Yep. I'm breaking your game. I'm in the last Level, on Elite Difficulty. What round am I on at the time of typing this? ROUND 713. I'm playing until I can get it to stop working. Already I've made it glitch, Lag, then crash by round 550 or round 660 (Odd, right? I'm using an iPhone 4S too so it works!) I'm gonna break your counter, or keep going until your game can't generate anymore Big Bosses (Most I've dealt with was 3) and Devastators (The reason I've bought the Anti-Tank barricades and half the map is covered with them)! Anyway; Bug issues I've found that weren't related to my test. YOUR DEVASTATORS SKELETON GUYS CAN GO THROUGH WALLS!! IVE LOST AT LEAST 9 GAMES BECAUSE THEY SLIP THROUGH MY NATURAL BARRIERS!! Fix it pleeeease!!! Oh! And the Ads! They're not coming up. I can't earn my SA$ without the Ads. Please fix it so they don't have to load so slowly!! I've got Zombies to kill, I can't keep waiting for a Dr. Pepper commercial to crash my game!! (Yeah, they do that.) Anyway, amazing game; annoying bugs, BACK TO KILLING!!

I find the game quite entertaining. The basic tower types keep it simple and the maps have a linear increase in difficulty. The only thing that grinds my gears is that to play on any difficulty other that "normal", the zombies become so invincible that I find myself struggling without the help of a "booster"(cheats you have to pay for) in some way. Also, I don't understand why restarting a map doesn't keep pre-purchased boosters. If it applies to that game and I just restarted it (not died and hit "try again"), why not maintain the booster? There isn't a multiplayer so the only one I am taking enjoyment away is myself. Also, if I buy boosters on a map, why not discount it for every purchase? I am tired of saving up money just to waste it on trying to earn more money on a higher difficulty, when the booster barely seems to help. I love Ninja Kiwi and all that they do, but there are major problems to address here.

Great tower defense game. Great zombie game. I have spent hours playing it and constantly find myself going back to it. This is the longest I have ever had a phone game... I’ve had it since I had an iPod Touch before I had a smart phone to give some perspective... I have deleted it a few times only to find my self missing it sometimes and redownloading it again and again. I was sad to see when I went back to play it this time around it hasn’t been updated for 4 years and most of the reviews are newer than that and nothing has been done since. It is unplayable without the update. I don’t think you read your reviews but if I can’t play the game then it’s going to go out the window forever which I’m honesty more sad about than I should be for a phone game...

This is a great game, I've been playing it in my spare time because the difficulty is high, and I like a challenging game. All these other games are too easy, plus its got counter parts where you're the soldier, which are also a addicting. (Being able to download your soldier from SAS 3 is an awesome idea btw shadowvalance!) It has the option to buy money...but it's a free game, so yea... I've reached level 6.... Realy hard, no easy way too train zombies through, great challenge. I still haven't bought anything whatsoever, it is beatable without buying cash upgrades, its just there if you give up. I recommend this game if you like TD's, if not, still download it. I still have yet to find a game as good as this one. No lag at all, and I'm using an iPod touch. Very optimized.

Pretty good game. There are reviews that say you have to pay to win and that is completely false. The game is challenging and forces you to set up different types of towers while upgrading, strategically locating, and boosting the defenses of the towers. If you don't do those things you will fail. I have won multiple maps with no game boosts so it is possible. Spoiler tip: There are upgradable sandbags and humans you can use. I put two lines of upgraded sandbags (jersey barriers), a line of upgraded soldiers with automatic rifles, a line of upgraded snipers behind them (for tough enemies) and grenade turrets in front of barriers making a hall way of explosions for crowd control. Humans attract zombies to them so defend them well as they are invaluable bait/weapons.

