Tracce Subscription, App Deletion & iOS Support
How do I cancel the Tracce subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Tracce from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the Tracce app?
Touch and hold the Tracce icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.
Tracce purchases, refunds and billing issues

This is a very welcome development from Tracce/Traces. The interface seems to be robust and usable. Love the way it is the whole magazine with supplements included. Great work! I agree with the previous reviewer that the ability to print or send an article to somebody by email would be a great development. Also: how about a special price for subscriptions in English and Italian. Another thought: let users download at any time those issues he or she has purchased. In this way user will only have to keep the last few on the iPad and can go back and get a back number if there is a need to go back to an old article. (perhaps it already does this)
As a member of the Fraternity of Communion and Liberation, I really welcome this app. I subscribe to the printed edition of "Traces" but it is often on my desk when I am out with time to read it. But my iPad is always with me. It looks exactly like the printed edition. It is easy to read, magnify, and navigate through the issue. Two suggestions for improvement; one, the ability to bookmark where you left off in the issue, and two, the ability to make highlights and notes (also to print an article if wanted).

Tracce Negative Reviews and Ratings
The application has not been updated and it is now freezing on my iPad. I cannot read the magazine any more.
I can see the February 2013 issue on the CL website and friends have their paper copy -- but nothing is here. I put in a subscription, but still nothing.
Questa è la peggiore app che abbia mai scaricato sul mio iPad. Mi vergogno di averla scaricata e di essere abbonato. Sareen così bello avere una app dove si possa leggere la rivista senza aspettare senza fine o senza errori di connessione. Però devo dire che quando mi collego mi sento giovane. Mi sembra di essere un giovanotto nei primi anni novanta con un modem e linea telefonica.
Tecnicamente un povero servizio ... Poor technically ... how it's possible the last up date is 2013!!!!????
