Jack And The Beanstalk Interactive Storybook Customer Service

My son is 2 and we absolutely love this book! I really hope this developer makes more like this one. Not only is it a beautiful book, the music is soothing, the voice actor is great and there are so many interactive elements it keeps it fun. We laugh at the golden egg music and dance. And all this for only .99 cents 🤯 other, less interactive books are selling for $4 or $5, some more. Buy it now, you won’t regret it.

My kids love this storybook!! So many games and easter eggs.

My 3 year old twins love this. It's very innovative. The character voice work is really quite good. They really enjoy "finding" hidden things on the screen like the dancing chick in the egg hidden on every screen. The embedded games are simple but fun. They have done a bunch of really neat things like allow you to turn lights on and off. Turn a fountain on and off. And get the various characters in the book to speak and give even more dialogue than the text that appears on screen. Which is kind of fun. There really is enough here to keep the kids enjoying this time after time. I've bought about 10 books and apps for my kids to use on the iPad and this is probably one of the top 3. The kids also LOVE all the Dr. Suess apps, which are also really well done. I can also highly recommend the Dr. Suess apps. But this one is great too. Worth the money. I hope to see this company put out some more books. Especially if they do more classic stories. One word of caution for parents of young kids: You might remember that the giant in this classic fairytale says: "Fe-Fi-Fo-Fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman" I certainly remembered that part. But he goes on to say something like, "be he alive or be he dead, I grind his bones to bake my bread." Now as an adult I just kind of passed right over it, but it actually kind of upset my kids the first time they heard it. My daughter asked me what it meant to crush bones for bread. Don't remember what I said exactly, but I tried to gloss over it a bit. Just wanted to give you a heads up in case that bothered you, or so you'd be prepared with a better answer for your kids than I was with mine.

I have about 30 children's books on my ipad and this is my 5 year old daughter's favorite. Each page has lots of different interactive elements. For example, on the first screen shot above, the three mice characters can be dragged into their shape and they will sing a song. Each touch of the drain pipe produces bubbles that flow out and "pop" when pressed. Each page has lots of elements - there is even a matching game on one of the pages where it looks like a man's hand holding three beans. The number of interactive elements are huge and this is the book that my daughter always goes to, even after about 4-5 months. She also loved it when she was 4. Another reviewer stated that she had expected more then animal noises, but there are much more than the animal noises, golden eggs play music, chicks sing, characters talk when touched and there are at least two long-ish games within elements that we have found. Amazing app - I came back to find it they have any others.

First, the art looks sensational, and the audio (music, narrator, character voices) is excellent, and there are all kinds of li'l surprises here and there, e.g. one page has to be colored in by tracing your finger around on it, other pages contain brief sung ditties by characters. A cool thing is that the text, which can be read by the parent to the child or can be played back, *highlights the entire chunk of language* as it's being read. So as kids grow, they read the chunks as tonal units (where inflection breaks). An added extra is that the narrator keeps his distinct voice. He tells the story and reports the characters' speech; if you want to hear the character say it directly, you can simply press on the character to hear it in his/her own voice. A very sophisticated and well-thought-out app. I will by more if they're like this, but I won't pay more than this price.

I really enjoyed watching my son interact with this app. There are hidden interactions on every page but his favorite was the baby chick, which was the first thing he looked for on every page. The graphics are top quality, a la Disney. The only improvement I would suggest is to allow the sounds to be stopped. In my son’s pursuit to find the chick he would initiate a sound after touching a character, for example, and the dialog or song plays until something else is touched that has audio. It would be nice to be able to stop the audio. Overall this is an excellent application to enjoy with your children, well worth the money.

