Bloons TD 4 HD Customer Service

When I update latest version it won't download at all and then after like 30 seconds it says unable to download and then I click retry and bam! It does It again. Other than that its like the best game I've ever played... All gold metals... Fix it please and I'll be at least 99% to 100% happy and I was hoping the spike tower would work and I read other reviews and please there won't be white boxes. I have been playing for long time without spike factory and now that it's not working.. I can't play...... FIX PLEASE!!!!!! Btw I have and iPad 2. Other than all of that I give it 5/5 rating.

This game is very good I would like a iCloud feature cus I bought a new iPad I was on like ran 93 or maybe higher but I had to restart from rank 1 but is still good I started playing bloons on td 3. They game is alot like the flash game a little better graphics, a trash can to cancel purchases what could be better then a trash can. (Sorry) HUD way way better then iPhone but great game

I love this game I remember playing this game in 2010 it was my childhood game and i loveeeee how nothing changed about it, everything is still the same which is amazing!!! Playing this now 10 years later makes me live my childhood again.

Oh yeah! Now Ninja Kiwi SURE worked on this game! It was a classic back then! I love it because of late game awesomeness, OP towers, and even difficulty! This game is definitely worth the 3 bucks!

This game is awesome. Like, really awesome. It's clever, energetic, smooth, pretty, and overall, just a blast. The basic premise is that balloons are coming around a track and it's your job to strategically place monkeys to hinder their progress. With tons of maps, towers, and upgrades, there's thousands of strategies to employ for practically endless enjoyment. The game itself looks beautiful on the iPad 2, and it is set up in such a way that makes it spectacular to control. It can get quite the lag around round 100 but that's easily permissible as by that point your towers are massively powerful and it's a wonder it didn't die ages before. There are three modes, a normal tower defense game, a mode where you don't get a pause between rounds, and one where you start with a set amount of money and don't get any more. I really like the last one, as it adds a whole new type of strategy to the game. I also like the 'my music' function that lets you replace the game's music with your own (nothing beats rocking out to Dire Straits while annihilating those pesky Bloons!). Overall, this is a welcome addition to the iPad library. Perhaps the best function is the fact that you can save your game, leave the app, and return to it whenever you want. The absence of this was annoying in Super Monkey and I'm glad they added it here. Simply put, buy this game. Now. It's an absolute steal at five dollars. This and Plants vs. zombies will satiate even the most ravenous of TD fans. But if you're pressed for money, buy BTD4HD.

I've been a fan of the bloons series ever since the release of the first bloon game. It's always been fun and I can remember when I thought there was no way bloons td3 could be improved at all. Obviously it has been improved. Bloons td4 has kept me occupied for over a combined time of at least 10 days. When I first heard that there was a new bloons tower defense, I set my sights on being in the top poppers. Sure enough, I was up there for a while on pc. On release of the iPhone version of bloons td4, I was again in the top poppers. However, I soon became frustrated with the intense lags on my iPad while running the iPhone version. Honestly, lags are most likely to blame for the failure of 100+ levels. The lag seems to be decreased a ton on the hd version. The new HUD is brilliant. The playing field is maintained without all the text and multiple interfaces in your way. I absolutely love the iPad version of this game. It's sure to keep me occupied for a while. The only thing I hate about the hd version is the fact that all the time I put into the iPhone version is now erased. I have to start from square one. Not to mention the additional 5 bucks I had to spend on top of the 3 I spent on the iPhone version. Seriously, you guys have become so greedy. Sometimes you have to think about the people, not just yourselves. You could have easily made this a universal app. All in all, I love this game and it's a great time waster. Absolutely the best tower defense game on the market. A little pricey, but the time you'll out into playing it is absolutely worth it. Keep the updates coming!

I love this game. Have/had it for the iPhone which I quit playing when I got the iPad. I have had no problems with it that have affected my game play other than trying to do too much in some of the later stages on hard difficulty. My only question is with the achievements in Game Center. I have 16 of 17 unlocked but there doesn't seem to be a 17th achievement. I am going to look online to see if this is addressed anywhere but I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the game. My only complaint with it is when I get to the later stages and all I do is start the stage and then look away to do something else because I have enough defenses in play to handle anything that the hard difficulty throws at me. It gets a little boring but overall it is something I can live with. Keep up the good work.

I had had no trouble with updates as other reviews say. Bloons is an awesome game that won't let you get your eyes off it. You will sooner or later be delighted by its amazing and challenging levels, and creative upgrades. All I have to say is that the creator(s) of this game is/are fabulous, and I have no clue how they got all these fantastic ideas to make such an entertaining game. Don't waste your time reading other reviews that complain about crashing trouble, because that was the past, but now this game has no errors and it is a great money inversion because it will keep you entertained for weeks with all the marvelous levels it has. And lastly, it is for kids of every single age as it is fun and contains no violence. BUY THIS AND JOIN THE FAN CLUB!

