ProblematicThis app is awful. It constantly forgets the Touch ID option, so I have to reset that Every. Single. Time. Or it will tell me that my password, which I know is correct, is wrong and I have to go through the password reset process AGAIN. If you do manage to log in, it’s extremely basic. Kaiser and FSA accountsKaiser will not use your FSA first for payments. You have to watch them carefully. It’s like they are playing a game with you to try to keep that money because they know it does not roll over or get refunded. When I have time I am going to file a complaint with their regulator.
