NOT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!450$ IN PAYOUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!I know a lot of the reviews say they didn’t get their payout and that the app is a scam but I’m here to tell you otherwise. I got this app and after I downloaded the first game I got a “temporary reward prize” saying i would get a 200$ gift card if I completed a certain amount of tasks in the game in 5 days (you also got the coins for completing levels in the game) I completed the challenge and got the coins for completing the levels (witch I doubled by watching an add) so I cashed out 400$ worth of rewards, it said it could take up to 24 hours to receive them in your email. After not getting them in the first 24 hours I contacted support and they said it could take up to 72 hours bc of a back up in tickets. I waited and got both cards that next day not even a 48 hour wait. I now have gotten 450$ from this game and just cashed out another 50$ in rewards that didn’t even take a day to receive. Edit: I don’t know if it has anything to do with my last 50$ cash out but I went back into the app and all my games and coins are gone. (I had at least another 10-20$ in coins) I contacted the costumer service and all they said is I was that I most likely logged into a new account (I still have all of my past payout history) I put in a support ticket but was told it could take up to 72 hours to hear a response. DONT GET THIS APPI wanted to give this app the benefit of the doubt because it sounds like a great idea to make money but regardless of how great it sounds that’s not the reality. Ive have a lot of problems with this app, it has you watch tons of ads and stuff so they make money but you don’t make any because the app glitches so much it keeps starting my coins back at 0. The app is false advertising, it says you can make money while playing games or watching Tik ToK, but there’s no option for that. And it’s not only that, sometimes when you open the app it’ll stay on the loading screen, and won’t ever load, even if you have WiFi. And occasionally when filling out surveys there will be an error and kick me from the survey even though I was almost done and didn’t do anything wrong, and if that happens to many times it won’t let you even take surveys for a short time being. It takes FOREVER to even speak with a person about any problems and they don’t end up fixing anything. I’ve check the FAQ section and it was very unhelpful for all my problems. Overall feels like a scam and a huge waste of time. There hasn’t been any growth to try and fix these bugs if anything there are more now than ever. This screams FraudAfter playing these games multiple games at that, making payments to be able to reach the milestones, putting time money and effort into reaching all the milestones I was finally able to reach about $500 to cash out, all of my coins and rewards disappeared, I contacted customer support through the app and they weren’t messaging back. I contacted them via email and I was finally able to get a response back and my account fixed I was able to get everything back to normal. Now that my account went back to normal I was thinking this was real. I went to the payout option and I “paid out” $200 twice because that was the only option I had and that made sense. Just to go back into the playful app and see that everything once again was missing, I reached out to them via the app and email letting them know what had happened, they hit me with “ it looks like your device, account, or in-game behavior triggered our automatic fraudulent review process, and your gameplay is under review by our gaming partners.” To now my account being deleted and I can’t get back in. Can’t believe this was legit 🤯I really was thinking this was gonna be a scam because most sites and apps that offer cash rewards for playing games have all been proven to be scams or they offer low cash rewards. I gave Playful a try because the reviews seemed honest and real! And boy I’m glad I did!!! I just claimed my $200 reward! It did take like a day but shortly after reaching out for an update, I got the email from Tremendous to claim my funds via PayPal (which I chose). I will say the games you can play for cash are games like MonopolyGo & Bingo Cash (which I played for this reward) that get you to put in your own money to keep playing & earn more opportunities to win but it’s worth it if you get rewarded with Playful! Like I spent about $30 playing Bingo Cash but got $200 cash reward from Playful! That’s about $170 profit!!!! CRAZZZY!!! 🤯 I’m so happy this was legit bro! SCAM-PLS READ BEFORE PLAYING!I am only rating 5 stars to ensure you can see this!!! Initially I loved playing the games and thought that it was an amazing setup to receive rewards while playing fun games. Well I played the games fairly, within the guidelines and even spent my own money with the promise that it would be rewarded back. I managed to earn enough points for $220 which I was going to use for some important events. In June I decided to redeem for a $200 gift card. I was told I would get my reward in 48 hours. I never received it and my account was flagged for ‘fraudulent activity’ when I absolutely did NOTHING wrong. It is now September, I reached out to the support as advised countless times pleading that they provide me with some resolution. I continued to get the SAME response. After a few months they finally told me that it was confirmed I falsely got my rewards. I am furious about this and they do not care one bit about the money they are scamming from people and do not want to provide any type of resolution. It’s awful because this would have been amazing had they not scammed me. But absolutely DO NOT play or spend money thinking they are going to come through. Don’t get your hopes up.It pays out, yup. But they unnecessarily lock your account under suspicion of fraud and do absolutely nothing to push the review process forward. I have been waiting almost a month for