Bloons TD Battles 2+ Customer Service

I was only a wee baby when BTDB1 came out so when i discovered that these spinoffs existed my mind was blown. I love the eco mechanics with bloons and the reduced prices for towers for faster gameplay. Now the reason this game isn't 5 stars for me is because of the lack of game modes. There's regular, hero challenge (or just bot matches) and the event game modes where the game starts at a higher round or gives more cash to start. I think there should be different game modes like there are in BTD6 like military only or double cash so there can be some variety in the game instead of dartling gunners and druids ruling the meta. There could be a game mode unlocked once you get all the towers (not counting heroes) where the game randomizes your loadout so you have to know strategies for every tower to win. !!ONE LAST THING!! PLEASE ADD A REPORT BUTTON AS MANY PEOPLE ARE USING EXPLOITS TO GET INFINITE LIVES!! I'm assuming Ninja Kiwi didn't add a reporting feature because they thought nobody would hack on mobile.

The game is amazing but if there was 3 people it would be amazing I like the idea of there being a 1v1v1

I only recently got this game and it’s great and all but I just have four quick suggestions 1) new modes. Now I like playing casual and ranked battles but was just thinking about new game modes such as team battles or basic monkeys only. 2) new towers. Lately I’ve been thinking of custom towers or just add new ones such as the mermaid monkey, beast tamer, or any other ninja kiwi related characters. 3) a story mode. I mean what kind of good competitive online multiplayer game doesn’t have a story mode? There should be a story mode where you can play with other people, get new heroes/story mode exclusive towers, and get new skins for there balloon/moab decals. 4) boss battle events. there should be boss events from time to time that players could work together to complete to get event exclusive loot.

The game is a lot of fun, but I recently switched devices and all my progress is gone. My save data for other games on my phone transferred to my new phone just fine, but this game reset. I started the game and it showed a screen telling me to select a save file, with all three empty. :(

I actually really like this game great mechanics and really fun silly of play! I will say though monkey ace has an ability called spy plane, that I believe when in use should show camo balloons to all the monkeys in the area. It kinda defeats the purpose name when it only sees it for itself. Especially since they are flying above all the other monkeys 😂😅! Cheers

This game has a lot of playability with friends, family, or just by yourself. I was a bit skeptical at first when I saw this but now I’m playing this almost every day.

As much as I loved BTD 5 I think it was cool to have BTD battles and to now have this it’s literally the same thing but better

Bloons TD Battles 2 is a very fun game but I cannot enter I get stuck on the loading screen help me

As someone who has played Bloons TD 6+ I was eager to jump into this new game and it’s a blast. It feels more fast paced than TD 6+ and a bit more confusing. I’m not sure if I somehow missed the onboarding experience, because there’s so much about the game that wasn’t explained. It would be helpful to have a comprehensive tutorial that can be accessed through the menu. And I still can’t find the “casual” games. So overall I think this game is fun and has great potential, but at the moment I still feel confused after playing a few frantic rounds.

I am having a lot of fun with this. My problem is when I quit playing, and later come back to it. I get the message that I’m playing on another device. The only was I’ve been able to get rid of that message is to shut down my iPad. I also get a message about the cloud, and it just stays there. I’m hoping these things will be fixed in a update.

I like it at first but when I got to level 6 it got hard my brother is so sad be cus it all was makes it go back to the start I just don’t know why please fix it but everything else is good. I like the new hero the shop is cool but I don’t understand why they are so expensive for a skin

A bug has made it so that my hero will default to the left middle of the screen in a spot that is always obstructed and I can’t move him I can’t play anymore 😭please help I’m link the empowered in lead dungeon can someone fix this I loved btd 6+ and now btd battles 2+ is glichting right after I got to a new arena.

Pretty good games it’s basically the same as btd2 but with the member access thing and no ads! The only thing is the accounts don’t transfer (from btd2 to 2+) but with the benefits it’s easy to catch up for me since I only recently started playing the original

As someone who adores tower defense, I can confirm this is a very good one. The strategic aspect of the game is really one of the many qualities of this game. I also really love the concept of a pvp tower defense, and this is definitely one of the best on the market right now. I definitely understand now why everyone love Bloon Tower Defense. Anyway, thank you Ninja Kiwi for the Bloons serie :)

Good game, undeserving of its hate, but I have free membership, wondering if that is onperpose or if it’s a glitch, but I’m not complaining!

The game keeps thinking my iCloud is full whenever I make space in photos!!! Please fix this. Ps: this game is super fun.

As much as I would love to regularly play this game, I simply can’t. I’m not sure if Apple Arcade players are siloed off from the rest of the playerbase or what the deal is. But after playing a couple of games, the matchmaking simply….can’t find anyone to match me with. It will spin for minutes upon minutes searching and restarting its search, but it never finds a match for me. Also, when it comes to the rare time I have been allowed to play the game, the progression in this came is *way* too slow. You earn such a pittance of money that unlocking anything you want takes entirely too much time.

So i tried to play online today but it got stuck on the loading i thought nothing of it untill i closed it out the Music was still playing for 13 seconds and then i tried the airplane mode method but the game crashed i need help

I constantly will be looking at my screen as my opponent leaks basically the whole push and then I watch the bar flash (when u lose lives) and then hey! No lives lost. And then I lose the game, this has happened probably a good 10 times and honestly I’m kinda done with it. Fix ur game

Why has the Apple Arcade app been offline since yesterday?! The regular app, which requires watching commercials, is working perfectly fine.

App quits when trying to play, specifically when press battle button in solo mode. Come on!! Fix it!!

