a couple of bugs. The hardest to get past was the way into the Ancient Forrest. The gate was very difficult to get open and I was only able to get through by following advice from another player online who had experienced the same issue. Otherwise gameplay is very smooth and I would recommend this game to anyone who loves hack and slash games! Thanks again for making a great game available for the iOS!

Written on: February 12, 2021 As someone whose played TitanQuest: Legendary Edition up until the town of Delphi and who has no knowledge of the previous TitanQuest games, my review counts as little towards to whole game. So it seems a lot of people have issues think the controls of the game are bad but I don’t have this problem as the most the character does is move slightly fast whenever you move the virtual stick. If they mean “attacking” then my character can kill them easily and only once did the attack go though an enemy for me(That was at the ancient time to kill the skeleton Raiders Quest) I started playing the game after downloading the 2 other DLC(Immortal Throne is pre installed in the game) as to have the best version of the game so that could explain why I don’t really have control issues. The game does skip a frame occasionally which isn’t a big deal. The game is automatically set to 60HZ I think by default and there’s no toggle to change that in that options. All NPC voices for me are also all high pitched squeaky(like one reviewer said but it’s kinda funny to me now)... don’t know if that’s the game itself or just my first play through. In conclusion, I think the reason why people are having a tough time with the DLC or controls is 1) either their device is 1GB ram and the game won’t work properly on those 2) The device is Jailbroken which also can mess up the game 3)they could be playing on an old version of TitanQuest or 4) They’re downloading the DLC over cellular instead of WiFi Anyway, there’s not anything else for me to say other than it can basically do everything the Pc version can (reading the reviews made me not purchase it on release Feb 2 because everyone said it was bad but I finally purchased it 5 days later on Feb 7) Edit February 17, 21: Forgot to add I am playing this game on an iPhone 8 which has 2GB ram just to let you all know.

Pleasantly surprised we got more content support many years after the game had been released and the fact that I can play my #1 aRPG, with Grim Dawn #2, on the freaking phone! Haven’t had any crashes so far and the experience is pretty smooth. My only complain is that sometimes when you come back to your made up teleport location after selling your loot, you get stuck and cannot move. Happened to me twice and no matter what I did, it didn’t make me move. The only solution to that is rebooting the game. Also, can you guys port Grim Dawn on iOS too :)

This game on IOS is still 5/5 for me. It runs smooth as butter, graphics are fantastic, and the future 100’s if not 1000’s of hours I’m going to be putting into the mobile version of this game will be a joy. With that said the only gripe I have is I wish we could get a UI scaler option under settings. The buttons often feel small and difficult to activate on my iPhone, which it shouldn’t on an iphone 10XMax. Loving the game otherwise, love the developers and all the extra work that has gone into this beloved port and dlc

Do you have to play through once in normal mode before you can access epic or legendary mode? I am unable to chose those options - which was a bummer because I had already played the game through my old Titan Quest app, and was looking forward to moving onto legendary right away. Cheers!

What a great game. Brings back so many memories. But the design of this game I love, and the graphics are very cool. Also the music score is great. Diablo II was always in my library. Now this great game with all DLC is the top in my library. I hope you guys keep on this game with regular fixes and updates. It says 5 mo. Since update. But why fix what is not broken. Yes there may be some bugs here and there. But great work devs!

I admit I’m not one to leave reviews very often but in this case, I feel compelled to. I got into Titan Quest late, admittedly, but I became a fast convert and huge fan in short order. And, though I’ve been a computer guy for a very long time, I do enjoy some of the truly exceptional games—both native and ports—that have come out on the iOS in the past decade now. Such was the case with Titan Quest. Yes, I’m one of those who’ve paid for the iOS version of Titan Quest several times now, but I’ve never felt ripped off as I guess I just get so much enjoyment out of playing it and every iteration of it on iOS has brought improvements and additional content. Having said that, I was always bummed that Titan Quest in all its glory—Immortal Throne, and all of the cool DLCs and attendant improvements—were never available on the iOS. And so it is that HandyGames—may their name be praised—has finally brought to us Titan Quest as it was truly meant to be played. What a joy it is to start it up in Helos and see all of the wonderful features that heretofore were only available on a desktop computer! Also, gone are all of the clumsy little irritations of the original version of iOS Titan Quest. You no longer have to move your toon a touch and then re-click when talking to an NPC to enable the next portion of the conversation. No longer is the targeting system of enemies fraught with errors and stumbles. Inventory has been greatly improved. And finally the Merchant has been added! Plus, now I can actually earn and see achievements for my toons (it never worked properly on my iPad before at least)! I’ve also played it for around 12 hours so far (all night) and have not gotten my toon stuck or experienced a crash once. Nice! So, if you’re on the fence about whether to shell out yet another round of your hard-earned money, hesitate no longer—it’s an update so packed with improvements and features that it’s almost a different game and is absolutely worth it! To say I’m happy with this masterpiece and its perfect transition to iOS is a huge understatement. Now, while I’d love to hang out further, I’ve got to get back to hunting undead... 😁

I had given up on mobile gaming due to the gotcha mechanics that nearly each game has. I ended returning to console gaming and thought I’d never play an App Store game again. It took a port of this pc game to get me playing on my iPad again. I’ve been enjoying every second of the game from the loot, character building, action, story, and visuals (playing on maxed graphics).