This game is a great piece of work. Challenging and makes one put thought into their defenses. Towers are easy to understand, and some are useful not on the max level (I.e. The cryo cannon). That said, it's hard to get to the final upgrade, they cost sas dollars and a lot of in game cash. This makes them almost mystical, and otherworldly powerful. I bought one, but for some reason, I can't buy any more. The game freezes, all of my towers disappear, and I can't interact with anything at all. Granted, these upgrades aren't needed to play the actual game, but it serves as a sense of progression! A permanent unlock! Please fix this glitch, in an otherwise fantastic game!

This is a very good game. Good challenge fun levels but I am having problems with the upgrades At first 1 or 2 upgrades you have to pay sas dollars will work fine but then when I buy an upgrade for a third weapon the game will freeze the weapons and zombies will disappear then it will simple sit there then it would take two or three days for the app to reset Then it I will have my money back but I can't buy any more final upgrades Sometimes I will have to uninstall and reinstall to get the app working again so if they could get a fix for that problem it would be perfect game

Overall this is a great game, however something I noticed about it was that the zombies tend to wreck your barricades for no reason instead of going around them like in the computer version. This is what is making the game so impossible on the iOS. There's no way to stall zombies with complex wall designs, and if you block a path with a turret, a normal zombie destroys it with one hit. Yesterday I tried covering the entire second map with MG SAS soldiers, no upgrades. Honestly they did better at slowing down the zombies than any barricade could, plus they respawned without any cost to me. Meat shield ftw!

For all of you guys that say this game is too hard, I can't even beat it on normal...are you serious the reason i play this game is for the challenge, when you take that away you are left with a game that should take 24 hours having you complete in in 2. I don't know why this game is any different than bloons impoppable mode. It is a great game it provided a constant challenge even as you progress through round 40-60 and it never gets easy as you(the gamer) progresses getting more skill on learning on how to play the game. Because of that 5 stars.

This game Is better then balloons td if you are having trouble on the first map put soldiers on all spots except the one by the chrashed cars (the first one) and build a road block of sand bags upgrades to jersey barriers and wire then build several turrets by the zombie attack point or the ZAP make them out of the way so they Won't get attacked as much and upgrade all the towers as much as possible and ALWAYS grab the weapon crates if u are lucky you will get a necro grenade or an airstrike or Attack chopper which are great and by the time this is all done you should be at wave 30 or 35

Could use a few new towers, and the ability to purchase the support items with in game cash, rather than real world (medkits for 3k each, nukes for 40, etc), especially on Apocalypse Mode, where the app crashing destroys any power ups you bought. For new towers, I wouldn't mind seeing a combat medic/engineer, who's passive abilities (rather than increased range or damage) would be increased healing power and radius, and able to recover soldiers/ turrets faster, but they'd be completely defenseless, and zombies would attack them first unless inaccessible. Short of that, it's a really fun game. And to those who can't beat the first level: Build two machine gun turrets beside the boxes, and continue upgrading ONE until it's a Zeus w/ self repair, then upgrade the other. Plant barricades in front of them, and continue making and upgrading more turrets.

It's a cool game to pass the time but the maps get a little to challenging as u progress and I find myself stuck on one map for a long time trying to make different strategies to pass the waves because I don't have a lot to work with all I want is 2 or 3 new towers like a lazer tower to have penetration power against big hordes or a mini gun sas solider and maybe a sas character that has a low range high damage grenade launcher but all in all a really cool game

I originally rated this as 1 star and writing a review stating that the game is impossible. Well after playing it some more I've found out it is impossible if you don't use barricades regularly. The key to this game is building towers and blocking the zombies path with barricades in front of towers. Yes your barricades will keep getting busted down and yes you'll have to keep rebuilding them and re upgrading them.

I lived this game a lot growing up, I know y’all don’t update the game because of the bloon tower defense games but as a huge fan of the SAS series i would love to have this game accessible. It’s an amazing tower defense games just with more grit so I feel like if y’all updated it to support near devices it would allow more people to experience and play the game just please update this game already it’s been forever now.