I've been playing this on my computer and I'm really surprised the iPad has this game too! Bloons tower defense 4 is my favorite game to play on my iPad! The only problem is that the start button for the next round to start is smaller than the demo and It's a weird since I'm not used to it. On computer my Mochigames account is BalloonDestroyer31. I'm playing this game everyday on my iPad! Even breakfast! When I'm eating or something I get a lot of towers then I start the round. Anyway keep up the great work you guys are awesome! Updates sound great but I haven't been able to play any of the new maps because I seem to have mastered the storm cloud map. I'm up to round 132. The RBE is over 900k. I've got 85 sun gods, 18 rings of fire, a monkey storm, and when they added the spike factories I added 13 spike storms. I've got over 2 million dollars and add 46k every round from banana research facilities. It takes over 10 or 15 minutes to get through the rounds now and no bloons even come close to the exit. I demolish floods of BFBs or whatever that huge red and white bloon is. Need some more powerful bloons to kill me so I can play the new maps without intentionally losing.

You guys NEED to get the updates on the iPad version up to speed! Bloons td 4 HD has fallen behind the iPod version by 2 updates! Plus, we pay more. Why should iPad owners pay more for less?!?! This is clearly an illogical and needs to be fixed now. **Update** now that the update is here, you get 5 stars because this game is the BEST tower defense game on iPad. Just try to keep it up to speed with the iPhone version as far as updates go please. Also, you guys should add some iPad only features such as maps, towers or game types. Your latest update (adding more challenges) is super-great! I really enjoyed the new track for Halloween - the changed tower characters were hilarious. I hope that you are going to add similar tracks/challenges for other holidays as well! This game is my very favorite that I enjoy playing over and over, etc and have tried just about every possible mix of defense towers to add my own version of 'challenge' to play each track. I also hope you will create a new tower or two to add to the fun & challenge to playing this great game. Have you considered adding a new type of bloon? Please keep the updates coming!

Simply a great app!! My favorite game on my iPad 2. Just 1 request/idea for the dev. The monkey ace tower should have a minor function added where you can rotate it's track, for example how the standard monkey ace track just goes up and down, well throw in an extra button that let's us rotate it or have it set in like 45 degree or 90 degree preset fixes. The reason I would like to see this is because it's my favorite tower but a few of the tracks could get tons more coverage flying left to right rather than up and down, it's just an idea I thought I'd get out there and what better place than here! Anyways buy the app (: it's AWESOME!!!

I'm not sure why everyone's complaining because this is a fantastic game and is by far the best Tower Defense games on the App Store. Definitely worth $4.99 and $.99 for the extreme map pack. Not worth $1.99 for the upgrades, but why not just play the game until you unlock those upgrades instead of paying for them. There is ONE problem though. I'm Rank 86 on the game but I STILL don't have the Spike Factory. Please update that because I was told it was unlocked on Rank 34 and I'm a little past that. And bring Bloons TD 5 faster. Best Tower Defense game out there.

I have always loved the bloons games even before they were on the ipad. I do remember thinking the price was a bit steep but it is a long lasting game and they have been updating it so it should eventually be worth every penny. The only issue i have with game is the same issue i had when i would play it online with my pc. Once you get to higher levels with lots of baloons the game stops running smoothly. For the ipad 1 it seems to push to the very edge of what it can handle. In the end it is a very fu. Game and i would def recomend it.

I have alot to say about this game. It has really good graphics. It also has the real online game feel. The best part is probably that you can play without wifi and there is no reason to buy the extra upgrades. The only thing is, there have been alot of updates online for BTD5 and i think that BTD5 should soon be available on ipad/ iphone. Sorry for the long review, but it is all true. P.S. i think that the online game is the same as this. It kind of makes you feel like you are actually on the internet!

This is a great game for the iPad! You can save your game and the challenges are just that, challenging without being impossible. It is one of the only apps I felt was worth spending the money to get. However, there is a bug in one of the challenges and I have yet to see anyone address it, even though there are threads written on the NijaKiwi site. The Lava Lake challenge requires 45 levels, but after 60+, I still haven't "finished" the challenge. Please fix this in the next update. Other than that, perfect game!

