Creating a new accountEven though I gave the app four stars dose not mean that I didn’t have issues trying to create the account. One of the cashiers at the love store that I downloaded the app from being over an hour trying to help me to get the account set up. The issue was that I had to have Wi-Fi in order to download and install the app and whenever I tried to install the appI couldn’t because I didn’t have Wi-Fi to connect even though I was trying to connect as a guest. Send me round and round and round and round and round. If you’re going to require Wi-Fi to create download install an app you need to make it possible for a client to get past the requirement for having Wi-Fi login do you download the app. Took way too much time at the store trying to get logged in and he was going to load a card of some kind on when you said that for the trip that I’ve been known he could upload all the purchases that I made for gas in other items into the account for the points. Now that I’m away from the store I’m not sure what I’m going to be able to do to load all those receipts. I did finally get the app loaded in the account I created because I had Wi-Fi here at my sisters house in Kingman AZ. I was able to complete the process in a matter of a minute or less with her Wi-Fi. on second thought maybe I should’ve only given the app one star because of all the palms a.m. and can’t see how to load receipts that has never been entered into a session with the app. But it does look like a pretty decent app and as much as we use Love’s hopefully it will come in handy down the road. Great but needs improvementOverall I have virtually no complaints. It does what it sets out to do for truckers to make things easier while on the road and in the store. That being said the app has one MAJOR issue that should be a priority in fixing. The app doesn’t seem to have full support in push notifications for showers. Several times I’m been waiting in que for the shower and while I’m doing something else I’ll get a notification that the shower expired, but no notification before that my shower was ready???? This is getting annoying. Most times it’s not an inconvenience but the times that it’s late or there’s 7+ guys ahead of me the first time I was in line it’s gets infuriating pretty quickly. Love Loves - add more RV featuresWe have just started traveling in our camper van and have discovered Love’s as newbies. We have stopped at about 8 travel centers and overnighted at 3 that have RV facilities. We have found them to be universally clean as can be, the staff friendly and helpful and the showers are spotless. The sites had good water pressure, electric and one even had sewer hookup. As for the app, it needs to be enhanced to support the RV parks better. My suggestions: 1) add a section where I can find my past and upcoming visits, 2) allow me to reserve showers for more than just myself, so I can make shower reservations for both of at the same time, 3) add a place where I could see what is available in a travel center store, so we know what is there, especially regarding things like tools and other RV equipment..Sail62Version: 10.0.1

Great appThis app works really great for me. I love the Love’s pay, especially when it’s cold outside. I don’t have to stand out in the cold while I start my pump. Also really love the routing option to show me all the Love’s stores on my route and diesel prices. The ability to put my Love’s rewards card in Apple Wallet is also super convenient. This app is one of the reasons I chose Love’s as my primary fuel stop. The only suggestion I can come up with is rather minor, but I would like to be able to copy and paste the address of a particular store from in the app. I take student drivers, and when we run teams I sometimes text them the location where I would like them to fuel after picking up a load or trailer, but I wind up having to find it in the app and then look it up on Google Maps to copy the address from..DukeReeceVersion: 6.0.1

Help the little guysI love your app and gas stations, they are always clean and well stocked. I regularly go to the one by my house. I do however have some questions and concerns. Can we do other things with our reward points beside showers? I’m not a trucker so I don’t buy over 500 gallons of gas a month. Would love to be able to use it towards discounted gas or something. I really only use it to take advantage of the 10 cents off. Which today I went in and now they’re trying to ID me before I can scan for rewards. I know it’s a simple task but digging through my wallet to find my ID just to save a quarter while I’m throwing $10 in my tank just isn’t worth it to me. Makes me now want to go back to be honest. Finding Fuel Made EasyI like using this app for finding the closest fueling station, especially when you're getting very low in the tank. I like the fact that it gives you the fuel prices at the different locations, and that if you like that particular fuel stop, you can save it into your favorites to know which station has the easiest in and out service. I also like that it list what food restaurants are at that location, so that you know if that's where you want to eat. The only thing that I don't like about this app is, when you first open it up, every time it has to give you a disclaimer about paying attention to your driving, which as a professional driver you already know that. Excellent AppOTR driver off and on since 93. 