Resident Evil Village App Comments & Reviews
Resident Evil Village Positive Reviews
Almost Perfect Game! The game it's self is really good, but if you don't know what your doing graphics wise, the game will crash. I have a iPad Pro 4th generation, with the M2 Chip and I wanted to test the limits, I put the settings at max for everything to test the M2 capabilities. It held the game really well at 120 Hertz refresh rate, but then 5 minutes in, the game reset the entire iPad. I would recommend adding a limiter to the setting menu, something like “based on your device capabilities, it would be best to put these settings for the best performance” and etc. and maybe add a ignore option for people to have their fun with the settings, otherwise you’ll be needing to go through each settings to see what the max is while the game runs smoothly. The game is awesome, the M series chip is truly powerful, but I think this game could run better on a MacBook M series chip. Something like the MacBook Pro with a M3 Max chip. But anyways, don’t set your settings too high or it might crash your entire iPad or iPhone 15 pro with the A17 Pro chip. Either way I’m still very impressed with how both chips handles the game at such high settings. The game is very good, and the gameplay is very well done even if it’s not at the max settings. Some adjustments is required to the game settings wise with performance, but story wise and device capabilities, I’m super impressed! I would recommend this game to my friends on both a desktop computer and IOS/iPadOS..Version: 1.1.3
Visually stunning! Controller is basically a requirementI was impressed by how the game allows for all the graphical options you would get on a pc. Runs well on my iPhone 15 Pro, and I can tell that it will run even better as machines get faster and faster. The only thing is… you basically have to have a controller to player because the touch screen controls are terrible. I know this is a direct port, but they could have done a better job with making the controls more tailored for mobile. That aside, the game is fantastic!.Version: 1.1.3
Great with an iPad Pro ‘M’ class & Dual Sense Controller via USB-C. Make an M1 iPad Mini!Having played this on several platforms now. I can definitely say that iOS holds up well to the MacOS AND PC versions. It is responsive when using a Sony Dual Sense via USB-C and the upcoming ‘Gaming Lens’ mount. Sadly the ideal iPad for gaming that would compete well with small AMD gaming consoles like the Steam Deck, would be the iPad Mini, which was notably missing from any 2023 Apple events. With an ‘M’ class processor, 8GB memory & 256GB or 512GB storage, along with 5G connectivity, would make this both a cloud and local gaming “Elephant” to contend with. Otherwise, like the Goldilocks tale, running Resident Evil Village is either too big or too small on what it can be run on, with the iPad Mini being “just right” if it was available. Also, even the M1 runs hot and you can see the battery drain right before your eyes. I’d say 1-2 hours will be max on a charge. Of course you can run it charging, but then you lose the low latency USB controller connection. You can use a powered USB hub, but than you are left with tangle of cables, and frankly this is suppose to be a “mobile” experience. I guess the good thing is the competition doesn’t fair very well either for battery powered use. Overall, a smart direction for Apple. Oh and don’t forget ‘Alien Isolation’ also exist, and will run on the iPad Mini 6th generation too..Version: 1.1.2
Triple A Gaming Before USOne: I’m livid with the complaints after my best experience with this game that I’ve had from the Series S and Steam Deck. Do all of you own Series X, PS5, and gaming rigs? So far as I’m concerned, the critics can be ignored with prejudice. Two: Triple A gaming is now present and alive in the Apple ecosystem: Genshin Impact, Divinity Original Sin 2, Formerly Fortnite, Civilization VI, and Resident Evil Village. Three: This will help spur the upcoming gaming development now being advertised at present: Resident Evil 4 remake, Warframe, and so many more are coming, let’s not beat the major development company bringing much needed development to our platform while they bring something that was overdue from their competition, including one that abandoned us when they didn’t like the cut that Apple took out which is the same as the cuts that Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, and others take out. Four: Honestly, I’m inspired to see if I can make an honest go at this, seeing as I can now truly see what the platform is capable of..Version: 1.1.3
