Scammed me out of $60I purchased the app with the premise that it would be 4.99 per month like it said. When ready to purchase, and given 3 options-I chose the first purchasing option of $4.99 per month. Only problem was that when I purchased it it charged the full years worth of $60 ( the yearly amount) I immediately deleted it, like I didn’t even have the app more than 5 mins before I looked at the cash app notification (that’s what I used the purchase the app) and realized that I was charged $60- an entire years worth of usage. I immediately went thru the formal refund process of apple customer service at 1AM and was denied. I went thru a review and was told that it was not eligible for a refund. That it doesn’t meet the criteria for a refund. That makes no sense to me. Seems very scammy and the fact that I asked twice for a refund and was told no seems like they thought about the situation and still determined that an app that was misleading in the purchase options had every right to take $60 from my account and no we wound be giving it back. The app is not doing what is describedThe app is made to make you believe that you can find someone’s number but never explained that the person needs to be in your circle already until you pay . Also to be in circle you have to pay again. I paid $25 to find my kid’s lost phone and never realized how it works until I paid