2M+ Off the road in 2017 came back Feb 2019. First app like this I have used other than Truck Path which needs a rework to work more like loves app. I find Loves app very easy and intutitve. Using it 4 months now, works great. Company switched to Flyin J Pilot recently got their app and like it less. I really like mobile fueling of FJP app although I wish it would let you enter data within 5 miles of location instead of having to be at location. Never used mobile fueling on Loves so can not speak to whether or not it works as flawless as FJP on that aspect. Needs add abilitiesThis is a really good app. I use it just about every time I fuel. It needs ability to get cash advance and oil purchases which you will pickup in-store just like when you use the pump card reader. Only frustration is having to login occasionally. Give us TouchID or FaceID to login or stop making us login after every update or every few weeks. This app is especially great when in very cold regions or when raining very heavy. As someone who has celiac disease finding food can be a major challenge for me, but Love’s offers a great option of fresh fruit and gluten free items that helps keep me going. Love is taking overOut of all truckstops loves takes first place here’s why the app is fully functional. You hardly ever have to wait for a shower. The reward system just makes sense keeping platinum and diamond status. Cause I love my showers and a fresh cup of coffee. If I had anything negative to say it would be, there’s just not enough of them. Bigger parking lot, dedicated, bobtail section and a wider selection of food. I love this app so much BUT..I am taking one star off bc I feel like this app would get way more attention if they would put PARKING lanes at the front of the store you arrived at just like they have how many showers are available. Parking spaces is very widely appreciated, I believe loves would have way more respect if they showed care for truckers ability to park and know if there is space available. Also it would just be all around better if you didn’t have to go to the “info” tab of the store to see its features etc. all info should show up like the live showers show up. No wi-fiI had already downloaded the app from a previous trip I had taken but had not set it up. The reason it was never set up is because Love’s store do not have free wi-fi. You have to pay for wi-fi to set up the stupid app! So, I have Verizon phone service but still could not get enough of a signal to get the app set up. Frustrated, I got my gas (missing the 10c per gallon discount) and bought stuff in the store missing further discounts. Why can’t you allow the first day or so access to the app without filling signing up OR, I don’t know, maybe offering free WiFi???? At least 20 minutes free before having to pay. I love loves but not the appFirst let me say that yeah loves has the best points system, free fountain drinks and coffee and showers after 500 gallons, yeah, awesome. plus the more u fuel the more points you earn for the fuel. it's awesome. but the app is behind on the other truck stop apps. it's messy and you have to go through hoops to see your points and stuff and it's just not very user friendly or aesthetically pleasing. I'd be nice if like ta/petro you could get your showers through the app but mostly i like the user friendly way pilot has their app set up with the bottom menu making it easy to get to everything you need. Good but definitely not greatThe app is meant to be a convenience but it seems to take longer to enter the information in the app than it does if I swipe my cards at the pump. First thing it does is ask you for the pump number. When you are waiting in line behind two or three trucks you have no idea what the pump number is, and then you may have to change pumps before you get to it because a different lane opened up. Secondly, it doesn’t remember your truck number or driver ID which would speed things up a bit. I realize some drivers are not in the same truck every time but a lot of us are. Great app could be better.While loves enjoys pushing the envelope on truck stops and raising the bar their app is no different. I have rated this app 4/5 stars because it needs a contact corporate option that earlier versions had. When you contact us it goes to the store in question where it used to go to the corporate office. Love the app “BUT”Ever since the update I have had to get a new card because I can no longer get fuel at pump with it and have to use the card. Not sure what happened. I have tried at 5 or 6 different lives now all over states and the app no longer works. I can get drinks and showers but only at counter. It shows my points and credits but the app isn’t working. Average AppUsed to love the Love’s app! Not so much with some of updates. Glad that the weight for being able to fuel with your app is over. They were a few years behind on that one. The warning EVERY TIME you open app is annoying. The prompt to let Love’s constantly