Very helpful app!!This app is pretty accurate and allows to add most of the fields that dealers put in their worksheet. Takes one run through with a dealer to try and organize things in your head the first time but the app guides you well for that task. Suggestion: I wish the total cost of lease calculated at the end reflects the cost of trade in. It can be misleading if you just look at the number currently.VJforyaVersion: 2.1

Fantastic App!I learned about this app while doing research on the bimmerfest forum. Best two dollars I've ever spent on an app in the first time I hope to write a review. Armed with the right numbers and this app, I was able to calculate the exact numbers the dealer calculated and adjust for options, down payments, etc. I could make changes and tell the dealer the impact before they could calculate it. Never been so glad I paid for an app! The configuration options are what make this app so fantastic. You can adjust taxes to match the laws in any state and make adjustments for program variations like waives first payments, applying MSDs, etc. If a dealer tries to sneak in extra fees or bump up the money factor you'll know right away..Wild_WillisVersion: 2.1

Great App! What I’ve needed. Can’t say enough good things.Used to use spreadsheets I’ve put together, none of which seemed to really work just right. Came upon this app. LOVE IT. You still need to negotiate a good selling price (and determine what that should be), and make sure you know the correct money factor (so dealers don’t pull one over on you). Thats your job, not the apps, of course. But then just fill out the boxes in this app and it figures everything out. Worked perfectly for my negotiations. Saved me over $50/month. Truth in advertising$2 saved me at the absolute very least $200. But much more likely $1200. Was all confused about the lease and the offer on the table. I went home to try and make the numbers make sense. Leasematic made it automatic. Was very clear. Went back in the next day with my ducks in a row. Came to a new price 1K less than before… and then when they gave me the actual numbers, by punching in the new figures in Leasematic right there, realized that they were padding the Acquisition fee by $200. Saved over $3000Wow, just wow! This is the first review I have ever written, but it had such a profound impact. I used this app to negotiate $80 less per month on a 39 month lease! I had the sales person and two "managers" attempt to refute the simple facts of the price of the lease their company provided me presented in a non-sense way by using Leasematic. I would recommend ensuring that you as a prospective leader understand the numbers (I.e MF is solved by dividing APR by 2400). Love it!Looking to lease an equinox today. I plugged in the numbers and I came up with $325 month with $500 out of pocket. Sales manager came back with $385 month. After questioning his numbers, MF, residual and rebates, I found he was charging $1k over sticker and padded some other numbers, then he offered $319 month. Place to enter not only the base money factor but also # of MSD being put down & the discount for each MSD, to arrive at the new money factor. Keep the Dealership honestThis application works like a gem. The dealership was playing games with the numbers (they claim they had an error on tax). I sat with the financial guy and he had to bring in the director to work with me. In the end it saved me over $500 as I plugged in all the numbers line by line with him. GREAT Tool!I am a big believer in keeping car dealers honest. Their trickery never ceases to amaze. I used to walk into dealerships with a laptop and use a regulation M spreadsheet, which was marginally accurate. This app is SPOT ON. Best return on investment everThis is my first app review since the iPhone 3G. Spent $1.99 on the app, ended up saving $2,900 on a lease. It also saved me from closing a deal I was getting screwed on. I had two deals on the table, a 42k car and a 38k. This app helped me realize that both leases actually cost the same despite lower payment, and that they were both bad deals. Using that info, I negotiated a 3rd lease from an out of state dealer that cost me $2900 less than the first two offers, after accounting for $1300 in shipping cost.