Original, abridged: opening the menu and touching anything causes the game to crash. I’m on a 12 pro, so hardware isn’t an issue. It looks like a fun game (which is why I dropped $20 on it). Update: these devs are incredible. I reported a problem and they patched it a day later. Everything works great! I wish all creators were this attentive!

I see some sub par ratings here complaining about QoL stuff, I thinks it’s good to talk about what the dev can do to improve QoL (mine would be moving the weapon switch closer to the attack button) but ultimately this is an amazing PC game being delivered to us in full form on iPhone. it’s a portable version of one of my favorite PC games all time and it’s playable with minimal setbacks and for that I think it deserves 5 stars.

Being a bit of an old school gamer, this reminds me of the many great games I've played! Thank you so very much!! For all those wondering; IT IS VERY MUCH WORTH THE PRICE AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I do hope you continue updating this game and consider new DLC additions for this digital work of art. Amazing game I regret not trying earlier. I actually prefer the controls here to the mouse and keyboard of PC. If the developers read this, I’d happily pay whatever you think is fair (ie: not mobile prices) for the Eternal Embers expansion to complete the experience. I wouldn’t even wait for a sale.

I love the approach this game has to controller support. Being able to play with a controller or just tap on the screen seamlessly without having to go into settings to change my input is awesome. You guys have transformed the game I played so many years ago

The gameplay is somewhat fun, still new but I don’t like the map it’s hard to see the icons. I’m lost 75% of the time, loot everywhere so I have to hit the hide button so I’m not picking up everything. But I guess I’m not an Og of the game so these are just my opinions.

Have it on PC but find myself playing other games like Grim Dawn, Lost Epoch, Diablo 2, etc. playing this while on the go is the only way I play it now, asking price is a little daunting for a phone game, but well worth the money

Runs beautifully at max settings on my iphone xs. My only problems are with the original game itself, which are few. Now if we can make sure there are no other new versions to pay for after this.

I’m absolutely loving the game, and would highly recommend it. I’m compelled to leave a review more for the great experience I had with their customer support. I had a minor cloud save issue and contacted the devs who responded with a suggested solution in 8 minutes. Thanks guys!

Issues with downloading dlc fix: just change the screen look and ik it’s not my internet bc it was fixed after I changed the screen before I did It was crashing so that’s the only thing that really needs fixed

Is eternal embers available yet? I don’t see it in the game or available to purchase in App Store. I have been playing this game a while and is the best game I have ever played. Also runs perfect on my iPad. Thanks for your help.

It’s a solid, not too demanding sort of game. The setting is cool and the graphics have aged pretty well. Performance wasn’t an issue for me, though it has some small quirks. I wish the skill leveling was a bit faster.

It seems like a pretty good port as far as I’m concerned. I have always been a huge fan of arpgs and have played through titan quest multiple times on pc just the fact I can have a real arpg experience on my phone and iPad had me sold.

I’m a huge fan of the game and enjoy it now that it’s on IOS again. I’m experiencing problems with relics in the caravan being placed at certain spots which move other relics. They basically look like they are overlapping even though it’s different spots.

The closest thing to PC gaming you will find for mobile. By far the best ARPG available for mobile. I’ve crashed 0 times, contrary to what people are saying. I’m having nothing but a great time!

When you get to scandia the buildings are missing When you get to the temple the bridge is not there either

Great game, had a few crashes, but nothing too bad. I cannot find any access to Atlantis however.

When will update

This is a legit PC ARPG ported to iOS. Works fantastic with controller but honestly the touch controls are superb! Seriously, I love to see games like this ported to iPad.

Honestly, the mobile port is better than the Switch one. It's amazing, and the controls are smooth. Only one caveat: the sound stopped working out of nowhere and now I can't hear anything :(

Great game but after ios update its not loading its an awesome game

This port is quite literally the best arpg I have ever played not only on mobile, but in the last decade. This is a classic. Worth every penny! Please port TQ2 once feasible.

There are a couple bugs like an inventory bug that won’t let you move equipment to a spot even though there is space. Other than that the title does show its age in terms of graphics, but still well worth the price!