track your location even if you are not using the app is beyond annoying. Why on earth what I want my fuel app tracking my location when I’m going to the grocery store? Annoyed to discover unless your fuel card is added to the Wallet, you cannot pull a fuel receipt simply because you used your loyalty card. This is standard on other fuel stops. MeThe shower system is wrong quite often. The app will show up to 3-4 showers available and in the 5 seconds it takes to reserve one,there are several ahead of you. The app will also show that there are no showers at all at the location when there are showers and several available. While the showers will be clean,the maintenance is going down hill. Hooks to hang clothes are gone,the shower controls are about to come off the wall,benches about to collapse,not to mention that when being cleaned,the attendant will not look behind nor clean behind the door,quite often leaving used towels laying there. WowThis app is the most rewarding app I’ve ever downloaded when it comes to saving on gas. There’s no membership fees and the best part..this app was designed for the customer!!! Eventually does what it says it willI love Loves! Always been a fav of mine. I know this app thing is fairly new. Thanks for the coffee punch cards. 4/5 because the signage on the pumps is misleading, it should say “input barcode” not “scan barcode”. It made it more confusing than it needed to be. Once I figured that part out, everything went smoothly and I saved $1.47, which is great. Anything helps right now. Having problems with verified emailIt was working fine I really like the app I can get my showers won’t talking to anyone, and I don’t have to stand in line either and I don’t have to worry about peoples scam in my fuel card but lately I’ve been having to verify my email with every purchase a fuel . Tough to rateI can’t evaluate the app if it doesn’t work. Could be a great app. I have the pilot on and love. But there are just as many loves around. So I use both. I have tried to gat my gas discount 3 times today and tried to purchase cigarettes but didn’t because the app wouldn’t work. Each cashier tried to tell me I didn’t validate my email address but I did. After they check say just say I don’t know. So there are 3 cigarettes purchases along with the gas. Love the Love’s AppI love being able to start the fuel pump with the Love’s Pay feature while inside the cab of my truck. Especially when it’s really cold outside. Having a digital copy of my Rewards card on my phone is handy as well. It eliminates the possibility of leaving it or losing it. I really like the shower check in as it lessens the wait time for a shower. Great appWith some recent updates on iOS when installing on my iPhone 16Pro safari settings changed to block pop-ups and when trying to login on love’s app I wouldn’t get to the actual log in screen; this was also happening on other apps. Loves Travel CentersI really like loves a lot I prefer them over most other truck stops. But there are a few things that could make them even better. 1. Get more parking places for trucks to sleep at. 2. Have cleaner showers, there’s are a little dirtier than other truck stops. 3. Hire more employees they are the only truck stop who tends to be understaffed all the time this is in my opinion due to more customers are at loves than other truck stops most of the time. 4. And there always one to two people understaffed at night at every single location. 5. Please stop making the fuel desk employee be one who has to clean showers as well this always ends up making drivers wait on the employee to come back to the fuel desk and as a result in this I have personally been late to 3 appointments in my driving years due to this situation. 6. Please try and see what you can do about paying your employees a little more money per hour and give them complements on how good of a job they do point out to them how you noticed how hard they work and let them know they are appreciated there. I guarantee that if you did this kind gesture 2 to 3 times a week you would see a huge difference in the performance and gratitude and behavior of happiness on your employees faces within a month your productivity will rise by at least 10% more and your employee turnover rate would decrease by 25% guaranteed if you got with your management and told them this is a new company requirement and process to do to there employees. Instead of only pointing out what an employee has done wrong or is doing wrong or how you want them to do things differently and only showing negativity towards them a few kind gestures and words mean the world to employees when your u brag on the little things they do they will tend to look out and appreciate the company more and you will see how much attitude changes and how employees will tend to look forward to being at work and enjoying themselves there. That’s the only things I think loves could improve on but overall there my favorite truck stop and don’t get me wrong most of the employees at loves are always happy faces and nice people, I’m just saying that if the company gave more compliments to them on things they do and letting an employee know that you do notice how hard they work that it just makes the employee happier and feel appreciated and smile more helps for productivity and helps the company make more money and the employee will go out of there way and work harder for you..LaneshomeVersion: 11.0

