Farming Diary Customer Service

I have only played this for ten minutes, but it is kinda fun so far. I wanted a skip button on the tutorial or an option to skip. I play every farming game i come across. This has some okay background music. If it will allow i’ll update as i play longer. The graphics are really nice both with my iphone and my ipad. I can play two different versions of the game as they don’t sync. It is worth a try and not a bad game. Try it for yourself. So i have played this game daily since downloading it. I am liking it more and more. I can see some improvements to be made like i don’t want to do the co op, that mini game section and the clover hut thing. I’d like to be able to delete them and gain that space to build on it. I didn’t know what the clown tint was or i wouldn’t have built it. However that is just me.

Just downloaded this game last night (Tuesday) and I am now up to level 7. Whenever I buy a house or other building I just let it “land” wherever it goes. So far I am liking this game. I will play until it becomes no longer fun for me. Update: Well been playing Farming Diary for 4 days now, and both my barn and silo is full! Want to sell some excess crops and products but cannot find a market stand to sell items. So I might have to leave the game.

I have to admit. This is one of the few games that I love. I know it’s stupid but I actually feel like I am there and try to think of how I would feel if I was there. There is actually plenty of room to do things unlike other games. I love you can make it snow. Just so many things. I get many hours of pleasure with this game. Thank you

I love playing this game I was playing another farm game before this one and I just felt in love with this one also. I play this game every day and I can be so tired when I get off of work and I will still try to play this game I fall asleep playing this game and will wake up early and play this game

I have been playing this game for over a year, and I love it BUT I am very tired of accepting my friends gifts of coins, and dollars that NEVER REGISTER! I collect all this money, and coins but it’s never added to my account. It’s extremely frustrating!

Very fun app, it doesn’t take too long to get the farm built up. Most fun I’ve had with a game. However, sometimes I’ll make an item to fulfill orders on the boats, I click on them and they disappear, don’t show up in the barn. So I have to do it again and wait. Keep up the creativity!

I can’t open the game for three days know it keeps loading and doesn’t start and I didn’t got the new update until know

I like this game but for some reason I do not have the icon to sign up for the extra game. I want to pay my 5 dollars and start collecting my my stuff.

I had been playing this game and really enjoyed it but it had cheated me when I was restoring animal food. Now the game just stopped playing. That’s why I am only giving it 5 stars and deleting the game so sad when it was a fun game.

It’s fun to play but getting frustrated. I’m stuck on level 11. My barn is full and I refuse to pay in order to increase the barn size. I may give it another day or two before I decide if I delete it or not.

It Acts Up At certain Levels An Doesn’t Keep Any Progress So You Have To Start All Over Again From Level One Each Time

I loved this game but it has glitched on me on level 57 and haven’t been able to play in days! My friends is glitched too

This is a very accurate ripoff of another farming game but it has black borders on the sides of the game so it’s annoying to look at.

I enjoy this game but I do not like the games you offer so I’m gonna uninstall

I do love the game though there are quite a few bugs in the game. 1) need to know who is actively playing 2) the white font in the chat box needs to be a different colour. 3) a global chat added would be useful to recruit new players, All the above would add to our play in the game to keep players playing and happier. Very good game

This is a great game I am loving it so far.

There is no where on the site to contact you with regards to questions, concerns or issues with the game. I’ve been playing for a little bit now and several times the airplane supplies needed would switch out of the blue and other items would appear and it had only been a couple hours instead of the 15 it states. And now tonight I was working on a task in the one anchor type section which you have so many days to complete the tasks. I had one in there and was about half way through it and just went on to add more and it completely disappeared. I even went out of the game and came back but it’s still gone. And now it shows more tasks except that one and it won’t allow me to choose any others.

