Amazing program!I keep getting better and better! The program is easily adapted and motivates me to keep coming back to run the next workout. I had to take some time off due to an injury, so when it came time to get back on track, I just restarted and was able to return to my favorite activity without hurting myself. Makes Run/Walk/Run Easy and EnjoyableThis app makes beginning a running program a breeze, especially if you're training outdoors. The best part is that as you follow the prompts, the music will increase or decrease its cadence to match the pace the program wants you maintain. I find it a bit tougher to match treadmill runs with the music. Trying to find the right belt speed for the pace/cadence is a bit of a challenge and I feel awkward when running or walking out of sync with the music..Version: 2.0.8

First Steps to my First MarathonI have always wanted to be a runner, but I was never able to pick up the habit. With Jeff’s Run Walk Run Method, I recently completed my first marathon, and I couldn’t be more proud of myself. If you can walk, you can do this program. I can't believe it!!!!I have always been one of those people who were jealous of runners. Glitch come week 3I have been enjoying the app. Found it very helpful. However, day 1 and day2 of week 3 appear to have a glitch. Near the end of workout it tells us to start walking..... but then about a minute later coaches on my running form and tells me to keep strong and music is at a ruining pace🤔so we start running again. Enhancement ideasOverall, this app is pretty good. Audio run/walk cues are good. I wish the ratio options either synced up with the Getting Started book's training plan or there were more ratio options. Or even the ability to customize ratios. A great toolSince starting this program my speed and stamina have increased drastically. So much so that even my soccer teammates have commented on both. I've only used the defaults settings so far and I am amazed at how quickly I have improved overall. A solid app for new runneraI really like this app- it does a great job of matching music to my intervals and keeping me going at the right stride rate. This has really improved my running form. I wish the app pushed you to increase your run interval by 30 seconds every week or two. My only other 'con' for the app is that it doesn't recognize that some songs can be considered 180bpm's when they are roughly 90bpm's simply by doubling up your steps and taking a step on the in-between beat. The other issue I am finding is that songs that are 150-160 bpm when I check them online are only coming up as 120-135 bpm through the app, which doesn't make sense. I am having a hard time finding music the app recognizes as 150-180 bpm and so am running to the same 5 songs over and over again. So... In short, great training app for pace and intervals, but not yet great in terms of bpm recognition..Version: 1.4.3