Where is the RV info???On a RV forum and people were commenting on the RV sites at various Love’s. Also mentioned the “RV” button that takes you to info & ability to make reservations. Did not have an RV button, so I deleted and reinstalled app and still no RV button. I did take a circuitous route clicking on amenities, but still can’t find the links to reservations. Plus it’s a lot of clicks to even find it. I’ve had the app for a long time. Used the app to locate Love’s & to start the pump (use truck lanes). Does not work at pumpsThe biggest reason most people would get this app is for the 10 cent discount on each gal but it does not work at the pump you have to go in the store to use it. The part that bugs me most is you only find this out once you have given them all your info. It just needs to be fixed but when I contacted them they told me I could just walk in the store and pay. More roomI am not a fan of Loves small parking lots. Truck stops should accommodate more trucks and Loves doesn’t. I don’t like how they removed water brands from their shelves so they can sell us their brand for $5 a gallon. In my opinion, if you’re gonna be a truck stop, you need to be large enough to accommodate a minimum of 75 trucks. The app said you could get .10 off if you scan the app. We tried but the pump wouldn’t recognize the app. My husband assumed it wasn’t a real discount and got gas anyway. Could be better...So far this app works well but it’s basic regarding needed information. I’d like to fuel at the pump using the app that’s synced with my fuel card and member card. How about available parking features that allows drivers close to violating can be confident there is a place to park or needs to seek an alternative place. Great AppThis app is such a wonderful app it allow you to activate the fuel pump without having to stand out in the cold, hot, rainy, or snowy weather. Love travel center store I had terrible customer service experienceI have walked into the love store in Meadowview, VA on September 22, 2017 with the lost card status (have all informations on the card and active) Comdata fuel card and my driver license ID card. I was told by the cashier that I will not be able to purchase a fuel. I asked why and he didn't know how to do it. The manager came and said we have call comdata for approval and the cashier call comdata and told me to call my company. I have called my company landstar and I was told that my card is active and good, the cashier should be able to run it manually and it works fine initially. However, even though I was trying to share my experience with the store manager about how different stores did it, but he didn't want to listen and again told the cashier to call comdata. Comdat personal told the cashier and manager to run it manually with my information and they did it and it was working fine. Finally, I have able to get my fuel of 113.7 gallons and 5.025 gallons diesel and def, but got charged $3.00 for cash advance. When I asked why I was charged fees while I am fueling? I was told that it's on the wall displayed and written, It's my fault for not reading it. I have asked again why you didn't notify me in advance that I will be getting charged fees for cash advance? I was told to leave the store. Professional transportation and logistics managerThe My Loves Rewards program is interesting not as rewarding as it’s marketing group would like you to think. It also deletes any accumulated awards if the app is not used during a certain period of time. This is not the case with The Pilot and Flying J program which stores your rewards/ points indefinitely and there for you when “YOU” are ready to use. Also when trying to attempt to contact the Loves customer service department on behalf of my transportation staff… It’s ridiculously slow and of no use… Absolutely no attempt by Love’s to resolve the issue of their rewards accounts being correctly re- activated with past points being retroactively restored…. It’s a shame… Because some of our staff actually like stopping at some of the Loves locations…. But if you’re going to offer an incentive program and then not stand behind it… There is no incentive do you stop and spend money at a Loves location. Update: Again no real effort by Loves customer service to resolve this issue. They sent us a response via Apple developer portal with essentially the same nonsense about reaching out to them via Loves app which is useless and then if you want further assistance email us at the link provided. Doesn’t WorkFirst you broke the login system on the app where my login worked just fine to where I had to sign in with my card and pin, which the app refuses to allow and tells me to call customer service as though they can fix what the developers broke. Second, you precede to brake the website as well, so now you won’t let me login to either the site or the app. Why can’t just use our email addresses and passwords as at least an option to login instead like normal people