A great game but it's way too hard it's a challenge but their needs to be more towers and an easy mode and plz make an option to turn off the auto wave because you don't get enough time to repair and purchase new towers and another really cool thing would be a sandbox mode So plz make the game have an easy option and add more towers and tower upgrades just like bloons tower defense 5 Thanks for the great apps : )

IPhone 6 and 6+ have been out for over 6 months now, and you guys still haven't released an update that optimizes the app for either one. Game is great, except on iPhone 6, it's a bit glitchy and you cant really use the cash to upgrade stuff, so I can't get titanium barricade things...please release an update the makes the game faster... -a friend

Played this game on Kongregate, and had a lot of fun, so my mind was obviously blown when I found it on here as well, my only complaint is that the zombies are way more aggressive in targeting the turrets, which really ramps up the difficulty of a game that was very difficult to begin with. If there could be an update to fix that, I'll up my review to 5/5, but as it is, 4/5.

I really liked this game when i first discovered it and i have always been a fan of the SAS games. I just really wish that i could still play it now but i cant download it because it hasn't been updated for ios 11. I really do hope you take this into consideration, it’s definitely a fun game and i would love to be able to play it again.

I love the game, but there are a few things that need fixing. 1). The zombies are a little over powered. 2). You might want to add a few more towers and slightly bigger maps. 3). The earn cash system is buggy. It will say try again, over and over, and then it will just say loading. Please fix. Other than that it is awesome! Thanks.

It's definitely geared toward the advanced player and those with some patience but I've really enjoyed the various levels and haven't spent a dime. I recommend: -buying the electric wire and putting it at a choke point -putting a soldier on the ground toward the back surrounded by blocks to serve as bait -Sticking sandbags in front of the knife zombies. Those tricks have really helped. This game is much more geared toward screens larger than my old iTouch but I can't complain as its super stable unlike so many other games on this device. Note that it has crashed while connected to the network. Great work devs for an exciting, challenging, and innovative TD!

This is one of my favorite games of all time. I miss tf out of it and really wish I could play it but I can’t get it to load anywhere. Not on your site, not on any browser, and now I finally found the app and it’s out of date. I miss this game so much and really think it should be updated.

Fun game, challenging after a certain point, but it has a problem when you purchase upgrades with sas dollars. For me, the game stops, no zombies or turrets can be seen or interacted with on the map so I end up having to close then reopen the app. Other than that, no problems other than the occasional crash.

Hey NK devs, or well, whoever reads the reviews on this old game. Coming over here to tell you that some people, myself included, really enjoy this game, if you would kindly update it to work with the newer IOS versions, that would be amazing. Currently, on my Iphone 4, the game occasionally overdoes itself and crashes, but its still amazingly fun to play! Bloons isn’t the only thing that deserves updates 😁. Besides the occasional glitch like enemies going through the map, the game is great! Again, please update this to work on newer systems, it’s only a matter of time before my old phone stops working.

Very challenging but fun game. I've defeated every level without spending real cash. Hint: Save your SAS dollars until the second play through, and you'll need them more in the last difficulty. Update 2022: Please update this game, it’s still my favorite TD game of all time!!!!!

Still waiting for an update I check every now and then it’s probably never going to happen but I hope someday they will update it so we can go back and we live our childhood

This game is better than most out there. It could definitely use more towers, it would make the game more enjoyable. However, though I've played this around 15 separate times, I still haven't won. It seems very difficult to win this game even on the easiest difficulty.

I love this game but their is a problem, I recently got a new phone about a year ago and I can’t download this because it does not support iOS 12. Please update this game to work with iOS 12, I would be so happy and I’m sure a lot more people would play it.

Like some of the other reviewers said there's a lot of difficulty spikes in this game. It could be that this game is like some of the other games like this one that are browser games. If this was playable on a pc version, it might be easier to play. Or maybe on an iPad at least.

I really like this game, even better than I like the pic version but, this one glitches out when I try to buy the classified stage for a tower to try and unlock the "ultimate" upgrade for it. It will just freeze. But really it is a good game just Ninjakiwi please address this issue.

