Good game couple bugs see real potentialIf u buy a tarot pack and already have a tarot card and try to use the tarot card you had before on the playing cards it disappears and doesn’t do anything. Instead of the steel joker going up by .25 it goes up by 1 ( 1 steel card would be x1 and having 2 steel cards would be x2 instead of x1.5 so you would have to get 6 steel cards before it goes to x3) also instead of multiplying it adds. so it will add 2 mult instead of multiplying 2 by whatever the mult is (ex: 50x5 it’ll add it so it would be 50x7 if it multiplied it would be 50x10). Noticed that on the ante book “hook” discard 2 cards from your hand after each hand is played it takes away from your discards when you play so if y have 3/4 n you play a hand it goes down to 2/4 instead of staying at 3/4 an just discarding 2 randoms ones. EDIT: when a joker becomes negative if it has any foil, holographic, or polychrome it takes it off of the joker instead of being negative and polychrome/foil, etc. //Maybe with the wheel instead of having it target any joker have it target ones that don’t already have a negative/holo/foil/poly.TayBenz0Version: 0.9.0

Good job - One requestWell done making this game thus far! The Balatro dev is sadly taking his sweet time porting it to mobile so I appreciate you making this :). One request I have is that planet cards/chemistry cards for the hidden hands (flush five, five of a kind, flush house) should only appear to be bought after* they are played. Having those three available at the beginning makes chemistry packs less worth buying because you make one or two super powerful hands that you cannot play until later in a run. Oh also, I can't use my tarot cards on the cards shown in the Tarot Pack options. I used my owned tarot card (Strength) and it didn't do anything but was still burned. Thanks for making this app! Mobile Balatro With Great Dev SupportJust wanted to leave a quick message that while the game might not look super polished right now, there’s a lot of potential. Since the time I’ve been playing, there’s been huge updates and it really is getting closer and closer to the actual game, Balatro. With just a little bit of time and continued dev effort, the game will have most if not all the fundamental mechanics and special features that the actual game offers. Next best update I would recommend are different decks and probably refining some of the kinks, such as when you purchase a pack in the store and it deletes the second pack also offered if they are the same (for example if there are two tarot packs offered, you can only purchase one because the other one will be deleted). Obviously, with time, the game will have more and more features implemented, such as spectral packs or graphics improvement. All I have to say is, great game and I have faith in the devs..Stelr1Version: 0.8.6

Very Fun!Love this game and would love to see it improve, a little worried about the legality of it but hey might as well enjoy it while it lasts! One improvement I’d love to see is a way to remove cards from your deck, one of my favorite strategies is thin to win and I’d love to be able to implement it on mobile. Another improvement would be vouchers, i love the vouchers that are in the game already but increased odds for tarot or chemistry packs to show up in the shop would be nice to see. One final thought, this might just be cope coming from so many lost runs, but the cards being dealt and overall shop luck seems more random than usual. This could also come from the inability to thin your deck so it could just be a warped perception. Great gameFirst I love the game and think it will be even better. Few areas to improve are: 1. An example of what the rankings are - I know poker and somehow don’t know what some of the items are. I assume flush house means a flush that is a full house but showing an example would be great. 2. When doing a special ability to remove a card it would be cool to see if what random card was removed to add back the 2 aces. 3. When you can make a card a brick or steel or glass/etc it would be great to give a description of what that is. I know now but first time users won’t. 4. Some of the jokers I’m not sure work. It might be good to double check - I think I did the joker where you get a multiplier based on the number of times that rank has been used - I was heavy on Single pair and it was always ignored - I’m guessing it Was only per match (which then makes it not ever good) 5. The sooner you think of unique decks the better / you could do pinnacle/faceless/other fun variations just make sure to have different rankings for them. 6. Addicting and tons of funI started playing Balatro on steam and got hooked instantly. The next day my work was a little slow and I was craving more so I looked it up on the App Store and found this. I’m assuming it’s fan made but it plays just as well. The only things lacking so far are the music and art, both of which aren’t crucial. Since playing on this app (1-2 weeks) it’s received countless updates. More cards have been added, more of a progression system including different decks and all the different types of blinds, and finally a “continue” option. It’s awesome being able to have this as a mobile game. It can easily give hours of entertainment or be a casual thing you play one hand at a time. Its a really fun deck builderI have this game on steam. It’s a good game there just like it is here. I understand that visually it’s not done yet but mechanically it plays the same. Just no deck choices and other things. That’s not a complaint either. This is still in the late stage of development if I’m not mistaken. And it takes time to make a good game. Honestly keep going at it. I’m really enjoying the puzzle that is playing this deck building card game. I’m waiting for the visual art and the music to be put in for this. Decent startHi Dev’s, let me preface and say this “wham bam thank you ma’am”. I love the concept. I purchased it on pc but I play a company issued surface pro. The touch control implementation is amazing. I play the iOS version and it feels like when you’ve been assigned the CHOP duty in Overcooked. It feels very choppy and unrefined. The UI looks cluttered. Maybe it’s the smaller screen. Maybe it’s the revamped UI graphics. It doesn’t feel the same. Doesn’t feel like I belong either. Idk. Small bugs i noticedLove the game! I have balatro on PC and use this when my gf is using my pc. Some bugs i noticed: The marble joker always makes Stone Ace of clubs. It’s pretty convenient with the vampire joker, but also obviously unintentional. The Wheel of Fortune can also target negative jokers. It Keeps the joker slot until you sell any joker then updates, leaving you with no room. I’m not sure if the two are related, but i saw them on the same run. Amazing !!Just got it due to watching frost prime play a version on pc and i love it! I did come across a bug with the joker card not adding the mult after i did not buy booster packs and skipped blinds thinking that would fix it but it did not. Hopefully it can get fixed or maybe i did something wrong. Also it would be cool to be able to see a list of all jokers and tarot cards in a menu. Great balatro like gameLove the game and a lot of potential but wanted to put a couple of bugs I noticed in here. First one is that sometimes when I purchase a jorker or booster pack from the shop the other one disappears, I saw that this was meant to be fixed in 0.8.7 but I at least am still getting it. Close enough to the real game but with many flawsI really enjoy Balatro, such an addictive Roguelike card based game! I recommend it, for real, probably the best game I’ve played in 2024! I wanted to find a phone alternative to play on the go and this app is the closest I’ve found, but isn’t as satisfying because of it’s many flaws. The game balance is broken because many of the scaling cards don’t actually scale (square joker for example, it’s supposed to stack 4 chips for every hand of 4 cards you played since you bought the joker, but it just gives 4 chips total…). The difficulty is also rising quicker than in the real game, so combining these 2 elements makes the whole experience frustrating. Then comes the UI. I don’t mind it that much, but it’s very minimalistic… just be aware if the looks is something you care about. Then there’s text issues. Some cards just doesn’t have their effect explained, we instead see the code line. Some it’s still in a foreign Asian langage. Again, kinda kills the whole enjoyment since you’re decision becomes irrelevant. Progression is inexistant. No decks, no new jokers to unlock, just the base game. No chips to increase difficulty (I wouldn’t anyway in the current state since scaling is flawed, but eventually would be fun). So yeah, I still play it cause there’s nothing better for the moment to fill my Balatro craving on the go, but many flaws that needs addressing quickly to restore the balance..XSnPVersion: 0.8.12

