Fun App!What an incredibly cool app! I love the way you use the user interface to make the sounds and they do respond to the way you touch or strike the various instruments. I love the fact that you can record your sessions. I would make a suggestion for a future upgrade. The instruments given are high to mid range in pitch. How about some instrument palette variations as an add on with wider variations in sounds, and at least one palette with some deep toned bowls? Infinite sustain - no mutePlease adjust the touch response the bowls to have a more realistic decay on the sustain after you stop interacting with them. Long Time FavoriteI have always loved this app. I now find myself wishing it had audiobus support. This could solve the issue many people seem to have with wanting to listen without playing as they could route the audio to one of the many recorders available to create a library of their own performances. I see many musical possibilities with the app that I would love to explore if I could route it to effects or capture the audio. Audiobus would make this app a very useful tool for me. *update* Still one of my favorite apps and they just updated it to continue to work on modern hardware and new versions of the OS. Love It!I almost didn't get this app because of the "abrupt" comment left by another reviewer. I haven't noticed any abruptness...but I'm not a sound guru either. Anyway, the app works ok for me, and I am having a pleasant reaction to the tones. They almost work like the real ones. So I am very pleased that I took the chance and got this app...no telling when I'd have dedicated money set aside just for a set of real Tibetan bowls. You can hear the resonance continue to resonate with or without earphones. It really is like you are sounding authentic Tibetan bowls. Great Meditative Experience!I'm not sure that potential purchasers understand these bowls and bells are used for meditation in Tibet. If you close your eyes and spread the fingers of one hand over the screen and slowly move your hand around, it's calm and peaceful. When you do that, you will interact with several of the bowls. Not satisfiedI know it says " best experienced with ear buds" but that is the ONLY way it can be experienced. Even with earbuds, and the volume as high as I can set it, it is difficult to hear the sounds. Not in full HD (forget retina)The app itself I love. I had it on my phone for years, and it is a truly peaceful experience. The new layout of having all the bowls and bells on one page gives it a lot more options for experimentation. However, the title saying HD is quite misleading if you are looking for razor-sharp graphics on your new retina display iPad. Sure, on the iPad 1 and 2 it would be the device's full resolution, but the 3rd and 4th generation iPad (I have the latter) has 2048x1536 pixels, and this app is nowhere near that.