I have always been a big fan of bloons tower defense since the start when it was on the computer. But I love it still on iPad/iPod/iPhone except It sometimes crashes on my iPad. And it also won't let Me buy the upgrades. Every time it says error cannot download upgrades at this time););); Other than those bugs it's great! So please fix it from crashing and let Me buy upgrades!.!? When it is fixed I will give 5 stars. And p.s PLEASE GET THE DARTLING GUN ON THIS FROM THE COMPUTER. THEN THIS GAME WILL TRULY BE THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (:

Love the game, but after you beat it and have all the upgrades, the game becomes really boring. Instead of new tracks, how about newer tougher enemies, newer more interesting upgrades, additional level upgrades. How about design a course option as well. Thinking new towers like flame thrower or heat ray, water gun to just push back bloons, or water rounds with more water related towers vs just the existing boat. Maybe an air round with additional air towers vs existing plane. New bloon enemies could be train bloons or tank shell bloons, or just at the least make them harder to pop. Ideally you have some that fight back, and attack your own towers. Maybe even make the towers need power, and you need solar power plants or something to spice the game and concept up

Why are there still updates on td4 when you could just make td5...you could make so much more money!!!...or just make an update with the sniper monkey and 4 more upgrades on every character like in td5 oh & there should be an option to save and quit not save and quit every time...the last thing is there should be a restart button cus at the moment you have to leave go back in and load the level again...other than that great game!!!

At first I was a little hesitant to purchase this app... But I finally pushed my self to get it (of course then realizing there is a lite version). But I have NO regrets getting it. Great cartoon graphics! The animation flows SUPER smoothly. At first I thought it was just another tower defense game (which it is a TD game) but no, it is way better then any other TD game out there in the app store. Over all.... GET IT!!! and if you're not sure if you want it get the lite version (but I PROMISE you will WANT the full version!!)

I LOVE this game but I just wish this and the iPhone version would get sandbox mode and I also want the hd version updated with the spike factory like everyone else has said the computer and iPhone got a few weeks ago but if you don't think about sandbox mode or spike factory this is an AWESOME game thanks for putting it in the app store One more thing you guys should make a Bloons Tower Defence 5 I would buy that as soon a it came out

This is a fun game... No doubt. Very addictive, both me and my kids love it! A bug that really messes me up, though, is that most of the time your finger can't grab a tower on the first try... Or it grabs the wrong one. Drives me nuts and makes me lose on a couple of challenges when my first attempt to grab spikes gets a banana farm instead. It happens even when I'm very deliberate in my attempt. Fun game... Hope this bug is on the radar.

Oh my goodness. This game is fantastic. I love watching my little monkey towers blow those bloons to oblivion. My only complaint is the upgrades. Why can't any user (reading other reviews) purchase any of the upgrades? Updating this game so that the upgrades can be purchased with iTunes gift cards or other payment, would take this game to a whole new level.

I am a big fan of This game but when the last update came out it would not download for some reason and i had to delete and reinstall it and it works fine now but I had made it pretty far rank 50 something or higher and I had all of the perks but it gone now if there is anything you can do to fix this I will appreciate it greatly

I love this games so much. I have both versions for my iPad and iPod. It's a very fun game and if anyone likes tower defense games you will become easily addicted. I have gold medals on every single level except the ( play game--> challenges--> extreme--> bloons vs. monkeys) I try and try and even add to my regular extreme method but nothing works if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it and also I would love to know what the new tower update is.

I play this game lots!! It is my favorite game for iPad and iPod. There is a bug however that when I get to high rounds I stop earning very much money and I have double money on and also there needs to be a thing where highscores are uploaded once you get to wifi. Also a feature where you could play multiple maps at once would be cool for iPad!!!:D

Seems like the last map I was popping bloons on is gone but the app is loading again. I had to update my iPad to the latest iOS update. I usually wait a while before running them. Customer help tried but didn't really have an idea other delete the app to reload, losing all progress. Luckily I didn't have to start from scratch again. I look forward to mass popping again.

Okay, can anyone help? The thing is, I need to know if this update is free. If it is not free, I am not allowed to get it. I think (almost know for sure) that it is free, but my parents say that you have to pay for it because of a glitch in the system that says it costs $5.99 (the original price) PLEASE help because I really want this update (I rated it 5 stars because I know it is awesome) so please tell me if it is free!

This game is crazy fun! But when you get around level 110 it lags a little and I was wondering if it was fixable or possible to have a smoother gameplay at the level 110 and up. But the game itself is over the top, way more then my 5 stars. The game has not yet crashed on me and has kept me playing for hours.

I've been pumped for the new update for a wile now after getting a text from my friend who owns the iPod version of this game yesterday, but still no update over a day later. This is the third time that the people who paid $2 less than me get the update days before me. It's a good game but for some reason I'm beginning to feel swindled.