Yep they’re back at it againI’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, they ruined the game of Free to play. Remember when there was a daily limit as to how much you could play every day? Well they got rid of that and good for them. And NOW we have 0.9.0 out. And they’re back at it. There are 5 decks in the game; red, blue, yellow, green, and black. Remember BEFORE the update how you could choose between them freely? Well get your wallet out cause NOW you have to pay for the rest of the decks, leaving you with ONLY the red deck. At least the REAL balatro wouldn’t charge you THAT. Such a waste of a game to be charging people. ITS NOT EVEN THE ORIGINAL ITS A BLATANT COPY. Edit: it’s been 2 or so days after I made this, unlike the game, “original” review, and something has come across my mind. After getting a good stone card game I finally beat ante 8. Im thinking about how it will be like”man black chip is so hard dude” and then the paywall returns. APPARENTLY if you don’t pay, you miss out on both ALL THE PTHER DECKS as well as ALL OF THE CHIP VARIENTS. May I remind you this is a copied game with no rights to even exist, and they’re trying to make us pay. If this game or its developers have ANY common sense left, they’ll realize what idiots they are to put a paywall on a copied game. Free but incompleteLots of features yet to be added such as no special decks, hard to navigate the shops, copy and paste art, and I’m not sure if the original developers are involved in this project. The main thing making this version not enjoyable is that the secret planets are all available from the beginning of every run which makes getting a run going very hard, forcing you to choose something you cannot reliably play 90% of the time. Another big issue is that the editions of jokers do not take effect if the joker does not otherwise take effect (ie. you have a joker that is foil and it affects straights, but you play a flush, it will not give you the bonus chips from the foil because you did not play a straight) I’ll be playing this from time to time to see if better accessibility and fixes to these features are added, but for a free port of the game we all love, it does scratch the itch while youre on the go, I’ll give it that..DynoqwertyVersion: 0.8.5

It was Outstanding until the PaywallPrior to the last update this would have been a 5 star review. Even with the limited amount of Blinds, Jokers, and deck and diffculty settings being nonfunctional, I plugged almost 20 hours in a week. The simplistic graphics didnt hinder it at all, the fact that it was playable offline meant i could play while at work, and it was relatively quick- 10 minutes to get to ante 8. After the update, you get a limited number of free plays a day before you're asked to pony up either per month or $7 for the whole game. If the paywall was gone I'd happily change this to a 5 star review and log as much time as I could while its here to enjoy. It's Balatro, its amazingly fun and this version doesnt disappoint. But if I was gonna put my money anywhere, it'll be to buy the actual Steam game. EDIT: They've now added higher stakes, but its a paid feature only. Stop copyingIf your going to try to copy Balatro then at least try to make it good, also if your not wanting to copy it with malicious intent (for example you wanted to try and port it to mobile) you could mention that this isn’t your game in the description and you could get developer premission. The only reason people are downloading this is because the dev said he is working on a mobile port and some people think this is it. Unofficial (But at Least It’s Free)I assume there are many fans of Balatro on PC (such as myself) that are looking forward to the mobile version and might search the App Store to see if it’s available. Game is broken since recent update…I loved the ability to play this wherever I went that I even sucked it up and paid the subscription despite this being far from a polished product… the fact that the recent update made it so I am unable to even start a new game (stuck selecting Brown Stake which is locked even though I try everything to select Red) after my previous game encountered a boss glitch (was dealing me 1 card only despite no hand restrictions…).