I can play btd battles 2 fine without having to sign in to the game center since I can't but this makes me and I can't do anything

I have a lot of fun playing BTDB2 and the high paced strategy makes for a very chaotic and interesting but uniform gameplay loop, after seeing BTDB2+ for apple arcade i assumed it would be an upgrade from the original as most of the apple arcade+ games are. I download and open the game and realize it didnt log in with the name of my BTDB2 account. I assumed i would have to connect my account or just log out, but to my dismay there is no way to log out or merge accounts. I searched the ninja kiwi support page, online resources, and searched for about an hour, but to no avail. Either I’m really not smart or I can log out and would have to start all over to enjoy btdb2+

I’m playing on a pretty old iPhone with a pretty old IOS (iPhone 6s, iOS 13.3) and for some reason in the middle of a match, the game just goes out and goes back to the menu screen like nothing happened. It “crashes” but it doesn’t kick me out of the app it kicks me out of matches. This happened for almost all the games I played (the tutorial matches, hero challenges, real matches) and its getting annoying. I just deleted the original btd battles I had and I’m going to see if that works. It may be my old phone but the original btd battles 2 works just fine

A bug makes it completely unplayable so I can’t keep going and see if it gets better. The tutorial and offline wasn’t great, sure it was bloons feel but with half of my screen mattering there’s so much wasted real estate that I really Dont like it. I’m a long time blooms fan, including back in the day when it was on an arcarde website. And this one I’m uninstalling today. For the bug, it says go online > sure that’s the goal…. But then it says to sign into iCloud for that, I’m signed in, I literally signed in already and any iCloud name shows…. I’ve even looked through the iOS settings app for anything. Gave it a few days - still and issue - I give up

Twice second time being just now. I’ve lost all my game progress and have had to start over from scratch which is extremely frustrating. When going from iPhone to iPad that save also gets messed up either causing me to lose progress and in some cases gain progress, as the save data doesn’t sync properly. Also very buggy on gameplay. Fix these issues and all should be good. Has potential to be a phenomenal game, but I’m done playing this until update times comes and see if issues are fixed.

Many have already posted about the issue with reopening the app. The game freezes when trying to reload the profile. I initially played this game on my iPad with gamecenter enabled. But after installing the game on my iPhone, it appears my profile was erased. I started over again on my iPhone and even then it doesn’t appear on my iPad. Very thankful I haven’t paid anything into this game. Wouldnt recommend it just yet.

I have been playing for a bit, and from my experience, there have been connection bugs. In almost every match it has a “syncing” moment and pauses the game for a few seconds. I have restarted my phone multiple times, and I have checked my internet. I will have full bars and it will still glitch. Please fix this.

Like other reviews I am having iCloud issues which are making the game unplayable. The first few weeks it was working great and I enjoyed the gameplay as I played its predecessor. Now I get trapped on the loading profile data screen. I have tried uninstalling and have been waiting all week for a hotfix. There is also no way I can find to submit a bug, so please make sure your developer team is aware of this.

I haven’t played in a while and now when I go to play it keeps giving me the loading screen. But then it gives me the screen that you get when you first boot the app up. No matter how many times I try it always gives me the same answer. I have tried everything closing it out than deleting it then reinstalling it. It did not work.

This game sounds fun, but it won’t let me play in it. I keep deleting iCloud stuff, but it just says my iCloud storage is full. And when it does let me in, when it’s done loading it instantly puts me back to title screen and when I click it again, it goes back to ‘your iCloud storage is full!’ Page. I’m hoping this will be fixed later on, as of until it is, I won’t be playing

It’s ok but I like bloons tower defense 6 a little more cause you get to play private by yourself and just survive as many rounds as possible and you get to use all da monkeys 🐵 but in this one you can only use four and it has to be against someone but still if I need a chill game this is it🗼🐵⚔️🎈 pretty good game I give 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Can you make it cost storage in the next update oh yeah, I love the music, but I wanna hear all of it like all of it. Just let me do that and I would love that. Just so much that much stuff is gonna be so cool. I love it. It’s gonna be amazing if you do that if I show my mommy in that update it’s gonna be the best

After the required update and large file download, the app required a log in (Despite having an Apple Arcade subscription), and once logged in my progress was gone and starting over required paying $2.99 for each hero. I’m deleting it for good.

I started on my phone and had to start over when going to the iPad, then when going back to the phone I had to restart once again….

Sorry but the online won’t work it says please sign in to ICloud but I think I am signed in or it needs to be in the game if in the game tell me how. 👍 by the way huge fan of BaloonsTd6. Thank you. And great game.

My iCloud save is completely gone, had so much unlocked already. I get my save back and I have the same amount of cash I last had but with no history.

I’m personally not a fan of only having half of the map as well as competing against other players.

This game is good, but there’s a huge bug that renders the game unplayable sometimes. Whenever placing a hero, it can get “stuck” and you’re unable to play. It forces you to forfeit and consequently, unfairly lose the streak or trophies.

It keeps kicking me for playing for about 2 minutes

Stuck in a login loop after completing my first online game

Won’t sync between my devices, and it gets stuck at the login all the time. Force quit and reopen leads to the app telling me someone else is logged in when they aren’t. If those two get fixed we are golden.

While in my home only about 25 feet away from my router, I frequently encounter blips which are less than a quarter of a second in length of disconnection. More often than not these repeated blips “force me to surrender due to poor network.” I’ve never encountered this issue with the original BTD Battles, leading me to believe this game is missing critical anti lag features to allow for temporary packet loss which is clearly possible since the original game does it fine.

Please fix the constant connection issues. Otherwise would be 5/5

Constantly crashes mid game and sends me to Home Screen then it says cloud is full so I delete apps and photos still nothing I can’t tell if it’s cause my phone is old but it’s weird