my account to get reactivated. I use the extra money from playing games to be able to eat food so it’s been really hard not being able to do that having my account locked for no good reason. Cashed out 20$, less than a week later my account is under review. I’ve contacted support, they never give me a live agent, only give me the same responses instead of answering the question I tried to ask, they give me no contact to report higher up, there is no way for you to speed up the process or prove your progress is valid. Be warned you may spend a considerable amount of time just to not be able to cash out at all! They have absolutely no urgency to fix it for their app users! They will not go out of there way or do anything more than the very bare minimum that they must do to keep their job for you when it comes to getting real help with your account. Milestones don’t register!!!I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m getting so annoyed with this app that I might as well write one. Here’s my issue: I downloaded Monopoly Go (great app btw lol), and “milestone 1” was to install the app, and it was rendered as complete, but the milestones after milestone 1 are not rendered as complete. Every milestone post milestone 1 essentially are reaching specific boards. Right now, I’m on board 17 in Monopoly GO. In other words, I should have milestones 2 and 3 completed because milestone 2 is to reach board 7 and milestones 3 is to reach board 11. I wish I could share screenshots to prove it. Also, I reached out to customer service about this problem. She was no help. This is what she said, after I explained my problem w/ supporting screenshots: “Thank you for contacting us! For now, we do not have enough information to process your request so we will close your ticket for now. If you do have a question or issue, feel free to reopen the ticket with more information on your milestone issue with supporting screenshots!”. I don’t know what’s wrong. Major Scam🚨I been using this app for almost two weeks and things were going smoothly at first. The game I downloaded through the app was being tracked well and I was getting notified of different games and offers that were happening. On one of the games that I downloaded though the app I managed to complete the $20 milestone and I was working on completing the $50 milestone. When I attempted to cash out $10 with visa through the app the process went smoothly and I got a message that said it will take up to 24 hours to be able to redeem. When I looked back at the bar that tracks my games progress it still said that I need more a couple more coins in order to complete the $50 milestone payout. However when I closed and reopened the app I immediately noticed that all of my progress including my milestone and coins that I still had have been set back to zero. The game that I was playing and that was being tracked was deleted and I can no longer see any games that can be downloaded in the games menu. Not like beforeI’m only giving this app 5 stars so that you can see this review but it’s a let down. Before they updated this app they had offers you can go and earn a good amount of points of doing simple offers but now they took them off and the one that’s still on my account doesn’t even work. Also, they have a survey option where you do surveys for exchange of points and honestly that was the best way to get points. You do one survey for 1 minute and you get 1,250 points, or 30,000 for 20 minutes, but after they updated the app it takes forever to get points based off surveys. A 20 minute survey only gives you 2,350 or 4,000 if you’re lucky now and this wasn’t the case beforehand. Also after getting points from doing a survey you could’ve watched a add to double your points but they took that out too, so not only does it take forever to get points you don’t even have the option to double your rewards. Lastly, I tried to cash out $50 and it said it was fraud and wouldn’t let me??? I’ve never had this issue before and after the app updated it just became worse. Emailed for escalation 6 days agoI was eligible to receive a $200 payout and just a few points away from another $50 payout. When I did the $200 payout I accidentally put in my other email address but received an email saying my payment was on its way. This was on March 20. I emailed them and let them know what had happened. Of course I received the generic message of it may take up to 72 hours for a response. I finally received a response on April 17 that they needed more clarification. I explained it in very easy to understand verbiage. I emailed them back on April 18. It has now been another 9 days. False AdvertisingI was staying up working very hard to finish Yahtzee on time to receive a $200 gift card, which I did. Well, I also got 250 bucks for finishing the game regardless but they have a feature to watch an ad to double your rewards; which why wouldn’t you? Very happyI’ve been using Playful for a few months now. I like the arcade games more than the games on the playful dashboard. When I was almost at my mark to cash in $50 worth of coins, the game I was playing stopped tracking the last 3 milestones. I emailed them and within a few days I got an email with $50 reward that linked straight to my PayPal. I didn’t even think it was real until I clicked on it. And I had already made up for the missing coins by taking surveys and was able to get to my $50 cash out. So that was like an extra $50z Then, a day later, another customer service rep wrote me an email notifying me that they ALSO compensated me for my missing coins! So…even though some of the games may be quirky with rewards, customer service will actually write you back and compensate you. I’ve reached out to other game apps and heard nothing back and just had to accept wasting time on games and not being compensated. PLAYFUL REWARDS will not let that happen. Was a good app, but now isn’t.I was having a good time on the app playing games for lots of money, but yesterday they