Lots of fun. I in app purchased the upgrades, which is nice. Getting past level 80 on easy is hard though. Id like a bit more of a transition. Some more tech upgrades would be nice. I would like spending a entire hour on my deployments :)

I love this game because for me it is extensive and you don't have to pay real money to enjoy it or to get upgrades but you have the option to if you want to upgrade faster. You should definitely try it.

I usually play while listening to my own music. I turn off the in-game music and SFX and Im set! Only thing is when zombies begin appearing there is still audio coming from the app! The grunts of the zombies are still in the mix... Please update! Yay im going to kill zombies now!

I have had a lot of fun with this game and I have the final upgrade for the sentry guns and the solders but when ever I try to purchase the final upgrade for the shock tower with the sas Bucks my game freezes if you guys could fix that, that would be amazing. p.s. The same thing happens with the sniper

Ninja Kiwi please hear this call for you update this to work with iOS 11+! Revamp it, rebuild it, whatever you need. I’ll fund this personally (for goodies lol) if need be for Bloons sake. I love the bloons games but this was my second favorite td on iPhone. No other games could compare..

I actually love the difficulty of the zombies! I play this game on the computer and have no issues. However, as an app more time between rounds is necessary to prepare! Drag & drop takes much longer to setup. Maybe make it like BTD5 where you press play whenever you're ready.

Great game, and challenging throughout! But needs certain tweaks to make the gaming experience more accessible like zooming to properly place turrets, etc. Needs more maps, almost completed on all variants for all 7 levels. Addicting and fun 👍🏾

The original learning curve is a bit steep, but it is really nice to have a challenging TD, pushes the premiums pretty hard, but they're not necessary.

I love this game on my laptop and iPad, but every time I try to play this on my fourth gen iPod, it crashes when I try to load the first map! Please fix, and I will play this game forever!

I can't quickly place things, and the ability to zoom in to place things precisely quicker would be nice. Also, I can't turn off sfx, even if I do it in menus. Very annoying, please fix!

Okay, I'm seriously not alright with the fact that I would have to spend twenty real life dollars, so that I can have something I could spend say I don't know, ten dollars on a similar game, and get about 60X the enjoyment out of it. You guys definitely got some of the difficulties switched up, or you guys just really need to learn how to make a fair game. You did fine with bloons. Heck, bloons was easy. But this game is IMPOSSIBLE. there is no possible way to win on normal, without being a hardcore elitist gamer, and there is no way in gods fiery hell, that anyone is going to win your nightmare difficulty, without paying some serious real life cash, to win one round. Another thing, you should let us upload our character out of the SAS: Zombie Assault 3 game, and let us set that person down, upgrades and everything. It would promote both of your games, and make some of us gamers, feel a nostalgic feeling of having our old persona from SAS 3 to fight with us again. It would be awesome, but I don't think you guys even read these reviews anyways, so I guess I might as well not post this. But hell. On the slight chance that you do, please consider what I've said. And please. Please, make an easier difficulty, and allow us to build ourselves up, instead of completely decimate us from the very beginning. So far this game is awesome! A couple problems tho.... number one is that I like to play music while i play and so I turned off all sound buuuuuut here comes the but part, the zombies still make noise! It is driving me insane! Two is that the game has a lot of potential, it could easily be better than BTD5 if you would clean the game up! Right now it's kind of sloppy and there isn't much detail. I would love it if you could make it so that there is an indefinite time before waves start so I can rebuild my defenses. Three is that I think it is stupid that you can't build towers on the roofs! All it takes is a couple bloaters or maybe a devastator to smash all your defenses and then 50+ zombies will storm to the end with no resistance! Pls consider fixing some of the stuff I have mentioned!

