Blessed is aptly named app!I give this at five stars because not only is it a blessing as it is called the Blessed app, but it seems like every time I open it for morning or night prayer and verse. It always rings true and something that’s happening in my life or in somebody else’s that I know or even in the day in the world around us that is truly a scripture based app I love the Bible is incorporated into it so we can read it every night before we approach our inspirational and prayer. Appreciate the ability to interact with others. Some new to the faith and Summer aged in it and it’s awesome to be able to lift others up and be lifted up when you need it the highlights booked and other aspects set time to study and you also have a chat where you can get personalized prayer all equates to a blessing from the Lord to help use in my study and with Holy Spirit guidance apply to my life twice a day! Needs improvementIt's a great app, nice people, and very informative inside these sermons. However they have a couple of updates that is needed in this app. Sometimes the sermons are really good, in fact so good that most information given is valuable to those who needs it most but can't exactly keep up with anything due to life can preoccupy your schedules. They should have recordings that's compatible enough inside this app. We can look into it, listen to what we may or may have not missed, and take notes from there if we want to keep the information given from the recordings. They should also put a recording button for those who is hosting the sermons in case the audience forget to record the sermon. They should have an area in this app to apply it if wanted. Another idea, would be sending or receiving screenshots, images to one another for biblical reasons only. They should have an area where kids can listen to the sermon, but that area is kid only section. They should really consider having a daily wheel of prizes. Where u can spin the wheel, it randomly selects the prizes, and the prizes are equally different and the prize is money or those coins when we give those offerings in those sermons (which is money and can only be used in this app). BEST BIBLE APP EVER!! 👑👑👑🙏🙏🙏🙏I have used MULTIPLE BIBLE APPS in the past but NONE OF THEM EVEN COMPARE TO THE BLESSED APP! The daily/nightly prayers, inspirational daily messages, and in depth on point explainations of scriptures are so beautifully written, sharing the truth of the good word/gospel unlike any other app I have used. I deeply admire and respect the point of view and understanding the BLESSED APP gives to its users and I truly appreciate that when newer Christians are in search of TRUE GUIDANCE AND UNDERSTANDING of the Bible the Blessed app doesn’t fill them with incorrect interpretations and misinformation like some other Bible apps unfortunately do. *New* App look & feelI’m still navigating the fresh re-vamp of the Blessed app. I think it’s great so far. I would like to request that users have some control over our dashboard settings. For instance, I don’t have a desire to meet a ‘faith mate’ as I am happily married. So I would remove this widget from being prominently displayed on my home screen when I open the app or certainly not the second thing on the list of faith tasks presented to me. I already receive an uncomfortable number of ‘follow requests’ from men on the app. I am all about community of believers, but when you look at these people’s profiles, they have no activity in the app so it feels as if they’re on the app trolling people and hitting up women who may be at a low or emotional time. Again, not my case. When I see their requests, and that they are not active in the app, I delete their requests to follow. I wish there was a way to block them even. Best Bible appI have used other apps but none like this one. For a person like me I can’t always read so it reads it to you. Also I like to sleep listening to the word and this app will continue reading to you as you sleep. What I love the most is that you can request prayers and have a lot of faithful ppl pray for you and with you also gives you a chance to pray for others as well. It unites God’s ppl all in one place. The BEST app to have!This is the best app ever to keep God in your life. I saw the advertisement for this app on Instagram and it couldn’t have found me at a better time. Instrumental Utility for ChristThis app is worthy of cost. Thoughtful twice daily verse/meditation/prayer with a well put together Bible utility and awesome meditations and plans section including tools like quizzes and a means of opening a chat discussion if you find a particular Bible section tough! The app gets 5 stars because of how well it’s put together and how absolutely easy it is to navigate. The only complaint is the list of available translations and versions. It’s lacking a few popular translations including one I prefer as a daily reader but does include the mainstream ones. The cost is considerably fairer than most especially if you’re a bit more pressed for time that you can’t utilize l, say, Hallow to the best of its abilities being so massive and chock full of useful to love all corners of the Trinity despite it completely cornered in Catholicism. Life changingThis app