They are also extremely helpful - I was having a few problems with the latest update and they got back to me in a few days with all my problems solved, so I could get back to my constant gameplay!

Still at the begining of the game, been playing for 2 weeks now ans the experience is really enjoying! Really nice game!

This is a really good port of the original game and the controls work well either through touch, or preferably with a controller. It performs ok overall, there is some stuttering and hitches even on my 2020 iPad on medium settings, so it is likely a game engine thing since other more demanding titles like Pascal’s wager run at 60 fps all the time, so maybe they can update that eventually. Overall it’s great and if you played the original this is a great way to play it again on the go.

Great game but disappointing to see that it’s limited to single player. Any chance further updates will have multiplayer?

The App Store needs more of these console/PC types of games!!!! Stunning, fun and addicting!

The game crashes every time (7 times so far) I am in the Room of Conduit. Even if I save the game after defeating the Minotaur King, after being in the Room of Conduit, the game crashes, and when I restart, I am forced back in the middle of the maze and also force to defeat the Minotaur King again. I would probably give this 5 stars if I could keep playing the game and get past Act 1. Not sure if this was fixed, but I found a workaround. When I set my item filter to Legendary, it let me complete the Room of Conduit without crashing, and I have not had a crash since. If your system is crashing, please try this. I am moving my review to 4 stars, and it will go to 5 if my system no longer crashes. Back to 3 stars. The minute after I posted this update. The system crashed while I was looking at quests in Egypt. The system showed me in Atlantis(i.e. an Atlantis tab was lit up on the far right with nothing in between, and on the left only Greece and Egypt), where I had never been, with an empty quest log, and then crashed again. Plus, I lost my portal that I had set.

I love this game and I’ve been playing it on and off well over a decade. I’m not able to play on my pc currently so I BOUGHT it for my tablet. Everything is great except one major issue. Lately I’ve been getting save errors. I’m not sure why. I save my games and I exit to menu. My progress was rolled back today due to a SAVE ERROR. I was prompted to choose from a cloud or local save. I chose the most recent save. When I was loaded into the game I noticed my gear was different. I was ROLLED BACK several hours or progress. This many not seem like a big deal however during that time I found better gear and artifact formulas. There’s not guarantee I can get these items back by just playing, especially the gear. Due to this error I will no longer play in fear that I will be rolled back again. I was playing OFFLINE during this time but that shouldn’t be an issue. The developers need to to find a way to fix this or I’ll never play, and or recommend this version of the game again. It’s very frustrating losing progress. DO NOT PURCHASE UNTIL THEY FIX THIS BUG.

Not a fan of the original game and it’s a shame that after all the improvements it still don’t hold up as a good enjoyable game. I don’t understand what’s with developers problems when it comes to mobile games and putting touch controls first. This was a pc game if I’m not mistaken. You’d think there would sooner be better controller or keyboard support. But no, these people whole heartedly expect you to use your greasy sweaty fingers on your thousand dollar device as it heats up as hot as a toaster. $10 is a stretch for this one, let alone the $25 version that only adds one $5 dlc that you could buy separately with the $10 game. This is straight malicious practices. No if’s, and’s, or but’s about it. Graphics are outdated. Visuals are terrible. Gameplay is ridiculously simple and unenjoyable on its best days. There’s legitimately better free to play games than this. Unless you’re a hardcore fan of the original I’d pass on this one. And even if at that you could probably live without this port.

On its own merits, I’d easily rate this game 4-4.5/5. Truly great old school ARPG (even if I prefer Grim Dawn’s iteration on this formula). The port is about what I’d expect - there’s some minor bugs here and there, and perhaps some control issues if you’re hoping for precision aiming with a ranged or caster build, but I naturally feel inclined toward melee autoattack builds on a mobile platform anyway so it’s kinda whatever to me. Only major complaint I have is the inability to play any other audio on my device while I’m playing this game. Not knocking this game’s audio, but the ARPG genre is perfect for doing some grinding n farming while I listen to music or a podcast. Except I can’t do that at all while I’m playing this, as I quickly found out. Maybe this feedback won’t matter to them since I’ve already spent my money on this game, but I’m unlikely to put any more hours into this if this isn’t fixed.

The game is fantastic, hands down. My biggest problem is you get so much loot that you run out of space quickly. I’m only talking about high end gear sets etc, that you need for different battles. Creating alts just to do swaps from your main account(s) is so dumb. It’s the only work around, but who wants to keep logging in/out of the game. It defeats the purpose of game immersion. Twenty years ago when this game came out on the PC I used TQ Vault. Its a brilliant add on. Use something like that to expand the storage wagon. It would make the game complete!!