removed the app that I was playing. Infact they removed all of the money making games they have offered. I had a good experience of redeeming my rewards. I had redeemed around 200 dollars in just a week of playing but in the latest update they removed the high paying apps. I was on track to make 600 dollars by completing a milestone but all the app is is a low paying survey app with games that pay less than 10 dollars for full completion unlike the hundreds of dollars before. I am making this review because I reached previous milestones in a game and was working towards the rest and I was promised money if I completed the milestones but cannot complete it anymore since they removed the game from the app and when I do go to the games tab and click on my catalog/my games, I am met with a page that says I have no downloaded games even though I have screenshots of progression. Dishonesty all aroundFive stars to only be seen I started this app with full optimism. Been at it for a while. Claimed a few small rewards before I started a lucrative app. One specifically I started was Chime. Shown as up to $1200 if you complete the steps. Once you start it, the max able to earn even if everything is completed was only $600. I did all the steps and it didn’t reward me the amount. I reached out to customer service and had screenshots to prove I completed it and I’ve been ghosted by the support team. Now it only says the reward is $300. It keeps lowering even though time is still available. Today was the tipping point for me. I have been playing Gin Rummy Stars and the last level achieved was going to pay out $254. I reached the level this afternoon just before the top achievement and was poised to collect. Them Playful rewards changed the max reward amount done to $10 with no reason or explanation. None in the rules of the app or when I started the progress. It didn’t say it would lower the longer time passed, etc. One response I got for Chime not being what was advertised, which is the same with almost every single promotional amount is that it’s listed as “up to”. Said as such they can list any amount they choose and not honor it even if you reach all milestones. Lack of support/Rewards not payed out.ALL USERS BEWARE. It’s best to download this app with cautious optimism. There are other apps that operate similarly that will more consistently actually pay you out. The app advertises milestones at high reward amounts, but as soon as you actually complete them “They were unable to track this milestone therefore you cannot receive the reward.” This is especially true for their promotional milestones that are set to a time limit. They advertised a 200$ bonus for completing specific milestones, and then intentionally claim they were unable to track and therefore cannot payout the reward, or alternatively due to the high amount of support tickets (🚩) will not respond in a timely enough manner to actually do anything about it. You can actually be paid out, but it will be roughly 1/10th of what you actually complete, and once you download those apps you’re ineligible for rewards on better apps. Second reviewThis app is fraudulent, they will tell you that your device account or gameplay initiated, their automatic fraud detection system. There was absolutely zero fraud on my account. I have been fighting them for about two months now in an effort to get the rewards that I earned and had cashed out on top of the milestone that had not registered yet. I reviewed this app previously and the app developer commented telling me to get a hold of customer service. Customer service often takes several days to respond and has been repeating the same things over and over again despite me sending screenshots of everything they have asked for. LOTS of optionsI have tried too many of these get-paid-to-play type apps to even count at this point, and what you'll come to realize if you try them out yourself is that the quality of these apps varies WILDLY. Lots are great & the amount of effort that went into developing a high-quality app that works well & looks good is plain to see.....but at the same time, lots are so bad it's almost comical. I initially downloaded this one for points in another app but figured I'd stick with it for a while to see if it was worth continuing in its own right & after using it for the past month or so now, I definitely do feel like it's a keeper. These are the major selling points IMO: ❁ well-designed user interface that makes it easy to browse thru new games to try & then keep track of your progress in the ones you've downloaded ❁ a TON of games to choose from {in order to be eligible to earn points for downloading any particular game it's mandatory that you're a first-time user, so this is actually a big deal—especially considering many similar apps offer a laughably small selection of games at any given time} ❁ super accurate progress tracking & nearly instantaneous updates when a task is completed I haven't tried cashing out yet so I'll have to update my review once I eventually do so. Too good to be trueUPDATED: my points were reinstated (without customer support getting back to me) and I was able to cash out. I’ve continued playing games, but it seems like the rewards are much slower to come in (combo of low rewards and higher levels needed to get the reward). I don’t think it’s a scam, however it definitely needs some bug fixes at the very least to keep things like this from happening at such a high occurrence (referring to the commonality of this in the reviews). At first I was really impressed, within a few days I had already made enough coins to get $10, but I foolishly waited until I was nearing $20 to withdraw. After checking my progress and swiping out of the app, I completed another task only to reopen the app to find that all of my points, including my just earned ones, were gone. I like that this is actually legit and you can pay out starting at $10 but two things I don’t like is that for one there aren’t a lot of