I've beaten every single aspect of this game. I've spent countless hours and one thing that would make it even better was if you could add a Deflation+apocalypse mode. That way when you spent all of your money you don't have to keep pressing play, you can just let it run until you run out of lives. But great game

By far one of my most played games. It's great for those times when you feel like being entertained without having to press lots of buttons all the time. Plus, retina display is a plus :) the developers have nearly doubled the content in the game with updates since its launch and appear to be continuing to crank them out. Great game!

This app is ridiculously awesome. Should cost much more because of it's greatness. Smooth as heck on iPad 2. My only complaint is that I don't have the newest update, while it is already out for iPhone! Other than that minor detail, this app is not matchable by another game app. 10 stars. I think this game is a great time consumer, and great fun. But there is something that I think you should add... Pause for dramatic effect... Drum roll please! The creators should add another place-able called the apple mine. Basically it is like the pineapple, except it is a land mine that explodes on contact with bloons. There should be a final upgrade coming with this update for the airplane monkey thingy, that allows it to drop apple mine instead of a pineapple, and the apple mines go directly to the track. Thank you for reading this.

Wow, this was a LOT better than I had expected. The Lite version was horrible, but this is just amazing. Forget my earlier complaints about the Dartling Gun and Spike Factory because THEY'RE HERE THIS TIME. Just amazing. If you want to spend money on this, go ahead. Just remember that BTD5 is a better investment. Remember to spend your money.

It's a great, fun app. I love to play it in my free time on my phone. I even bought the upgrades. So naturally, when I found the iPad app, I bought it. I had lots of fun, but I realized I hadn't got the upgrades, I tried to get them. So I hit the "restore purchases" button and entered , but it just keeps saying "processing." I very much enjoy the game, but the upgrades do make it more fun. If you could fix this in another update, that would be fantastic. Thanks.

Just downloaded 2.8 and went right to new challenges. I soon discovered, however, that in the laser monkey challenge as soon as you confirm placement of the monkey it automatically defaults to a standard super monkey, all five do this. Suffice it to say once the round starts you get trounced fast and seemingly have no recourse. Other than this I have had ZERO issues with the game right from release. Third generation iPad 1

But what's the last ? after the automated machine gun that you can aim what level do you have to be to unlock it I'm 64 rank and I don't have it when do I get it is it a glitch but after a certain amont of monkeys it gets really slow and glitchy especially wham your are fast forwarding it I think it's the bloon pop count that is costing that can you please fix

Missing things such as achievements that i get on my iphone and also the game get choppy when the game get intense. Also needs more maps and there is a space for another new tower to be added. Other than that the game is very fun and addicting and would recomend it to anyone.

The game is really good, it's fun addicting the level system is kind of cool. Bad part when you try to buy upgrades the option does not work. If your not going to go online with it then don't put it on the update till you actually have it.

So I love BloonsTD4 and used to waist hrs on it when I was in school. So I ended up getting the app for my iPad because why not? So the other day I had a bunch of meetings and was going to be at work for around 15hrs with a bunch of down time in between. So I was like I’ll download it to my iPhone and and kill some time while I wait. They are super sneaky and the iPhone version is a separate app bloons td 4(iPhone) vs bloons td 4 hd (iPad) this is so stupid! Now don’t get me wrong it’s only $3 but it’s still wrong! Also since they are separated apps it means your progress won’t sync though Game Center / iCloud. This is soooooo stupid it actually makes me a little mad!

The game itself is excellent but the app is terrible. It would be fine except for that there is no audio. I do not care about Bloons tower defense five and I have no intention of playing it. It is very disappointing to see that the developers have given up on this game. What a waste of three dollars.

I remembered playing this game a long time ago and wanted to play it again. Just one problem: it crashed 3 seconds after it was opened.

I like btd4 and 5 but the 4 one is way worse quality, in BTD5 you can record but you need to provide your own in btd4.

As with the idiotic stupidity of the previous update, as all of us had, I was unable to update this application. After much consideration and the later perturbance of the delima, I deleted the application so that I might be able to download the application yet again. Upon deletion, the application prompted that it would delete all of its data, which was the only path to traverse, seeing that all attempts at updating were futile at best. After attempting the download yet again, it achieved yet again its "formal glory," for it was able to be played again. The problem came when I realized, to my dismay that it did not keep the data of my in-game purchase of the upgrades, to be used in combat. I know very well that I could simply get golden metals to unlock them yet again, but I already paid for the unlocking of them, so I should be able to obtaing them without going through the trouble of doing so. I would give this application a five star rating, as my previous was, but there, however, is thedelima of not being able to have the things which a paid for previously, they really should, I don't know, record their customers' purchases!