We've bought several iPad "books" so far for our boys (ages 3 and 8) to explore. It is fascinating to watch our 3 year old effortlessly interface with Jack in the Beanstalk. It's very well done and very intuitive. This app is really miles ahead of the other children's offerings available for the iPad during the first few weeks after launch. The upside is that our little one is so interested in the story, the games and the iPad itself. All good as far as his learning and growth. The downside is that he is 3 and he does not know how to share yet, so the iPad is now his, and we have to sneak it away from him to use it.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app! More importantly, my 4 year old loves this app! Truly, I think this is one of the BEST children's books apps in the store now. And trust me, I've bought at least 40-50 of them. Not only is the story great, every page is filled with great interactivity for my daughter to find and explore. They have one other app, "Cosmo's Day off" which is really good as well. However, if you were only going to get one, this one feels much more flushed out and the story/game play is longer (at least it feels that way.) Can't recommend this App enough!

My 3 year old LOVES this application. I feel like I got so much more for the money than I usually do with apps . The illustrations are good, the story is great (I like how the changed the plot a bit to make it seem like Jack was reclaiming the stuff instead of just stealing), and there are all kinds of little interactive features hiding on the pages. My son absolutely goes mad for the easter eggs . . . . whenever he finds one of the gold eggs (they hatch little chickens which proceed to play a kind of polka and dance), he giggles like crazy.

I have to say that when I bought this app I was desperate to get a new story book for my son as I was tired of all the old stories and had no idea this is so interactive. I love this book and most importantly my 4 year old son loves it. He likes touching the animals and listening to their sounds, finding all of the hidden eggs, playing the games and singing along with the characters. I was pleasantly surprised with the content of this e-book and highly recommend it.

This is one of the first book apps that i have bought and it is great! I never expected it to keep my autistic sons attention but it does and even though he constantly taps the screen it will keep reading the story so i dont have to keep restarting the story and i can let him take control. i only wish i could put it on autoplay and it would still let him tap on the interactive things on the page but this is a totally great app.

I have a first grade son that is developing his reading skill, so I bought 5 different books to read on my iPad. This one is his favorite. We enlarge the text so he can read it first, then we play with the page. We both love to discover the different graphics. I would like even more to each page but am not complaining. I now am back to buy a few more books and was hoping for more from this developer. Worth the money!

Great app as my 3 year old loves it. My only complaint (as well as my daughters) would be to either lose the hidden egg on each page or at least do away with the annoying song that it plays over and over again. Also the music the hidden egg plays seems to be louder then the rest of the book. My daughter covers her ears every time it plays. Other than that it really is excellent!

My 6 and 9 yr old love this book. They bring it up over and over again. The elegance of the images combined with the games make it something that they just really enjoy. The part of the book they seem to come back to over and over again is the part where you drag three three mice from the scene onto a 'template' and when you succeed the mice start to make music and dance.

This is iTunes genius at its finest. A small team able to succeed by making an amazing product. This storybook is the first of its kind. An interactive story that can be enjoyed either as a game, or as a bedtime story. The animations are great, and the voice acting is even better. I need MORE stories from this company, and recommend this as highly as I can. Finding the easter eggs was the icing on the cake to get through an otherwise well-known story as a parent. Great job.

I have read lots of rave reviews about Jack and the Beanstalk. I too feel that the artistry, sound effects, and voiceovers are terrific. The storyline follows the traditional Jack and the Beanstalk story, while adding some very creative elements. The song in the middle is very cute. Kids love exploring the screens, finding the dancing chickens, and reading along. Educational and entertaining at the same time. Great job Ayars Animation team! Thank you for enriching our lives.

I can't say enough good things about this app. My kids (4 1/2 and 3) have probably spent 4 hours plus going through it on multiple occasions, and they still find hidden things throughout the book. There are a lot of apps where you feel like you've seen it all after one or two times. This isn't one of them. Can't wait until they come out with another one.

Both my 2 & 4 yr old boys love this app. I have several books in my iPad and this one sure is their fave. They love the interactive features, they love the little surprises on each page, they love the games too! The animation is so well executed and so realistic that my 2 year old actually cries every time it gets to the part where mom got mad at Jack...worth every penny! Ayars please make more apps like this! Thanks!

