Great platform and eventsPosh completely changed the way I go out. The app makes finding and getting into the best events ridiculously easy. There is no endless scrolling and no clunky ticket links. There’s Someone Impersonating me on the AppI’ve been using this app for a few months and met a photographer at a party through this app. Long story short the guy ghosted me and never sent me my pics of me and him, next thing I know I’m finding him using the pictures on Posh as his profile picture. I’m super uncomfortable and upset with this situation as there’s no report button to report a user on the app. I’ve emailed support and still haven’t heard anything back from them. I guess it’s ok to use people’s pictures without their permission (pictures i’ve never even seen of myself may I add). EDIT: Support got back and FINALLY deleted his account, still no report buttons tho which I consider to be a bug which is why i’m only giving 4 stars. Feed is Breaking/ Not LoadingUPDATE 2: The dev team are actively working on the issue and have provided great communication. UPDATE: Reinstalling the app fixes the freezes but this is still an issue as the app is unusable when this lag/freeze occurs. Possibly due to cache but who knows, wish the devs had more transparency and communication This is a bug in the last week that breaks the feed and the entire app. Events will stop loading and users cannot interact with the app at all. Great appPosh is a great event hosting app and offers unlimited SMS messaging to event attendees. The only reason this gets four out of five stars, and not five, is because you cannot message all attendees from the mobile app. That would be my main feature request for a future update! The interface feels overdesigned yet under-functioning, prioritizing aesthetic posturing over actual usability. Simple workflows are buried behind unnecessary steps, inconsistent menus, and confusing logic that makes even experienced users feel like they’re fighting the app instead of using it. The performance is sluggish, transitions lag, and the overall experience feels unstable and unfinished, as if no one seriously stress-tested this platform in real-world event scenarios. For an app built around efficiency, coordination, and social momentum, it consistently disrupts all three. Customer service compounds the problem to an almost impressive degree. Responses are slow, dismissive, or entirely absent, offering little more than canned replies that fail to address actual issues. When problems arise—and they will—you are effectively on your own. Very annoying login processI created an account using my email account instead of my phone number a few months back. But now the app only lets you use your phone number to log in. I don’t like using my personal number for apps because even though they swear they won’t sell your info, somehow nowadays I get more and more spam calls. Anyway, I tried using my phone number to login but it’s not on record, so I’m re-directed to the sign up page. But when I try to set up an account using the email that I’ve already registered an account with, I’m unable to sign up because there’s already an account on record with my email. But there’s no option to login using my email so how exactly am I supposed to get back into my account? Please give people the option to login with their email again. An event app should not require people’s phone number, when purchased tickets are emailed to them. What is the point of collecting our phone numbers? Payment process and eventsI never take my time to write a review but I have the worst experience using this app, at first everything went well and I posted an event using this app, the event went “live” and even tho my costumers could pay the ticket I couldn’t transfer the money to my account because I needed to send a bank statement which I submitted for 4-5 times I tried to delete the event and there is no way you can pause it when it goes live. Do not buy tickets from this app! Hard to get refunds.Warning, if you buy tickets from this app it will be HARD for you to get a refund. They are forcing you to get refunds from organizers who DO NOT respond to your emails or your text messages etc. They tell you to reach out to the organizer yet these organizers do not respond so they just take your money and run with it. No longer supports email loginThe latest version of this app has done away with the ability to login or sign up via email rather than phone number. Rather unfortunate, especially since certain critical actions such as ticket transfers require the app (for no reason other than to collect data on users and build networks via access to contacts, social media profiles, and event attendance/purchases). There is no way to add a phone number to one’s account which would logically make phone number login possible. Even though I never inputted any of my card info, somehow the app accessed and charged my card without any indication that it was doing so. I reached out to customer support within 60 seconds of this happening, and even still they took several days to resolve the issue (and didn’t respond until after the event was over, even though I brought this up days in advance). Even now, customer support won’t budge, even though the issue was fully due to the app and had nothing to do with the event or organizers. Not good for event organizersA dispute was lost from an attendee whose 3 tickets were scanned into our event. This was our first time moving away from our last ticket provider (Universe), who would have easily won this dispute for us.
