I’m 61 and have always loved watching and reading about space and the universe, like Carl Sagan, etc. It’s really great getting push messages about upcoming events, and also pointing my iPad up at the sky and it knowing where the stars and satellites are and naming them. One of my favorite appsI forget when I installed this app on my iPad but after I moved out of the city to a place where I could really see the stars it's become my most used app. I've learned to recognize constellations, observe satellites, notice various asteroid showers, and best of all, track the Milky Way across the night sky. Every minute on this app is EXCITING!!!You're going to love it. The adjustments are phenomenal! There's a slide bar to adjust the density of all the stars to see. Greet app for anyone of any age.I had this app on an older iPad and forgot about it. I bought several other apps to get all you get in this One. One only showed the stars and wasn’t real time. Star Amazing WalkI love this app. We are full time RV and love to see the stars at nite. With this app we know just what we are looking at as we move around the country and the sky changes above us. I had my iPad facing north and it kept telling me that it was facing west. I ended up downloading another app to find out what two objects were. Why am I notified?I like the imagery and information provided by the app, but what really irritates me is that my icon shows as if I’ve received a message, or notification of some sort, and then i get into the app and there is nothing there! Used to be great, app no longer calibrates directionThis app used to be so great, you could hold it to the sky and identify exactly what you were looking at. Would be nice...if it workedLikewise, worked for 2 days. First clear night, I took it out and aimed up and after startup, it quit in approx. 5 seconds and has done so since on each retry.