My finger hurts because the location of the virtual pad is terrible. The old way is much better. And there seems to be a delay when manipulating characters. I don't know if the developers will see this review, but if they do, they need to revise it as soon as possible. +about the virtual pad before the update, the virtual pad responded much faster. but now it responds too slow! this make me difficult to respond to monsters. also the attack button. it's too close to the edge of the phone. i think it was not that close before the update. you guys should fix it! or just add an option for customizing control plz...

The DLC absolutely will not download. I get an error message every time. I have tried for days, plenty of space on my phone, strong internet, it doesn’t matter. I am not getting what I paid for and feel completely ripped off. Also, cloud saving is broken. It gave me an infinite loading screen when I tried to play that prevented me from doing anything else. It wouldn’t let me turn it off in the options, so I had to delete the app and reinstall, just to turn off the broken cloud saves and get a game to start. Total regret and disappointment with Titan Quest on iPhone. I’d love a complete refund.

[25 March 2024] Well, I am sad to say that TQ is very close to being unplayable. I have a level 68 player in Epic Mode that has reached Valhol. My player runs into enemies that are at level 70 or better. I also have several players in Epic Mode who have reached level 62. In earlier versions of TQ, Legendary Mode enemies started at Level 60. Usually I can defeat one or two enemies above my level. But a horde of undead or similar enemies, each of which takes 20 or better hits to defeat, is beyond my player’s ability. Think of trying to defeat a horde of five or more Gray Sisters from Hades. And, leveling up requires more and more effort, takes longer and longer to achieve, etc. Briefly, even if we somehow defeat such enemies, doing so for each encounter will be a long drawn out grind. Not exactly what I look forward to. [end 25 March]

If you done want to loose your money don’t buy it this game crash front the beginning, I try to get my money back and between and this guys have a business to not return the money, you not going to have any feedback for no one, between Apple and this guys keep the money, when you do the complain Apple wash there hand simple say it this game is not refunded without explanation, is it no like Google they explain why can’t be refunded, don’t loose 25 dollars, DONT BUY IT YOU GOING TO BE SORRY!!! No one going to protect your money, if you buy it you going to be sorry!!!

I am having fun playing the game, but after I while I realized that the game did not download the dlc automatically. Found them in the menu, clicked on them, initiated downloading, but no progress in over 3 hrs. Please fix this as part of the bonus of buying the legendary is so you have the dlc. I will change my request to 5 after I get my full game content. Thanks

The basics attributes of this version are as good if not better than the PC version (maybe due to auto-potion alone). The biggest issue is still the lack of storage space and the inability to mod (which can be done, they just have to add back bounce mods). Continually losing stars until they update this already.

The character got deleted for some reason, it’s just not there. Yesterday, all the loot in the warehouse disappeared and it got me upset but i got over it. The next day, when i am trying to play it tells me to make a new player. The old i had just disappeared. I need help. Will change the star rating if my issue gets fixed.

On Apple TV 4K (1st gen), I can’t even get past the main menu because the frame rate is so low that input takes over a minute to register. It’s probably been 2 years or more since I last played but it was running acceptably at that time. Nothing has changed in my setup so I can only guess that an update changed something to cause this.

Can we fix the amplifier stick over going the movement. It doesn’t stop when you ended moving forward. The guy continues to step 2 more times then stops. Can we also make it easier to earn gold?

This game is great. I enjoy it very much but I’m act five a big seems to happening in that when I attack enemies, I take the damage along with them. Also, ranged attacks are not working against certain enemies in the game all of a sudden. I did some research online and it turns out this is a bug in the game on other ports as well. Is it possible to fix this?

In the quest blindness of the god after seafaring final boss I go to take the boat to Rhakotis in Egypt it spawns me in water and not in the actual city. I’ve reloaded and done everything kind of upsetting I’ve gotten lots of awesome gear and a set up I really like. I guys don’t worry about putting much time into it

The game is great, until you hit a bug and something critical doesn’t work. I’ve lost 2 items during upgrade, and gotten stuck in some corner and had to restart several times. It’s a shame. It would be such a good game without the bugs.

3.5 stars actually, Like Diablo, but mostly on a flat plane. Many faults, crashes even on newer iPad. Needs update, ruins, not playable. Prepare to repeat things so you level up to move on. For a paid game, needs a fix. Play fire it’s the easiest & best

In a game with as many skill and stat comparisons as this, bigger text would go a long way. But if you already know what you want and don’t have to Accessibility Zoom to make sense of things, you’ll like it.

I have tried saving, saving and exiting to the main menu, and exiting without saving. None of it works. I loose everything. Cloud save is active and I can’t turn it off. I started having glitches and crashes and maps that I’ve been to go black along with the save issues as soon as I installed Atlantis.

Just crashes when trying to open it. I don’t know if it’s a new iPhone update that made it not work, but save your money because it doesn’t run on iOS anymore and should be removed from the store.