I downloaded this game because it is so similar to township which I left due to their update which screwed everyone. So it was a nice breath of fresh air to play this game. But there are some glitches that really need fixing asap. My friends aren’t all showing, I can’t visit a lot of my friends farms, and when making items in the shops they either don’t show up right away or the box is empty. Also on the screw game it is so hard to differentiate the colors of purple they chose! Pick different colors that aren’t so similar would ya? Also, how can I invite people into my co-op? So many things could be upgraded for sure. But I do enjoy playing this game so it’ll do for now.

Beware of fraudulent charges that apple won’t refund and features that don’t work - no support. More than once was Charged twice for a purchase that didn’t go through the first time and apple says it’s ineligible for a refund. Fun to play but could be a lot better. No “how to play” help anywhere that could help with a lot of questions. No easy way to save progress in game unlike other game apps. Says you can with Gmail account (I think) but have yet to actually see that work. Have had a lot issues with features or rewards not working right. Apple support can’t help and says contact developer but go to their site and use their contact form and it gives error and won’t send….

This is a game that mimics classic Township. However, it has its problems. For one if you ever accidentally take it off your phone and reinstall it you will find that you have to start all over again. Today I opened my game only to discover that my airport and the Ancient City will not open. Other problems are fake accounts that are most likely bots join the co-ops and never play. I have been unable to see other people’s towns but the fake ones open. They all look the same, so if you have seen one, you have seen them all. I hope these glitches get fixed because this game has potential to be a very fun game.

What would make this game better is if you would let the player actually play the game I’m on level seven and I yet to be able to play by myself because you guys think that your players are not capable of playing the game. let me make it very clear maybe telling us what to do up until level seven that’s where you lose players maybe just tell the players how to play at level one or two that’s good enough. you’re going to lose players please fix it because this is a good game if not for this one little problem…

Hello right now I’m giving this app a one star and it shouldn’t get that. I noticed every time I get to a certain level it stops working. This is my third or fourth time starting from the beginning. I’m not doing it anymore. I uninstall and reinstall thinking it’s gonna take me back to my original game and it doesn’t my last game I got up to level 50 something and the game just stopped working. I’m fed up. Is anyone else having the same problem? This is a fun game but still have glitches. I have spent money on here and not doing it anymore. I’m very disappointed.

During the last update, the barn was not accessible - making it very difficult to play since most people have their inventory pretty close to max. Trying to use their website for support as recommended by the Appstore proved useless. I decided to uninstall / reinstall since that usually fixes some bugs. Unfortunately, I was not offered the ability to retrieve my process. Locating their Facebook page, I sent a message there - after a day, no response. Now, my daily logins to my original games, money spent, co-op, etc are lost it seems.

Update: Have played further now and building as I would prefer is limited by what is made available, and now some building times is up to 24 hours. Just not fun now. But Thanks for trying. I just downloaded the game and there was a glitch from collecting from the cargo ships, when I went to the barn it would show two Items but go to build would say I only have 1 item. Why does some building take 12 hours to build? That seems excessive. I’m enjoying the game otherwise. Thank you.

I was able to play until you did the update now all I get is initializing and it will not open. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks Able to open the game today, but all my data was lost. It’s making me start from scratch. This is the second time this has happened to me playing this game where I’ve had to totally start over. This game is LOADED with bugs, glitches, errors, etc. You work and work to achieve a goal, and it doesn’t credit you for achieving the goal. Players finish tasks and they still show as active for that task, along with 5 or 6 others, seeming like they are doing six tasks. But it just didn’t clear OR credit the task when it was clear. REPEATED emails to player support with absolutely no response. Download and play this game ONLY if you enjoy playing games full of errors, glitches, bugs, and BOT PLAYERS.

I am writing another review. Half the things do not open up like the plane and the temple. I can not do anything because nothing works now. If I could take the star away I would. No way to contact. do not know what happened but it is a terrible game now nothing opens. I can not get anything from the island, the market does not open, nothing works. I do not know what happened but it is terrible. Not to mention there is nothing new to buy or get.

I’ve been playing this game for years and now it’s got too many issues. Not able to use the airport, the mine doesn’t work,and can’t help friend. I already closed the game once and started over from the beginning only to have the same problem. Please fix these issues.