Almost perfect!Game runs extremely smooth and is beautiful on my 11 inch M2 iPad Pro with 8GB of RAM!! I can’t imagine how much better it looks on the 16GB of RAM that the larger iPads have. Love the customization options, love the fact that it doesn’t take me 2-3 days to download like it does on my PS5 and Xbox Series S (I have horrible internet). My only issue is the black bars on my iPad, I wish I could play it at full screen just like the iPhone and just like how genshin allows on the iPad. Much more satisfying and immersive experience. Again, LOVE the customization options! If apple keeps pumping out AAA games and release them day and date with the consoles/pc then I feel no need to run and grab a gaming pc!! Hopefully Dragons Dogma 2 comes & arrives on the release date! Would love if apple started creating AAA story driven and multiplayer exclusives of their own👀 you know, to prove just how seriously they’re taking gaming now..wishful thinking.Version: 1.1.2
Would be HigherFirst of let me say, I’m impressed with the current landscape of mobile gaming. Being able to play resident evil on the iPhone is great. However, it comes with its caveats. Personally, the graphics are great and it’s the mobile controls are understandable but a separate controller is definitely needed to play well. To keep this review spoiler free I’ll speak vaguely. The game is very unstable after finishing a certain boss fight level and cut scene with the merchant. It manages to crash almost every and leaves you unable to progress. Even if you manage to get past that scene it’ll randomly crash shortly after. I double even tripled checked to see if it was a Graphical issue but to no avail . I even re did the missions to make sure it wasn’t a case of a bad save file But at last it did not work. I hope they would fix the crashing Quickly as I’m not the only one experiencing this . Considering you’ll just have a unfinished-able game after paying Them ..Version: 1.1.3
I don’t think some people are seeing the big picture. The fact this is on a phone is a milestone in gaming! First, on the main page it recommends to use a controller. I use a backbone and it works and runs perfect. I do not plan on using touch controls. Second, graphics are adjustable and on certain settings can make you stop and look around. The phone for me at the settings I run does not over heat and if I max out the graphics I would expect it too. PCs and consoles have fans and they still get hot and run loud. Why wouldn't a phone with no fans? Yes, there are some glitches and some voice sync issues but nothing game breaking on my end and I am sure there will be updates and fixes. For the first at bat Capcom great job! I will show my support for the hard work that went into this. Already purchased and will be buying RE4..Version: 1.1.2
IncredibleI’m amazed at what I’m seeing. I get great performance with lighting settings maxed. I turned metal fx off and graphics and textures between medium or high .5. Get a constant 30fps and the experience with a controller is wonderful. Yes there are haptics that seem similar to ps4. There’s an insane amount of settings, it’s like playing the pc version. I run the game at 720 and find that with metal fx off and the other settings that the experience is very similar to console. It feel’s somewhere between ps4 and ps5 but at 30 fps. You can hit higher fps but at significant loss to quality. I think the trade off is definitely worth it and having played this game in psvr2 I think that iPhone 15 pro would be a solid way to experience it the first time. That oled and hdr goes a long way..Version: 1.1.3
My wish since 14 years agoI can’t still believe that I finished my favorite game on my phone , this has been my dream since I was 18. Using bunch of emulators I was able to play re4 original version but man experiencing this is unbelievable. To whoever experiencing freezes you just need simple cooling fan. I experienced no issue on my 15 pro on good settings. I could even reach 60fps when playing indoor ( like in castle ). I really thank Capcom and apple for making this happen. I will buy every title that comes to ios. The only thing That i wish was available was to play at full screen on external display while the screen of my phone is off. Other than this everything was great..Version: 1.1.5
No problems here, pure awesomeness!!!I adjusted the graphics to hit the sweet spot! I read a couple of reviews saying they don’t have the 120hz option on their phone? I have it so I don’t know what their issue is but I hope they get it resolved. My experience with the actual game is amazing!!! I had only a couple of fps drops but nothing crazy, I play with a backbone controller and it works splendidly! I’m so excited for the potential of more games coming to the mobile market. This is was something that was needed a long time coming to other options than the P2W games that have flooded the markets. One game, one price thank you! This game is absolutely worth it, especially if you have a controller..Version: 1.1.2