has solidified my faith far more then I knew was imagined. I have always been a faithful person since a young child but when something so deep hurting in your soul happens it is far easier to just give up and give into the earthly temptation and beliefs, of course that is what the enemy wants us to think anyways. A few days in ....I have had this app for a few days now and I must say it is pretty convenient to have. I love having various biblical verses that are presented on a daily. Also love how you go can more into depth on each of the verses to have bette understanding over the verses. Overall it’s goodI love that you can easily read the Bible with the option to listen. I love the daily and nightly prayer sessions and bebe is pretty neat . BlessedI absolutely love this app not only does it remind me every morning and night for my daily devotional but also it explains the meaning of the importance of the meaning of the scripture. Also I use it to also to read a lot of my Bible verses and scriptures that we are studying in church because it has the ESV version and I have the quite a number of the New KJV and application study Bibles and even the NIV. But since our pastor and most everyone is using the ESV I love being able to go to Blessed and be able to read. I still receive DM’s from random strangers promising to send me money if I just meet with them on another app like Whatsapp there is no search engine to find people who we have truly connected with in the live streams well at the same time scammers can easily find us to send DMS. There’s no tools to stop scammers from following us and at the same time it’s hard for us to find people who we have true friendships with. Love the app, but some of the ad ‘exit’ button placements can not be clicked on the iPhone 16 pro +I love the app!! It has been what I use during my Bible study / one on ones before bed! I don’t necessarily use the ai to understand the verses because that pulls away from the Holy Spirit guiding me and forces me to rely on my own understanding/discernment to understand what to pull from the ai’s prompt response. A Week InI’m not even a week into using Blessed and it is already just that: a blessing. I have already found myself being a little slower to anger and constantly thinking about what God wants for me. I like that the app is simple and easy to use. It is well though out. I also appreciate that it is a quick morning and evening devotional. Not something that will take more than a couple minutes. Overall, I find it really convenient. Its chat feature is customized to your individual situation, offering biblical insight to whatever you are experiencing at any given time. Its Bible allows you to search by book, chapter, and verse. You can either read it for yourself, or have it read to you. There are podcasts that are available on a whole host of topics. I use the app to ask spiritual questions or make notations as they arise throughout my day. Wonderful christ centered bible and prayer app, too much unnecessary AD’s though.I must say this is my favorite bible app. I love that it asks how you’re feeling and then it uses what you’re feeling and combines that with the bible verses & prayer, I appreciate the reminders you get for morning and night prayer, there is also a livestream chat that you can use to hear a pastors word i believe 6am everyday (i only joined once and it was awesome) live streams happen often. My only issue is the ads are very distracting and frustrating while reading. I’m not sure how long I can take that. Only one problemThis is a great app, it allows you to connect with Jesus and other fellow believers! It has great options like morning and nightly prayer, a verity of Bible translations, and a place to store Bible quotes and passages you might’ve wanted to highlight. Ok app, Too many changesI’ve had Blessed app since December 2023 and I’ve seen the updates that have taken place over the past two years. I really do believe they have took a lot of user’s concerns into consideration and made improvements. I don’t often times use my app, but I do use it for reading and listening to the Bible and possibly listening to a sermon or two. I personally do not like the update with the daily walk (morning and evening prayers). I don’t like how music plays as I read it. Maybe there can be an option to turn the music off while reading. It’s very different from when I first started using this app, and I personally prefer the older morning and evening devotionals. I feel like there are just too many steps or too many check marks to reach the end. Along with this I don’t like how it gives a 3 minute timer when initially opening the Bible each day. I made the mistake of opening the Bible on this app to follow the scripture at my church and it made a noise when the 3 minutes were up. My phone was on vibrate, but the app made the noise to say I accomplished another goal and streak. I was so embarrassed by the noise that I’m really considering finding another app and canceling my subscription. I’m also sick of getting random messages and friend requests from people. I get that everyone wants to be a part of a community, but this isn’t it! Adding people shouldn’t even be an option, let alone sending messages.