using a normal app or website providing a normal service. Loves doesn’t love the customer. They love the money.I don’t think loves. “Loves” there non-trucker customers. I get the feeling that if your not a truck driver it’s basically “screw you” I been to loves countless times. And I would use my card. Just care about me and give me the same deal as you do for your truckers. I’m a person too. I feel left out. Ignored. Not one of the popular kids. Its like loves is saying If you don’t feed us money every so often we don’t want you. Ect. A candy bar say $0.35 in a vending machine is about almost $4.00 at loves. A small child size orange juice probably in the area of $6.00 or close to what a big one would cost. $10 for a micro toy. Like these things should be a buck. Why does loves over charge for everything ? Think of the truckers loves. There normal people that keep stores like yours stocked. And your taking everything there worth basically. Want to bring your kid a toy when your able to visit home ? That would be almost $100. The madness has got to stop. Stop loving the customers wallet and focus on the people. Does not work at previously EZ Go Stores!!I am a regular customer at this new renovated Loves that used to be an EZ GO. The employees told me to download the app and get points, coupons, free items, and 10¢ off gas. I scan the barcode at the pump and at the registers everytime and I have not once received my 10¢ off or coupons. The employees are extremely unhelpful with questions about the app. I contacted support and at first they said it was my own fault and I'm not scanning the barcode correctly. I pushed the issue and showed pictures of my receipts and coupons. Then they proceeded to tell me the app does not work at locations that used to be Ez Go!!!! Yet the store has signs on all the pumps about the 10¢ off. There is signs inside the store about coupons on the app. The employees are telling people to download the app and it'll work here. Apps replacing human job opportunityAs a millennial I’m use to calling an 800 number on the back of my rewards card, to speak with a human about my points/shower credits(while on the go) etc. Or review saved fuel receipts with my current points balance etc. Called the 800# and was instructed to use the Loves Connect app to check my points etc. Very disappointed that the app has essentially replaced someone’s job via “convenance.” So I called customer service and had them fix the problem the app took issue with my rewards card. On the flip side I completely understand the creation of the app. It’s free, convenient, quick, and user-friendly. The downside of having to use the app is making space for it on a mobile device, and eliminating a persons job. Nonexistent customer serviceI had a problem with the app that kept giving me an error message to contact customer service which I did and that was the beginning of the run around where I had to deal with six or seven different people via email none of which were able to assist me with the problem. This went on for approximately three weeks when I finally had enough and I decided to uninstall the app for the 13th or 14th time and never upload it again because I simply cannot get it to work and the customer service people are totally in efficient. What a disappointmentThey used to be the best place for clean showers and parking. The app needs work. I’ve checked available showers twice in the last two hours and both times the app said zero people in line but when I purchase the shower SEVERAL people materialize ahead of me. We use the app for convenience so when it becomes more of a hassle than it’s worth we fuel up and shower elsewhere. Also, when I have to park at Loves because there are no other places nearby but I’m out of shower credits, (or my company won’t let us fuel at Loves to get credits) they should allow me to use one from a friend. No security cameras on buildingsA young man damaged my truck and got away with it because he denied it even though I witnessed him do it, but I couldn’t prove it because there’s no security cameras on the building! The cop even said that they have a lot of criminal activity there and can’t do anything about it because there’s no proof! Update neededI’ve been waiting for an update to correct the distance to store in the map, but even after years, it still hasn’t been corrected. If I have the map open and tap on a store, that distance becomes locked in and will not update unless I close the app and reopen it. The map sees my location changing but does not recalculate the distance. The bigger problem I have is that I can’t book team showers for me and my wife in the app. I can get only reserve 1 shower. As of now only one device per account. She can’t reserve a shower or use the barcode for points or get credit for anything purchases or anything else. If it’s a fraud issue, set up the account as a primary and secondary (only 2 devices per account). Set it up so the secondary must be within a mile of the primary in order to use the benefits. May have to require the devices to set location to always on. There is no legitimate reason a team should not be able to purchase team showers from the app..PMichaelPVersion: 13.2