It’s resident evil but needs its bugs fixedI’m a big time fan of the resident evil franchise and have been for quite some time now and was so excited when I had heard it was coming to iPhone 15, it plays just it would on a console I’ll be it with some rendering sacrifices but plays pretty smooth.. that is until it crashes on you mid game and you have to but up the app again, now I’ve checked to see if it’s the graphic settings I’ve choose and even set them to the lowest performance settings and it still crashes on me when playing mid game so please developers if your reading this may you please fix this issue as soon as possible.. I really wanna put it up there as a five star app but can’t due to how the game is behaving after having spent my money on this game.Version: 1.1.2
Not what was expectedI have played through both ps4 and ps5 versions on all difficulties and achieved 100%. I could only play through to were I was about to see the first view of the village after the beginning car crash, before the game crashed. The game audio doesn’t match up with the characters when they speak. I’m running a new iPhone 15 pro max. And the game struggles to maintain frame rate and stability. Two tests have been done to test both the highest resolution and frames etc. as well as the lowest. Both of which I’ve experienced game crashes and frame rate drops. With the graphics and all being at max. The game visually looks like it’s on a PS3. Hopefully there’s improvements going forward, and I look forward to seeing how things go for this beautiful game..Version: 1.1.2
It’s RE8.It’s a great port to mobile. Am I mad that I’m not getting to play this at 8k 240fps? No. I couldn’t do that on my pc anyways. But I am on my 3rd play through on my iPad so far and this game is amazing. Yes it has some bugs but to be able to actually play re8 and not rely on a cloud service I can deal with the bugs. If you’re a resident evil fan I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get this. For the people complaining about having to buy the game after you download. REALLY? Why is that a problem? I would kill if every game that came out gave me the chance to play it before actually buying it. Stop complaining and get this now..Version: 1.1.2
Handheld Gaming EvolutionSo far I am about 6 hours into this game on my 15PM and I must say this has blown me away. The experience of playing this game on my phone reminds me of the first time I played my Switch. A full blow Triple A experience on a small convenient device I carry around everyday. Don’t be fool you definitely need a controller but thats fine since I would much rather play with a controller. I recommend this game to anyone to buy and try. This really makes me hope that capcom and other companies start bringing more games over to the iOS platform. I would love to see Monster Hunter, Dragons Dogma, and SF 6 on here..Version: 1.1.2
Amazing!!Finished the with the touch screen controls and i love it! Had to move around the layout a bit and play with the graphics settings in order to get the best out of it. I am impressed with the game and how my iPhone 15 pro max handle it! I cannot wait for the future games that will come to iPhone been wanting this for years and its finally here and apple did it the right way! Ps tried the backbone controller and tbh i felt more accurate and had better response using the touch screen control than the physical controller. Thank you apple!.Version: 1.1.3
Amazing iOS port. Impressive Triple A gaming on your iPhoneHonestly this port blew me away. I had my doubts. But they were soon put to rest. Not only does this version include PC options (graphic presets and basically every other customization feature one could ask for outside of mouse and keyboard) but also support for HDMI to usb-c connection for a more traditional play thru make this an excellent return to form for not only Apple taking their gaming division seriously but also Capcom for leading the way on supporting such games. Looking forward to Resident Evil 4: Remake!.Version: 1.1.3
Needs optimizingI have the 15 pro on Verizon not sure if carrier is relevant. I also have 256gb storage I’m sure that’s relevant. I tried playing this with my ps5 controller and the controls are so delayed in comparison to the ps5 version. Of course the ps5 is a console so I expect there to be a difference but this is suppose to be fully optimized for the 15 pro/max models and if it’s not optimized for my 15 pro that’s not great. I also played it with just the touch screen, I can’t imagine that’s the best way to play it but again it’s not the best. And I played on default graphical settings and mid range and high end and still experienced the same issues..Version: 1.1.2
