Who is in charge of this?I’m a right-leaning person who should be Fox News’s target audience, but even I can’t stand this app. Besides the absurd number of ads, the most frustrating part is all the clickbait push notifications. A big news story will occur and the Fox News app will send out a push notification that references it, but *deliberately* obfuscates the headline so that the notification doesn’t actually tell you anything. It’s all headlines like “Big verdict reached in Supreme Court case”. Always deliberately ambiguous, so that you have to tap the notification and open the app to see what the clickbait is saying. And even when you do, the app’s splash screen takes forever to load. This kind of thing pisses off potential readers to no end.