I almost did not buy this book because of the complaints regarding the sound. Well, I took a chance and I also had problem with the sound. However, if you click on the links for the website they show you how to troubleshoot your issue. Lo and behold, sound! Even I had fun trying to figure out the “secrets” on the pages. My granddaughter is going to love this!

My 4 year old loved it when we got it as our first app, thinking all books were like this. She still loves it and even I love it. It is nice that there are many things in the pages that are interactive. She loves finding those golden eggs too. I must admit when I first saw them I thought that was weird and it doesn't belong, but watching her dance to the music is priceless. This one is a keeper. Wish more were like this.

I can't believe all of the interactive activities on every page. This one was the first book I downloaded to my new IPAD and now all other books have been a disappointment. If anyone knows another book that has this many puzzles, games and hidden surprises, I would love to know about it.

My two year old loves this app. The layout is perfect and she can navigate the entire program without help. Much better than the Disney books layout. Make more books like this! The Easter eggs do get annoying after a while as I think my daughter already knows where all of them are.

My daughters ask for this book every night! They especially love the hidden dancing chick, they do their own crazy dance every time they find it! Wonderful animation keeps the story fresh and engaging! For the father of triplets nothing is better than finding something all three of them like and pay attention to!

Amazing app! I would give it 6 stars if I could. The graphics are the best I have seen when it comes to books. My two sons (4 and 2) ADORE this book! Thank you for making such a wonderful app and selling it at a fair price. I think you should charge more! You can't go wrong with this one!!

I have a 8 yr old 6yr old and a 3yr old and they all loved it. They loved the matching game with the mice and finding the easter eggs throught the book. there is so much for kids to do in this book and we personally liked it better than the ones Disney did. The artwork is very well done and looks quality. Very well done app.

We absolutely love this app! My 2.5 year old boy wants to read it before nap and bed everyday. He LOVES the memory game and the dancing eggs. And we haven't found all the eggs yet. I also thought the price was great. Some other books for $9 are just to pricy. We didn't really read this on the iPhone - but I got the iPad and just love it!

This is a very nice app. With a little effort, these apps could rival LeapPad products. This app was certainly more engaging than LeapPad storybooks and much more interactive. But you need to come out with more. Consider various levels of "I can read" books and make them interactive the way you do with Jack & The Beanstalk.

My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves this app. She likes finding he chick, and other hidden things. She giggles so hard that sometimes I think she is gong to split her side, and it makes my day to see her enjoy herself so much. I have a 7 year old and a 2 year old, and they both connect with this app at different levels. The older one patiently reads the story along with the narration, while the younger one delights in the many fun features. Either way, it's a bit hit with our family!

One of the most entertaining books I have come across for children. My two yr old and four yr old thoroughly enjoyed it. They loved the story and all it's hidden features. One word of advice: it's almost too much fun to read for a bedtime story! We are looking forward to more stories in the future!

We've had this book for almost a year & my toddler continues to play with/read it. It is very interactive and lots of fun! You can have the book read to you or choose your favorite page to read/play with. Great menu.

My boys, who are 4 & 5, love this book. There are songs, games, things to find and character voices to hear. Each page is an adventure. We have purchased several " interactive" books and this is the best one so far. Appeals to a wide age range and the price is great too.

This is really one of the best children's book apps - trust me, I have a lot of them! My kids are 2 and 5 and are endlessly entertained by this very interactive, whimsical story book. There are loads of little ways to interact with the story, and there's a funny dancing chick to find on each page.

My six year old son and four year old daughter love this book, especially for the hidden touch items on each page. Many of these hidden items are very funny! Great work Ayars, I hope to see more books soon!

My 3 year old absolutely loves this book. I have downloaded many others, some much more expensive, and this is the one he wants every night at bed time. Cannot wait for Ayars Animation's next book they tease at the end of this one.

