RPN-67 NP is the non-programmable version of RPN-67 Pro, the first complete simulation of Hewlett-Packard's HP-67 legendary programmable calculator for iOS. Produced from 1976 to 1982, the HP-67's capability to store programs on magnetic cards, wide array of functions, merged keycodes, indirect addressing and other enhancements made it a huge success among scientists, engineers and other professionals. Thousands of programs were written for it.

RPN-67 NP allows you to load and run 25 original HP sample program cards. It lacks the program creation and card management features of the Pro version, as well as its massively expanded array of functions and operations. Apart from these restrictions, RPN-67 NP is a very capable vintage scientific calculator.

All advanced features may switched off with a single setting, allowing you to experience a real HP-67 as closely as possible.

Annoying clicking soundsThis is a beautifully written tribute to the original, that almost perfectly follows every function. So why does it make an annoying noise whenever you touch a key? Is this a plot from TI? Seriously, who would ever want this? It stinks! Please add the option to turn off the "clicking" sounds..CartaufalousVersion: 2.2

Just like the real thingI got one of these in 1978 and discovered RPN. I have never used anything but RPN calculators since. I agree that the audible key clicks can be annoying, but I usually keep the sound turned off on my iPad anyway. This is a great emulation of my long dead HP67..JJMPAM1960Version: 2.7

First ClassWhat an application! Perfect visual experience, perfect emulation, even the clicks are pleasant. I'll be buying the Pro version for sure. This has to be the most underrated developer in the IOS world. Had only two minor suggestions: The h reg function to display registers zips through too fast (I realise it is redundant), and the legends on the lower surfaces of the lower keys are barely visible. Could you also display the back label? Also, a version for OSX is sorely needed..Cran43Version: 1.0

Hp67 review updateI contacted Cuvée and they returned my e-mail promptly, explaining the difference between setting the number of decimal places between the HP 67 and HP 45, which I was used to. They also explained how to clear the statistical registers. Based on their help, I can say that this is a very good emulator and, if you are used to RPN, and want a simple, straight forward scientific calculator, this one is hard to beat, especially for the price..KoczaniVersion: 1.0

Key ClicksSome people like the clicking sounds; I count myself as one of them. It tells me that the key I pressed performed its function. If you had looked in the app's settings, you would have found that the key clicks can be set to medium, high, and OFF. ImpressiveThis is a virtual HP67 which is very nice and quite special compared to the many generic RPN apps now available. Note that the Pro version allows access to about every program PAC that was made for this calculator. Because I used an HP41C when I was younger it was a pleasure to be able to enter data without needing to examine the keyboard each time..Espirito gsVersion: 2.0