Incredible PC level portWhen I heard games such as RE Villiage, RE4 remake and Death STranding were coming to mobile devices like the iPad and IPhone 15 pro I was incredulous. But since downloading it on my M2 IPad Pro I have been blown away. This is RE8, the full feature release with no compromises. In addition, the graphical settings to tailor the experience to what you want are amazing and up to par with anything you’d find in a PC release. The only thing is I would recommend a controller, as playing a game like this with touch screen is atrocious..Version: 1.1.2
Easy Performance FixFor those experiencing slowdowns on A17 Pro devices, the solution is to disable MetalFX upscaling and instead use interlaced scaling and a 1.1 resolution render. First, and most important, this will mostly eliminate the seemingly random drops to 15-20fps that happens as you traverse around the game world. This is likely because MetalFX is heavily taxing the CPU, which causes the CPU to choke when loading new data as you walk around, resulting in large frame drops. Second, the game looks much sharper, though there is a little bit of aliasing and pixelation when moving about. Furthermore, with interlaced rendering, the HDR seems to look much better. MetalFX causes the black levels to appear more gray and washed out. There are still some minor frame drops on my iPhone 15 Pro but it’s largely 30fps with nice image quality and manageable thermal levels..Version: 1.1.3
Amazing just need optimizationPlayed the game for a few hours, you need to buy a controller for the best possible experience. Overall the game runs smooth with some stutter time to time. Some in game cinema have the audio a few seconds off, I had to pause the game for the audio to sync. I rate the game a 4 stars at its current state, but once the game is optimized I will easily bump it up to 5 stars. It’s amazing to be able to play AAA game on an iPhone, I am excited to see more games..Version: 1.1.2
A good game but I prefer to play on other platformsIt runs pretty stable 60fps I would say. But if you want higher quality then it starts to get a bit sluggish, still very enjoyable though. I tried the demo on iPhone 15 pro max but ended up getting a steam version because I find this game really fun! If you like mobile experience, this iOS version is completely fine. The fact that it now runs modern AAA games is amazing! Really looking forward to RE4 and death stranding now!.Version: 1.1.3
Amazing!I cannot believe this game is running natively on a mobile device, after running my game for 30 minutes, 900p , medium settings, metal FX Quality, I had a stable and enjoyable gameplay! Looks amazing!!!!! I can’t wait for the future gaming on mobile. Assassins creed has my eye but this game ran beautiful for a mobile game. After 30 minutes my phone went to 46c , no overheating dimming or anything, and I dropped 12% battery. And I’m in a humid room that’s hot. Amazing..Version: 1.1.3
Best game I ever PlayedBeautiful graphics I don’t know what everyone is complaining about. You just gotta go through the game and enjoy it in the beginning you have to let everything download. Make sure you put your phone next to your Wi-Fi router for faster download. This is the best game I have ever played, and if you don’t like the game, don’t download it but don’t get upset on how the game works. This game is legendary. Congratulations to the creators..Version: 1.1.3
Play it in winter if you’re cold. This is guaranteed to turn your phone into the perfect hand warmer. No longer do you need to do something nonsensical like running your hands together. Playing this game for just 30 minutes was enough for my phone to feel like it was ready to self immolate. The display dimmed after 15 minutes of gameplay with the default settings, which really helped since you already can’t see a dang thing in this game. Apple maybe should have considered putting a more robust cooling system in the 15 Pro lineup, but, alas, they didn’t. If you have a controller grip you’ll probably be fine (if you’re cool with 20% an hour battery drain) but overall I would recommend anyone choosing this as their way to play the game. Played on a 15 Pro Max for 30 minutes, got to the scene where the lady come over the radio asking about survivors..Version: 1.1.2
Good game. Keeps crashingI’m still playing the demo and haven’t bought the full version yet. I was reading other reviews a lot of people were saying it crashes during gameplay. So as I was playing myself I too experienced the same problem. I really want to buy the full version. But I don’t think I want to put money on this if it will keep crashing. Just hope the problem can be fixed.Version: 1.1.3
Looks amazing on iPhone 15 PMI have to admit it looks really good on the iPhone 15 Pro Max I have it hooked up with my controller and I just found myself completely and rapture in the game. I sat down for what I thought would be 10 minutes and nearly an hour later I was still playing it. It’s amazing what the mobile gaming has become, I hardly can think of a reason to own a console anymore..Version: 1.1.3