I love this game for so many years but I can no longer play it since the IOS isn’t compatible with the newest IOS for today, the only way I can play this game is on my laptop through the ninja kiwi archive, and I don’t wanna do all that work just to play this amazing game. Also can you make a remastered version of this game or make a completely new SAS TD game with 3D realistic graphics and mature gameplay so it shows just how horrible and terrible the SAS universe is ? Because this isn’t a kids game but a real man’s game L0L also for SAS 5 make ur character customizable, more mature graphics and gruesome becuZ it’s not a kids game 🤪

The money is way to hard to earn. It's not fair to only win $100 for winning a game, but having to spend $200 for a single second chance. There should also be the option to connect your Ninja Kiwi profile, to share game saves from the online version. Needs a little work on controls, it's hard to us on an iPhone 6, and probably nearly impossible on the iPhone 5S. Can you up the graphics for the new iPhones and iPads?

Good on all aspects just like the original from ninja kiwi's website, however the zombies are noticeably tougher, sometimes bugging out and being invincible in late rounds. This needs to be addressed and fixed being a bit of a game killer and downer. Placing barbed wire is tedious but bearable, turrets seem to do well, and troopers are troopers, but the important subject at hand is the "difficulty" of the zombos. Overall very good to have this game on mobile but needs some tweaks to make it the perfect mobile game!

Yes it is a very challenging game, however there should be a bigger stretch between normal and elite difficulty... Normal seems challenging even on the first map, so maybe an easy mode could benefit many people by allowing a more casual game instead of forcing people to be extreme strategists. Also please fix the bug with the purchases, especially the frustrating app crashes; I bought the 300 sas cash "extra cash" and my app crashed, and i couldnt continue the game

I bot 6 dollars of cash in the game and I bot one .99$ (200 cash) I try using it on extra damage and the game freezes and I have to end it and take it out of my history I load the game and my money is gone but I don't get to play the game I bot 5$ worth of cash and (1,200) and 500 of it was lost the same way I have wasted so much money I don't want to play anymore plz fix this and if posible may I have a refund in my money (3.50$) plz fix this thank u

This game feels very limited due to the lack of variation and creativity between towers. Also, the gameplay tends to be very lame. Instead of having zombies destroy barricades, have them try to vault over them. Also, defensive towers shouldn't be deactivated by zombies. The upgrades for everything cost too much compared to what you can reasonably earn. Also, the difficulty goes from easily killed zombies in large hordes to massive packs of zombies that have too much health to be killed.

I was just on the second hardest difficulty lvl 60 and spent $200 on 5 necro grenades to beat the two bosses. And the game crashed. I was about to kill the final boss with regular grenades and it crashed. So I signed back in and went to play and the level reset. I didn't have my five necro grenades. I think that bs that it just takes things away from me when I would have won. Wish the game would give me what I bought but whatever.

There are a few concerns that have with it, one being that i can't earn the sas cash when i try to earn them by downloading games, another is that the zombie mini bosses destroy my towers when they don't block the path and third is, the main boss is way to hard to beat! I set up thousands of turrets and soldiers but he rips through them. Please fix?

Even normal mode is awfully hard. The farthest I can get without buying boosters is round 25. And the soldiers and turrets are too weak. And the only way to make them stronger is with cash, but you don't have enough to make an efficient team. This game is way too hard and needs an update, like moving soldiers or letting us upload our sas zombies 3 character but he should have lots of health and good damage.

I do enjoy the game, but due to a very bad bug, I can't buy the [Titanium Anti-Tank Barricade], the last upgrade for each tower, or the last upgrade for the sniper or gunman. Also, I can't select any walls or barbed wire I place beside a gunman. Please fix, as this bug is actually somewhat restricting game playability

Very hard game! The highest level I've been able to reach is 30 and it's in the first map on normal difficulty...

While a very interesting and fun take on the tower defence genre, it is massively lacking in content, where unlockables for towers are almost always inefficient and unenjoyable to use. Furthermore, only 7 levels exist, where after completing them on given difficulties you can no longer reliably generate income needed to buy support gear or updgrades to towers

Please make the controls more compatible on iPod and iPhone. People with big fingers can't actually play well with the controls. Please consider this, thank you.

I find the difficulty level, quite high. Even on normal, I am constantly losing, no matter what strategy I try. Other than that this game has major potential.