When I try to move buildings in the storage, it makes a white square but the building stay as well. Also when movie the objects the way you like to be arranged, sections of the objects are overlapping each other and its hard to know what is what and not so realistic.

If the time runs out to earn point I should still be able to redeem my rewards. Even if I can’t earn more. I lost all my points because time ran out. I wasn’t available to redeem them because I was working. Yet now I can’t redeem any because it was closed. Not right to lose all a

Good when you can play but it keeps freezing up and you have to turn it off and then on to play!!!!!!!! I Don’t like Skate Moo-Vement. It doesn’t jump when I play!!!!!!!! I do enjoy this game but after an app update recently my barn no longer opens going to support but since it’s not in English, I don’t understand it. Please fix my barn for I can’t do much without it. Thank you!

What is the difference between the two golden passes offered? One says $4.99 and the other one says $9.99 and just says +10 levels what does that mean? I’ve searched everywhere and cannot find an explanation on either

Good game a lot like the others such as township however they need to fix the glitches. Unable to get to co op and plane. This has been going on for awhile. If this gets fixed I would give it 4 stars

All of a sudden when I go to play I can’t get on to the barn to sell things or to upgrade. So my barn is full and I can’t do anything about it. Also when I go into the boat window to get my tools I can’t close it I hit the X but it says open.

Unable to open the plane or mine for the past week. I would like to play the entire game, not just parts of it. Please fix or advise. I do love the game and want to play it.

Loveeeee love love my farm, but since the new Christmas update, a lot of features are frozen and like the market, planes etc. It’s so annoying and I want to be able to play, there’s no app support or contact person ugh plz fix

The game is fun but, since the last update I have trees where I have already expanded. So, I can not place any buildings in those areas. Please fix!!! Very annoying.

I wish you would fix the glitch that is going on. I can’t access my plane, my mine, or visit my friends. Very annoying. It’s been 2 weeks now.

This is fun like Township. It has bugs to work out. It freezes now and then. I can’t figure out how to search for people to recruit for my co op like in Township. Very limited. Hopefully things will expand.

I lost my game at level 63 and lost a bunch of real money I used to play the game … I tried messenger to contact them and they never answered me … I started over .. got to level 17 and the game froze up .. again no help … don’t waste your time ..

I love this game and I’m in a great co-op but the glitches ruin it. The last update froze out most of the team. Some of the members are talking about finding a new game. Please fix things!

BEWARE! If you choose to pay to play, any rewards you should be granted do not work. Buildings do not function correctly and support does not respond at all. You pay and receive nothing so don’t waste your money. Also, no ability to save games on iOS. That means you can’t play across apple devices. It’s a scam - at least you’ve been warned now. So many bugs, such nonexistent support, so not worth downloading. Too bad as it has potential.

Why I am deleting this game. I enjoyed it very much. I was up to about a level 70 and then I started having problems. It wasn’t working properly. So I deleted it hoping I would come back to my game, but I didn’t. I had to start all over again.. that was fine. I get up to level 17 and I started having issues with it. It doesn’t move. It doesn’t do anything.. I’ve tried it a couple times and all I can do is get up to level 17 so I’m deleting it because there’s too many bugs it’s not being fixed. No one’s taking care of it. I’ve emailed the company.. just too many problems.

I updated the game and the game does not load, is stuck on initialization. My friends have the same problem. Please fix this? Thanks in advance.

Really fun at first but now i’m stuck. i’ve upgraded the barn once and it was fine. now i’ve run out of room and the main character is telling me to get rid of some stuff. but i cant click on anything. i tap the barn it just wiggles a bit that’s it. every other button does nothing. the game is basically frozen with me cantered on the barn and the character telling me to tap the barn which i cannot do.

This is a really good game but the storage is inadequate. Should be separate storage for crops so barn doesn’t fill up so fast

Why is my factories and crop not working while not online? It was never like this before. I will not play if they only count down time while playing.