SUPERB with minor Audio bug in M1 iPad ProThe game looks phenomenal with High settings in Quality mode on the M1 iPad Pro. The one thing i notice is that the Audio unsyncs in-between Scenes from the characters lips movements. However if you Pause and Unpause it fixes itself…. Maybe is due to the high settings (or not) but it’s definitely a bug right out of the gate. I am playing on 60fps at 1600p res. Textures no more than 1gb. Bloom and Lens flare off..Version: 1.1.2
Next step in gamingThe ability to download and play a AAA game and play on my phone is amazing. Yes, downloading and installing was a bit more complicated than normal. Breath, slow down - it’ll get there. I used an Apple dongle to connect the phone to the TV and play with a controller. Some lag present in the cinematic scenes and controls. Overall, I’m excited this is the way games are progressing and hope to see more AAA games make themselves available on the iPhone..Version: 1.1.2
Great port, but still earlyI jumped on this game day 1 and it is Really good! I’m very impressed how well it runs at 900p and 1080p on my phone. All in all there’s a lot of potential here. That being said, I have found some day 1 bugs. Nothing too wild but if they clean this up a bit I have no problem giving this game 5 stars. I already bought the full campaign and the DLC because I have faith this is going to go well..Version: 1.1.3
I'm impressedLooks good, runs smooth, no complaints about file size or price. The phone gets a little warm, about like when it's charging, but that's hard to avoid considering how hard the phone chip is working. There is a minor delay with dialogue in cut scenes, but that's a small issue. Overall I'm impressed and hope to have more titles like this in the near future..Version: 1.1.2
Console quality gamingSetup: Switch Pro controller on an M1 12.9 iPad The game runs like it’s on console and looks just as good. Yes, my battery drains fairly quickly and the iPad does get a little warm. But jeez, what a time to be alive. Current gen console quality on an iPad. Even if you don’t like resident evil, please support the next contender in the console wars. Consumers only benefit from options and Apple is finally serious🫡.Version: 1.1.2
4 stars - impressive but not perfectI was very exited to hear apples new A17 chipset can run games like resident evil and AC Mirage. Playing this demo I learned that the default settings are not the settings any iPhone pro user would enjoy playing, lag and slowdown not only made the game feel slow but also led to cutscenes Audio desync. I recommend 30fps cap and bumping down the resolution to 720 or 900. I have yet to test 1080 but the resolution the game defaults to leads to bad performance..Version: 1.1.2
Honest review (iPhone 15 pro max)All settings don't matter you'll get around 30-45 fps with constant dips on lowest settings why even give us a 120fps option if the system cant run at 60 raising the graphics only lowers your frame rate maybe the game will get patched to run more smoothly at 60 then it'll be a great experience. Only good thing to come from this is the thought that a-lot of other games from publishers put their old less graphically intense games like Skyrim and tem-tem onto the apple store The fact that this game can run at 30 fps kinda is good hope for other games less powerful to run at 60fps (which should be the standard fps instead of 30) Would love to see all the mega man legacy collection games come to Apple.Version: 1.1.2
W gameThis game is good but don’t play this on touch screen bc you can’t really aim and the phone get really hot so i would recommend a controller if you want a smooth and reliable option but this game is overall pretty good is well made and the graphics and gameplay is super good i will definitely recommend this game to anyone without a pc. hope this help.Version: 1.1.2
Color me impressedThe title ran perfectly on my m1 iPad at full specs, taking advantage of virtual memory swap. No slowdowns and full frame rate (I do have a TEC IPad cooler though, so I’m sure that made a difference. That being said the price is fair for the full game, and I look forward to downloading it again when I can afford it and checking the rest of the game out. Amazing work dev team..Version: 1.1.2
Amazing!Game runs great for it being on an iPhone 15 pro max. I used the backbone with it and it worked flawlessly. Default touch controls layout is not ideal but after repositioning my buttons, adjusting opacity/size and changing the aim to toggle instead of hold, it’s a completely viable way to play. Can’t wait for resident evil 4 and death stranding now knowing how well this runs!.Version: 1.1.2