I love btd4,I love all the btd games personally. They are really good games. But the iPad app is sub-par. Goldfish, release the updates at the same time. Don't give the iPod touch app it's update way before iPad's. Honestly they shouldn't even be separate apps you should get the iPod and iPad version from downloading it and they should be updated. Even though I personally don't have iPad 3, I noticed from other reviews that the game doesn't even have retina support yet, even though you just gave it a new update. So there's not even really an excuse to be behind the iPod version. And on an unrelated note, you guys really need to come out with btd5 for ios soon, it's been a while and I think you should just release the game for ios instead of adding a tower from the game to btd4, even though I realize there are developing issues. Still, theres no reason for the iPad app to be sub par, pick up your game goldfish.

I'm not sure if you realize this but you have several people who love this game enough to write reviews telling you they want to pay you more for what you have done. The problem is that the in app purchase isn't working and that means that you can't get the money that people are willing to pay for the unlocks. Also I don't know the best way to get in touch with you personally seeing as how both contact forms just link to your twitter. But any news about the upgrade being fixed would be helpful. Thank you for what you have done so far and I hope to get back to bloon popping in full force soon.

App worked great until I tried to download the update. It won't download and now I can't even play the original version. Tried downloading it several times, I hope I don't get charged for each attempt. Please fix, I would like to play the game again. Update.... Thanks to the developers for acknowledging the problem and letting us know a fix is on the way. I look forward to being able to change my rating back to 5 stars. Any chance you can give free bonus maps (the extreme maps) to those of us who have already paid for the app and have been affected by this latest bug as a way of saying thanks for our business?

Well at least it opens now. But don't expect it to be right. Giant white boxes instead of towers and darts. I wouldn't consider this alone being a one star rating but after the last fiasco, I will not be raising my rating until they take the time to actually fix their mistakes; however, they did have time to start advertising other games from them you can buy. I don't believe I will spend anything else with them until they can start putting out apps with some quality again. If you are stuck in the download loop and can not update, download the update via iTunes on your pc and then sync your device.

Let me first say, THIS GAME ROCKS!!! Absolutely love popping' those bloons! However, and I don't know if this is because I have an iPad 1, but the game suddenly stopped loading. It won't even get to the 'more awesomer' Ninja Kiwi screen. It just shuts down and kicks me out. I've restarted my iPad, but no luck. The iPhone version works fine, but I didn't pay $4.99 to have the app crash all of the time. Very frustrated at the moment. This app deserves five stars, but can't give it because of he crashes. Once it's fixed, it will be five stars immediately.

Folks I truly do love this game, and the whole family plays the on-line versions, but seriously, the update issues are ridiculous. After the "new" new update, I still get white blocks on the towers, the Bloons, and the control buttons. After playing long enough to reach rank level 76, I'm not about to uninstall and lose all that progress until there is no choice...but that shouldn't have to be! Not to mention there's no apparent way to contact the developer if you don't have Twitter...and my e-mail on their main web site went unanswered.

I love is game having played for days and weeks on end on my pc. As soon as I saw this for iPad I gladly shelled out 5 bucks to have it on the go! I recently updated to iOS5 and now upon reloading I have lost all of my levels. I do not use twitter and have no way of finding support for my missing map pack. I certainly don't care about my leveling as that is half of the joy. I would however like the maps that I paid for. I can gladly show my receipt. Until then only 2/5 stars for this 5/5 star game.

I just bought this game and as soon as I tried to start it up, it crashed. I have tried to play it many time but it never works, 5 stars when it gets fixed.

I tried to download the 2012-Jan updated version many times, all failed. Please help. Love this game, but the problems make it hard to play. Now I can't play it at all - as once the download / update starts,. you can't play the game anymore. The download keeps on restarting until you get a corrupted file error message. You can't even do the update in iTunes on the Windows environment. Please help. It's been now maybe 3 weeks the app has been failing? Bummer. Before this last revision it worked. Even after the 1st attempt to patch this revision, it's still not working. Bummer.

You can't see the picture it just goes white. Beside that i would give it a five.

This is stupid. Everything is these little white boxes. Waste of 5 bucks. Wish I could rate it 0 stars.

Love the game, but with the update the towers and bloons are white boxes

I really like BTD 4 but there are some glitches. When you get the monkey apprentice and then fully upgrade it and pass level 20, the glitches will come in. The annoying one is when you have the tornado pick up the balloons at the start of the track - they go all the way to the end of the track, so you lose lots of lives. I don't think I would recommend this game.

Kinda hopin' for Sandbox and the Spike Factory. Oh well...
