Extremely Frustrating No Product No RefundI ordered a phone and never received the merchandise. It has been over a month, and I still do not have the product or my refund.
The seller repeatedly told me to apply for a refund, but every time I contact customer service or the assurance department, I am asked for the same information over and over again, especially the order number. I provide it, then I am asked again. Nothing gets resolved.
The assurance department claims a refund was issued, but the refund has never hit my bank account. When I explain this, they continue sending me in circles instead of actually investigating where the money went.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, communication, and accountability. At this point, I have neither the phone nor my money. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing a refund for an item they never received.

I purchased around $45,000 worth of container products, and the products were completely different from what was promised. The seller stopped responding to Alibaba and cut communication completely. Alibaba keeps telling me they cannot process the refund without seller confirmation, so my money is basically stuck.
Because the shipment was delayed so much, I also missed the timeframe for a credit card dispute. If you paid by bank transfer, the risk is even higher.

SCAM ARTISTSI placed an order on January 26, 2023 during Chinese New Year and I requested a refund the very next day on January 27, 2023 seller did not respond within the 5 day timeframe that the seller is given by Alibaba rules. I clicked on chat 7 days later on February 3, 2023 thinking it was Alibaba I was talking to and it was actually the seller. The seller tried saying the products were already at customs being shipped. I told the seller “not my problem I requested this long before they even had a chance to ship it they didn’t respond within the 5 day timeframe they were originally given by AliBaba. According to AliBaba rules if the seller does not respond within the 5 days the buyer is automatically to be issued a refund.” The seller agreed to give me the refund if I canceled the arbitration. I cancelled the first arbitration, seller did not give me the refund. I later found out according to the shipping and tracking information. The items hadn’t even been shipped yet. According to the tracking information they didn’t get shipped until February 13, 2023 which is 10 days after my chat with them on February 3, 2023 and 17 days after I requested a refund. The seller lied to me and did not give me the refund They agreed to if I cancelled the arbitration. The seller has been refusing to give me the refund I am entitled to and they agreed to being as they did not respond within the 5 day timeframe of the first refund request on January 27, 2023 and was only cancelled because the seller requested I cancel it so they can issue a refund.