Just got done running this gem of an app with my 2 boys 3 and 6 and they absolutely loved it! There is so much to interact with on each page that they could hardly contain themselves throughout the story. Loved it so much that we are looking for more interactive story books to buy. Great fun!

This is one of the best done children's books I have purchased. The story telling is wonderful with line by line read along. On top of that animated surprises are hidden on each page. My granddaughter has named this her favorite book ever.

After watching the instruction video on how to make my apps have sound, this was really a wonderful app. I think children will enjoy this story and the interactive games and activities, well worth the 99 cents. Look forward to more apps by this company.

This app is one of the best ever. My 2 yr. Old son loved it and enjoyed every page of the story. There are music, games and so much more to do than just reading. This is a must have app for all the parents out there who likes to entertain their kids. We loved it!!!

Of all the books I have downloaded this is the best and the one my son gravitates to again and again. Interactivity is awesome, navigation intuitive, and the hidden games the icing on the cake. Well worth it.

We always read stories before my daughter's bedtime. This has become a new favorite for my 3 year old daughter and for me. I love what is happening in the world of interactive books and this is a shining example of success. Great job!

This book is excellent--my 3 year old is addicted. Great story! Great Interactive Graphics! Very Engaging! For this price point-everyone should buy this and support those that are offering outstanding apps at reasonable prices.

This is by far the best looking and most interactive book available. Well worth the money. Will last for many years as the kids get older. Please tell publisher to create more books!

I have used this book with my 3 yr old & 1 year old grand. There are so many interesting things for the kids to do on different levels. By far this is the best interactive book I have used. 5 stars plus!

I love the work put into thus app to bring so much artwork, animation, and sound effects together. My granddaughter lives this book the most and the hidden treats. A must for anyone with small children.

Please we need more apps from that kind , my son loved it , worth every penny even though I think it's hi priced for a kid APP( not every body can afford that) I will still give it 5 stars ,no regrets paying $4

2015, there is no sound on this app, after several years of fun for kids. They love it, and I loved their reaction to all the pluses, bubble blowing, water flowing, finger painting, I knew of only 1 game, matching, but it was great. Don't know how to make it great again, can you help with the sound problem? There is no, nothing!

I bought this for my 3 year old and she absolutely loves it! Every page is interactive and has hidden things to find along with some puzzles. You can't get this on a Kindle!

I thought it was a very interactive and in depth storybook that kept my younger children's attention. Worth the money I spent!

The interactivity with the story and the hidden games make this endlessly entertaining for both my kids. The narrator is awesome, the characters speak when you touch them, there is a great range of music and songs. My kids love, love, love it!!! I truly wish all ipad books were like this. I went to buy another one right away and was disappointed to see that this is the only story Ayars Animation has put out! And that the only two other projects they're working on won't come out for months!!! NOOOOO!!!!! I was ready to buy ten more! The price was not an issue because you could not get this kind of value for $4 at Chapters. Please put out more classics like this one. It makes for great family time. If you're wondering if you should buy it... BUY IT!!!!!!! You and your kid's will love it. Thanks! Please make more!

This book is very well done. My 5 and 8 year old girls love it and ask for it every bedtime. Beware parents! You'll be pulling this one out a lot for the little ones. It even makes me laugh out loud in several places. I can't wait for the next one. Great job.

Best toddler game on the iPad hands down. My three year old and my two year old can't get enough of it after 1 month of near daily play. Well with the money.

The level of interactivity makes this version of Jack and the Beanstalk a compelling 'read'. Ayars has set the bar high on the future of digital book consumption. Hurry up and develop more.:)

My four year old loves this story and app

This is one of my toddler's go-to apps. It has lovely drawings and lots of little games. Hoping upgrades will have some additional interaction like the colouring page and mouse puzzle.

"smell blood" ..."grind bones to make my bread" etc. ... Leads to questions and I'd rather not have that conversation with my child.