Cool I guessTook forever to download on my iPad. Took me a while to figure it out I’ve never played resident evil so it’s all new to me. And phew once you find zombies it can be intense at least for me lol. Don’t think I would play this on the iPad though. I may try it on the Mac sometime idk. But seems like a good game. It is pretty cool we can play these games on apple devices now. Oh at some point in the game it will cost money..Version: 1.1.2
AmazingIt’s crazy I can play this on my phone. Not only that but it runs and looks great. There are a ton of graphical settings too. Best of all is the price, so cheap even with the dlc. If you have an iphone 15 pro or pro max and like gaming, this is for you. This title shows that mobile is more than capable of AAA games and it can’t be ignored as a “console” any longer..Version: 1.1.2
Audio issueIm not sure if I’m the only one but the audio will not play on the iPhone’s speakers I tried deleting and reinstalling but still no audio. When I try to use wired headphones only the cutscene audio is delayed but normal audio like guns shooting sound good. This could be that I have my setting too high but I’m still running at 40-50 frames so that shouldn’t be an issue. Great deal as of now..Version: 1.1.2
Resident evil villageI’ve been waiting for this since they announced it was coming to mobile I’m giving this 4 stars because only a small group of people can play this and the mobile controls are a bit difficult I come from call of duty mobile where I’m pretty good at it and this games controls just feel odd the full game is only like 15 I think so not that bad.Version: 1.1.2
Cool but buggyIPhone 16 Pro Max users here. The game looks great but surprisingly the performance isn’t great. The first big fight of the game was full of slowness and audio issues. Also, the shooting doesn’t feel as good on mobile. I’m using the Backbone PS5 edition as my controller. Pretty bummed the game doesn’t perform better on mobile especially with a top of the line phone. Thankfully they offer a trial of the game. I would NOT pay $40 for the experience I had..Version: 1.1.6
RE Village ReviewI got to say, back in the old days when iPhone 4 and iPod Touch were a thing, Resident Evil 4 moblie is a lite version of the console we know in love. More of a decade later, here we are: a complete full game of Resident Evil Village, playing on a M1 iPad Pro. What was the result of it? They really pull it off with this quality. I’m really impressed. However, playing on a touch screen, even on the iPad, is just doesn’t work for me. I should definitely need a controller in need to have a huge experience for it. What’s good also is the price of the base game. CAD$21. I was worried that they would charge the same price as the console because this was released a while back, but they didn’t. I recommend playing this game. It runs well, no issue so far..Version: 1.1.2
A pretty good portPlaying from m2 ipad, there wasn’t much frame drops unless there was an intense cutscene. So far it ran smoothly, at max settings. The touch controls are in a word bad but playable I recommend using a controller. The device did not heat up that much just got a little warm but it does drain battery which is expected. Overall a good port, it would be nice if the devs worked on the touch controls..Version: 1.1.4
Played on iPad Pro M2 and it was smoothHopefully Capcoms initiative will usher in more developers to port to ios and iPad os.Version: 1.1.2
Perfect PortJust finished the Castle portion of the game (several hours in) on my m2 iPad Pro, and the game looks and runs amazingly well. Absolutely no complaints regarding visuals, gameplay, and performance. My only complaint is that I can’t play it on the TV (either as external display or mirrored) while taking advantage of the full screen real estate. Would be really great if a display resolution setting was available that matched the external display dimensions rather than just the oddly narrow iPad display to make playing on a larger screen more appealing. Here’s hoping more developers release iOS games of this caliber. Pro Tip: Keep the iPad plugged in directly (not through the Magic Keyboard) while playing or you’ll be draining battery life pretty quickly..Version: 1.1.2
Stuck at an error! The game was working perfectly in my iPad Air up to a point in game where I can’t proceed anymore because a pop up shows up saying ”Game has not finished downloading yet” I have updated paid version of the game still it says that. Kindly get back to me on how to resolve this issue!.Version: 1.1.3
Doesn’t workDownloaded the game and it won’t download the large download it says it has to download before I can play the game. Won’t download it. 15 pro max 1tb, latest iOS. So far, completely useless..Version: 1.1.2