gaming options… there should be a bigger variety of games. And the other problem is that with certain games or after you completed a certain number of milestones to get your coins they don’t register. Emailing customer service helped me out a lot with giving me my missing rewards/coins and even giving me a little more coins than I needed just because I kept having trouble. Definitely a scam appDownloaded and played 3 games on it, did an app sign up offer for points, and then spent $5 in a game to earn $10, after that I cashed out 2 days later to see if it was real for $20 just for my account to get locked within 24 hours of redrawing that $20. I contacted support and they said there was suspicious activity on my account that had to be reviewed, they barely responded for a week straight and then they said it was getting sent to higher support, within 24 hours I got an email saying there was activity using a VPN on my device so my account would remained locked. Mind you within the past 6 months of downloads on my app device there is NO VPN and also on my apple device there has never been a VPN configuration made. I can’t believe I cashed out!I read a lot of reviews before downloading! I honestly was skeptical! But I gave it go! I downloaded two games. I’m at lvl 30 on Travel Town and lvl 16 on Township! I cashed out $20! I wish I could post my screen shot! This truly worked for me. Now you do have to wait 24 hours after first request. Then go to your email and claim it to actually receive it. It doesn’t just transfer in 24 hours when you first request it. But wait for your email! Then it will transfer within minutes! I used PayPal cash out! Doesn’t track wellAt first I thought this was great, it was giving me coins when I completed tasks almost instantly and I was racking them up. I’m currently sitting with about $75 worth of coins which is great. But I should have a lot more, because the app skipped a bunch of tasks and didn’t give me credit. One game I’m playing gives coins for each level gained, and from level 12-16 I got no coins even though it says I finished those tasks. There’s also a special event going on where I had a week to complete a list of tasks for $200. I got to step 4 out of 5 and it just stopped registering anything. I had to get to level 15 in the game for step 4, and I’m at level 23 now and it still hasn’t updated. It’s been days. The event now ends in 6 hours so looks like I won’t be getting that $200. I’ve messaged support in the app AND emailed over all this issues and haven’t had any response now. There was also an issue of a task popping up to spend $20 and I’d get $25 worth of coins back, so I spent $20 and it didn’t register that I had - so I just wasted $20 for nothing on a game I don’t even like. I messaged support about that too and again, no response. So I would highly recommend NOT doing those tasks, or do so at your own risk (I did do some smaller ones that worked). *edit to add, I was able to successfully cash out through PayPal. Coins disappearedI was doing a survey, finished it, went back to the main screen and it showed my coin balance of about 197,000. Suddenly my coins were gone. POOF! Disappeared!! I closed the app, reopened it, and they were still gone. I looked at the FAQ and it said to uninstall the app and redownload it. I did that. And my coins are still gone. I even double checked to make sure I had the right email, which I did. All of my game progress still shows up when I go to look at it. Nothing shows up in the reward redeems. My coins are just gone. Absolutely ridiculous to have put in all that work then have my coins taken away from me for no reason whatsoever. I submitted a ticked to support, but I read online that they’ve done this to others then claim that you’re “doing fraudulent activity and your account has been locked.” I was able to access my account and earn coins still so my account isn’t locked. Fraudulent and SCAMI’ve been using the app for a couple of months for some extra money. They abruptly closed my account and took my rewards. I was close to a $50 payout. They accused me of fraud when I was only having issues with a Particular app that wasn’t tracking my milestones on playful rewards but it had previously given me rewards for it so I knew it was either a playful or game problem. I had completed my milestones so I was waiting to see if it would come in and today I completed another milestone and I was rewarded for that one but not the rest. Waisted so Much Time with this AppI first I thought this app was gonna be pretty legit just a grind for the money which I understand when it comes to these apps. I downloaded it and was stoked to get this deal of $200 reward if I finished a 5 step challenge for 2 games in the span of 7 days. Confused and disappointed:(I had a good first experience with this app which is why I continued to use it and trust it for the past few months. I’ve been reading the recent bad reviews and I believe they’re just making up excuses not to pay people anymore. They’re losing money? Idk. So this is what happened. Honestly Horrible App ResponseAt first, I loved the app. I downloaded a few games so that I could earn coins quicker in order to redeem. One of the games I downloaded never showed up. Must be a scam!I fell for it again! So many apps have developed “glitches” when it came time to pay me! I thought this one might be different. Downloaded this app, worked hard playing games and taking surveys. I was quite pleased. I was moving along. The game I was playing, Words to Win, was fun. The surveys were great. I racked up around 178,000 points. Upon reaching 192,000 it was my understanding that I would get a $20 pay-out. That is a lot of work for a small amount of money, but hey, I was having fun. Scam - Report them to AppleI was able to withdraw my first $13, but soon after my account was disabled. I reached out to support and they informed me that my account was under review and I would not be able to use the app until it was completed.
