Obsessed with Kelli but app needs workWould totally agree with the previous reviews! Kelli is amazing and I love her tutorials and work! The app is my biggest complaint and what might make me cancel my subscription. The videos never seem to load and always buffer so I really get to use them when I want/need them. Plus the download function doesn’t work, no matter how many times I try to delete then redownload the app..Version: 5.0
Game ChangerI LOVE THIS THING. Kelli is so talented and I have learned so much from her. I went from being a very casual makeup-wearer to being able to do my own makeup as a bridesmaid and looking professionally done. It’s saved me hundreds from all the weddings I’ve been in. As for the app itself — I’ve had it since launch, and it has improved significantly over that time. It is ever-evolving. They really listen to feedback! Note: the app is free, but you must pay to subscribe. This is well advertised, so I’m not sure why people are surprised. Again, a year’s subscription cost me less than having my makeup done professionally for one event. New videos are added every week, always high quality. App may need a slight tune up!I absolutely love KA and her app. She’s seriously taught me so much! The only complaint I have is with the actual app in 1. Whenever I attempt to “download” a video to be able to watch off internet it doesn’t seem to work for me and 2. I get a lot of annoying buffering in the app versus when I go into the online portal just via my web browser. I wish there was like a private or unlisted YouTube version of the subscription videos so I had an easier time streaming (YouTube doesn’t seem to take up as much bandwidth).Version: 5.0