MehI was so excited until I realized it's not compatible for the iphone that is before I phone 16. I think it's best if this game or other latest RE games stay on PC. It's not just for my phone. I played and it drained the battery so fast..Version: 1.1.5
The new update is upsettingI liked it before where I was able to play offline anywhere I’m going, I’m now uncomfortable with buying another game from you. To play semi offline, you need to start the game and make sure to connect it, after that the game should still be connected ready to play anywhere you go, if you haven’t closed the app or if it hasn’t refreshed itself..Version: 1.1.5
Resident evil villageIt is a great games..Version: 1.1.4
AmazingThis is the beginning of a new era of mobile gaming..Version: 1.1.3
Running smoothly on iPad Pro M1 but with no mouse/keyboard supportI don't use a controller and the on screen one is horrendous. I simply don't understand why there's no mouse and keyboard support especially on the iPad....Version: 1.1.2
Great game and well optimized for iPadGood: -Very well optimized, I’m playing this on M1 iPad Pro and the game runs at a consistent 30fps with good frame pacing, 1920x1342 resolution with all high settings, I didn’t even need to enable MetalFX upscaling -Game is stable and well polished, I didn’t run into any bugs or crashes throughout my two full play through of the story -Good graphics, the graphical quality seems to be scaled down compared to the Mac/PC versions but it is still beautiful and one of the best looking on iPad -Full controller support and has controller vibration Bad: -Touch controls are awful as expected -Does not recognize my PS5 controller so all the button icons are Xbox controller ones, also does not have support for DualSense adaptive triggers or haptics (there is still vibration though) Overall this is one of the best AAA games I’ve ever played on iPad and I definitely recommend. Protip: I recommend playing this while plugged in to save the battery, also if you have a magic keyboard, plug it directly into the iPad instead of the keyboard charging port, otherwise the battery will drain while you are playing..Version: 1.1.3
Slick, but pricey being a port of an older game.Since most RE fans already had this game on PS5/XB I’m not sure the FULL price is worth it, considering you have the ability to remote play —albeit black bars on the sides. On iPhone 15 PM it looks amazing in full screen, and works great w/Backbone (ver 2.0) controller. You have to tone down the settings a little though to make it run smoothly, if you max out GFX it can get glitchy. On sale it’s definitely worth it..Version: 1.1.3
Can’t download dataCannot download the remaining data.Version: 1.1.3
Stunning game but heats upWow thanks Apple for bringing AAA games to iPhone and iPad. Console quality graphics. You need a controller to get the full experience. My only complain is the heat. My devices warm up like crazy and battery get discharged quickly. Hope there is an update to address this issue. Thanks.Version: 1.1.3
Très bon jeuxJe suis tellement heureux d’avoir un jeux de cette qualité sur mon ipad pro et j'espère qu’il en aura beaucoup d’autres. Merci 😃.Version: 1.1.3
AAA games on iPhone and iPadIt would be great if touch control was optimized..Version: 1.1.3
I love thisI love the ambition here, and I hope that there are even more console quality games out in time for the m3 ipad..Version: 1.1.3
Love it - but crashes and freezes a lotLooking forward to the game getting more stay..Version: 1.1.3
CrashGood graphics and ok fps but the game is not fix I had some crashes in graphics increases proces I hope to fix this problem.Version: 1.1.2
Not bad can’t wait for other future gamesSo far I’ve played only the beginning and I have yet to purchase the full game, overall it’s not bad, try playing on the lowest graphics but keep it to at-least 60 fps or 120 for those on iPad. Controller is recommended but I got used to the touch screen gameplay as I’ve played Games like Call of Duty Mobile, Apex Legends mobile, PubG, Etc. Overall it’s an amazing game and with proper wifi connection, good skills, and some space in your storage capacity, this will be an overall amazing game! Cheers to the new era of mobile gaming! And let more improvements and games flourish! - From a long time mobile gamer..Version: 1.1.2
Game running smoothlyI would recommend this game to play on ios it running good but in some areas it shutters and some people are saying it crashes maybe it is beacuse of the change in graphics settings just play on default it will run good.Version: 1.1.2

WildIt’s crazy that this can not only run on an iPad Pro, but it even runs well and looks well. I originally played this on my PC, but I think I would’ve had a great time if I had originally played it like this too..Version: 1.1.2
